생물학적 유동층을 이용한 어류양식 순환수의 처리씨스템 개발 (Developments of Water Treatment System by Biological Fluidized Bed for Water Reuse Aquaculture)

  • 고밀도의 어류양식 순환수 처리씨스템 개발을 위하여 양식장의 수질특성 조사 및 생물학적 유동층 공정에 의한 모형 폐수처리 장치로 운영 실험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 단일어종을 양식하는 H 및 S 양만장 폐수의 경우 BOD $9.4{\sim}13.1\;mg/l$, COD(Mn) $14.5{\sim}20.0\;mg/l,\;NH_4-N\;1.1{\sim}2.3\;mg/l,\;NO_3-N\;15{\sim}21\;mg/l$이었고, 틸라피아 등 3종의 어류를 사육하는 B 및 K 양식장에서는 BOD $9.3{\sim}11.3\;mg/l$, COD(Mn) $8.0{\sim}11.1\;mg/l,\;NH_4-N\;7.3{\sim}20.2\;mg/l,\;NO_3-N\;26.9{\sim}46.4\;mg/l$의 수질특성을 나타내었다. 2) H 및 S 양만장 폐수의 BOD/COD 비율은 0.65로 거의 동질의 유기물 농도 값을 가지며, 틸라피아 등 3 종의 어류를 사육한 B 및 K 양식장 폐수에서는 크게 상이하였다. 3) 양식장의 여과조 및 동육조내 DO 농도를 기준으로 한 시간별 수질변동폭은 $1.5{\sim}2.0$ 배로 조사되었다. 4) 양만장 폐수의 탄소성 유기물 분해속도상수값은 $0.049\;d^{-1}$, 질산화반응 속도상수값은 $0.035\;d^{-1}$로서 미생물 분해작용에 의한 BOD 곡선식은 다음과 같이 나타낼 수 있었다. $y_T=14.1(1-10^{-0.222t)+30.9(1-10^{-0.035(t-8)})$ 5) BFB 처리 씨스템의 $0.014{\sim}0.075g\;NH_4-N/g\;BVS{\cdot}day$ 부하 조건 하에서 5 배의 암모니아성 질소 부하량 증가에도 질산화율은 $65{\sim}79\%$로 안정되게 나타났다. 6) BFB 처리 씨스템에 있어서 $0.014g\;NH_4-N/g\;BVS{\cdot}day$의 낮은 암모니아성 질소 부하조건에서는 공존 유기물 농도가 실산화 반응속도 저하 요인으로 작용하였다. 7) 부하율 변화 영향을 받지 않을 것으로 예측되었던 미생물 농도 $3.04{\sim}3.44\;g/l$의 무산소 BFB 탈질 씨스템에서 T-N 부하율 증가시 T-N 제거율 감소경향이 뚜렷하였던 바, 그 이유는 화기성조내에서 호기성 질산화 미생물의 증식이 억제되었기 때문으로 파악되었다. 8) 부하율 변화에 따른 처리율의 안정성과 반응조내에서 고농도의 미생물유지 잠재력을 확보하는 BFB 방법은 소요 부지면적이 작고 처리효율을 임의로 선택할 수 있는 실용성이 보장되므로 기존의 처리방법보다 설계 및 운영면에서 유리할 것으로 평가되었다.

