서울시 PM2.5 공간 샘플링을 위한 Deployable Particulate Impact Sampler의 성능 검증 연구 (Reliability and Accuracy of the Deployable Particulate Impact Sampler for Application to Spatial PM2.5 Sampling in Seoul, Korea)

  • Previous studies of health effects of $PM_{2.5}$ performed spatial monitoring campaigns to assess spatial variability of $PM_{2.5}$ across people's residences. Highly reliable portable and cost-effective samplers will be useful for such campaigns. This study aimed to investigate applicability of the Deployable Particulate Impact Sampler(DPIS), one of the compact impact samplers, to spatial monitoring campaigns of $PM_{2.5}$ in Seoul, Korea. The investigation focused on the consistency of $PM_{2.5}$ concentrations measured by DPISs compared to those by the Low-volume Cyclone sampler (LCS). LCS has operated at a fixed site in the Seoul National University Yeongeon campus, Seoul, Korea since 2003 and provided qualified $PM_{2.5}$ data. $PM_{2.5}$ sampling of DPISs was carried out at the same site from November 17, 2015 through February 3, 2016. $PM_{2.5}$ concentrations were quantified by the gravimetric method. Using a duplicated DPIS, we confirmed the reliability of DPIS by computing relative precision and mean square error-based R squared value ($R^2$). Relative precision was one minus the difference of measurements between two samplers relative to the sum. For accuracy, we compared $PM_{2.5}$ concentrations from four DPISs (DPIS_Tg, DPIS_To, DPIS_Qg, and DPIS_Qo) to those of LCS. Four samplers included two types of collection filters(Teflon, T; quartz, Q) and impaction discs(glass fiber filter, g; pre-oiled porous plastic disc, o). We assessed accuracy using accuracy value which is one minus the difference between DPIS and LCS $PM_{2.5}$ relative to LCS $PM_{2.5}$ in addition to $R^2$. DPIS showed high reliability (average precision=97.28%, $R^2=0.98$). Accuracy was generally high for all DPISs (average accuracy=83.78~88.88%, $R^2=0.89{\sim}0.93$) except for DPIS_Qg (77.35~78.35%, 0.82~0.84). Our results of high accuracy of DPIS compared to LCS suggested that DPIS will help the assessment of people's individual exposure to $PM_{2.5}$ in extensive spatial monitoring campaigns.

  • 본 논문에서는 지형대조항법의 신뢰성 추정을 위해 지형 유형별로 간섭계 레이더 고도계의 성능을 분석한다. 고도 정확도는 지형대조항법 정확도의 주요 요소 중 하나이다. 그런데 간섭계 레이더 고도계에서는 안테나가 넓은 빔을 가지고 있으면 고도 정확도는 지표의 형상에 의해 직접적으로 영향을 받는다. 따라서 TRN의 정확도와 신뢰성도 영향을 받을 수 있으며 이는 항법해 산출에 모호성을 야기할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 지형 유형들을 모델링하고 간섭계 레이더 고도계의 성능을 분석하여 지형대조항법의 신뢰성 추정을 위한 분석 자료를 제시한다. 시험 데이터와 비교함으로써 분석 결과의 타당성을 검증한다.

  • Reliability evaluation of One-Shot system which flies at speed of Mach must be evaluated as the result of many firing tests. But many firing tests are impossible because of budget deficit. Consequently the reliability prediction which substitutes firing tests is used. The accuracy of reliability prediction is decided according to a quantity of accumulated test data. If the test data is insufficient, the direction of prediction can not be set. So we propose the reliability prediction method which applies MIL-HDBK-217 Plus. MIL-HDBK-217 Plus is described about reliability prediction method without sufficient test data. So we apply MIL-HDBK-217 Plus to the rocket motor system, and we accomplish a modeling and a reliability prediction about the system.

패션관련 인터넷 사이트의 활용실태 및 평가 (A Study on the Application of Fashion-Related Internet Web Sites and Their Evaluation)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of fashion-related web sites and their evaluation. 76 college students major in fashion design were surveyed and the evaluation criteria were classified into five categories such as the accuracy/reliability, the design of a picture, the ease of application, the communication/security, and additional services. The results of this study were as follows: 1. College students used web sites mostly to search for fashion trend information from magazine and fashion information sites. 2. While the media site was excellent in the evaluation criteria such as the accuracy/reliability, the design of a picture and the communication/security, the fashion information site was excellent in the evaluation criteria such as the accuracy/reliability, communication/ security and additional services. 3. The media site and the fashion information site generally ranked high and the fashion brand site ranked low in most evaluation items. 4. By the results of ANOVA, 12 items showed significant differences out of the total 19 items. 5. Out of the total evaluation items, the design of a picture ranked highest and the external link function ranked lowest.

Non-uniform Weighted Vibration Target Positioning Algorithm Based on Sensor Reliability

  • In the positioning algorithm of two-dimensional planar sensor array, the estimation error of time difference-ofarrival (TDOA) algorithm is difficult to avoid. Thus, how to achieve accurate positioning is a key problem of the positioning technology based on planar array. In this paper, a method of sensor reliability discrimination is proposed, which is the foundation for selecting positioning sensors with small error and excellent performance, simplifying algorithm, and improving positioning accuracy. Then, a positioning model is established. The estimation characteristics of the least square method are fully utilized to calculate and fuse the positioning results, and the non-uniform weighting method is used to correct the weighting factors. It effectively handles the decreased positioning accuracy due to measurement errors, and ensures that the algorithm performance is improved significantly. Finally, the characteristics of the improved algorithm are compared with those of other algorithms. The experiment data demonstrate that the algorithm is better than the standard least square method and can improve the positioning accuracy effectively, which is suitable for vibration detection with large noise interference.

