본 연구는 근대문화유산관련 호텔을 연구하기 위하여 첫째, 문헌분석을 통한 역사적 접근을 시도하여 근대호텔 발전사를 정립하였다. 둘째, 대불호텔 복원관련 자료와 관계자의 인터뷰를 통해 관광산업적 활용사례를 조사하여 관광산업적 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 근대호텔 복원을 위한 관광산업적 활성화 방안을 제시하면 첫째, 각 지역의 근대문화유산의 근대호텔 복원계획은 철저한 당위성 검토와 콘텐츠 개발계획으로 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 각 지역의 근대호텔 복원은 지자체의 행정적 관리체계 구축과 의지가 있어야 한다. 셋째, 근대호텔 복원은 역사적 의미와 가치가 있는 것으로 각 지역의 관광활성화 기여 및 경제적 효과, 고용촉진 등에 기여할 수 있는 사업으로 추진되어야 한다. 넷째, 근대호텔 복원에 대한 지속적·적극적 홍보 수단 마련이 필요하다.

This study aimed to adaptive reuse plan a take advantage of Suncheon Bay Garden Expo 2013. Detailed objectives included: to identify and foster cultural and ecological resources in Suncheon Bay and Garden Expo Site; and to search and propose characterized program in the site for efficient utilization; and to revitalize a site for the vitalizations of the region where garden culture and garden industries for strengthening local competitiveness. The study was multi-phased. The first stage included basic surveys such as site status and environmental context analysis, and questionnaires and similar case studies, and the second stage was to review the direction of preliminary planning, develop associated industries and strategies for regional revitalization and review and incorporate project details. And the third stage aimed to develop a comprehensive plan from spatial plans and program plans and suggest plans to vitalize the operation of the site. The results of the study are as follows: First, the characterization strategy is 'healing experience tourism', 'healing garden', 'healing herbal care' are suitable for the site and regional revitalization. Second, the dimension of 2013 Suncheon Bay Garden Expo which was distinguished into four areas, in consideration of the characteristics and contents of the garden expo site for efficient operation and maintenance. Four area are as follows: the park oriented area, the experiential tourism oriented area, the existing conservation oriented area, and the area for associated industries. Third, the practice of private and public partnerships is needed in order to efficiently manage and operations. The significance of this study is that it is seeking to take advantage of the Garden Expo site and set the plan by existing resources and in consideration of local characteristics, in conjunction with area to envision and proposed management plan. Some problems are remained which have not been able to deal with details program and organization and financial planning programs for the operation of the site. This is for further study.

This paper aims to illuminate the role of serial context among industry, academia and government, taking much care of the role of society and community in the sustainable regional planning and practice. This paper is composed of five chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects. In In chapter 1, we give the little long introduction of the time of mutation and significance of locus that explains the conceptual background and framework of this paper. In chapter 2, we elaborate on the mutation and metamorphosis of structural, social, and natural changes in the world and especially Japan. In chapter 3 and chapter 4, the main chapters of this paper, we describe the evolution of academic town in megalopolis, the revitalization of technopolis, and the creative local culture of the World Heritage for the regional renaissance in Japan. In chaper 5, we conclude this paper. As for this illumination, we should pay more due regards to the locus, orbit and iconography of region to develop better hosting environment and habitat for global innovation of industry-academia-government collaboration's serial contexts through sustainable tourism and tourism sustainability. Especially, at the time of natural and social mutation, we could not look over the heavy and sudden natural unexpected changes, the deep structural social and community changes in Japan, and war and terrorism in Asia on the global scene for sustainable rejuvenation.

1899년에 철도가 부설된 이후 철도관련시설은 근대화의 상징이다. 그러나 증기기관차의 운행이 중단된 후 급수탑은 방치된 시설이었다. 근대문화유산의 가치를 살린 급수탑 주변 요소에 따른 활성화 방안은 다음과 같다. 1)근대사의 현장성과 예술 작품의 배경 지역을 이용 2)주변 장소와 연계한 공원화 3)산업유산의 전시시설 4)지역의 역사유적 5)급수설비의 재생이 필요하다. 지방 자치단체의 기획 단계부터 전문가 집단의 조언과 지역주민의 활발한 참여가 필요하며, 급수탑 활성화가 도시정비차원에서 이루어져야 한다.

Due to the law of use of sustainable alternative energy recently legislated, many public institutions are ordered to use renewable energy. So it gets people's eyes on Geothermal energy system among other suggested renewable energy. Since there is hardly existence of a volcanic region, Geothermal heat pump system is generally used most in Korea. However, the important technology and materials are not localized and further, with only our technical skills it is arduous to popularize and develop Geothermal energy because of lack of revitalization related to the law and the regime for locally suitable Data-base. Moreover, an access of renewable energy is too much hard because of people's low interests about Geothermal energy. But fortunately, the well-studied about Geothermal heat system started to be adopted in many other provinces. Therefore, we study this with intend to popularize and develop Geothermal energy.