국소뇌허혈에서 NMDA 수용체 길항제가 국소 뇌포도당 대사율에 미치는 영향 (Effect of NMDA Receptor Antagonist on Local Cerebral Glucose Metabolic Rate in Focal Cerebral Ischemia)

  • 국소뇌허혈에서 MK-801의 신경세포방어효과를 검토하기 위하여 흰쥐의 중뇌동맥을 폐색시켜 뇌허혈 및 경색을 유발하기 전과 후에 MK-801을 투여한 후 국소뇌포도당이용률의 변화를 2-deoxy-D-(14C)glu-cose 자가방사기록법을 이용하여 측정하고 이를 대조군과 비교하였다. 중대뇌동맥폐색 시술 전과 후에 평균동맥압, 직장체온, 동맥혈 PH, $pCO_2,\;pO_2$의 유의한 차이는 없었다. [$^{14}C$]DG 실험 중 대조군, MK-801 전처처군과 MK-801 후처치군 사이에서 평균동맥압, 직장 체온, 동맥혈장 당농도, 동맥혈 pH, $pCO_2,\;pO_2$의 유의한 차이는 없었다. 대조군에서 중대뇌동맥폐색 24시간 후에 폐색된 대뇌반구의 전두엽피질, 두정엽피질, 담창구, 편도, 해마 CA-2 지역, CA-3 지역, 내비회, 후두엽피질, 측두엽피질의 국소뇌포도당이용률은 반대쪽정상 대뇌반구 상동부위의 국소뇌포도당이용률보다 유의하게 낮았다. MK-801 전처치군에서 전두엽피질, 두정엽피질, 편도, 해마 CA-2 지역, 내비회, 후두엽피질, 측두엽피질의 병변/정상 국소뇌포도당이용률 비는 대조군의 그것보다 유의하게 높았다. 한편 MK-801 후처치군에서는 전두엽피질, 두정엽피질, 해마 CA-2 지역, 후두엽피질, 측두엽피질의 병변/정상 국소뇌포도 당이용률 비가 대조관의 그것보다 유의하게 높았다. MK-801 전처치군 정상 대뇌반구의 미상핵-피각, 전두엽피질, 두정엽피질, 대상회전, 담창구, 시상, 뇌량, 해마 CA-1, CA-2, CA-3 지역, 후두엽피질, 측두엽피질의 국소뇌포도당이용률은 대조군 정상 대뇌반구의 그것보다 유의하게 높았다. 반면 MK-801 후처치군 정상 대뇌반구의 국소뇌포도당이용률은 대조군 정상대뇌반구의 국소뇌포도당이용률과 유의한 차이가 없었다. 뿐만 아니라 폐색된 대뇌반구에서도 정상 대뇌반구와 매우 유사한 결과를 보였다. 즉, MK-801 전처치군에서는 미상핵-피각, 전두엽피질, 두정엽피질, 대상회전, 담창구, 시상, 뇌량, 해마 CA-1, CA-2, CA-3 지역, 내비회, 후두엽피질, 측두엽피질의 국소뇌포도당이용률이 대조군보다 유의하게 높은 반면, MK-801 후처치군에서는 대조군과 유의한 국소뇌포도당이용률의 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 이상의 결과로부터 국소뇌허혈에서 MK-801은 신경세포방어효과를 나타낼 것으로 생각된다. MK-801은 뇌포도당이용률을 국소적으로 증가시키며, 이는 NMDA 수용체 길항제 투여와 뇌기능 변화의 유관성을 시사하는 것이다.

해외 복수 시장 진출 기업의 제품 매출 이륙 시점 예측 모형에 관한 연구 (An Exploratory Study on Forecasting Sales Take-off Timing for Products in Multiple Markets)

  • 본 연구는 해외 여러 시장에서 제품을 판매하는 글로벌 기업의 입장에서 복수 시장에서 발생하는 제품 수준의 매출 이륙 시점을 예측할 수 있는 모형을 제시하였다. 이 모형을 이용하여 복수 시장 정보, 제품 속성 정보, 가격 정보, 매출 정보 중 매출 이륙 시점 예측에 유용한 설명 변수들을 규명하기 위해 국내 전자 업체가 2년 5개월간 10개국 시장에 판매한 90종류의 PDP TV, LCD TV들 월별 매출 자료들을 대상으로 실증 분석을 하였다. 분석 결과, 매출 이륙 시점 예측에 유용한 변수들을 다음과 같이 파악할 수 있었다. 첫째, 대상 제품이 표적 시장에 진출하기 이전에 진출한 타 시장에서의 매출 자료를 표적 시장에서의 대상 제품 매출 이륙 시점 예측에 이용하는 것이 가장 중요함을 실증 분석을 통해 알 수 있었다. 