This paper proposes an object tracking system according to reliability assessment of learning in mobile environments. The proposed system is based on markerless tracking, and there are four modules which are recognition, tracking, detecting and learning module. Recognition module detects and identifies an object to be matched on current frame correspond to the database using LSH through SURF, and then this module generates a standard object information that has the best reliability of learning. The standard object information is used for evaluating and learning the object that is successful tracking in tracking module. Detecting module finds out the object based on having the best possible knowledge available among the learned objects information, when the system fails to track. The experimental results show that the proposed system is able to recognize and track the reliable objects with reliability assessment of learning for the use of mobile platform.
Korea Railroad Research Institute(KRRI) developed the Driverless Rubber Tired Korea-AGT(Model: K-AGT) from 1999 to 2004. We have finished the safety and performance tests of K-AGT. Data obtained from this testing can be used to evaluate the growth of reliability. The most widely used traditional growth tracking model is included as IEC International standard. With the tracking model all corrective actions are incorporated during test, called test-fix-test. In the test-fix-test strategy problem modes are found during testing and corrective actions for these problems are incorporated during testing. In this paper, we demonstrated reliability analysis using growth model of driverless rubber tired K-AGT system to prove reliability of development system. Therefore, we introduce the well-known NHPP model and analyze a reliability growth using ReliaSoft's RGA software.
Reliability growth is defined as the positive improvement in a reliability parameter over a period of time due to implementation of corrective actions to system design, operation or maintenance procedures, or the associated manufacturing process. In recent, the importance of reliability growth management has emerged in the military authority and industries. For effective application of reliability growth models, it is necessary to understand their characteristics and differences. This paper presents the concepts of reliability growth management and compares the features of reliability tracking and projection models centered on MIL-HDBK-189C for selecting the appropriate model for an one-shot system under development.

This paper proposes an automatic tracking control algorithm for efficiency improvement of photovoltaic generation. Increasing the power of PV systems should improve the efficiency of solar cells or the power condition system. The normal alignment of the PV module always have to run perpendicular to the sun's rays. The solar tracking system, able to improve the efficiency of the PV system, was initiated by applying that to the PV power plant. The tracking system of conventional PV power plant has been studied with regard to the tracking accuracy of the solar cells. Power generation efficiency were increased by aligning the cells for maximum exposure to the sun's rays. Using a perpendicular position facilitated optimum condition. However, there is a problem about the reliability of tracking systems unable to not track the sun correctly during environmental variations. Therefore, a novel control algorithm needs to improve the generation efficiency of the PV systems and reduce the loss of generation. This control algorithm is the proposed automatic tracking algorithm in this paper. Automatic tracking control is combined the sensor and program method for robust control in environment changing condition. This tracking system includes the insolation, rain sensor and anemometer for climate environment changing. Proposed algorithm in this paper, is compared to performance of conventional tracking control algorithm in variative insolation condition. And prove the validity of proposed algorithm through the experimental data.

In this paper, we propose a real-time people tracking system with multiple CCD cameras for security inside the building. To achieve this goal, we present a method for 3D walking human tracking based on the IMPRESARIO framework incorporating cascaded classifiers into hypothesis evaluation. The efficiency of adaptive selection of cascaded classifiers has been also presented. The camera is mounted from the ceiling of the laboratory so that the image data of the passing people are fully overlapped. The implemented system recognizes people movement along various directions. To track people even when their images are partially overlapped, the proposed system estimates and tracks a bounding box enclosing each person in the tracking region. The approximated convex hull of each individual in the tracking area is obtained to provide more accurate tracking information. We have shown the improvement of reliability for likelihood calculation by using cascaded classifiers. Experimental results show that the proposed method can smoothly and effectively detect and track walking humans through environments such as dense forests.

The first purpose of this study is to develop a GCS(Ground Control System) by using RF(Radio Frequency) wireless communication equipments for UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). The second goal is to develop an antenna tracking system operating automatically. UAV receives flight data from a RF wireless system. So the role of antenna tracking system is very important to keep good communication state between UAV and GCS. GCS can check flight data and display a aviation state of UAV in real-time. The flight data displayed in real-time by GCS include the latitude, longitude, altitude, speed and so on. Experiments that measure a communication range and reliability are needed to develop a RF wireless communication system.

The robustness and reliability of vision algorithms is the key issue in robotic research and industrial applications. In this paper robust real time visual tracking in complex scene is considered. A common approach to increase robustness of a tracking system is the use of different model (CAD model etc.) known a priori. Also fusion or multiple features facilitates robust detection and tracking of objects in scenes of realistic complexity. Voting-based fusion of cues is adapted. In voting. a very simple or no model is used for fusion. The approach for this algorithm is tested in a 3D Cartesian robot which tracks a toy vehicle moving along 3D rail, and the Kalman filter is used to estimate the motion parameters. namely the system state vector of moving object with unknown dynamics. Experimental results show that fusion of cues and motion estimation in a tracking system has a robust performance.
In the case of the tracking system with an active camera, it is very difficult to guarantee real-time processing due to the attribute of vision system which handles large amounts of data at once and has time delay to process. The reliability of the processed result is also badly influenced by the slow sampling time and uncertainty caused by the image processing. In this paper, we figure out dynamic characteristics of pixels reflected on the image plane and derive the mathematical model of the vision tracking system which includes the actuating part and the image processing part. Based on this model, we find a controller that stabilizes the system and enhances the tracking performance to track a target rapidly. The centroid is used as the position index of moving object and the DC motor in the actuating part is controlled to keep the identified centroid at the center point of the image plane.