델파이 기술예측의 타당성과 신뢰성 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Validity and Reliability of the Delphi Forecasting in Korea)

  • 델파이는 전문가의 의견에 기초하여 미래를 예측하는 방법이다. 텔파이가 얼마나 타당하고 신뢰할 수 있는지를 검토하는 것은 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라의 IT와 BT 분야의 델파이 조사의 정확도와 정밀도를 분석하고, 그 관계에 대해 논의한다. 분석 결과, 예측결과의 정확도와 정밀도는 그 분야와 전문도에 따라 일부 차이를 보였다. 또한, 전문도가 높은 응답의 경우, 예측결과의 정확도와 정밀도 간의 유의한 상관관계가 발견되었다. 이 결과는 예측의 정밀도가 정확도를 판단하는 하나의 기준이 될 수 있음을 의미한다.

A response surface method based on sub-region of interest for structural reliability analysis

  • In structural reliability analysis, the response surface method is widely adopted because of its numerical efficiency. It should be understood that the response function must approximate the actual limit state function accurately in the main region influencing failure probability where it is evaluated. However, the size of main region influencing failure probability was not defined clearly in current response surface methods. In this study, the concept of sub-region of interest is constructed, and an improved response surface method is proposed based on the sub-region of interest. The sub-region of interest can clearly define the size of main region influencing failure probability, so that the accuracy of the evaluation of failure probability is increased. Some examples are introduced to demonstrate the efficiency and the accuracy of the proposed method for both numerical and implicit limit state functions.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 서비스 품질이 소비자 만족과 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Service Quality of Internet Shopping Malls on Consumer Satisfaction and Word of Mouth Intention)

  • This study aimed to identify the effects of service quality of internet shopping malls on consumer satisfaction and word of mouth intention. The data were obtained from questionnaires completed by 345 people aged between 20 and 39 living in Busan. The SPSS package was used for data analysis whose methods included factor analysis, ANOVA, cluster analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First, the service quality factors were determined to be reliability, diversity, convenience, accuracy & communicability. Differences among the groups divided by service quality factors were found to be meaningful in consumer satisfaction and word of mouth intention. Second, reliability, diversity, convenience & accuracy significantly affected consumer satisfaction, however all the service quality factors significantly effected word of mouth intention. Finally, consumer satisfaction, reliability, diversity, accuracy & communicability had an significant effect on word of mouth intention. It would be helpful for the managers of internet shopping malls that consumers can be satisfied with right fashion products and efficient inter-communication based on trustfulness in the long-term relationship.

관측데이터 처리의 품질제어를 통한 GPS 측위의 신뢰성 향상 (Application of Quality Control Procedure to Improve Reliability of GPS Positioning)

  • GPS 관측에 의해 정확한 위치추정을 위해서는 올바른 함수모형과 통계모형이 사용되어야 한다. 그러나 함수모형에 고려되지 않는 과대오차가 관측데이터에 포함되어 있는 경우는 추정좌표에 편의를 유발 시킨다. 이러한 과대오차는 전리층영향과 다중경로의 급격한 변화 혹은 수신기 오작동에 의해 주로 발생하며, 최소제곱법에 의한 수신기 위치 추정에서 반드시 제거해야 정확도를 최대화 할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 과대오차의 검출, 규명, 적용의 세 단계로 구성된 GPS 관측데이터 처리에서의 품질제어 알고리즘과 통계검정 기법의 성능을 나타내는 신뢰도 이론을 연구하여 의사거리를 이용하는 단독측위에 대하여 구현하였다. 이를 바탕으로 정지측위와 동적측위 관측실험을 실시하여 분석한 결과 잉여관측데이터수가 많고 기하구조의 강도가 높고 보다 현실적인 통계모형을 사용할 때 과대오차 규명 성능이 높아졌으며, 관측데이터에서 과대 오차가 제거됨에 따라 추정좌표의 정확도가 증가되어 전체적으로 GPS 측위의 신뢰성을 향상 시킬 수 있었다.

유속 레이다에서의 도플러 스펙트럼 모의구현에 관한 연구 (A Study on Simulation of Doppler Spectra in a Current Velocity Radar)

  • 하천 및 강등의 유속 측정을 위한 레이다에서는 수면에서 반사 또는 산란되는 전자파로부터 도플러 주파수를 추정함으로서 이에 대응하는 유속 정보를 추출하게 된다. 그러나 수면으로부터 수신되는 전자파 신호들의 도플러 스펙트럼은 측정 환경 및 기상 상태에 따라 매우 다른 형태를 나타낼 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 다양한 도플러 스펙트럼들의 존재로 인하여 레이다 센서에서의 유속정보 추출 알고리즘의 정확도 및 신뢰성에 심각한 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 수면으로부터 수신되는 매우 다양한 도플러 신호 스펙트럼을 적절하게 모의 구현할 수 있는 도플러 스펙트럼 모델을 제안하였다.