특히, 매출 이륙 시점 예측에 동일 제품의 타 시장 혁신 계수를 이용하는 것이 유용한 반면, 동일 제품의 타 시장 모방 계수는 예측력에 도움을 주지 못함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 타 제품의 표적 시장 확산 정보는 예상과 달리 대상 제품의 표적 시장에서의 매출 이륙 시점 예측에 기여하는 바는 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 일반적 인식처럼 가격과 제품의 속성도 이륙시점의 발생 시기에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 제품의 자체 가격 정보 보다 시장 평균 가격 대비 대상 제품 가격 비율이 매출 이륙 시점 예측에 보다 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 전기 누적 매출량 역시 PLC 중 초기 시점을 예측하는 상황임에도 불구하고 제품 수준의 매출 이륙 시점 예측에 중요한 변수임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 제시한 매출 이륙 시점 예측 모형은 평균치에 근거한 일반적 예측과 비교해 볼 때 높은 예측력을 보여 주었다. 본 연구에서 제시한 예측 모형을 이용할 경우 특히 예측 시점이 2기일 때 가장 높음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과가 기여하는 바를 보면 첫째, 기존 확산모형과 달리 본 연구에서는 제품의 매출 초기 시점인 매출 이륙 시점을 측정하고, 예측하는 모형을 제시하였다. 둘째, 본 연구는 글로벌 시장에서 적용 가능한 제품 수준의 매출 이륙 시점을 예측하였다. 셋째, 본 연구는 처음으로 매출 이륙 시점 예측력을 예측 시점 별로 분석하여 모형의 예측력을 이해하는 데 새로운 접근법을 제시하였다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. We propose a new image reconstruction method using internal current density data measured by NMR. We obtained a two-dimensional current density distribution within a phantom by processing the real and imaginary MR images from a 4.77 NMR machine. We implemented a resistivity mage reconstruction algorithm using the finite element method and sensitivity matrix.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made.   • 수도저위(水稻低位) 생산력(生産力)의 원인구명(原因究明)에 관(關)한 영양생리학적연구(營養生理적硏究)로 여러 가지 생육조건하(生育條件下)에서 품종별(品種別) 양분흡수(養分吸收) 및 동화기능(同化機能)과 양분(養分)의 체내(體內)에서의 이행양상(移行樣相)을 추구(追究)하는 한편 고수량지(高收量地) 벼와 저수량지(低收量地) 벼에 대(對)한 생육시기별(生育時期別)로 양분(養分)의 흡수(吸收) 체내무기양분(體內無機養分)과 수량(收量) 및 수량구성요소(收量構成要素)와의 관계(關係) 등(等)을 추구(追究)하여 저수량지(低收量地) 벼의 영양생리적(營養生理的) 저수요인(低收要因)을 밝히고저 본연구(本硏究)를 수행(遂行)하였던 바 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과같다. 1. 양분(養分)의 흡수력(吸收力)은 품종(品種)에 따라 차이(差異)가 있으며 인산(燐酸) 및 가리(加里)의 흡수력(吸收力)이 강(强)한 품종(品種)은 구사부에, 진흥(振興)이며 낮은 품종(品種)은 팔달(八達)이었다. 2. 근(根)의 ${\alpha}-naphthylamine$의 산화력(酸化力)과 인산(燐酸)의 흡수력(吸收力)과는 유의적(有意的)인 상관관계(相關關係)가 있으며 산화력(酸化力)이 높으면 인산(燐酸)의 흡수(吸收)가 증대(增大)되었바. 3, 탄소동화력( 炭素同化力)은 품종(品種)에 따라 차이(差異)가 있으며 노인도(老人稻), 구대내조욱(九大耐潮組) 3호(號), 수원(水原)82호(號), 진흥(振興) 등은 강(强)하고 대구조(大脚租), 관옥(關玉), 육우(陸羽) 132호(號)가 약(弱)하였다. 4, 질소(窒素)의 증시(增施)는 소비(少肥)에 비(比)하여 동화량(同化量)은 증가(增加) 되나 등화산물(同化産物)의 이삭으로의 이전(移轉)은 적었다5. 