평면확장형 공동주택 리모델링 공사에서 신/구 슬래브 접합부의 횡방향 하중전달 능력 (Load Transfer Capacity for the Planar Joints between Existing and New Slab in Apartment Remodelling Construction for Enlarging the Interior Space)

  • In General, post-installed dowel bars are used as a shear connector to ensure the composite actions between new slabs and existing slabs in an apartment remodelling constructions expecially for enlarging the interior space outward the existing buildings. But, it has not been checked that the connection performance between existing and new slab is satisfactory not only for the structural safety condition but also the for serviceability and dwelling requirements. In this research, an experimental works were presented to evaluate the load transfer capacity for the planar joints between existing and new slab. The existing slabs were obtained from the existing apartment housing which will be demolished. Test results showed that the planar joints with post-installed dowel bars behaved in full composite modes until ultimate capacity of test specimens, so sufficient ultimate and serviceability performance are confirmed.

  • This study is regarding Rural village renovation project that improve the poor residential environment of backward rural district in Korea and the quality of life of the rural area residents. Especially, by comparing the Kyungbuk, Yeungju, Juchi village's case which was progressed by MAFRA (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs) in 2014 for the demonstration project with the successful case MELAP(Model project on the Effective Utilization of Rural Land through the activation of internal potential element) which is one of the Rural area Development Program in German Federal Ministry of Baden-$W{\ddot{u}}rttemberg$, this essay attempts to suggest the improvement Plan of Rural village renovation project which will be developed forward.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the remodeling contents by the length of residence of remodeling the housing for 472 households living in small and medium-sized apartments in Pusan and Ulsan areas. The subjects of this survey have remodelled their housing 1.58 times during 4.57 years of residence in average. All of them had changes of finishing in living rooms, masters bedrooms, other bedrooms, kitchens and dining rooms and changes of facilities in kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms and bathrooms. The changes of structure and use age have been performed only by the limited numbers of households. Time of remodelling was mostly right after moving in and then about once in two or three years. But it differed according to the room of the housing and the types of remodelling.

  • 국내 건설 시장의 신규 사업의 감소가 예상되고 있다. 이와 함께 대체 시장으로써 리모델링 사업이 부각되고 있다. 그 중 향후 수요 증가가 예상되는 오피스빌딩 리모델링 사업 수행에 참여함에 있어 우선 고려되어야 하는 사업의 주요 관리 현안이 무엇인가에 대한 고찰이 요구된다. 일반 신축 사업과 비교하여 상이한 특징과 프로세스를 지니고 있는 리모델링 사업의 효율적인 수행을 위해서는 사업의 특징을 충분히 고려한 현안의 인식이 갖춰져야 효율적이고 성공적인 사업으로 이끌어 갈 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 오피스빌딩 리모델링 사업의 사업관리 현안을 발굴 제시하고 현안들이 제시하는 특징을 분석하여 제시하였다.

  • Recently, the environmental conservation has been emphasized over the world. Building industry should carefully reflected the development focused on the economic aspect as well as the environmental considerations. Therefore, it requires the technology development to mitigate the environmental pollution through the reducement of the energy and resources usage amount over the building life cycle. For these, it should be required to set up the analysis methodology to grasp the amount of the environmental pollution and energy and resources in each step of building life cycle. In this paper, it aimed at preparing the analysis process and analyzing the embodied energy and $CO_2$ and $SO_x$ emission according to the building work, field work, mechanical and electrical work on the new building and remodelling, utilizing the inventory analysis which is one of the LCA process.

  • 공동주택 리모델링은 최신 관심이 커지고 있는 실정이다. 개발의 초기 단계에서는 신축에 대한 수요가 높은 반면, 도시적 용도의 토지 공급이 한계에 이르는 다음 단계에서는 재건축 또는 재개발이 중요한 주택 공급의 수단으로 등장하게 된다. 그러나 현재 우리나라는 리모델링에 대한 사회적 관심이 커지고 있음에도 불구하고 금융정책을 제외하고는 이를 효과적으로 뒷받침할 수 있는 제도적 여건이 많이 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 공동주택의 리모델링을 활성화시키기 위하여 리모델링에 대한 관련 제도의 실태와 정책 방향을 살펴보고, 국내외 리모델링 발전방향을 제시하였다.

  • Even though the life of a building fully remains, early complete withdrawal re-construction is carried out because of internal components fashioned. However, remodelling is activated by legal recently and the remodeling technology is increasing for sustainable development. This study grasp the internal components remodeling technology of Korea, America and Japan through analysis of patents so as to find out the proper direction of remodelling technology of internal components.

  • This study is about the description method & scope of maintenability in window components which have been applied to the remodelling work in Apartment Housing. Already we did established the maintenability performance index through the preceding research in recent. It is defined as changeability, prefabrication, coordination. and capacity of performance preservation. As the results of analysys on the performance information that is reported by catalog & internet media, the ratio of adaptation as a maintenabilty performance was revealed to percentage of 11(11%). And as the respects of represented content, majority of the performance information only have dealt with advertising-effect, rather than physical performance make easy to change and separat.