In the Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, there are approximately 3,500 industrial buildings under the cultural asset protection and management not only in the Ruhr-region but also state-wide. Unlike traditional cultural assets, industrial assets are closely tied with contemporary life in numerous ways, and have acted as a bridge between the traditional architectural buildings and contemporary architectural buildings, reflecting the overall economical, social and cultural portraits of that time. Reinvestigating them in a new light, granting just and fair values, and preserving and transmitting these modern cultural heritages is a method of preserving the historical and cultural traditions in order to keep own identity and integrity. Nowadays, however, due to various sprawling developments and new development-oriented urban policies, only a select few industrial assets are being protected, the rest facing demolition and damages. In order to better cope with such situation, Korea has officially introduced the Registered Cultural Properties System since 2001, and began acknowledging the historical values of industrial buildings as modern cultural properties. By systematic analysis and deduction of characteristics from successfully recycled precedents such Kueppers Mills at the Innenhafen Duisburg in the state of Nordrhein-Westfalen that have been preserved and recycled as cultural spaces, this paper aims to find and propose suggestions to rehabilitate and recycle the industrial cultural properties in Korea.

강원도 인제군민의 질 높은 생활을 향유하기 위하여 인제군의 지역 활성화를 위한 인프라 구축에 관하여 연구한 결과 인제군의 군민이 쉽게 접근이 가능하고 이용이 용이한 대상 부지를 분석한 결과 공원의 유형은 삶의 질을 높이고 도시 문화적인 체험과 휴식을 취 할 수 있으며, 정서생활의 증진을 도모할 수 있는 도시조형공원이 가장 적합한 것으로 분석된다. 전국에 지자체마다 생태공원, 테마공원, 체험공원 등은 많은 존재하고 있으나 인제군만의 특징을 담아내며 차별화를 이룰 수 있도록 도시공원 형태로 계획함이 바람직하다.

This study aimed to present a plan that introduces the concept of 'RURITAGE' into the 'Rural Convention' by analyzing the contents of the EU's 'RURITAGE' and the 'Rural Convention.' For this study, the contents and reports discussed on the 'RURITAGE' homepage were analyzed. Also, the applicability was reviewed by analyzing the 'Rural Convention' report and guideline. 'RURITAGE' was resources and heritage, currently possessed by the region rather than large-scale development. 'The Rural Convention' was intended to solve the problem of point-projects through mid-to-long-term planning, integrated support system for construction, and spatial analysis of rural spatial. It was also a policy to increase the satisfaction of the residents with the quality of life by guaranteeing a certain level of living services anywhere in the country. The 'Rural Spatial Strategic Plan' and 'Rural Living Area Revitalization Plan', included in 'the Rural Convention' are judged to be difficult to immediately introduce the concept of 'RURITAGE' due to the limitations of the projects that can implement projects. However, the notion of 'RURITAGE' can be reflected to 'Rural Spatial Maintenance Plan' seamlessly, which will be prepared in the 'Rural Living Area Revitalization Plan'.

Amidst the challenges of the global economy, this paper examines the investment tendencies of professional angel investors, who provide venture capital and management consulting, and explores strategies to revitalize angel investment. According to the research findings, professional angel investors are generally older and more educated than regular angel investors, and they are concentrated in the metropolitan region. Additionally, their investment performance before and after registration remains similar, with investment amounts concentrated between 50 million and 100 million won. Their investment portfolios focus on ICT services, bio/medical, and distribution/service sectors. Based on these findings, policy and institutional support measures are required to revitalize angel investment, including easing registration requirements for professional angel investors, expanding tax benefits related to angel investment, strengthening the provision of information and education related to angel investment, and enhancing angel investment networking. This study is expected to contribute to the revitalization of the venture startup ecosystem and economic growth through the revitalization of angel investment.

도시화에 따른 인구 집중으로 지방 분권 및 지역균형발전의 역할이 중요해지며 지자체에 관광 콘텐츠 개발도 활발히 시도되고 있지만, 이러한 시도는 대다수 양적인 성장에 치우쳐 지역적 특색을 살리고 차별화된 경험을 제공하는 관광 콘텐츠를 효과적으로 제시하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 결국, 지역 특색을 가꾸어 지역의 정체성을 강조하고 차별화된 이미지를 구축할 수 있는 프로그램과 콘텐츠를 개발하는 것이 중요하지만 특징적 자원 발굴이 어려운 대부분의 소규모 지역은 상대적으로 적은 개발기회와 재정적 제약으로 인해 차별화된 프로그램과 콘텐츠 개발이 어렵다는 문제가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 소규모 지역의 특징적 콘텐츠 발굴은 지역의 특징을 분석하고 보유한 자산을 최대한 이용하는 것이 효과적이라고 보고, 대안적 측면에서 지역 생태 자산을 이용한 지역 활성화 방안 중 하나인 생태관광을 효과적으로 지원하는 서비스디자인 프로세스를 제안하였다. 그 과정에서 벤 다이어그램 포지션, 콘텍스트 맵 방법론을 개발하여 수통골 자연관찰로를 통해 검증하였다.
