A memory module industry's supply chain usually consists of multiple manufacturing sites and multiple distribution centers. In order to fulfill the variety of demands from downstream customers, production planners need not only to decide the order allocation among multiple manufacturing sites but also to consider memory module industrial characteristics and supply chain constraints, such as multiple material substitution relationships, capacity, and transportation lead time, fluctuation of component purchasing prices and available supply quantities of critical materials (e.g., DRAM, chip), based on human experience. In this research, a directed graph-based supply network planning (DGSNP) model is developed for memory module industry. In addition to multi-site order allocation, the DGSNP model explicitly considers production planning for each manufacturing site, and purchasing planning from each supplier. First, the research formulates the supply network's structure and constraints in a directed-graph form. Then, a proposed genetic algorithm (GA) solves the matrix form which is transformed from the directed-graph model. Finally, the final matrix, with a calculated maximum profit, can be transformed back to a directed-graph based supply network plan as a reference for planners. The results of the illustrative experiments show that the DGSNP model, compared to current memory module industry practices, determines a convincing supply network planning solution, as measured by total profit.

The Preparation for a flight test of the launch vehicle to verify the performance of the liquid rocket engine(LRE) is proceeding. Flight test of liquid rocket engine costs an enormous amount of money, has a restriction on measurement channels, so it requires the optimal measurement plan to check the prelaunch operation and determine the cause of abnormal situation. This paper surveys the foreign sources for LRE flight test. In recent years, as the tendency to eliminate all faults of LRE at the ground test the number of flight test is decreasing and in contrast, the number of measurements and measurement accuracy is increasing. This paper may be used as a reference for the preparation of an LRE flight test.

In this study, It designated to grasp and analyse the status and problem regarding whole information service system in the object of specialized information center in scientific and technological fields which is designated and supported by KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information). And with this basis, it presented the efficient information service plan which reflected and adopted recent information technology, of specialized information center in scientific and technical fields To acquisite and analyse about the status and problem regarding whole information service system of specialized information center in scientific and technical fields, it executed a preceding research analysis, a questionnaire investigation, conversation which leads a direct visit to corresponding agency, website analysis of home page related corresponding agency, and the brainstorming method which leads the conference of the regular discussion with specialist in related fields in parallel.

This has been designed for an attempt to survey a library use competency in order to provide basic information to plan more effective library use instruction for high school students. To get necessary data, a questionnaire was sent to 450 students in the 7 sample high schools in Seoul, and $80\%$ of them responded. The followings are the analysed results. 1. $42\%$ of them responded that they have heard about the decimal classification and $15\%$ of all the students have ever used decimal classification to search for the materials. 2. $3.6\%$ responded that they can understand the decimal classification and $66\%$ of all the students want to know about decimal classification. 3. $94\%$ responded that they have heard about the catalog cards and $41\%$ of all the students used catalog cards to search for the materials. 4. $29\%$ responded that they can understand the catalog cards and $68\%$ of all the students want to know about the catalog cards. 5. $61\%$ responded that they can use reference books. 6. $55.6\%$ responded that they know about the parts of a book. 7. $11\%$ responded that they can footnote. Reviewing the results of this study, library use competency of high school students can be said to be below level. And more effective approach is expected.

Recently, spectrum requirements are rapidly increasing in accordance with wireless communication development. For this reason, FCC(Federal communications commission) is considering cognitive radio system to increase spectral efficiency. In this paper, we present the performance analysis of signal detection by using RS(Reference signal) for LTE environments. Especially, we analyze the performance of detection probability in case of downlink LTE system. In the simulation, we generate OFDMA signal format which is specified in the LTE system. We assume additive white Gausssian noise channel environment. We estimate the performance by setting the threshold value of 5 % and 10 % based on CFAR(Constant false alarm rate) and false alarm rate, respectively. Finally, we discuss a future study plan on the applicability of CR to the LTE system.

A sustainable building must produce an interior environment that is safe, healthy, comfortable and supportive of human performance and well-being. The medical human comfort: performance and productivity cost of unhealthy environment may cause much cost for healing. Research that buildings with daylight, fresh air, eco-materials and sustainable interior design are consistently rated as more comfortable and occupants performance, satisfaction and health. This study is to categorize systematically interior environmental design elements for improving sustainability with a view to developing an evaluation model of super high-rise apartment unit plans. With a literature survey and design guide lines concerning sustainable design elements, three hierarchical categorization levels of human, environment, energy and resources systems that consists of upper, middle, low design elements have been proposed. A total of 6 items have been suggested for middle level of categorization and 24 items for lower level. Finally a total of 107 design elements concerning the 24 items and their relationahips have been revealed. The needs for a systematic approach to interior environmental design for sustainability have been discussed.

Since a severe accident, which happens in low frequency, can cause serious damages, the interests in off-site consequence analysis for a nuclear power plant have been increased after Chernobyl, TMI and Fukushima accidents. Consequences, which are the effects on health and environment caused by released radioisotopes, are evaluated using MACCS II code based on the method of Level 3 PSA. To perform a consequence analysis for the reference plants, the input data of the code were generated such as meteorological data, population distribution, release fractions, and so on. Using these input data, acute and lifetime dose as an organ, CCDF for early fatalities and latent cancer fatalities, and average individual risk were analyzed by using MACCS II code in this study. These results might contribute to establishing accident management plan and quantitative health object.

An ILRT Interval for a nuclear power plant in Korea was extended from once in five years to once in ten years. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate risk impact for ILRT interval extensions. In this paper, input data were generated for the reference plants, KSNP, using raw data such as meteorological data, population distribution data and source term data. And, using MACCS II code the risk impact assessment was performed based on the two methodologies of NUREG-1493 and NEI Interim Report. The risk impact derived from an ILRT interval extension was identified not to be significant. It is considered to apply this study and results to making an accident management plan and safety goal, and to the field of public acceptance.

The domain of database standardization can be divided into three fields; general database, data, and database by basic reference model. The international activities for the database standardization are currently being proceeded variously and actively. This article analyzes the status of the activities of ISO/TC46 in the information & documentation and ISO/IEC JTC1/SC32 in the data management and interchange, and proposes a plan for strenthening the activities of the domestic technical committees related to these activities. This also presents the status of the legislative organizations of the domestic databases standardization and the directions of promoting their activities.

Purpose: This study aims to suggest the architectural planning guidelines for the nurse area and patients' convenient facilities design of the wards in central public hospitals of the communities. Methods: In order to suggest architectural planning guidelines, expert's interview, field survey and analysis of the floor plan have been conducted in this paper. Results: This paper presents room configurations and space program, which determines the areas and structures of the spaces in the wards. Also it suggests the examples of floor plans which contains how to design nurse area and convenient facilities of the patient in the wards. Implications: The result of this research would be useful as a reference when the architect tries to design nurse area and convenient facilities of the patient of the wards.
