There is no progress in interpreting the correlation between the high school record and the scholastic aptitude test. This study gives the degree of the linearity between the high school record and the scholastic aptitude test by using the method of the individual scholastic evaluation which was proposed by Chung(1999). The limits of the individual scholastic evaluation are pointed out additionally in inferring the promising individuals having the high scores in the scholastic aptitude test so that the individual scholastic evaluation be used as reference materials when the colleges applying the comparative school record in the entrance exams.

Time history dynamic structural analysis is a time consuming procedure when used for large-scale structures or iterative analysis in structural optimization. This article proposes a new methodology for approximate prediction of extremum point of the response history via wavelets. The method changes original record into a reduced record, decreasing the computational time of the analysis. This reduced record can be utilized in iterative structural dynamic analysis of optimization and hence significantly reduces the overall computational effort. Design examples are included to demonstrate the capability and efficiency of the Reduced Record Method (RRM) when utilized in optimal design of frame structures using meta-heuristic algorithms.

본 연구의 목적은 환자의 치료를 위해 환자와 임상에서 많은 시간을 환자와의 많은 대화 및 소통하는 물리치료사를 대상으로 하여 의료정보에 대한 보호실천행위와 실천의도, 실천태도 등을 조사해 봄으로서 의료정보 보호에 관한 관심을 모으고자 하였다. 8개 병원에 종사하는 물리치료사를 대상으로 설문조사를 거쳐 그 결과를 분석하였으며, 업무의 특성상 항상 의료정보 누출의 위험에 놓여 있는 물리치료사를 대상으로 의료정보보호 행동을 관찰하고 의료정보 보호 행동과 행동의도를 분석하고자 하였다. 연령이 증가하고 건강상태가 좋을수록 의료정보 보호 실천 활동에 연관성이 높은 실천의도와 태도가 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과, 현재 의료정보 실천 활동정도는 만족할 만한 수준에는 미치지 못하였으며, 이를 개선하고자하는 노력이 교육 등을 통해서 강조되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

문화재는 문화적 가치가 있다고 인정되는 선조의 문화 활동의 소산으로 역사상 또는 예술상 가치가 큰 것을 말한다. 이러한 민족의 자산인 문화재는 일단 훼손되면 다시 돌이킬 수 없는 것이기 때문에 그 보존과 전승은 매우 중요하다고 하겠다. 특히 무형문화재는 '일정한 형태가 없는 문화재'이기 때문에 그 특성에 맞는 적절한 보존과 활용이 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 16개 시 도지정무형문화재 기록화 현황을 살펴보고 바람직한 보존과 전승을 위한 효율적인 기록화 방안을 제시하였다.

다양한 가상공간에 산재하는 많은 분산자원들을 보다 효과적으로 활용하기 위하여 여러 프로토콜들이 개발되어 왔다. 이 연구는 분산 정보자원 검색과 갱신을 위한 SRU, SRU Record Update 프로토콜의 개발 배경, 기능, 구성 요소 등을 살펴봄으로 새로운 표준 프로토콜에 대한 이해를 넓히기 위함이다. 또한 다른 프로토콜과의 비교 및 실제 구현 사례 등을 통하여 자관의 정보자원을 외부에 효과적으로 제공하고, 외부 정보자원을 적절히 활용하려는 도서관 및 정보서비스 기관들에게 상호운용성 보장을 위한 실제적인 방안을 제시하기 위함이다.

This study is a paper reviewed legal status of medical personnel and issues of law on recently discovered medical records. As the increase of medical personnel who have gone through the administrative disposal in regards to the medical records, it is needed to examine the legal issue or dispute on the medical records under the current law. Medical records are the statement on patient's medical conditions made by the medical personnel. This records are used as important source for patient's further treatment. This becomes the communication route between the patients and the other medical personnel, and it provides the patients a right to find out their medical information. According to the Medical Service Act (Article 21), a medical personnel shall prepare respectively a record book of medical examination and treatment. And medical personnel shall make a signature. Furthermore, the medical personnel or the opener of the medical institutions must preserve the record book (including an electronic medical record). Meanwhile, the issues of a ban on false entry, additional record, revision or manipulation on the medical record have been recently on the rise. This paper briefly examined the major issues in regards to the medical records. It especially clarified the legal duty on medical records and its major-contentious-issues. At the same time, it pointed out the problems of the unreasonable over interpretation of the law. Furthermore, this suggested the guidelines for the further discussion and review.

기록 관리 메타데이터 스키마는 기록물 자체에 내재한 정보 요소뿐만 아니라, 기록 업무에 따른 기록물의 생명 주기 관리 등에 필요한 관리 요소를 표현할 수 있는 강고한 구조를 가져야 한다. 이를 위해서 메타데이터 스키마에서는 기록 도메인의 정보 모델과, 기록 관리 업무 및 응용에서 요구되는 의미 상세화와 데이터 요소 특수화 등을 지원하는 메타데이터 프레임워크가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 메타데이터 스키마의 주요 원리와 특성을 분석하여, 기록 관리 메타데이터 스키마를 체계적이고 효과적으로 개발하기 위한 접근 방식을 제시한다. 이를 위해 ISO 15489와 23081에 제시된 기록 관리 지침과 메타데이터 운용에 근거한 기록 관리 정보 모델을 개발하고 핵심 데이터 요소를 제시하였으며, 기록 관리 프레임워크를 구현하는 방법을 보였다.

In this paper, we will give a characterization of the beta distribution of the first kind by considering conditional expectations of record values.s.
