Recently, the importance of emergency medical services has emerged, as rapid advances in urbanization and industrial development. Accordingly, the need for effective emergency medical services is increasing, and the evaluation of an emergengy medical services centers is conducted to meet these policy needs. The purpose of this study was to analyse the relationship between the structure and the process domain of the evaluation of an emergency medical services center based on the Donabedian's model and to verify the validity as an index of quality evaluation through the results. As a result of the analysis, there were some indicators that showed a different direction than expected, but generally there was a significant correlation between the structure and process domains of the evaluation of an emergency medical services center. This suggests that the process can be improved by improving the structure. In conclusion, as structure and process indicators in evaluation of an emergency medical services center show significant relationship, it can be evaluated as validity as a tool to measure the quality of emergency medical services.

항만 및 및 어항 설계기준에서는 항로의 설정 시 선박의 안전 항행을 보장하고 조선이 용이하도록 설계되어야 한다고 정의하고 있다. 그중 항로 폭 설정은 항로를 설정함에서 중요한 조건 중 하나이다. 그러나 우리나라 항로 폭 설정 기준은 국외의 정량적 평가기준과 비교하여 정성적 평가 기준에 비중이 있다. 선박이 항주 중에 받는 저항에 직·간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것이 바람, 조류, 파랑 등의 자연환경 요소이다. 자연환경 요소의 크기에 따라 항주 중인 선박에 미치는 영향이 안전 운항에 위협이 되기도 한다. 이를 방증하듯 우리나라에서는 자연환경 여건에 따라 선박 출항 통제를 규정하고 있다. 이처럼 선박 안전 운항에 밀접한 관계가 있는 자연 환경적 요인을 반영하기 위해 국외의 항로 설계지침에서는 자연환경 요소들의 정량적 평가 기준을 제시하여 항로 폭 설계 시 반영하고 있지만 우리나라는 외력을 고려한 구체적인 평가 기준이 마련되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 목포항 입·출항 선박들의 항적을 기초 자료로 활용하여 실제 선박들이 운항하면서 사용한 항로 폭과 자연환경 요소와의 관계를 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 조류 크기에 따른 필요 항로 폭을 제시하고 국외의 항로 설계지침과 비교하였다.

Today, false news is increasing in volume, and fashion news often circulates uncritically. Therefore, an evaluation framework is needed to determine whether fashion news is accurate or good. In journalism, the judgment of good news is made through the criterion of news value factors. These factors are the criteria for assessing the likelihood of an event being reported in the news. Through the study of news value by various journalistic scholars, this study selected nine news value factors applicable to the value measurement of fashion news as the framework of analysis. Based on this, after analyzing the actual news on online fashion media, new characteristics and content were reconstructed for fashion news. As a result of the study, it was finally selected that the crucial factors were: expertise, social importance, timelessness, conflict, and negativity for measuring the value of fashion news. To assess the news value of fashion accurately, this study found that reconceptualized news values are needed, which are different from the news values of general journalism. The study is meaningful in that it explores elements and content for the development of a theoretical framework for the qualitative evaluation of fashion news.

The modern market is highly competitive. It has progressed from traditional competition between enterprises to competition between supply chains. To ensure that enterprise can form the best strategy consistently, it is necessary to evaluate the trust of other enterprises in the supply chain. First, this paper analyzes the background and significance of supply chain trust research, analyzes and expounds on the qualitative and quantitative methods of supply chain trust evaluation, and summarizes the research in this field. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is the most frequently used method in the literature to evaluate and rank criteria through data analysis. However, the input data for AHP analysis is based on human judgment, and hence there is every possibility that the data may be vague to some extent. Therefore, in view of the above problems, this study improves the global trust method based on chain iteration. The improved global trust evaluation method based on chain iteration is more flexible and practical, hence, it can more accurately evaluate supply chain trust. Finally, combined with an actual case of Zhaoxian Chengji Food Co. Ltd., the paper qualitatively analyzes the current situation of supply chain trust management and effectively strengthens the supervision of enterprises to cooperative enterprises. Thus, the company can identify problems on time and strategic adjustments can be implemented accordingly. The effectiveness of the evaluation method proposed in this paper is demonstrated through a quantitative evaluation of its trust in downstream enterprise A. Results suggest that the subjective preferences of and historical transactions together affect the final evaluation of trust.

This study was conducted to establish finance performance evaluation model for physicians in each clinical department, by using factors which determines financial outcome(performance) in each clinical department The ultimate aim of study is to develop effective performance-based pay system for physicians. The system, by motivating physicians, should increase their productivity. To do so, it is critical to establish finance performance evaluation model to achieve final goal of this study. 232 private hospitals were chosen from 693 hospitals which were subject to hospital survey by the Korea Institute of Health Services Management and their revenue and expense-related data during 1997 were collected. By adopting multiple regression method, the study shows that the evaluation model for each clinical department was statistically significant. The study suggest the effective performance-based pay system based on financial performance of each clinical department. The pay system includes the level of compensation, the way of how to allocate profits to each department, and criteria whether the compensation should provide or not. In conclusion, the study has following implications. First, the study suggest finance performance evaluation model for each clinical department Second, the study suggest guidelines and plans to establish qualitative measure of financial performance in each clinical department. Third, the study suggest that adopting performance-based pay for physicians could be impetus to achieve organizational goal by motivating them with fair compensation.