정상(正常) 생육(生育)한 벼에 비(比)하여 인산(燐酸), 가리(加里) 및 마그네슘이 결핍(缺達)된 벼는 전탄소동화량이(全炭素同化量)이 정상(正常) 벼 100에 비(比)하여 40이하(以下)로 현저(顯著)히 낮으며 그 순서(順序)는 Mg>P>K이고, 동화물(同化物)의 이전(移轉)에 장해(障害)가 큰 것은 K>Mg>P의 순(順)이었다. 6. 고수량지(高收量地) 벼는 저수량지(低收量地) 벼에 비(比)하여 총건물(總乾物) 생산량(生産量)이 현저(顯著)하게 많고 특(特)히 유수형성기(幼穗形成期) 이후(以後)에 증가량(增加量)이 더욱 현저(顯著)하였다. 7. 고수량지(高收量地) 벼는 출수기(出穗期)에 옆면적(葉面積)이 최고(最高)에 달(達)하였다가 그 이후(以後) 완만(緩慢)하게 줄어지나 저수량지(低收量地) 벼는 출수이전(出穗以前)에 엽면적(葉面積)이 최고(最高)에 달(達)하였다가 출수이후(出穗以後)에 급격(急激)히 감소(減少)되며 그 원인(原因)은 하엽(下葉)의 조기고사(早期枯死)에 기인(起因)되었다. 8. 고수량지(高收量地) 벼는 저수량지(低收量地) 벼에 비(比)하여 생육초기(生育初期)에는 투과광율(透過光率)이 높고 생육후기(生育後期)에 낮았으나 투과광율대(透過光率對) 엽면적비(葉面積比)는 고수량지(高收量地) 벼에서 높았다. 9. 순동화량(純同化量)은 저수량지(低收量地) 벼에 비(比)하여 고수량지(高收量地)벼에서 많았으며 이는 또한 엽면적(葉面積)이 증가(增加)됨에 따라 감소(減少)되었다. .10. 고수량지(高收量地) 벼는 저수량지(低收量地) 벼에 비(比)하여 유수형성기(幼穗形成期) 이후(以後) 체내질소(體內窒素), 가리(加里) 및 규산(珪酸)의 함유율(含有率)이 높으면서 $K_2O/N$, $SiO_2/N$ 비(比)가 높았다.11. 저수량지(低收量地) 벼는 고수량지(高收量地) 벼에 비(比)하여 출수기(出穗期)에 보유(保有)된 질소(窒素), 인산(燐酸), 가리(加里) 및 마그네슘등이 출수이후(出穗以後) 이삭으로의 이행율(移行率)이 높았다. 이는 저수량지(低收量地) 벼가 생육후기(生育後期)에 양분(養分)의 흡술량(吸收量)이 부족(不足)하여 체내(體內) 저장양분(貯藏養分)이 재이동(再移動)되기 때문이며 따라서 하엽(下葉)은 양분부족(養分不足)으로 조길고사(早期桔死)가 많아지는 것으로추정(推定)되었다. 12. 고수량지(高收量地) 벼는 질소흡수(窒素吸收)가 전생육기간(全生育期間)을 통(通)하여 완만(緩慢)하며 출수이후(出穗以後)에도 흡수량(吸收量)이 많으나 저수량지(低收量總) 벼는 출수이전(出穗以前)에 많고 출수이후(出濾以後)는 거의 흡수(吸收)되지 않았다. 13. 출수기(出穗期)의 체내(體內) 질소(窒素), 가리(加里) 함유율(含有率)과 수량(收豊)과는 현저(顯著)한 정(正)의 상관(相關)이 성립(成立)되였으며 수확기(收獲期)의 가리(加里), 규산함유율(珪酸含有率) 그리고 $K_2O/N$, $SiO_2/N$과 수량(收量)과도 현저(顯著)한 정(正)의 상관관계(相關關係)가 성립(成立)되었다. 14. 출수기(出穗期)에 보유(保有)된 전분(澱粉)이 이삭으로의 이전(移轉)은 고수량지(高收量地) 벼가 약(約) 10%인데 반(反)하여 저수량지(低收量地) 벼는 약(約) 40%로 많았다. 따라서 저수량지(高收量地) 벼는 출수(出穗) 이후(以後) 동화의존도(同化依存度)가 높았다. 15. 고수량지(高收量地) 벼는 저수량지(低收量地) 벼에 비(比)하여 질소(窒素), 인산(燐酸), 가리(加里), 규산(珪酸) 및 망간의 흡수량(吸收量)이 현저(顯著)하게 많았고 생육시기별(生育時期別) 흡수량(吸收量)의 차이(差異)는 유수형성기(幼穗形成期) 전후(前後)에 현저(顯著)하였다. 16. 수확기(收穫期)의 질소(窒素), 인산(燐酸), 가리(加里), 석탄(石炭), 마그네슘, 규산(珪酸) 및 망간의 총흡수량(總吸收量)과 수량(收量)과는 고도(高度)의 정(正)의 상관관계(相關關係)가 인정(認定)되었다. 17. 수확기(收穫期)에 질소(窒素), 인산(燐酸), 가리(加里), 석탄(石炭), 마그네슘 및 규산(珪酸)의 흡수량(吸收量)과 수당입수간(穗當粒熱間)에, 질소(窒素) 및 가리(加里)의 흡수량(吸收量)과 수수(穗數)와는 유의적(有意的)인 정(正)의 상관관계(相關關係)가 성립(成立)되었다.

