The study is aimed at providing alternative strategies for the National Archives Assembly organization and the job. As a theoretical background, it reviewed the history of the National Archives Assembly's records management organization and analyzed duties of a permanent records management institution based on the "Standard Operating Procedure for Archival Institutions." Moreover, this study discussed the National Archives Assembly's current organizational status and surveyed jobs of the National Assembly Archives staff. As a result, for the organization area, it suggested that the National Assembly should reappoint its permanent records management institution, establish records centers, and reassign the management authority on the Memorial Center to the National Archives Assembly. Furthermore, the study provided a reorganization plan. For the job area, it argued a necessity for expanding the job domain and reinforcing professional manpower. In line with this, it provided duties that were customized for the reorganization plan.
The aim of this investigation was to collect the baseline data about growth, dietary behaviors, nutrient intakes and dietary quality of children at child care centers for planning nutritional management program. The dietary intakes were measured by weighing method for intakes at child care centers and by dietary records by children\\`s mothers for intakes at home. The weight and height were measured and calculated z-scores by using standard of the same age groups. The children were 163 boys and 168 girls and the mean age were 55.6 months(12-78 months) and 56.0 months(16-78 months). respectively. The Z-score for height(0.33) and weight(0. 11) showed that the growth of children were above average. Nutrients intakes such s energy, protein, fiber, iron, sodium, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B$_1$, vitamin C, niacin of boys from lunch and snack at day care centers were significantly higher than those of girls, and the meals at child care centers provided 20-37% of RDAs. The daily energy intakes were 1332.2kcal(83.1% RDA), protein 44. 26g(109.3% RDA), calcium 437.73mg(72.4% RDA), iron 7.24mg(72.4% RDA), vitamin A 459.6RE(113.1% RDA),vitamin B$_1$ 0.74mg(93.4% RDA), vitamin B$_2$0.79mg(79.7% RDA), niacin 7.66mg(69.9% RDA) and vitamin C 56.84mg(142.1% RDA). The nutrients which more than 50% of subjects ate less than 75% RDA were calcium, iron, niacin, and vitamin B$_2$.The average mean adequacy ratio was 0.80 and mean dietary variety score was 22.42, and those are positively correlated to % RDA of nutrient intakes. In summary, the children using child care centers consumed most nutrients below level of RDA and the nutritional management program at child care center is required to enhance the nutritional status of them. In the 1990s, the Korean government enacted the Act on the Management of Records in Public Institutions to produce and register records. Since then, through the revision of the act in 2006, it was wholly amended into the "Public Records Management Act," which presented significant changes with regard to the functions and roles from the former act. According to the new act, there are 17 metropolitan governments subject to the legal obligation of a local archive installation, but most of them are not planning for the establishment of local archives except Seoul and Gyeongsangnam-do in 2018. Therefore, this study surveyed 12 among the 14 record centers, which are the institutes that Daegu local archive will have managed, The current status of records management was analyzed, and records more than 30 years in the institutes were investigated.
Records Management System(RMS) is a system for managing electronic records in records centers. However, RMS cannot content itself with the purpose of introduction and user demands. This is caused by lack of understanding the user's RMS and a review of the lack of detailed features. Therefore, the aim of this study reviews and evaluates a detailed accession function of RMS. Firstly, the study reviewed a detailed function of accession in RMS. Analysing the business processes that each function carried out, it defined functional requirements and investigated functional compliance as the check list which produced by the functional requirements definition. Finally, it surveyed and interviewed public records managers and analyzed the present situation of functional implementation of records accession function. Afterwards, improvement plans and implications were proposed through comparison of global-standard.

Objectives: This study was performed to identify the current barriers of obesity management for children using Community Child Care Centers and their caregivers (parents and teachers working in the Centers). Further, this study explored the possibility of utilizing a mobile phone application for tailored obesity prevention and management programs to overcome the current difficulties associated with children's obesity management. Methods: The qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews with 20 obese and overweight children or children who wanted to participate in this study using Community Child Care Centers, 12 teachers working at the Centers, and a focus group interview with five parents of children using the Centers. Data were analyzed with a thematic approach categorizing themes and sub-themes based on the transcripts. Results: The current barriers of obesity management of obese and overweight children using Community Child Care Centers were lack of self-directed motivation regarding obesity management (chronic obesity-induced lifestyles and reduced self-confidence due to stigma) and lack of support from households and Community Child Care Centers (latchkey child, inconsistency in dietary guidance between the Center and household, repetitive pressure to eat, and absence of regular nutrition education). Mobile phone applications may have potential to overcome the current barriers by providing handy and interesting obesity management based on visual media (real-time tracking of lifestyles using behavior records and social support using gamification), environmental support (supplementation of parental care and network-based education between the Community Child Care Center and household), and individualized intervention (encouragement of tailored and gradual changes in eating habits and tailored goal setting). It is predicted that the real-time mobile phone program will provide information for improving nutritional knowledge and behavioral skills as well as lead to sustainable children's coping strategies regarding obesity management. In addition, it is expected that environmental factors may be improved by network-based education between the Community Child Care Centers and households using the characteristics of mobile phones, which are free from space and time constraints. Conclusions: The tailored education program for children using Community Child Care Centers based on mobile phones may prevent and reduce childhood obesity by overcoming the current barriers of obesity management for children, providing environmental and individualized support to promote healthy lifestyles and quality of life in the future.

