The remodeling of multi-family houses (MFH) has emerged as a significant issue in the construction industry. Many decision makers struggle with the decision to remodel because of insufficient information including standards or methods for projecting the price of their structure after remodeling. In this context, this research analyzed the change in price of MFHs after remodeling. To achieve this research goal, (i) the price data from 14 groups (i.e., MFH renovation cases and equivalent MFH cases without remodeling) were collected, and (ii) the trend of price variation among each group was analyzed. Finally, this research suggests price variations of each group in terms of three different time points (i.e., before remodeling, after remodeling, and the present), which shows the effects of remodeling on the price of MFHs. This research offers a framework for the development of a model that will predict the price of an MFH after remodeling.

The economic renovation in Vietnam has shown promising achievements. The process of reforming and equitizing state-owned enterprises, and reducing subsidies from the government have made significant progress since 1986. However, this policy has not received the adequate valuation from leaders. Big companies have not been equitized, and are still managed and subsidized by the government, resulted in budget losses. Corporations have been dominated by political interests. This has led to arguments for better and more feasible measures which could save national budget. Corruption in Vietnam mostly originates from state-owned enterprises, for the monopoly was given by government to those enterprises as foreign partners continue to compete under market-oriented mechanism and transparent supervision. Therefore, renovation of the business mechanism, as well as speeding up equitization and minimizing people's properties, have become crucial in the regional integration trend. This is entirely a vital factor in the renovation process. This study explores plans, as well as the merits of the renovation process in Vietnam, ultimately envisioning to overcome current consequences and motivate Vietnam's economy.

SOW-0010의 어도 개보수 전·후 자원량을 분석한 결과 개보수 이후 평균자원량은 약 4.6배 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 경제적 가치는 어도 개보수 전 2014년 약 5.3백만원에서 어도 개보수 후 2015년 약 23.9백만원, 2016년 약 3.0백만원, 2017년 약 10.4백만원, 2018년 약 22.4백만원, 2019년 약 27.1백만원으로 매년 증감패턴이 다르게 나타났다. 2016년을 제외하고 전체적으로 개보수 이후 경제적 가치는 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 다양한 회유성어종의 유입과 담수어류의 국지적 이동이 증가했기 때문으로 판단한다. 자원량 변화에 따른 경제적 가치변동을 지수함수를 적용하여 분석한 결과 모델계수는 0.582였으며, 이에 따른 최대 경제적 가치는 30.4백만원인 것으로 추정되었다. 군집 내 경제성어종의 비율과 점유율이 높을수록 계수값이 증가하고 이에 따라 경제적 가치가 높아질 것으로 예상한다.

지적재조사사업은 지적공부의 등록사항을 조사·측량하여 기존의 지적공부를 디지털에 의한 새로운 지적공부로 대체함과 동시에 지적공부의 등록사항이 토지의 실제 현황과 일치하지 아니하는 경우 이를 바로 잡기 위하여 실시하는 국가사업이며 사업기간은 일반적으로 1년 6개월 내지 2년 정도 소요되지만 토지소유자간의 이해관계가 얽혀 복잡한 구조 및 내적 갈등으로 지적재조사 측량을 마치고 조정금 과정에서 발생되는 문제점으로 소요기간이 길어지고 있는 실정이다. 현실경계로 경계를 설정한 이후 토지소유자별로 필지의 면적을 확정하고 지적소관청은 확정된 면적과 지적공부상 면적의 증감에 따라 조정금 산정으로 정산하여 지적재조사사업을 완료하도록 하고 있다. 따라서 조정금과 관련하여 조정금 산정의 시기 및 조정금 산정방법에 대하여 적용한 실증연구를 통하여 합리적인 조정금이 적용될 수 있도록 해결방안을 제시하였다. 개선방법을 통하여 토지소유자와 합의를 최단기간으로 이끌 수 있는 기대효과가 나타났으며 지적재조사사업의 본 취지에 부합하는 현실경계로 설정이 가능하다는 효과도 나타났다. 지적재조사사업과 병행연구를 통하여 표준지 조정금 산정 방법과 조정금 부과방식과 조정금이 부과 되지 않는 경계조정방식의 개선방안을 제시한 본 연구로 지적재조사사업이 2030년까지 완료될 수 있기를 기대한다.

