The Korean mobile telecom market has undergone a sea change since Apple created a new mobile ecosystem with Appstore and iPhone. Many non-telecom operators have been trying hard to come up with new business strategies to gain a competitive edge. The shifting competition landscape requires a new communications policy that can further stimulate the evolving market. This is why countries around the world are upgrading their communications policies: to renew the market foundation and better respond to the ever-changing industry environment. Using the ANP(Analytic Network Process) model, this study identifies policy variables and performs quantitative analysis on their priorities. The analysis results will help prioritize policy variables under the limited amount of resources, and serve as useful guidelines for making mobile ecosystem policies.

There are two policies for maintaining consistency among the multiple processor caches in a multiprocessor system: Write invalidate and Write update. In the write invalidate policy, whenever a processor attempt to write its cached block, it has to invalidate all the same copies of the updated block in the system. As a results of this frequent invalidations, this policy results in high cache miss ratio. On the other hand, the write update policy renew them, instead of invalidating all the same copies. This policy has to transfer the updated contents through interconnection network, whether the updated block is ptivate or not. Therefore the network suffer from heavy transaction traffic. In this paper we present an efficient cache coherence protocol for shared memory multiprocessor system connected by slotted ring. This protocol is based on the write update policy, but the updated contents are transferred only in case of updating the shared block. Otherwise, if the updated block is private, the updated contents are not transferred. We analyze the proposed protocol and enforce simulation to compare it with previous version.

According to the development of medical technology, new medical treatments have been dramatically increased as an inevitable consequence, however, it is not easy for medical workers to learn the knowledge that is necessary for new medical treatments and their additions in the medical services. Therefore, it could not be helped increasing the guidelines for applying new medical treatments, and then, the problem would come out whether to attribute the medical negligence to the doctors who did not follow the guidelines when the patient became worse because of his non-compliance. Nevertheless, there is no document to review the problem mentioned above and also no definite precedents. Thus, the civil lawful character and obligation of guidelines on the lawsuit against the medical default have been examined in this studies. The medical negligence is defined as usual doctors violate the care obligation which is demanded for them to follow when they treat patients under the proper medical standard in those days. It is resonable to assume that the matter of guidelines is to decide the level of the care obligation, that means the care which is required of the rational doctors under same circumstances, and in general, the experts' testimonies should be needed in this case. In addition, the issue comes out whether the guidelines can be the standard of the judgement of the medical negligence. Finally, I suppose, the evaluation of the issue depends on who makes the guidelines, what materials are based on, and also depends on whether there is another guidelines in the same disease, what the purpose of guidelines is to save the medical costs or to realize the appropriate medical services, in addition, it depends on how often renew the guidelines, and how wide is the usage of guidelines.

As a bioreactor, bird has proved to be most efficient system for producing useful therapeutic proteins. More than half of the egg white protein content derives from the ovalbumin gene with four other proteins(lysozyme, ovomucoid, ovomucin and conalbumin) present at levels of 50 milligrams or greater. And the naturally sterile egg also contains egg white protein at high concentration allowing for a long shelf life of recombinant protein without loss in activity. In spite of these advantages, transgenic procedures for the bird have lagged far behind because of its complex process of fertilized egg and developmental differences. Recently, a system to transplant mouse testis cells from a fertile donor male to the seminiferous tubules of an infertile recipient male has been developed. Spermatogenesis is generated from transplanted cells, and recipients are capable of transmitting the donor haplotype to progeny. After transplantation, primitive donor spermatogonia migrate to the basement membrane of recipient seminiferous tubules and begin proliferating. Eventually, these cells establish stable colonies with a characteristic appearance, which expands and produces differentiating germ cells, including mature spermatozoa. Thus, the transplanted cells self-renew and produce progeny that differentiate into fully functional spermatozoa. In this study, to develop an alternative system of germline chimera production that operates via the testes rather than through developing embryos, the spermatogonial stem cell techniques were applied. This system consisted of isolation and in vitro-culture of chicken testicular cells, transfer of in vitro-maintained cells into heterologous testes, production of germline chimeras and confirmation of germline transmission for evaluating production of heterologous, functional spermatozoa.