초등학교 학생을 대상으로 한 건강증진 프로그램의 효과 (Effect of Health Promotion Programs in Schoolchildren)

  • 초등학교 학생을 대상으로 1년간의 보건교육 interevntion을 제공하고 이에 의한 보건지식, 태도 및 건강증진행위의 변화의 정도를 분석하고, 비만 식이에 대한 지식과 태도, 실천 행위점수의 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고, 건강지식과 건강증진행위의 변화에 따른 건강수준의 변화정도을 분석하고자 시행하였다. 1999년 4월 경주시 도시지역 초등학교에 재학중인 3, 4학년 학생과 학부모 각 354명을 대상으로 사전조사를 시행한 결과 학생과 학부모 각각 301명이 응답하여 회수율은 85%였다. 301쌍 중에서 1년 후 2000년 4월 추적조사를 실시하였으며, 전학한 학생, 조사 당일 조퇴자, 복부지방 측정 누락자와 추적설문조사에서 학생과 어머니의 설문이 불완전한 대상자를 제외한 231쌍을 최종분석 대상으로 하였다. BMI를 기준으로 비만군과 정상체중군으로 구분하고 이에 따른 비만 식이에 대한 지식, 태도 및 실천행위점수와 복부비만율을 intervention 전후의 변화를 비교한 결과, 지식 점수의 변화는 정상체중군에서 유의하게 증가하였고, 태도점수는 비만군에서는 유의하게 증가하였으나 정상체중군에서는 유의하게 감소하였고(p<0.01), 실천행위 점수는 양군 모두에서 유의하게 증가하였다. 복부비만율은 비만군에서는 변동이 없었으나 정상체중군에서는 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.01). Intervention 전후의 비만 식이에 대한 지식점수 변화는 사전조사 점수를 기준으로 3분위 한 후 1년 후 점수의 변화를 보면 l분위의 경우 intervention 전후의 지식점수변화가 2.4점 증가하였고, 2분위는 0.6점 증가하였고, 3분위는 0.6점 감소하여, 사전지식 점수가 낮을수록 건강증진프로그램에 의한 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 비만 식이에 대한 실천행위점수는 세 군 모두에서 유의하게 증가하였고, 점수의 변화량은 1분위가 7.0점, 2분위가 4.4점, 3분위가 1.8점으로 세 군간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 어머니의 교육수준이 대졸 이상군에 속하논 학생의 BMI증가가 고졸 이하군에 속하는 학생의 BMI 증가에 비하여 유의하게 높았고, 어머니의 연령이 30대인 학생군에서 비만 식이에 대한 실천행위점수 변화는 높았다. 어머니의 비만 식이에 대한 지식점수와 태도점수를 3분위로 구분하여 비교한 결과 태도점수 수준에 따른 학생의 지식점수변화는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 비만 식이에 대한 지식점수변화량에 영향을 미치는 요인분석을 위한 다중회귀분석에서는 학생변수로는 비만에 대한 심각성 인지도와 비만 식이에 대한 사전지식점수가 유의하게 영향을 미치는 변수였고, 어머니 변수 중에 자녀식습관지도 정도와 교육수준이 유의한 변수였다. 비만 식이에 대한 태도변화량에 영향을 미치는 요인분석을 위한 다중회귀분석에서는 학생변수로는 BMI 비만 식이에 대한 사전지식 정수와 비만 식이에 대한 사전 태도점수가 유의한 변수였으나, 어머니 변수는 태도점수 변화에는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 비만 식이에 대한 실천행위점수변화에 영향을 미치는 요인분석을 위한 다중회귀분석에서는 학생변수로는 BMI와 비만 식이에 대한 사전 태도점수, 비만 식이에 대한 태도점수 변화량이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 비만 식이에 대한 지식수준이 낮고, 건강 실천행위정도가 낮은 학생에서 intervention에 의한 효과가 크게 나타났다. 그러나 1년간의 보건교육과 운동 등의 건강증진 프로그램을 통한 intervention에 의해서는 BMI나 복부비만율 등의 건강수준의 변화에는 거의 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타나 장기적인 intervention이나 교육-대조군 연구활 통한 건강증진효과를 계량적으로 분석하는 것이 필요하다. 아동의 비만 식이 태도와 행위 변화에 어머니의 연령과 교육수준 등의 영향을 미치고, 어머니의 비만 식이에 대한 태도점수도 영향을 미치므로 어머니도 학생의 비만 식이의 관련된 교육 프로그램의 대상에 포함시켜야 한다.

