Recently, it is shown that the unrelated quest ion randomized response models proposed by Moors (1971), Folsom et al.(1973), Greenberg et al.(1971) are in capable of protecting the privacy of the respondent. Thus, in this paper, we review recent days research tendency. Also modification model of Mahmood et al.(1998) is proposed, and we show th at this model is more efficient than Greenberg et al.(1969). Furthermore we treat the privacy protection based on Lanke's (1975) risk of suspicion measure.

Diamond based electronic devices promise to exhibit unique properties. In order to realize devices diamond has to be doped to render it electrically conductive. In the present work the doping of diamond and of polycrystalline CVD diamond films are reviewd with particular emphasis to ion-implantation doping and to attempts to dope diamond by in-diffusion of the dopants. The quest for finding ways to obtain n-type conductivity in diamond will be critically examined.

교육(Education)과 오락(Entertainment)의 합성어인 에듀테인먼트(Edutainment)는 학생이 학습을 하거나 기업의 종업원이 특정 능력을 익히는 데 사용되는 교육용 도구를 의미한다. 에듀테인먼트는 교육용 소프트웨어에 게임이나 친근한 인물과 음악, 이야기 등 오락성을 가미해 싫증을 느끼지 않고 즐기면서 교육적 효과를 거두고자 하는 목표를 지향하고 있다. 이러한 재미와 교육이라는 두가지 목표를 달성하기 위해 에듀테인먼트에 포함되는 디지털콘텐츠는 게임이나 e러닝의 콘텐츠와는 다른 차원의스토리텔링 기법이 요구된다. 이번호에서는 에듀테인먼트 콘텐츠에 적합한 퀘스트 스토리텔링(Quest Story telling)과 공간 스토리텔링(Spatial Storytelling)을 소개한다.

In this paper, we developed a simulation model of a car parts assembly line to improve the system performance such as worker's utilization balancing, productivity. This simulation model has been developed using QUEST, a true 3D discrete event simulation pakcage that is designed for modeling and analysis of manufacturing systems. We have suggested the results obtained to improve the system performances of an existing production line.

산업재해 통계분석의 커다란 목적은 각 산업별로 주 위험요인을 도출하고 이에 따른 안전교육의 실시 또는 안전장치 등을 보완함으로써 산업재해를 줄이거나 예방하는데 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 일반 제조업이나 건설업 등에서는 아직까지도 정량적 위험성 평가 기법이 개발되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 효율적인 위험성 평가 기법의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 산업재해 예방을 위한 최적 알고리즘 선정 방법을 제시한다.

Railway is huge traffic system which is operated organically combining all the elements; vehicle, track, electric power, signal/communication, operation, etc. Safety level has ben improved steadily by learning lessons from past accident. But with rapid progress in high-speed, massive, high-frequency transit fresh idea of accident prevention is now in order. In quest of effective and efficient countermeasure, we aim to establish an adequate safety evaluation/management method. Our proposals are basic concept relating to safety analysis of fatal accidents, AHP of Saaty, Fuzzy AHP.

We explore the use of genetic programming to evolve decision trees directly for classification problems with both discrete and continuous predictors. We demonstrate that the derived hypotheses of standard algorithms can substantially deviated from the optimum. This deviation is partly due to their top-down style procedures. The performance of the system is measured on a set of real and simulated data sets and compared with the performance of well-known algorithms like CHAID, CART, C5.0, and QUEST. Proposed algorithm seems to be effective in handling problems caused by top-down style procedures of existing algorithms.