If the broadcast message is sent, first of all, the privileged users will decode the session key by using his or her personal key, which the user got previously. The user willget the digital information through this session key. As shown above, the user will obtain messages or session keys using the keys transmitted from a broadcaster, which process requires effective ways for the broadcaster to generate and distribute keys. In addition, when a user wants to withdraw or sign up, an effective process to renew a key is required. It is also necessary to chase and check users' malicious activities or attacking others. This paper presents a method called Traitor Tracing to solve all these problems. Traitor tracing can check attackers and trace them. It also utilizes a proactive way for each user to have effective renewal cycle to generate keys.

This study came to the following conclusions through the survey which was conducted to ocean leisure business runners to find out current business situation and the perceptions about the revised regulations the safety law of water leisure. This survey showed that most of the respondents agreed about receiving water safety training for regulated time when they obtain or renew their licenses. 63.5% answered that water safety training is needed. There was a considerable demand for registration system of leisure boots. 70.3% presented that registration system of private leisure boots should be introduced. It is confirmed that insurance is an essential fact for ocean leisure activities. 81.1% for leisure boots and 70.3% for non-leisure boots respectively answered that private insurance or fraternal insurance need to be imposed as a compulsory condition in case of accidents during ocean leisure activities.

As a part of ${\square}$ project to discover Korean modern design and Korean modern an, this thesis is based on collaborated research with Musashino Art College about Teikoku Art College in Japan (renamed as Musashino Art School in 1948 and promoted as Musashino Art College in 1962) and Korean students of Teikoku Art College. In accepting modern art and design, Teikoku Art College. In accepting modern art and design, Teikoku Art College is important since most Koreans studied there to learn modern art and design. Especially, this focuses on activities of Korean students in Design (Zuan) program at Teikoku Art College and their relationships with professors to examine the influence of design study and acceptance through Teikoku Art College in Japan and the relationship with design education in Korean after the World War II. This research made it possible to renew the lists of 147 Korean students and 13 Korean students in Design (Zuan) program. Thus, this could be essential data to reconstruct the history of Korean modern design which has lacked basic documents.

Human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) derived from the inner cell mass of blastocysts have the ability to renew themselves and to differentiate into cell types of all lineage. The present study was carried out to investigate whether the Wnt signaling pathway is related to maintaining self-renewal of hESCs. Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 (GSK-3) inhibitor, BIO ((2'Z,3'E)-6-Bromoindirubin-3'-oxime) was treated to Miz-hES1 line for activation of Wnt signaling pathway. BIO-nontreated hESCs (control) and BID-treated hESCs were cultured for 5 days in the modified feeder-free system. During the culture of hESCs, differences were observed in the colony morphology between 2 groups. Controls were spread outwards whereas BIO-nontreated hESCs were clumped in the center and the differentiated cells were spreading outwards in the edges. The results of stem cell specific marker staining indicated that control were differentiated in large part whereas BIO-treated hESCs maintain self-renewal in the center of the colony. The results of lineage marker staining suggested that outer cells of the hESC colony were differentiated to the neuronal progenitor cells in both control and BIO-treated hESC. These results indicate that Wnt signaling is related to self-renewal in hESCs. In addition, control group showed higher composition of apoptotic cells $(23.76\%)$ than the BID-treated group $(5.59\%)$. These results indicate that BIO is effective on antapoptosis of hESCs.

Ontologies, which are the core of the Semantic Web, are usually limited by specific domains or created by defining meanings and relationships that depend on the heuristic. However, the creation of an ontology is not only very difficult but also very time-consuming. In contrast with ontologies that are used in specific fields, an ontology for the Web entails an unlimited scope of knowledge and expression of information. Hence, it is hard to express information in the same way that is used to create ontologies in specific fields. Therefore, the automatic generation of an ontology takes very important role in the Semantic Web. In this paper, to make ontologies automatically, we suggest the methods to create and renew ontologies by expanding keywords related to the index-terms which are extracted from the search keywords which users input in the search engines by analyzing the morphemes.

In this paper, we propose and analyze the optimized sleep mode for a mobile node (MN) in IEEE 802.16e wireless metropolitan area networks. Because a MN in a sleep mode specified in 802.16e specification should maintain state information with the base station currently attached, it must renew sleep state with a new base station after handover which leads to unnecessary waste of battery power. Noting that the mobility pattern of a MN is independent of call arrival patterns, we propose an optimized sleep mode to eliminate unnecessary standby period of a MN in sleep state after handover. We also propose an analytical model for the proposed scheme in terms of power consumption and the initial call response time. Simulation studies that compare the performance between the sleep mode and the optimized sleep mode show that our scheme marginally increases initial call response delay with the huge reduction in power consumption.
