  • Objectives : Pulse descriptions in Korean Medical texts are comprised of combinations of pulse terminology, where various combinations of pulse terminology are used to describe disease symptoms. For Korean Medical doctors and professionals, however, it is impossible to identify the entirety of pulse description combinations, and their understanding is mostly limited to those learned from classical texts studied individually. Methods :This research was carried out by using Access of Microsoft Office 365 in Windows 10 of Microsoft. Pulse descriptions were extracted from the text, 『Euijongsonik』. In the final stages, the automatically extracted list of pulse descriptions was refined through [excluded terminology of pulse description]. Results : The PC environment of this research was Intel Core i7-1065G7 CPU 1.30GHz, with 8GB of RAM and a Windows 10 64bit operation system. Out of 6,115 verses 6,497 descriptions were primarily extracted, and after a refinement process, the final list contained 5,507 pulse descriptions. Conclusions : Based on the assumption that classical texts are available in data form to be processed by programs, current research methodology demonstrated that it was more efficient in regards to time and man power to create a pulse description database compared to when the researcher manually created one.

스트리밍 처리에 의한 레이더 신호 특성 추출 (Feature Extraction of Radar Signals Using Streaming Process)

  • 전자전의 레이더 신호식별은 신호수신기가 생성한 PDW(Pule Description Word)를 분석해서 펄스반복 간격(PRI, Pulse Repetition Interval)을 인식하는 기술이다. 일반적으로 여러 개의 PDW를 수집해 한 번에 처리하는 배치처리 방식으로 PRI를 식별한다. 본 논문에서는 스트리밍 프로세스에 기초한 신호 특성 추출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 기술은 신호수신기에서 PDW를 생성할 때마다 PDW 군집이 형성되는지 조사하고, 레이더 펄스의 도착시간 차이(difference of TOA(Time of Arrival)) 히스토그램을 만들고, 집중도를 기반으로 프레임 PRI를 구하고, 스태거 단계 수를 결정한다. 실험에 의하여 군집의 크기가 증가함에 따라 안정된 인식 결과를 도출한다는 것을 입증했다.

『난경(難經)』의 진맥(診脈) 대법(大法)에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Great Principle of Pulse Diagnosis in the 『Nanjing』)

  • Objectives : This paper aims to examine the system, principle, and fundamentals of the great principle of pulse diagnosis in the 『Nanjing』. Methods : The system, principle, and fundamentals of pulse diagnosis in the 『Nanjing』 were examined within the book's description framework and logical structure in light of its relationship to the 『Huangdineijing』. Previous studies that follow pulse diagnosis of 『Nanjing』 and 『Wangshuhe Maijue』 were referenced. Results & Conclusions : The structure of pulse diagnosis in the 『Nanjing』 is systematically organized under the principle of the three positions and nine indicators as the great principle to which the yinyang and five viscera pulse theories are included. The great principle of the three positions and nine indicators is consisted of a system that allows for a multiple and comprehensive interpretation wherein the theories of yinyang and five elements are interweaved within the pulse diagnosis system, which is comprised of a great principle and particular principles. The theory follows that of the three yin three yang theory of the five circuits and six qi, its principles manifesting as the three positions and nine indicators and integration of pulse and symptoms.

  • 레이더 시스템은 방사 신호의 탐지를 회피하기 위해 펄스 반복주기(PRI, Pulse Repetition Interval)와 PRI 패턴을 변조하고 있으며, 반대로 레이더 신호 탐지 시스템은 다양한 노력을 기울여 PRI와 PRI 패턴을 감지하려고 한다. 일반적으로 레이더 신호의 PRI 패턴을 검출하기 위해 펄스열의 도착시각에 대한 히스토그램 또는 자기 상관관계 기법으로 펄스 변조를 검출하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유한 상태 머신 개념을 도입하여 펄스 반복주기를 검출하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘은 PRI 순서와 PRI 패턴을 찾을 수 있는 특징이 있다.

