The central focus of this research paper is to explore the recent structural core empirical unemployment reason of IT new professional manpower who graduated in higher education level in Korea. The final goal of this issue is to estimate and analyze rambling impediment in IT manpower labor market between 26 detail occupations and between detail occupations and 3 educational levels of new graduates and entrants who entered in IT 6 occupational groups composing 26 particular occupations. This study uses the 2004 data published by the Ministry of ICT and relies upon both one-way analysis of variance and two-way analysis variance to tackle the issue. According to the ANOVA results, 2 main points were delineated In the one-way analysis of variance method. the total sum of squares (SST) is decomposed into two major components: within sum of squares (SSW) (6 detail occupations, 85%) and between sum of squares (SSG) (26 detail occupation, 15%) The other major finding is that total sum of squares (SST) is decomposed into three major components: between detail occupations (SSG) (19.3%), between educations (SSB) and errors (SSE) (56%) in IT SIW development design group.

The purpose of this study is to identify how postural mechanics affects postural control on balance and stability by using frequency analysis technique from the kinematic data acquired during the one leg standing posture. For this purpose, the experimental group consisted of two groups, the normal group (n=6) and the national Gymnastics group (n=6). Displacement data of CoP were analyzed by frequency analysis of rambling (RM) and trembling (TR) by FFT signal processing. As a results, there was a significant difference in evaluating the stabilization index between the two groups with the eyes open and closed one leg stnading (p <.05). The cause of the difference was found to be the output of the maximum amplitude of RM (f1) and TR (f2) (p <.05). In particular, in the low frequency RM of 8-9 Hz, which is a natural frequency of signal wave involved in postural feedback feedback, the main frequency appeared to be performs the exercise mechanism of stable brain posture control. And in the high frequency TM of 120-135 Hz, it is considered that the adaptation of the reflective muscle response is minimized to minimize posture shaking. In conclusion, this study provides evidence for the intrinsic main frequencies according to the postural control ability which affects the CNS in one leg standing.

According to science technology development, information society has progressed rapidly in the 21st century. Our consciousness and tradition have become entangled in the tide of Westernization. Therefore, the education of Chinese characters was neglected, and Chinese poetry literature was naturally neglected. This led to the abundance of material civilization, however, from the mental aspects, the daily life of modern people became insecure. There is a poet who has lived a lonely life of creation of Chinese poetry in this era. He is a Geasan Kwon Seung Geun(1940~) who writes only poem while being friends with nature. His Chinese poems were revealed through life experiences in nature, which is inspiring sympathy. The origin of his theme is nature. The poetry obtained from nature is rustic simple and pure. Therefore His poems have the style and taste of nature. The Chinese poetry literature of Geasan has been embodied the elements of self-interest, self-satisfaction, self-contentment and living in free at his literatue. On its basis, his Chinese literature has aesthetic boundary of remaining aloofness(自然而然的 超然)·rambling talk, living peacfully and play around with leisure·(閒遠物遊的 閑淡)·deviation rhyme of vividly and beautifully(生趣淸遠的 逸韻) The aesthetic boundary of Chinese poetry of Geasan can be seen as having a depth. This is the aesthetic boundary of Chinese poetry written by this generation in the 21st century.

Today, SIP standard (The signalling protocol for the Internet phone service) raises to be the standard technique because the expandability is high and complexity is low. It is widely investigated and actively advocated to use Si81a1 ring protocol for SIP in VoIP service. SIP service can be applied even outside the Internet phone service; instance messaging and various multimedia technology are just an example. This paper proposed an embodiment proxy server for rambling support to use JAIN SIP API. It provides standard interface for testing the Proxy server for SIP and embodiment of user agent that transfer instant massaging and voice communication.

The purpose of this research is to find applicable design characteristics of communal spaces in multi-family houses. With this goal, international multi-family housing projects are selected and their communal spaces are identified. The purpose of study lies in analyzing on recent 10 years trends of shared space of multi-family houses in Europe, Japan, central America. The design characteristics of the communal spaces are analyzed with a special focus on the four Aspects such as Organization of space, access roads, parking, pedestrian movement In terms of the framework for analysis, community, rest, separability, rambling, territory, distribution, entrance, openness, view, prospect and aesthetic characteristics are reviewed. As a result, the communal space of the analysis are integrated in plans and sections throughout the multi-family houses. Openness and connection with surrounding urban environments are articulated by communal spaces. Communal identities and aesthetics are emphasized by various space for dweller and the other inhabitant. For a further research, it is necessary to combine a design method study with new multi-family houses for the future.

