퇴적암지대의 층리 경사에 따른 비탈면 안정성 검토 (A Study on the Stability of the Slope according to the Bedding of the Sedimentary Rocks)

  • 본 연구는 철도 신설노선 구간 중 퇴적암지대 통과구간의 절토 비탈면 안정성 평가를 위해 퇴적암 층리와 충전물질(샌드심)의 경사에 따른 절토 비탈면의 표준경사 안정성 검토를 실시하였다. 안정성 검토는 비탈면 설계 기준에 의해 건기시, 우기시, 지진시로 실시하였다. 그 결과 퇴적암 지층의 경사가 10도 이하일 경우 절토 비탈면 경사에 따른 안전율에 미치는 영향이 미미한 것으로 검토되었다. 또한 10도 초과 20도 미만의 경사에서는 1:1.0 이상, 20도 이상에서는 1:1.2 이상으로 경사완화를 실시하여야 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 추후 철도 및 도로건설이 퇴적암지역에서 이루어질 경우 비탈면 안정성 평가를 위한 중요한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • In terms of accessibility and time the tram rail and bus transportation system is equipped with all the benefits of. In addition, construction and operating costs than light rail trams reduce AGT, and by car from the city center by inhibiting the transport demand management, pedestrian-oriented transportation system, including city jaebuheung can expect several effects, depending on the expected introduction of trams are. Accordingly, increasing interest in streetcars and trams, and the forum is running and the green at the National Assembly, Korea Railroad Research Institute samurai tram lines in the Korean research team developed the tram is thriving. In this study, in Korea as a way to introduce a tram tram to enhance the safety and reliability challenges for the advancement and promotion of foreign tram with the safety regulations and accident cases learn safety measures to strengthen the domestic transportation. The expected introduction of the tram fits the matter at issue and the perception of citizens and the passengers can make changes to present policies, the successful national introduction of trams and safety study aims to review.

  • The down town passage segment which follows in the straight line which follows recently in high speed of the railway and rail construction is increasing. Also according to quality of life improvement of the citizens whom follows in national income increase the resident demand only becomes larger day by day about a environmental creation which is comfortable and house environmental etc. Demand of the citizens is not the problem of today yesterday about like this railway mean of transportation and with the fact that continuously will increase in future. This study is to predict and reduce railway noise from the conventional PSC-beam bridges which passes through urban areas under the government strateges of speed and weight increases of railway. The purpose of this study is to recommend a proper noise prediction method for designing pleasant roadside environments. The railway design including existing line reconstructions should minimize curved alignment to increase train speed to 180~200km/hr under the government's long-term planing such as the 4th Comprehensive National Development Plan (2000~2020), National Intermodal Transportation Plan (2000~2019) and National Railroad Network Establishment Plan (2006~2015), Since the PSC-beam bridges are mainly used for bridge structures urban areas, noise measurements were performed and analyzed to recommend the noise prediction methods for each type and speed of train respectively.

  • Recently the construction of stations under railway lines and railway sections passing through central area of cities are increasing, calling for an urgent establishment of countermeasures against railway vibration and its subsequent second-phase noise. Of technology developed up to now, the most efficient countermeasure is the floating slab track, a track system isolated from the sub-structure by springs. Unfortunately, however, the system design technology and technology for key components have not yet developed in Korea. As such, in this study, the analysis and design technology of floating slab track and its vibration isolator technology can be achieved. In preparation for future demands, it is expected to raise awareness for the need of technology self-support and to make a meaningful contribution to mitigating vibration and noise produced by the next-generation high-speed railway.

Postbuckling analysis of laminated composite shells under shear loads

  • The postbuckling behavior of laminated composite plates and shells, subjected to various shear loadings, is presented, using a modified 8-ANS method. The finite element, based on a modified first-order shear deformation theory, is further improved by the combined use of assumed natural strain method. We analyze the influence of the shell element with the various location and number of enhanced membrane and shear interpolation. Using the assumed natural strain method with proper interpolation functions, the present shell element generates neither membrane nor shear locking behavior even when full integration is used in the formulation. The effects of various types of lay-ups, materials and number of layers on initial buckling and postbuckling response of the laminated composite plates and shells for various shear loading have been discussed. In addition, the effect of direction of shear load on the postbuckling behavior is studied. Numerical results and comparisons of the present results with those found in the literature for typical benchmark problems involving symmetric cross-ply laminated composites are found to be excellent and show the validity of the developed finite element model. The study is relevant to the simulation of barrels, pipes, wing surfaces, aircrafts, rockets and missile structures subjected to intense complex loading.