  • 본고에서는 일본 중견기업의 위상, 특징, 관련 정책을 검토함으로써 우리나라에서의 중견기업 정책의 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 일본의 경쟁우위업종인 기계, 전자부품업의 출하와 고용비중은 여타 업종보다 높아, 그 저변에 두터운 중견기업이 존재하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 일본의 중견기업 육성정책은 연구개발과 환경대책을 위한 기업간 제휴 유도라는 측면에서 간접적으로 지원하고 있다. 우리나라도 특정 정책사업에 있어서 기업간 협력 유도를 통하여 중견기업을 육성할 수 있을 것이다.

한국(韓國)에서의 벼 잎집무늬마름병 발생변동(發生變動)에 관(關)한 생태학적(生態學的) 연구(硏究) (Ecological Studies on the Transition of Sheath Blight of Rice in Korea)

  • 한국(韓國)에 있어서 벼 잎집무늬마름병(病)의 발생변동(發生變動), 병원균(病原菌)의 배양적(培養的) 특성(特性)과 병원성(病原性), 발병환경(發病環境), 재배법(栽培法)과 발병관계(發病關係), 품종(品種)의 저항성(抵抗性) 등(等)에 관(關)하여 연구(硏究)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 한국(韓國)에 있어서 벼 잎집무늬마름병(病)의 발생면적(發生面積)은 다비재배(多肥栽培), 조기조식재배(早期早植栽培) 및 통일계품종(統一系品種)의 확대보급등(擴大普及等)으로 인(因)하여 매년(每年) 증가(增加)되었고 특(特)히 1971년(年)부터 전국적(全國的)으로 급격(急激)히 발생면적(發生面積)이 증가(增加)되어서 1976년(年)에는 전체수도재배면적(全體水稻栽培面積)의 약 65.2%에서 본병(本病)이 발생(發生)하였다. 2. 우리나라에 분포(分布)하는 벼 잎집무늬마름병균(病菌)의 배양적(培養的) 성질(性質) 및 병원성(病原性)에는 많은 변이(變異)가 있었으며 병원균(病原菌)의 생육최적(生育最適) 온도(溫度)도 $25^{\circ}C$에서 $30^{\circ}C$사이로 균주간(菌株間)에 차이(差異)가 있었다. 한편 병원균(病原菌)의 배양적(培養的) 성질(性質)과 병원성(病原性)에는 상관관계(相關關係)가 없었다. 3. 잎집무늬마름병균(病菌)의 PDA배지상(培地上)에서의 균사생장(菌絲生長)은 채집지(採集地)의 기온(氣溫)과 밀접(密接)한 관계(關係)가 있었다. 즉 채집지(採集地)의 기온(氣溫)이 높은 지역(地域)의 균주(菌株)들은 기온(氣溫)이 낮은 지역(地域)의 균주(菌株)들에 비(比)해 $35^{\circ}C$ PDA배지(培地)에서 균사생장(菌絲生長)이 양호(良好)하였고 반대로 $12^{\circ}C$ PDA배지상(培地上)에서는 기온(氣溫)이 낮은 지역(地域)에서 채집(採集)한 균주(菌株)들이 기온(氣溫)이 높은 지역(地域)에서 채집(採集)한 균주(菌株)들 보다 균사생장(菌絲生長)이 양호(良好)하였다. 4. 