For safety railway vehicle movement, analysis and recoding of railway vehicle speed and driving information has written by law. nowadays, base in europe, these system is spread of various advanced country. In this paper, We implement an event recorder which record the driving and breaking information of running railway vehicle. For the event recorder, We designed the data structures with data analysis tools and a protocol between Event recorder and data analysis tool. The verification of Analysis tool was tested by to made data by Event Recorder's emulator and information of real railway driving recording.

Recently, as change in global logistics environment, various issues have been presenting. These issues are including the pursuit of low cost-high added value, the realization of sustainable logistics system, the protection of environment, and the development of ubiquitous techniques. To cope with these environment changes and improve the national logistics system, the government have carried out various logistics policies and pushed ahead development of national logistics information network. But still, from a view-point of national logistics, there are several inefficient elements such as information connection and utilization, code/data standardization. In this paper, the survey result of global logistics environment change, logistics policy of a developed countries, domestic logistics policy and information system status will be presented. And from these status, suggestive points are mentioned. Finally the status of railway logistics information and future developments are presented.

최근 각 산업분야에서 공간정보의 구축은 물론 그 활용과 유통을 위한 다양한 노력들이 이루어지고 있다. 철도산업분야에서도 이러한 공간정보는 각 관련 주체간 협업 등을 원활하게 하고, 자산관리 및 철도운영 등의 효율성을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 철도공간정보의 체계적인 활용을 위해 철도공간정보에 대한 참조체계 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 현재 철도는 상대위치 개념을 중심으로 모든 시설물 관리와 차량운행이 이루어지고 있다. 상대위치 기반의 관리체계는 많은 장점을 가지고 있으나, 선로 개량 등으로 선형 변화가 발생할 경우 변경된 지점을 중심으로 그 다음 위치들은 모두 상대위치를 변경하여야만 하는 어려움 또한 유발된다. 그리고 토목, 전기, 신호 등 철도의 각 분야에 속한 시설물들은 각각 다른 상대위치를 가지고 있기 때문에 협업의 어려움 또한 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고, 철도산업 이외의 분야와 협업 및 정보 융복합 등을 위하여 절대위치 기반의 철도공간정보참조체계가 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 세계적으로 유일한 객체식별자를 가지는 OID표준을 기반으로 철도공간정보참조체계 식별자 ROID(Railway Object IDentifier)와 시스템 확장성 및 연계성이 높은 서비스 객체지향형 철도공간정보참조체계를 제안한다. ROID는 기존의 철도 시설물 관리체계를 유지하면서 절대위치와 함께 유일한 식별자 개념을 가질 수 있도록 구성된다.

In this paper, we propose the design of railway safety common data model to provide common transformation method for collecting data from railway facility fields to Real-time railway safety monitoring and control system. This common data model is divided into five abstract sub-models according to the characteristics of data such as 'StateInfoMessage', 'ControlMessage', 'RequestMessage', 'ResponseMessage' and 'ExtendedXXXMessage'. This kind of model structure allows diverse heterogeneous data acquisitions and its common conversion method to DDS (Data Distribution Service) format to share data to the sub-systems of Real-time railway safety monitoring and control system. This paper contains the design of common data model and its DDS Topic expression for DDS communication, and presents two kinds of data transformation case studied for verification of the model design.

In order to establish railway long-tenn safety policy, various railway safety indexes are required. But these indexes are not use efficiently due to the limitation of safety information. Recently m any safety related information have been obtained based on Railway Safety Act 2004. In this study, various safety index, which can be applied both preventive safety activities and safety measure development, are proposed. These safety indexes are based on common safety index in European Railway Agency, but also include special index in Korea. Proposed safety index include accident results, precursors to accident, infrastructure, accident cost and safety management system. These indexes will be applied in railway industry from 2009.

Recently, various 4D CAD systems for visualizing construction schedule data are being developed. Specially, in case of railway project, the numerical information of progress data should be changed with visualized data by long construction section because the railway project consists of long length in construction site. This study suggests a case study of development of 4D CAD system for visualizing schedule information and the major functions of developed system are verified by railway project. The detailed application procedure of 4D CAD system including input data for a railway project is described in the study. The practical application of 4D CAD system can be improved in railway project by these demonstration researches.

고속철도 시스템은 열차의 운행에 요구되는 각종 제어 신호의 공급을 위해 LTE(Long Term Evolution)를 기반으로 하는 LTE-R(LTE-Railway) 방식의 이동통신 기술을 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LTE-R 기반 철도통신시스템에서 사용되는 응용서비스를 중심으로 철도통신의 기술 동향에 대하여 살펴보고, LTE-R 기술의 표준화 동향에 대해서도 고찰해 본다. 본 연구의 결과는 LTE-R 및 철도 이동통신의 연구 및 개발에 있어 기본 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

A railway station is a place where the railway operator concretize his marketing policy to meet the internal and external changes of a railway. Hence the analysis on the railway stations could give some useful information on the conditions which influence the shape of railway station. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of Japanese railway stations. This study shows that the influencing factors on the shape of Japanese railway stations are as follows: invitation of investment from outside the japanese railway, necessity to define measures against the cut off the urban fabric by the railway facilities, profitability of the railway operator by the creation of subsidiary business, integration of administrative or public function into the station building. And the future of Japanese railway stations is now preparing by the policies on the accessibility and commodity of users and by the research projects on the environmental quality, user satisfaction.

Today, the railway is very important in modern society means of public transport. Many people use the railway each day. On the other hand, with regard to railway accidents every year due to damage caused many casualties. In this paper, we propose railroad crossing accident prevention system for monitoring the situation based on OSGi for safe railway operations, about the same railroad crossing a dangerous place. This system, communication between the train and railroad crossing. So the information from the train crossing while a train driver was monitored in real time with more information than can help prevent accidents on the crossing. Using the OSGi framework, can be used widely in many hardware.

오늘날 웹사이트의 서비스 품질은 기업의 효율적인 업무수행과 고객의 소비행동에 중요한 영향을 미치는 핵심요인으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구는 현재 한국철도공사에 의해 제공되고 있는 철도물류정보서비스에 대한 서비스품질(신뢰성, 유용성, 외형성, 편리성)과 해당 정보서비스를 이용하는 화주의 만족도와의 관계를 검증하기 위한 연구이다. 회귀분석 결과, 신뢰성과 유용성은 화주의 만족도에는 유의한 정(+)의 효과를 미치는 것으로 검증되었으나, 편리성과 외형성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 목적은 화주의 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 철도물류정보서비스의 제공 전략을 제시하는데 있다.