현재 보행자도로의 LOS분석 방법은 한국도로용량편람(2013)의 보행자시설편에서 제공하고 있다. 그러나 용량편람에서 제시하는 보행자도로의 분석방법을 적용하여 LOS를 산출할 경우, 분석지점의 대부분이 A수준으로 산출되어 현실적인 보행자도로의 서비스 수준을 반영하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는, 2009년 조사된 '서울시 유동인구조사' 자료를 바탕으로 현재 도로용량편람에서 제시하는 보행자도로의 MOE를 적용하여 LOS기준의 적정성과 문제점을 파악하고, 보다 개선되어진 LOS기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 이의 개선방안으로 본 연구에서는 표준인체치수의 최신화, 보행점유공간의 여유폭 고려, Fruin과 Hall의 연구에서 제시하는 LOS의 정성적인 정의를 활용하여 새로운 기준을 제시하였다. 새로운 기준의 적용결과 종전의 보행자도로 LOS판단 기준보다 합리적인 결과를 보였으며, 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 추후 보행자도로에 관한 현실적이고 다양한 계획 설계 시공이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper, we focused on the safety of workers in a remanufacturing process where a risk analysis is not carried out and suggested a criteria for evaluating injury risk. We analyzed a disassembly and a reassembly, which are important for the remanufacturing process. The disassembly includes the disassembly of product and the disassembly process of part and the reassembly includes only reassembly of part. First of all, we analyzed the remanufacturing process and a type of injury. Then, we reviewed the standards and determined the criteria for a severity and an occurrence. We set a bigger weight for the severity to allow the greater impact. And the injury risk score was defined as a sum of the weighted severity and the weighted occurrence. We conducted a qualitative analysis of the experience of field workers based on the criteria we set up. Questionnaires for the evaluation were formulated through interviews with experts.

Usually, processing whole project or a part of frame work delays due to acceleration, changing orders, management, characters of project. overtime, worker crowding, early occupation in the field of construction. Through a whole project, these factors cause decreasing construction labor-productivity which is the most dependent in business of construction. These kind of decreasing of construction labor-productivity cause many negative effects, just as extension of time, increasing cost in project of construction. Regardless of characters of construction or decreasing labor-productivity, extension of time is a incident which needs acceleration, also it cause a high possibility of claim and dispute. The productivity has just a broad meaning in business of construction. That's why it's difficult to apply in the field of construction. Especially, factors increasing or decreasing labor-productivity is defined by analysis of working as qualitative and outlined evaluation. However, study of the each factor decreasing construction labor-productivity analysis has not researched, because of difficulty of systematic measurement and management. The existed studies about management of productivity are just focused on estimation of productivity, not on evaluation of productivity. It was true that I couldn't examine clearly about the analysis of how much important per each the factor which have influence on labor-productivity because of the characteristic as qualitative that the labor productivity have On this study, i tried to get the factors decreasing of labor- productivity with gathering opinions of panels of expert's studies about the factors decreasing of labor-productivity on project of construction through Delphi method and i evaluated the result factors as quantitatively and subjectively about importance of factors decreasing construction labor-productivity Analysis, using AHP Method by Saaty. Also, using Delphi and AHP method, 1 suggest substantiated method qualitative factors are measured by quantitative criteria.

공동주택 개발사업의 타당성 검토는 분양성 및 수익성을 검토하는 부문과 법규, 환경 등의 정성적 부문이 있다. 이러한 타당성 분석업무를 합리적으로 진행하기 위하여 분석모형의 구축이 필요하고 또한 이를 보다 효율적이며 효과적으로 사용할 수 있도록 전산화 방법의 마련이 필요하다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 기설정된 분석대상항목, 항목의 범주, 그 평가기준을 활용하여 타당성 분석모형의 전산화를 구축하고 이의 합리성을 입증하기 위하여 사례 프로젝트를 선정, 기존 방법으로 산출한 타당성 분석 결과와 함께 사례 프로젝트의 실제 분양결과를 모형의 전산화로 적용된 사례 프로젝트 분석결과와 비교 대비하도록 한다. 비교대비결과, 분석모형의 전산화에 의하여 산출된 결과 값이 실제 분양결과와 일정한 상관성이 있음을 보이고 있다. 즉, 사례 프로젝트별 수익성은 모형을 이용한 분석방법이 보다 실제와 접근하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 공동주택 개발사업 타당성 분석모형의 전산화에 의한 타당성 분석작업은 보다 효율적이며 타당성 평가예측의 정확도를 높이는 툴(tool)로서 평가된다.

This study is intended to analyze the characteristics of the preference according to the locations of view points, which are the current criteria for the evaluation of the view. To this end, a total of fifty one test cases according to view point locations were sampled based on the picture data collected in previous studies, and preference assessment was conducted on these cases to identify preference characteristics, where a five-point Lickert-scale evaluation was performed for each test case, and three test cases for each type were comparatively evaluated. It is deemed that the findings from this study may be used to finally derive qualitative assesment scale for the view seen from apartment units.
