The effect of ISO 9000 jcertification for quality management is investigated. 213 domestic manufacturing companies which had been certified more than one and half year ago were selected to send the questionnaires for a field survey. Among them 89 were returned. Crosby's Quality Management Maturity Grid' is utilized for analyzing the effect of ISO 9000 certification aquistion. Comparisons for the QM maturity level are made between before- and after-aquisition. It is shown that, on the average, the QM maturity level had been increased from awakening (stage 2) to the mid point of enlightenment(stage 3) and wisdom(stage 4).

Different industries mostly rely on quality certification for promoting their products or brands. Although getting quality certification, specifically by human experts is a tough job to do. But the field of machine learning play a vital role in every aspect of life, if we talk about quality certification, machine learning is having a lot of applications concerning, assigning and assessing quality certifications to different products on a macro level. Like other brands, wine is also having different brands. In order to ensure the quality of wine, machine learning plays an important role. In this research, we use two datasets that are publicly available on the "UC Irvine machine learning repository", for predicting the wine quality. Datasets that we have opted for our experimental research study were comprised of white wine and red wine datasets, there are 1599 records for red wine and 4898 records for white wine datasets. The research study was twofold. First, we have used a technique called backward elimination in order to find out the dependency of the dependent variable on the independent variable and predict the dependent variable, the technique is useful for predicting which independent variable has maximum probability for improving the wine quality. Second, we used a robust machine learning algorithm known as "XGBoost" for efficient prediction of wine quality. We evaluate our model on the basis of error measures, root mean square error, mean absolute error, R2 error and mean square error. We have compared the results generated by "XGBoost" with the other state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, experimental results have showed, "XGBoost" outperform as compared to other state of the art machine learning techniques.

In response to the recent decline in the school-age population, universities have made attracting foreign students a major policy task for universities. As a result, the number of foreign students increased rapidly in terms of quantity, but in terms of quality, the risk is inevitable. Accordingly, the government presented education and internationalization competency certification system indicators on the basis of which quality control of students was systematized. Based on the above certification system, this study focused on analyzing the multiple factors that are actually given to the academic adaptation (performance) of the 2200 students who entered a certain university. In addition, factors other than the certification system index were discovered to comprehensively track how they affect the academic performance of students studying abroad. The researcher found the multi-reciprocal model analysis showed that the difference between the learner and the moderator was significant, and whether or not they had the Korean proficiency test (TOPIK) was significant. It also said that it could have a direct impact on Chinese University Entrance Exams (高考) are significant. If a model that is very effective in selecting students is established by each university and used as an indicator through this study, it will serve as a basis for efficient selection of students.

Lately, the importance of social responsibility of venture companies is becoming highlighted in Korea.This study is to empirically suggest that the practice of social responsibility by venture companies will become the foundation for formation of the organizational trust and for the sustainable growth of the organization. The certification on social responsibility for venture companies has been conducted for past five year and based on the research on difference of organizational validity on companies that are certified and non-certified by its practice of social responsibility, we've found organizational trust difference in two groups; the companies that already formed organizational trust did not have new mediation effect due to organizational commitment but the non-certified companies that did not have organization trust created new medication effect from organizational commitment. This can be understood that the organizational commitment effect through social responsibility is already formed for companies that have created organizational trust through social responsibility certification. The organizational infrastructure is needed for sustainable growth and development of an organization; therefore, the differentiated organizational trust for social responsibility certified organization will become the infrastructure for growth of the certified organizations.

The Korean Green Building Certification System was activated from 2005. The purpose of it is to improve the quality of residential unit. Recently, people stay inside of building more than for 90% of a day Accordingly, it is really important for them to make the quality of Indoor Environmental better, in brief, to develop the indoor environmental factor in KGBC is important. One of the best way to develop the system is to do research based on POE because the area of problem can be realized. Accordingly, we get the information about POE from another research for the part of the indoor environment for residential unit to have the critical mind about the KGBC, and tried to compare the factors to another which is from foreign Green Building Certification System such as LEED, BREEAM, GBTool, After they have been analyzed, we could find that some of factor need to be revised and added. Also, there was one problem that many part of factor was created without any consideration of direction of each space in residential unit.

