Support policies such as education and training for re-employment of career-interrupted women are being implemented, but they are not being effectively employed. In addition, it is difficult for women with high educational background to re-enter, such as having to revise their previous careers or plan a new career for re-employment. In the previous studies, there was insufficient research to solve fundamental problems for re-employment, such as promising jobs with high employment opportunities. Therefore, when developing a curriculum for women with career interruptions, it was felt the need to select educational occupations that would be helpful in finding employment by age and educational background of the trainees. In this study, data on vocational training education of women with career interruptions were used to analyze the educational occupations with the highest employment rate by age and educational background.

These five forms based on two big categories which are wage flexibility and employment flexibility. This study only focus on th effect of employment flexibility in financial sector in Korea. Employment flexibilities can be practice as employment adjustment. Also we concentrate on separation and re-accessors to other financial institute after the separation. Background: The death rate of workers due to industrial accidents in South Korea (3.61 persons in 2017) is higher than the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development average (2.43) and the fifth highest among Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development member countries. Although the pandemic of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has changed, the socioeconomic aspects of Korean society, the number of Koreans suffering accidents and the number of deaths in 2020 have increased. It is necessary to take measures to prevent accidents and make comprehensive efforts to return to work. This study proposes research questions about the effect of workers' positive perception on whether to work after accidents and the impact of the experience of rehabilitation services on the return to work. Methods: This research performed a panel logistic regression analysis using data on workers' compensation insurance in Korea for two years (2018-2019). Results: This research finds that workers' positive perceptions of workability and life satisfaction contributed affirmatively to their re-employment. Several factors related to employment (e.g., work period, the number of job qualifications) also positively affect their return to work. However, the experience of rehabilitation services did not have a significant effect on re-employment. The variables of their health conditions (e.g., disability grade, feelings of health problems, age) negatively influenced their return to jobs. Conclusion: These results suggest the importance of workers' mental recovery and the need to innovate rehabilitation services for their employment. Positive thinking and self-rehabilitation could be critical for workers, parallel with social welfare policies.

Although women's economic participation has been increasing in Korea, the utilization of educated women's labor is still low. Therefore, vocational training programs for women are both important and necessary. This study examines the vocational training programs for women offered by the three largest vocational training centers in Jeju: the Woman Resources Development Center, the Jeju Women's Development Center, and the Seogwipo City Women's Cultural Center. This study also analyzes the students' satisfaction with these vocational training programs and identifies the related variables that cause differences in their levels of satisfaction. The sample includes 397 respondents who were surveyed from June 23 to September 12, 2008. Moreover, the data are analyzed by conducting a one-way ANOVA, t-test, and Duncan's Multiple Range(DMR)test. The major results of the study are as follows. First, the vocational training programs in Jeju consist of lectures that cover various subjects. The programs mainly focus on work that offers relatively low wages and requires few skills, and the duration of the programs is short. Second, the original goal of the programs does not meet the needs of women who are seeking employment. The participants respond that they want more appropriate programs that are designed by considering their need for employment, support them in finding a job, and re-educate them. Third, most of the participants are satisfied with their vocational training experiences, and their satisfaction with the instructors is especially high. The differences in their levels of satisfaction are caused by economic characteristics such as the location of the student's residence, home ownership, and the level of life. The results of this study suggest that there is a need to separate vocational/employment training from general education for women. Moreover, the vocational training programs for women should be more specialized according to the different needs of each group.
In order to support women with career breaks to re-enter the labor market, it is not only necessary to discover and select promising jobs, but also to provide objective and accurate job information on selected promising jobs so that women with career breaks can make reasonable career choices. need arises. It can be pointed out that the government support course has no burden of tuition compared to the general course, and because the quality of education is high, it is possible to select trainees with a high willingness to find employment through competition in the recruitment process. In addition, the government support process secures relatively high-quality programs and instructors, increasing trainees' concentration, satisfaction, and willingness to find a job. Job literacy and employment preparation education are obligatory, job design support through job counseling, and continuous follow-up support. The system also works. Accordingly, if systematic and continuous development and support are made in the process of selecting promising occupations for women with career breaks and designing education and training programs, it is expected that women with career breaks will be more active in their re-entry into the labor market.

This study is purposed to analyze how the utilization of rehabilitation services and the desire for service utilization changes with time, to explain the factors affecting service needs and to suggest direction of policy improvement for injured workers. Using the Workers' Compensation Insurance Panel Data ver.1~3, this study analyzed 5,004 observations. Panel regression analysis was performed using STATA to examine changes over time. Two key findings were made: first, the factors influencing the degree of need for rehabilitation services were age, educational period, ability on job performance, community service experience, re-employment and unemployment; second, the significant factors influencing the degree of need for rehabilitation services according to time were age, education period, unemployment, ability on job performance, and experience in using community services. That results were different from the previous cross-section analysis. These findings indicate that it is necessary to check and adjust the initial intervention contents after the end of the period of care on a timely base.