  • 전자전지원시스템은 실시간 전자 공격에 대처하기 위해 레이더 신호를 수집하고 분석한다. 레이더 펄스 클러스터링 시스템은 단일 소스에 방사되는 것으로 예상되는 레이더 신호를 분류한다. 본 논문에서는 도착방향, 주파수, 펄스 폭, 연속된 펄스의 도착시간의 차이 4가지 특징을 기반으로 한 클러스터링 알고리즘을 제안하였고 실험을 통하여 제안한 알고리즘이 이동방사체의 추적과 시간적으로 분리된 신호를 다른 군집으로 분리함을 보였다.

Theoretical Considerations on Combined Optical Distance Measurements Using a Femtosecond Pulse Laser

  • We introduce a combined technique and the mathematical description for distance measurements using a femtosecond pulse laser in a long range and a fine resolution. For distance measurements, the maximum measurable range can be extended by combining measurement results from several different methods while requiring relationships between the different measurement uncertainties and unambiguity ranges. This paper briefly explains why the uncertainty of a rough measurement technique (RMT) should be, at least, smaller than the half unambiguity range of a fine measurement technique (FMT) in order to combine a FMT with a RMT. Further discussions about the total measurement range, resolution, and uncertainty for various optical measurement techniques are also discussed.

  • 추진제 주입압력 350 psia 에서 0.95 lbf 의 정상상태 공칭추력을 내는 단일액체추진제 하이드라진 추력기의 펄스모드 성능평가 결과를 제시한다. 연소시험 절차에 대한 간략한 기술과 함께 펄스모드 작동으로부터 얻어지는 추진제 공급압력, 추력기 작동환경 진공도, 그리고 추력 등의 변이거동에 대한 전형적인 결과를 추력기의 열적 반응과 더불어 검토한다. 제시된 성능은 1-lbf급 표준형 단일추진제 로켓엔진의 펄스모드 기준성능과 성공적으로 비교된다.

  • Objectives : In Dong-uibogam, Heo Jun used the concept of 'Physical symptom(形證)' that had not used frequently in practical description of pathological condition. Especially, He used the terminology, 'Physical symptom(形證)' as a title in the Han(寒) Chapter that described Sanghan(傷寒). Methods : It has been done to analyse verses that include the concept of 'Physical symptom(形證)' in Dong-uibogam. And, to find the context including the terminology diachronically. Results : Diachronically, 'physical symptom' and 'pulse sign' had been considered as bilateral factors of disease, and Heo jun cognized the concept of 'Physical symptom' in these means in Dong-uibogam. Conclusions : Introducing the concept of 'Physical symptom' is an important decision of Heo Jun, it can express the purpose of an observation to objective symptoms.

광용적맥파의 정량적 맥파형 분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quantitative Pulse Type Classification of the Photoplethysmography)

  • Over the past few years, a considerable number of methods have been proposed and applied for the classification of photoplethysmography (PPG). Most of the previous studies, however, focused on the qualitative description of the pulse type according to specific disease and thus provided ambiguous criteria to interpreters. In order to screen out this problem, we present a quantitative method for the pulse type classification including the second derivative of photoplethysmography (SDPTG). In the PPG signal, we have classified the signal as 4 types using the position and the presence of the dicrotic wave. In addition, we have categorized the SDPTG signal as 7 types using the position and the presence of "c" and "d" wave and the sign of "c" wave. In order to check the efficacy of the proposed pulse type classification rule, we collected pulse signals from 155 subjects with different ages and sex. From the correlation analysis, Class 1(p<0.01) and Class 2(p<0.01) in the PPG signal are significantly correlated with ages. In a similar manner Class A(p<0.01), Class C(p<0.05), Class D(p<0.01), and Class F(p<0.01) in the SDPTG signal are considerably correlated with the ages. From these observations, and some earlier ones [4], [5], we can conclude that since the newly proposed method has objectivity and clarity in pulse type classification, this method can be used as an alternative of previous classification rules including similar age-related characteristics.