After the change of curriculum in the Year 2000, Partial extensions and renovations were carried out for functional correspondence. Despite of the importance of contextual consideration for facade, Leaning to curriculum and function leads to visual problems between old existing and new building in many case of educational facilities. therefore Design Guidelines for the Facade of extension and renovation are needed. In this study, First, made a survey of the level of satisfaction and harmony of facade of extensions and renovations on elementary schools which have extended and renovated since the Year 2000. secondary, analyzed the interrelationship between the level of satisfaction and harmony and design elements of facade of extension and renovation and lastly, derived design guidelines from them. Results of this study are as follows; 1) The more latest building, the more high in the level of satisfaction and harmony 2) The sequences of the level of satisfaction in finishing materials are as follows : stone>brick>paint 3) When the proportion of existing to new building over a half, higher level of satisfaction appears on the whole. 4) How overcomes the gap of time is the matter in the facade design of extension and renovation.

본 연구는 국내 패션업계 중 가장 오래된 기업의 하나인 코오롱 모드의 BI와 그 아래있는 5개의 개별 브랜드 - 아더딕슨, 아르페지오, 맨스타, 쟈스트, 벨라, 등의 BI개발 작업을 통해서 급변하는 패션시장 상황과 소비자 성향에 부응하고자 기존의 이미지 틀 위에 새로운 이미지를 형성하는 리노베이션을 위한 BI를 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 구체적인 연구방법은 각 브랜드의 특성과 컨셉이 기존 BI에 어떻게 충족되고 있는지를 분석하고 대상고객의 라이프 스타일과 전체 패션시장의 경향에 맞춰 기존 이미지의 강점을 계승하고 단점을 보완하는 방법으로 이루어졌다. 신규브랜드의 BI와는 달리 리노베이션을 위한 BI란 기존의 고객은 유지하면서 더욱 더 많은 고객을 유도하는 것이 목적이므로 급격한 변신은 피하는 것이 특징이다.

Successful of the e-business model and failure instances there is a depth from the research which it sees and after trying to investigate, it originated to the advancement of digital environment the strategies and to sleep against the successful model of the e-business for a new management renovation presentation it tries it does.

Background: The advanced spent fuel conditioning process facility (ACPF) of the irradiated materials examination facility (IMEF) at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) has been renovated to implement a lab scale electrolytic reduction process for pyroprocessing. The interior and exterior structures of the ACPF hot cell have been modified under the current renovation project for the experimentation of the electrolytic reduction process using spent nuclear fuel. The most important aspect of this renovation was the installation of the argon compartment within the hot cell. Method: For the design and system implementation of the argon compartment system, a full-scale mock-up test and a three-dimensional (3D) simulation test were conducted in advance. The remodeling and repairing of the process cell (M8a), the maintenance cell (M8b), the isolation room, and their utilities were also planned through this simulation to accommodate the designed argon compartment system. Results and conclusion: Based on the considered refurbishment workflow, previous equipment in the M8 cell, including vessels and pipes, were removed and disposed of successfully after a zoning smear survey and decontamination, and new equipment with advanced functions and specifications were installed in the hot cell. Finally, the operating area and isolation room were also refurbished to meet the requirements of the improved hot cell facility.

Majority of elementary school in Korea are built by standard plan in 1980s. Being deteriorated and uniform, they have lots of problems to meet the new education curriculum and generate environmental problems in terms of its performances. This research intends to review the conditions of classroom units related with the environmental issues and provide the directions of sustainable renovation to meet the updated curriculum focusing on daylighting and ventilation systems for the classroom built by standard plan in 1980s.

In this paper, we propose a new program for university student's IT leadership renovation. Automation and Artificial Intelligence(AI) are changing the nature of work. According to MGI report, they will change the skills needed in the workforce. Leadership is one of the skills needed more of in the future at workplace including IT industry. Leadership could be defined as having 5 level leadership. According to the 5 level leadership, a program was formulated to renovate university student's self-leadership, teamwork, team leadership and finally global leadership. We named the program as Stepping-Stone Platform for Student's IT Leadership Renovation(SSP-SLR). Each level of four stepping stones consists of one semester. Student can raise their leadership skills by the program step by step. Various instruction learning methodologies are adopted to the program, including Flipped learning which has been proved effective in many ways in the field of education recently.
