Objectives: The purpose of this paper is to help the development of qualitative research in the field of Korean medicine and policy support for postpartum depression. Methods: Qualitative studies related to postpartum depression retrieved from five databases were evaluated independently by two researchers using the integrated criterion, Consolidated criteria for reporting qualitative research (COREQ). In addition, each subject of study was qualitatively synthesized. Results: A total of 1,374 papers were searched and 13 papers were finally selected. The results of the study using COREQ lacked information about the researchers. The results of the study were integrated into three themes: "Feeling Failure", "Struggling for self-identity and role of mother" and "Seeing Help and Recovery". Conclusions: Postpartum depression can be accessed through various methods such as Korean medicine counseling, acupuncture and herbal medicine, and further research and manual preparation is required.

Objectives: To suggest the basis of clinical applications through qualitative and quantitative analysis of mentalizing the rooms of mind in the mindfulness meditation program. It is one of the M&L psychotherapy techniques that enables observing the mind more objectively by structuring, visualizing and embodying state of the mind at the moment of drawing a room of the mind. Methods: In this study, we conducted 5t mindfulness meditation program sessions with 85 college students studying Oriental Neuropsychiatry at the University of Oriental Medical College. Before and after the program, data checked the FFMQ and drew the room of mind. Qualitative analysis by subjects were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. Results: First, results of the quantitative analysis revealed significant difference between pre-and post on describing one of the FFMQ sub-factors. However, there were no statistically significant other factors. Second, qualitative analysis results follow as: It extracted 2 keywords including 'viewpoint as a therapist' and 'viewpoint as a client' and 3 consisting words 'positive response', 'negative response', 'ambiguous response'. Conclusions: Mentalizing the room of mind is the work of visualizing, diagramming, objectifying, and specifying the mind of this moment. It is concerned that the value of clinical use is high as a useful tool to increase concentration of meditation and observe and evaluate changes of mind before and after treatments.

Public and private sectors are experiencing a worldwide economic depression originated from the failure of U.S. financial system. At a harsh time like this, policy-makers need to understand more about the effects of the creative leadership in the digital era. However, there haven't been enough studies performed on this field in Korea. This study aims to fill the blank and learn more about the correlation between creative leadership and organizational effectiveness. To achieve this goal, various previous leadership studies have been reviewed in terms of organizational behaviors, comparative culture studies, and etc. In the end, this study argues previous qualitative studies' weaknesses and limitations, and tries to suggest new aspect of qualitative research method of creative leadership.

The purpose of this study was to develop a Korean assessment model for the patients with voice disorders. Interviews were conducted with 4 voice therapists and the results were analyzed by using a qualitative, constant-comparative design. According to the three themes emerged from the qualitative analysis, 10 subthemes were derived. The three main themes were 1) consideration on the disordered voice, 2) status quo of instrumental and perceptual evaluation, and 3) suggestions for the other voice therapists. The 10 subthemes can be summarized as the following: 1) judgment centering on the patients, 2) increase of the reliability of instrumental and perceptual evaluation, 3) voice therapists' positive participation in the assessment procedure of voice disorder.

Purpose: This study investigated the parenting experiences of mothers of young children born moderate-to-late preterm (MLPT) in South Korea. Methods: In this qualitative study, semi-structured focus group interviews were conducted with 10 mothers of MLPT children from infancy to preschool age. The interviews were video-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Four categories resulted from the analysis of parenting experiences of mothers with young MLPT children, as follows: "becoming a mother of an early-born child", "difficulties as the primary caregiver for a high-risk child", "helpful social support, but still a lack of professional support for parenting a high-risk child", and "mothers and children growing together". Conclusion: Mothers of young MLPT children experienced difficulties due to concerns about their child's health, growth and development, and insufficient child-rearing support. Therefore, social support systems should be strengthened and more aggressive nursing strategies should be adopted for mothers of young MLPT children.

본 연구의 목적은 문헌정보학 학술지에 발표된 질적 연구논문의 연구 동향을 분석하여 발전의 지향점을 모색하고자 한다. 문헌정보학을 대표하는 4개 학술지의 2016년까지 총 73편(1.4%)의 논문을 선별하였다. 분석 결과, 1) 질적연구로 가장 선호하는 주제는 정보행태(39.7%)와 사서업무(20.5%)이다. 2) 연구 목적은 경험의 이해(60.2%)가 우세하였고, 그 다음으로는 현황 개선(30.1%)이다. 3) 선호하는 연구방법은 '일반 질적 연구'(26.0%), '무언급'(21.9%), 근거이론(13.6%), 현상학(10.9%), 사례연구(10.9%) 등 이다. 4) 연구의 참여자는 사서가 41.0%로 매우 우세하였다. 그 다음으로는 전문직 종사자(13.6%)이다. 5) 가장 선호하는 자료수집방법은 심층면담(20.5%), 면담(13.6%), 심층면담과 내부자료(9.5%)이다. 연구 결과, 문헌정보학 분야 질적 연구의 스펙트럼은 매우 다양하여, '느슨한 질적 연구'와 '과학성을 지향하는 질적 연구'가 공존하고 있었다. 문헌정보학의 질적 연구의 발전을 도모하기 위해서는 개인적 차원에서는 질적 연구자의 인식 고양, 엄격한 연구방법(자료수집, 분석과 해석, 타당성과 신뢰성)의 적용이 요구된다. 제도적 차원에서는, '질적 연구방법'의 교과목 설치, 심사자와 연구자의 질적 연구 수행과 이해를 돕기 위한 문헌정보학 질적 연구지침과 표준 제작이 필요하다.

This study was carried out in the purpose of proposing internet marketing strategy which can make conversion rate higher through analysis of internet shopping behavior types. This study was executed in two stages; qualitative study, quantitative study. In the qualitative study, internet shopping behavior types were investigated through the In-depth interview and direct observation, and then in the quantitative study, differences of internet shopping behavior types according to consumer characteristics, product properties and shopping-mall types were examined. For qualitative study, 30 samples by focus sampling were inquired and for quantitative study, 334 data were collected through web survey. The results of this study are as follows: First, 7 Internet shopping behavior types of apparel were found through the qualitative study: cautious purchase by price comparison, searching purchase, special low price purchase, impulse purchase, prepurchase deliberation, information accumulation, recreation-oriented. Second, in relation to consumer characteristics, consumers that have many internet purchase experiences showed goal-directed behavior more and female did more special low price purchase behavior and impulse purchase behavior than male. Third, according to product properties, high price product led more cautious purchase by price comparison & prepurchase deliberation behavior and fashionable product led more information-searching behavior. In the case of low price and fashionable products, impulse purchase behaviors were showed more. Forth, according to Internet shopping mall types, category killer shopping mall visitors showed information search behavior, recreation-oriented behavior more.