잎집무늬마름병균(病菌)을 접종(接種)한 수도엽(水稻葉)으로부터 얻은 Pectin polygalacturonase 및 Cellulase의 역가(力價)는 접종(接種)3일(日)째에 최대(最大)였고 Pectin methylestrase의 역가(力價)는 접종(接種) 4일(日)째에 최대(最大)였으며 병원성(病原性)이 강(强)한 균주(菌株)에서는 Pectin methylestrase의 활성(活性)이 높은 경향(傾向)이었고 병원성(病原性)이 약한 균주(菌株)에서는 Pectin methylestrase의 활성(活性)이 낮은 경향(傾向)이었으나 다른 효소(酵素)들은 병원성(病原性)과 관계(關係)가 없었다. 5. 배지(培地)에 형성(形成)된 균핵(菌核)을 건조처리(乾燥處理)하였을 경우(境遇)의 저온저항성(低溫抵抗性)은 매우 강(强)하여 $-20^{\circ}C$에서도 발아력(發芽力)을 상실(喪失)치 않았으나 습윤처리(濕潤處理) 하였을 경우(境遇)에는 저항성(抵抗性)이 매우 약(弱)하여 $-5^{\circ}C$에서도 발아력(發芽力)을 상실(喪失)하였다. 포장(圃場)에서 월동(越冬)한 균핵(菌核)의 발아율(發芽率)도 답토양(沓土壤)의 건습(乾濕)에 따라 18%~70%의 차이(差異)를 나타내며 담수상태(湛水狀態)에서 월동(越冬)한 균핵(菌核)은 건조(乾燥)한 토양(土壤)에서 월동(越冬)한 균핵(菌核)보다 발아율(發芽率)이 낮았다. 6. 잡초(雜草)에 대(對)한 기생성(寄生性)을 조사(調査)하였던 바 벗풀(Sagittaria trifolia L.), 물달개비(Monochoria vaginalis Presl), 여뀌(Polygonum hydropiper L.). 피(Echinochloa crusgalli P. Beauv), 한련초(Eclipta prostrata L.), 강아지풀(Septaria viridis P. Beauv.), 좀바랭이(Digitaria sangvinalis Scapoli) 등(等)에서 잎집무늬마름병반(病斑)이 형성(形成)되었다. 7. 질소배비구(窒素倍肥區)에서는 잎집무늬마름병(病)의 피해(被害)가 증가(增加)하였고 가리배비구(加里倍肥區)에서는 감소(減少)하였으나 규산시용구(硅酸施用區)에서는 피해감소(被害減少)의 효과(效果)가 없었다. 규산시용구(硅酸施用區)에서는 도체내(稻體內)의 질소함량(窒素含量)과 전분함량(澱粉含量)이 다같이 감소(減少)하였다. 8. 생육전기(生育前期)의 이병경율(罹病莖率)은 밀식구(密植區)가 높았으나 생육후기(生育後期)에는 소식구(疎植區)의 1주당(株當) 분얼수(分蘖數)가 많아 이병경율(罹病莖率) 및 피해도(被害度)가 높아졌으며 주당(株當) 1본식(本植)한 구(區)에서는 피해(被害)가 적었다. 9. 잎집무늬마름병(病)에 대(對)한 수도(水稻) 품종(品種)의 피해도차이(被害度差異)는 출수일수(出穗日數)와 밀접(密接)한 관계(關係)가 있었다. 즉 출수일수(出穗日數)와 피해도(被害度)와의 상관관계(相關關係)는 6월(月)13일(日) 이앙(移秧)한 구(區)에서는 r=-0.707이었고 6월(月) 25일(日) 이앙(移秧)한 구(區)에서는 r=-0.496으로 비교적 높은 상관(相關)을 나타내어 출수(出穗)가 빠른 것이 피해(被害)가 크고 낮은 것이 피해(被害)가 적은 경향(傾向)이었다. 또한 본병(本病)은 분얼(分蘖)이 많은 품종(品種)일수록 피해(被害)가 심(甚)하였다. 10. 생육전기(生育前期)의 이병경율(罹病莖率)은 출수후(出穗後)의 피해도(被害度)와 상관(相關)이 없었으나 생육후기(生育後期)의 이병경율(罹病莖率)은 피해도(被害度)와 상관(相關)이 높았다.

