Ability of the Natural Abrasives Recovered from Sludge (재활용 천연광물 연마재의 연마성능)

  • The ability of natural abrasives which were recovered from CRT glass polishing process was evaluated. Comparing the center line average roughness values of a glass polished with new pumice (Ra = $0.039{\mu}m$) and with new garnet (Ra = $0.031{\mu}m$), the glass surface polished with the recycled pumice and the garnet had less pits on the surface with smaller Ra values (Ra = $0.025{\mu}m$ for recycled pumice and Ra = 0.029 for recycled garnet). Recycled rouge contains amorphous glass fragments so that it should be used as a cement replacement rather than recycle into an abrasive. Nnatural abrasives, pumice and garnet powder, which are used in CRT glass polishing process can be recycled into abrasives so that it can help to minimize costs and environmental impact from the production of abrasives and the disposal of waste sludge.

  • 지난 2006.12.28자로 "건설폐기물의 재활용 촉진에 관한 법률"이 개정.시행(법률 제8115호)됨에 따라 한국건설자원협회는 2007년부터 달라지는 건설폐기물 관련 주요 제도 및 시책과 이에 대한 개요와 적용 방법 등을 마련하였다. 또한 건설폐기물 처리용역 발주시 예정가격으로 적용할 수 있도록 '건설폐기물 성상별 톤당 처리단가(2007)'와 '순환골재 우수 활동사례'를 발췌.수록하였다.

Fundamental Properties of Recycled Cold Asphalt Mixtures with Recycled Sludge and Recycled Glass Aggregate (순환 슬러지 및 순환 유리골재를 사용한 순환 상온아스팔트 혼합물의 기초특성)

  • This paper is a basic study for applying the dried recycled sludge of waste sludge generated in construction waste intermediate treatment facility and the crushed recycled glass aggregate of waste glass bottles that cannot be recycled to the recycled cold asphalt mixtures. This paper reviewed the characteristics of recycled cold asphalt mixtures using recycled sludge and recycled glass aggregate. As a result, as contents of recycled sludge and recycled glass aggregate increased, the Marshall stability, indirect tensile strength, and tensile strength ratio of the recycled cold asphalt mixtures decreased, but flow and void ratio of that increased.

Properties of Recycled Board Made of Disused Wooden Furniture Carbonized at Low Temperature (저온탄화처리 폐가구재로 제조한 재생보드의 물성)

  • This study was carried for recycling laminated PB and MDF of disused furniture. PB and MDF particles taken from disused furniture were heat-treated at $250^{\circ}C$ and four levels of treatment time, 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours. The recycled boards were made with heat-treated particles after milling and screening with 100 mesh. The bending strength of the recycled boards were lower than that of virgin boards while their anti-swelling efficiency were much improved. Their formaldehyde emissivity were very low. Thus it was concluded that the recylcled boards are prospective environment-friendly material for interial consturction.