Purpose: This study was performed for advancement of aviation security equipments certification system. Methods: We investigated aviation security equipments certification-related registrations and the latest research trends of explosive detection technologies. Based on the literature studies, we draw the critical issues of the aviation security equipment certification system and suggested improvement direction. Results: We found some inaccuracies of the definition of explosive trace detection equipments, accreditation review committee, and performance evaluation test method. These problems should be modified to suit being practical. Conclusion: The present results would be useful for basic data for modifying aviation security equipments certification systems.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to introduce the development trend of international standard in the innovative management system and propose the application method of the standard for SME certification system. Methods: This study is based on literature studies and case studies considering the initial stage of development of standards as well as lack of domestic and international research examples. In the literature review, we focused on the characteristics of the innovation management system standards at the national, regional and global level. We examined case studies of Spain and Portugal as case studies. Besides, the evaluation items and certification status of domestic innovative SMEs certification were also searched to find out how to introduce them in Korea. Results: The results of this study can be summarized in three major points. First, new international standards of innovation management are being developed under the ISO management system standard and are currently in the DIS stage. Second, in the case of Spain adopting the national innovation management system standard, it has been reported that the innovation management system standard has a significant effect on the innovation ability and management performance. Third, it was not easy to establish a standardized innovation process between the innovation based on creativity and the standardized based product. The Oslo manual was not enough to provide enough guidance in this area. Conclusion: Companies that want to strengthen their organizational innovation capabilities from a management system point of view and Policymakers that want to plan the upgrading and integrated certification operating system of the domestic innovation SME certification need to consider the ISO 50500 series as a global level standard other than the Oslo manual.

이러닝 산업에 대한 사회적인 관심의 증가는 민간 교육업체와 공공기관을 대상으로 하는 이러닝 콘텐츠 및 시스템 공급자의 증가로 이어지게 되었다. 이러닝이 다양한 분야에서 사용되어짐에 따라, 양질의 서비스를 제공하고 서비스의 신뢰성을 제고하기 위해서는 이러닝 콘텐츠와 시스템 및 그 공급자에 대한 평가 기준과 적합성에 대한 평가가 이루어져야 한다. 기존 연구들은 이러닝 품질인증에 대한 평가기준과 품질인증 평가기준의 세부 실행 방안은 제시하고 있으나, 품질인증 기술성에 대한 필요성과 기술성 평가기준은 제시하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러닝 콘텐츠의 품질인증 기술성 평가에 대한 목적과 필요성을 기술하고, 이러닝 콘텐츠 기술성 평가기준의 특징과 기술성 평가기준 세부 항목별 적용 절차 및 방법에 대해 기술한다. 본 연구를 통해서 이러닝 콘텐츠 기술성 평가기준의 세부적인 평가항목과 평가척도를 제시할 수 있고, 각 평가항목에 대한 평가척도의 예시를 제공함으로써 이러닝 콘텐츠의 품질인증 기술성 평가기준을 수립할 수 있다. 또한, 시범서비스가 이루어진 후, 이러닝 콘텐츠 품질인증 기술성 평가기준에 대한 결과의 피드백에 따라 기준을 보완하여 정책에 반영하고 고시한다면, 해당 정책은 산업계에서 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

정보통신 표준의 품질향상을 위해서는 상호운용성에 대한 체계적인 시험방법 및 절차가 확립되어야 한다. 따라서 표준이 실제로 제품 구현이나 서비스 제공을 위한 최소한의 사항들을 제대로 구비하고 있는지를 확인할 수 있는 공인기관에 의한 시험인증의 역할이 중요시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 체계적인 시험인증 제도의 수립과 국가적 차원의 시험인증 연구에 대한 정책적인 지원과 함께 관련 제도를 정립키 위해 외국의 사례를 중심으로 살펴보고 우리 나라의 시험 인증제도 현황과 바림직한 인증 모델의 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

This study investigated the improvement of safety certification marking method and location marked on temporary equipments in order to guarantee the quality and safety of temporary equipments. The survey was performed for the stakeholder (manufacturers, lessors, and users) to find out the effective way that all stakeholder can agree each other. The main reason which users checked the safety certification making is that the mandatory safety certification marking can prevent the usage of poor and illegal temporary equipments. For the marking method, all stakeholder agreed that a depressed engraving method was an effective and usable displaying method. The opinions about the position of safety certification marking among the users, lessors, and manufacturers did not come into the agreement. The manufacturers preferred the marking position in which the engraving process is easy, but users wanted the conspicuous place such as vertical member. However, it is necessary to continuously study ways to adopt the position preferred by the users.