Activation Plan for the Eurasia Railway Logistics

  • Purpose - Given the increasing interest in the Eurasian Initiative, government-wide studies for the construction of the Silk Road Express are currently being conducted. However, the Korean Government has no experience in operating international freight railroads and has not encountered problems in train service plans, international conventions, and customs clearance, which will arise when TKR is connected to TSR, TCR, and TMGR. Research design, data and methodology - Given these conditions, the cases of direct services in international freight railroads between China and Europe are investigated to identify the possible problems in the connection between TKR and continental railroads. This study also identifies the plans for activating Eurasian railroad logistics. Results - For the service of international freight trains, Korea needs to join international conventions, such as OJSD, as a regular member. Furthermore, any relevant international conference after the conclusion of such an agreement is needed for the agreement on train service schedules, fees, and procedures for passing border stations. Conclusions - Customs clearance and relevant documents must be standardized to address the differences in clearance systems between nations.

매설 가스관 근접 진동제어를 위한 터널 전자발파 시공사례 (A Case Study of Tunnel Electronic Blasting to Control Vibration in the Proximity of the Gas Pipe)

  • 본 시공사례는 "성남~여주 복선전철 제 O공구 노반건설공사"중 도로 하부통과 구간으로서 터널의 노선을 따라 진동 및 소음으로 인한 피해 영향권 내에 아파트, 도자기 생산공장 및 국도 등 주요 보안물건 등이 위치하고 있다. 특히, 터널 노선 12m 상부의 국도를 따라 도시가스관(${\varphi}500mm$)이 매설되어 있어, 진동허용기준(1.0cm/sec) 이하로 안전하게 굴착하기 위하여 전자발파 공법을 적용하였으며, 굴착에 따른 지반의 변위를 최대한 방지하기 위하여 정밀 진동제어와 함께 신속한 굴착 및 보강이 이루어짐으로서 안전하게 완료되었다.

  • 철도터널 발파 시 근접한 보안물건에 대하여 발파진동 및 소음을 제어하고, 여굴방지를 목적으로 전자뇌관과 비전기뇌관을 조합한 발파시스템(Supex Blasting Method)을 적용하여 보성~임성리 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ 철도건설공사에서 시험발파를 실시하였다. 그 결과 발파진동과 소음은 허용기준치 이내로 측정된 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 전자뇌관과 비전기뇌관을 조합한 터널발파 시스템은 공사비 절감, 발파진동 및 소음제어를 통한 민원방지 효과 및 여굴제어로 굴착예정선 주변의 암반손상권을 최소화하는 것으로 나타났다.

The Monthly Water Supply Reliability Indexes in the Parallel Reservoir System

  • Water supply reliability indexes (WSRI) is estimated for assessment of water supply capacity in the downstream for parallel reservoir system in Nakdong River, South Korea, using allocation rule (AR) according to the water supply capacity of each reservoir and the characteristic of parallel reservoir system. The result of the analyzing parallel reservoir system for Andong and Imha reservoir in Nakdong River does not include evidences available enough to decide whether the results of water supply analysis are excellent in the current reliability evaluation or not. However, AR (C) shows a good result in the water supply capacity for each reservoir based on the connected operation system and the total water supply capacity at the control point of downstream by the average water supply capacity and possible range of water supply capacity suggested by this study. The average water supply capacity is analyzed by the reliability of monthly average water supply capacity. Furthermore, the possible range of water supply capacity is estimated by the standard deviation when water deficit occurs. Therefore, AR (C) is useful to establish and estimate the planning water supply capacity according to the monthly water supply condition and the possible range of water supply capacity when the water supply capacity deficit occurs, South Korea.

  • City Train Technology that is large and complex system and consists of mechanical, electronic, electric, materials, computer, communication, civil/track etc. is very important area of railway industry, national fundamental industry. The standardization of city train system as a public transportation method and foundation of national economy is very important in order to do effective operation and to get fundamental technology, and the information system of the standards is required to operate the city train system effectively. By building data base of city train system design knowledge using computer-aided system engineering tool-Cradle, the system development issues and the design solutions are used by all engaged persons, and are managed by modeling and documentation. And this system will support architecture design consistently and effectively by applying this system to formalize early development process, to system requirements and configuration management, to system interface analysis and management and to system behavior analysis etc.. This study is for construction of data base of system design knowledge through making data base of many kinds of standards using CASE tool based on System Engineering Process, and introduces a model to support concurrent engineering for all engineers involved in system development allowing access to standard DB through Web from anywhere and at anytime.