Paper records were generally degraded by some factors from atmospheric environments, like temperature, relative humidity or air pollutants. In this study, the degradation behavior of paper records by single or mixed gases of $NO_2$, $SO_2$, HCHO and TVOC was evaluated. The mechanical, optical and chemical properties of 4 kinds of paper (acid and neutral-based printing paper, traditional Hanji, and filter paper) were directly and indirectly affected by gaseous harmful materials. The brightness and $L^*$ value in all papers were slightly increased by accelerated aging under gaseous HCHO and TVOCs, but highly decreased by conditions under gases $NO_2$ and $SO_2$. The optical properties of paper records were most vulnerable in acid-based paper and high stable in filter paper and traditional Hanji by air pollutant degradation. The aging treatments under mixed gas pollutants including $NO_2$ resulted in decrease of physical, mechanical and optical properties of paper, so it was supposed that the concentration of $NO_2$ gas would be strictly controlled for optimum indoor air quality management in domestic storage centers for paper records.
Purpose: This study was designed to compare direct cost and indirect cost between home care and hospital care according to subject's characteristics. Method: The subjects of this study were patients with cerebrovascular disease. They were 50 patients in six university hospitals and 49 in four home care centers. Data were collected by using two type of questionnaires and reviewing medical records, home care service records and medical-fee claims from April 4th to September 13th, 2001. Result: The results were as follows; First, there was a statistically significant difference of direct cost between home care and hospital care, however, there was not a statistically significant difference of indirect cost. Second, according to subject's characteristics, six variables had statistically significant differences; sex, age, marital status, economy, job and diagnosis. Conclusion: It was found that cost-saving effect of home care was affected by subject's characteristic factors. More study needs to be done to develop a more detailed selection criteria for home care subjects.

Background: Shift work and/or sleep quality may affect health. We investigated whether shift work and sleep quality, separately and jointly, were associated with abnormal levels of triglycerides, total cholesterol (TC), and low-and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in 360 police officers (27.5% women). Methods: Triglycerides, TC, and high-density lipoprotein were analyzed on the Abbott Architect; low-density lipoprotein was calculated. Shift work was assessed using City of Buffalo payroll work history records. Sleep quality (good, ${\leq}5$; intermediate, 6-8; poor, ${\geq}9$) was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire. A shift work + sleep quality variable was created: day plus good sleep; day plus poor sleep; afternoon/night plus good; and poor sleep quality. Mean values of lipid biomarkers were compared across categories of the exposures using analysis of variance/analysis of covariance. Results: Shift work was not significantly associated with lipids. However, as sleep quality worsened, mean levels of triglycerides and TC gradually increased but only among female officers (age- and race-adjusted p = 0.013 and 0.030, respectively). Age significantly modified the association between sleep quality and TC. Among officers ${\geq}40$ years old, those reporting poor sleep quality had a significantly higher mean level of TC ($202.9{\pm}3.7mg/dL$) compared with those reporting good sleep quality ($190.6{\pm}4.0mg/dL$) (gender- and race-adjusted p = 0.010). Female officers who worked the day shift and also reported good sleep quality had the lowest mean level of TC compared with women in the other three categories (p = 0.014). Conclusion: Sleep quality and its combined influence with shift work may play a role in the alteration of some lipid measures.
The records management evaluation system is a system operated by the National Archives of Korea since 2007 based on the 「Public Records Management Act」. As the environment of public records management changes dramatically, there is a growing perception that fundamental improvement is necessary in the operation of this evaluation system. In particular, it is required that the most emphasized area is the customized methods based on the type and characteristics of the institutions. This study focused on the self-evaluation method, which aims to strengthen the autonomous evaluation capability of institutions as a new records management evaluation system in public institutions. In particular, the needs to change toward the self-evaluation method is described in relation to the diversity of the institutions to be evaluated, the specificity of the organizational structure of the archives, and the hierarchy and individuality of the institutions. A self-evaluation system (draft) was designed by which an institution diagnoses the records management work by itself, which aims to improve the level of performance. It also covered the development of evaluation items and indicators, the step-by-step application, and the legal and operational aspects to run the records management evaluation system in phases in public records management practices.