N2 병기 비소세포 폐암의 수술 전 동시화학방사선요법 (Pre-operative Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy for Stage IlIA (N2) Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer)

  • 목적: N2 병기 비소세포폐암에서 수술 전 동시화학방사선요법과 수술을 적용하여 급성 부작용, 수술 절제가능성 및 수술 후 병기 강하율을 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 1997년 5월부터 1998년 6월까지 삼성서울병원에서 N2 병기 비소세포폐암으로 진단 받은 15명의 환자들을 대상으로 하였다. 환자들 연령의 중앙값은 61세(45~67세), 남녀 성비는 12:3 이었으며 세포 조직형은 편평상피암종이 11명, 선암종이 4명이었다. 치료 전 임상적 T병기는 T1, T2, 및 T3가 각각 2명, 12명, 및 1명씩이었으며 모든 환자들이 N2 병기로서 이중 10명은 종격동내시경을 통한 조직생검을 통하여 종격동 림프절 전이를 확인하였고 나머지 5명은 흉부 CT 영상 상 종격동 림프절 전이가 강력히 의심된 경우였다. 수술 전 방사선치료는 흉부 CT영상을 기준으로 하여 원발 병소, 동측 폐문부 및 종격동 림프절에 대하여 10MV X-선을 이용하여 45Gy를 5주간에 걸쳐서 조사하도록 계획하였다(일회 선량 1.8 Gy, 일일 1회, 주 5회). 수술 전 복합화학요법은 cis-Platin(100mg/m$^{2}$)을 제 1일에 급속 정주하고 Etoposide(50mg/m$^{2}$/day)를 제 1일부터 제 14일까지 경구로 2회에 분복하도록 하였으며, 첫번째 화학요법은 방사선치료의 시작일에, 두 번째 화학요법은 4주 후에 시행하도록 계획하였다. 수술은 방사선-복합화학요법의 완료 3주째에 흉부 CT 영상을 얻어 병변의 진행이나 원격전이의 소견이 없음을 확인한 후 시행하였다. 결과 : 방사선치료는 15명 모두에서 계획된 목표 선량 45Gy를 조사하였으며, 복합 화학요법은 11명의 환자에서는 계획대로 2회를, 나머지 4명에서는 1회만 시행하였다. 본 연구의 치료 방법과 관련하여 1명의 환자가 수술 15일만에 급성 호흡부전으로 사망하였으며 입원치료를 요하는 정도의 급성 부작용의 발현은 방사선폐렴과 호중구 감소로 인한 발열이 각각 1명, 2명이었다. 급성 식도염은 RTOG grade 1이 9명, grade 2가 3명으로 대체로 경미한 편이었다. 총 26회의 복합 화학요법과 관련된 급성 부작용으로 grade 3 이상의 백혈구 감소증, 혈소판 감소증, 및 빈혈이 각각 26.9%, 7.7%, 3.8%에서 나타났다. 수술을 시행한 환자는 13명으로 이 중 12명에서 근치적 절제술이 가능하여 수술절제율은 92.3%(12/13) 이었다. 한 명에서는 수술 시 늑막 전이가 확인되어 절제 수술을 시행하지 못하였다. 다른 2명은 수술을 거부하였다. 수술 후 병리학적 T병기는 T0, T1, 및 T2가 각각 3명, 6명, 및 3명이었으며 N병기는 N0, N1, 및 N2가 각각 8명, 1명, 및 3명이었다. 병리학적 완전 관해는 모두 3명의 환자에서(27.3%) 확인되었으며, 수술 전 임상적 병기와 비교하여 볼 때 병기 강하, 불변, 상승이 각각 8명(61.5%), 4명(30.8%), 1명(7.7%) 이었다. 결론 : N2 병기 비소세포폐암에 대한 동시화학방사선요법은 대체로 만족할 만한 결과를 얻을 수 있었으나 보다 많은 환자들을 대상으로 하는 장기간의 추적 관찰을 요한다.