The binding update of the Mobile IPv6 which does a route optimization in basic by the node which moves frequently brings about the signaling traffic increase of binding update. It supplements this the MAP(Mobile Anchor Point) for to let, and Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 which considers a macro mobility and a micro rambling regional mobility was proposed. But Mobile IPv6 when transmitting the packet, always does to pass by the mP, the packet intensive actual condition of the MAP to occur it does not guarantee a route optimization. In this study, It accomplishes the course improvement which considers the mobility of mobile node and it interprets the relaxation quality of packet intensive actual condition with the MAP

The purpose of this study is to grasp the spatial characteristics and consciousness structure for The Third Place through the empirical research, focused on housewives as the survey who spend many times in neighborhood. The four types as the consciousness structure are deducted, Nature-oriented type, Unusual experience type, Solitude enjoyment type, and Originality-oriented type. And the spatial characteristics related to the four types are deducted as the followings: Nature-oriented type contains the spatial characteristics as Wild space, Speculative space, Dotty occupation space, and Green way. Unusual experience type contains as Rambling space, Dynamic sojourn space, and Theme-plex space. Solitude enjoyment type contains as Anonymous private space, Encircling space, and Religious space. Originality-oriented type contains as Chatter space, Self development space, and Community space between families. The results of this study represent six characteristics on the third place, advocated by Oldenburg, and show housewives' various needs and concrete examples for the Third place in city.

The purpose is to derive its aesthetic characteristics by objectifying the visual image of the YouTube campaign into adjectives. As a result, we intend to identify advertising strategies that use them as basic data for setting fashion design concepts. A group of experts in fashion majors watched each of them, wrote adjectives, and collected 75 adjectives. By analyzing the frequency of adjectives, aesthetic characteristics were derived with adjectives recording the upper number of times, and the results were obtained that they had the characteristics of deconstruction. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, Tamburin's Jenny appeared to be strange, scary, rambling and charming. Among the internal meanings of deconstruction due to spatial, social, and psychological distance from consumers, it can be said that T.P.O's mutual textuality and play of interaction. Second, Gucci Cruise be chosen rural, strange, wild, unharmonious, and difficult, which is a mixture of intertextuality and play of T.P.O. Third, The Excise Gucci Campaign parodies that juxtaposes six films directed by Stanley Kubrick, making them strange, retro, difficult, interesting, and wrong. Deconstructionist de-genre and de-boundary Fourth, Kenzo World is weird, dynamic, wrong, difficult, difficult, and confused, which correspond to T.P.O's interactive textuality, play of the second half, and destruction and decomposition among the external expressions of deconstruction. Fifth, Burberry Hero emphasized the aesthetic value of traditional men, so it was ostensibly wild, free, powerful, sensual, and fantastic. Currently, the service industry share in domestic industry is increasing. Especially the size and marketability of the food service industry, which satisfies with basic human desire, is growing significantly. In this food industry, the coffee industry is recognized as a different area from the traditional food industry. The age of instant coffee at low price has gone. Today, more and more customers want to drink more delicious coffee and coffee that is good to their bodies. Especially as individualism has been rambling, more and more people enjoy individualism and want their personal space. This is why coffee speciality stores have been universalized. Also, as coffee speciality stores have been generalized, their own service quality is necessary and they should satisfy and affirm their loyalty to the customers in line with the enhancement of service quality. The purpose of this research is understanding of the impact of coffee specialty shop's service quality on affective commitment and repurchase intentions. The results of an empirical study in this research are as follows: First, compassion among the execution factors of coffee specialty shop's quality has a positive effect on both of affective commitment. But typicality and reactivity don't. Second, affective commitment have a positive effect on repurchase intentions. With a base of the above research result, we should comprehend that another service quality factor exists compared to other dining-out industry and establish marketing strategies in order to contribute to enhance repurchase intentions for the customers.

Genre paintings, which describes the lives of ordinary people, has lifestyle and Pungnyu of our ancestors. Pungnyu is aesthetic consciousness and a way of lives. The culture of Pungnyu is a kind of art boundary that combines high spirits and art. The Pungnyu is an icon of Korean culture, realization of taste, and happens through "stroll", which means the walking peacefully, and "sightsee", which means go sightseeing. It shows through the rambling and the excursion. Hyewon's 'Jeonsincheob'('傳神帖', a kind of spirit transferred drawings book) is a genre painting which represents Pungnyu and shows various activities at that time. Therefore, we can understand our own spirit and soul through appreciating his paintings. Hyewon's 「Jeonsincheob」 has three special features. Firstly, it is the symbol of Korea traditional Pungnyu. Secondly, it contributes to development of the East art. Lastly, Hyewon's 「Jeonsincheob」 can be considered in terms of glocalism, which means the combination of globalization and localization and can be explained by the relation of the center=the periphery, the globalization=the Korean wave, the universality=the particularity. Hyewon's 'Jeonsincheob' has aesthetic boundaries. One aims at individual pleasure. Another aims at harmony with its natural environment in which you are. Also, it can be considered as the boundaries of enjoying together which aims at harmony with social environment among group members.
