  • The objective of this study is on evaluation process of resort hotel management strategy. Therefore, in this study, we find try to a successful implemantation of resort hotel feasibility study and management strategy by systematizing and materialinzing the theory of resort hotel. And we have also investigated and analyzed the real status of resort hotel and then worked out the problem, and estabilished a plan for feasibility determination of resort hotel, he results of this study are as follow: 1) We need to characterize, matenance, develop the benefits of resort hotel. 2) We need to know how to establish model and facilities of resort hotel. 3) We have to inclease quality and quantity of employee's service. 4) We need to effort to satisfy customer's needs and wants through improvising and enlarging facilities of resort hotel. 5) We need to specialize the quality of F & B division. 6) We need to improve the hotel image, promote sales through promotion tools like avertisement, publicity, personel selling, sales promotion.

A Study on the Collaboration Development between the SSM and Traditional Markets in Korean Government Policies

  • Purpose - This study aims to suggest policy directions for small retail markets in Korea by statistical analysis, which would help small retailers who are facing various difficulties. Research design, data, methodology - This study diagnoses the problems faced by small retail industries in Korea based on government statistics. In addition, this study identifies three areas for successful collaboration between the SSMs and traditional markets-information distribution, products, and fair trade. Results - This study makes three recommendations-information distribution, products, and fair trade. This includes activation of the existing mutual collaboration efforts, channels, CSR report writing and publicity, ethical management cooperation seminars, contract systems of no return, establishment of staff outsourcing standards, and support for suppliers' organizations. Conclusions - Our suggestions for a collaborative system (based on the three suggestions) show that collaboration rather than confrontation between large and small markets can lead to a sales increase of 2,258.2 billion Won, which is equivalent to the sales loss in 11 traditional markets in one year in Busan.

e-CRM and Digitization of Word of Mouth

  • Well-known e-CRM strategy is to focus on profitable customers and pay less attention to unprofitable ones. Moreover, some researchers recommend not serving unprofitable ones any more. However, it often neglects customers indirect value. Deselecting unprofitable customers can raise the issue of bad word-of-mouth publicity especially in the age of the Internet. Some studies pointed out that a customers decision to buy a product or service is often strongly influenced by others. In this paper, we consider customers' word-of-mouth effect on quality learning of inexperienced customers. We show that firms implementing e-CRM must take the effect into the consideration when deselecting unprofitable customers.

  • After studying several methods of the application a device of a treated sewage in anticipation of the future shortage of the duty of water, we could have some conclusion as the following : Advanced treatment systems arc essential prerequisites in reusing a treated sewage. And in a short term, the application of reusing a treated sewage should go first to new building areas near the sewage but for the long run, it should cover the whole area of Taegu, it is desirable that the pipe line networks which include dual water systems as well as water supply should be spread throughout the whole city. The city authorities have to make every effort to step up publicity activities on this plan to all the citizens and building owners to steadily carry out this project and encourage private constructors to participate with the help of SOC. And for the long run, it is desirable that the application of reusing a treated sewage should be obligatory.

  • The aim of this research is to investigate the history of the public library movement and identify the achievements and limitation, finally looking for the significance and direction of the public library in the future. This research proves through the history of the public library movement that in the information era the public library can be one alternative in realizing the publicity and equality of knowledge and information of our society.

  • The overall focus of this study was to identify marketing and promotion strategies that can maintain and enhance environmentally friendly farm and organic production and processing activities. This is particularly important as the volume of environmentally friendly farm and organic produce that is generally available is increasing, and significant players, such as Organic Marketing Initiatives(OMI) and conventional marketing co-operatives, are becoming involved in the market. The rapid increase in production of environmentally friendly farm products and organic food is creating new and more complex challenges for marketing, from vegetable box schemes large co-operatives supplying the precise quality and volume required by supermarkets. A possible strategy for many farmers is to co-operate in regionally or nationally operating marketing initiatives. The main objective of any public relations(PR) activity should to enhance publicity and to improve an OMIs image. No promotion, no perception of OMI performance.

  • The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of Dong-In dong Steamed rib on recognition degree of a citizen for popularization and publicity of a local food. A total of 201 adults, 99 women and 102 men aged over the 20 years, participated in this study. The subjects were all from Dae gu city. This analyses of data were conducted by SPSS for WINDOWS, Version 10.0. First, Dong-In dong steamed rib in Dea gu was thought of as a local food. Second, the steamed rib was recognized as a local food with an international reputation. Third, there were no significant differences in preference, local area, recognition, standard and relation between the rib and other local foods. Therefore, the present findings present the needs of public information, development, preservation and success for internationalization of a local food with the national financial and political support.

  • 본 연구에서는 어린이들이 따분하고 어렵게 느낄 수 있는 재활용 교육 방식을 지양하고, 재활용품의 수집 및 분류 그리고 재활용 공정을 자연스럽게 체험할 수 있도록 하기 위해 어린이들의 흥미를 유발시키고 과학적인 호기심을 충족시키는 방식으로 3DMax와 DirectX를 이용하여 3차원 재활용 레이싱 게임을 개발한다. 결과적으로, 재활용 관련 전시관에서 어린이들이 직접 사용해 볼 수 있는 자료로 활용되거나 교육기관 및 관련 관공서에서 홍보 및 교육용 매체로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 연구는 저작권 보호를 위한 홍보를 본 수용자들의 저작권에 관한 인지도와 저작권 침해가 줄어드는 효과가 있는지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 최근 인터넷의 일상화에 따른 온라인에서의 저작권자와 수용자들 간에 법적 공방이 잦아지고 있고, 디지털 상품의 유통의 경로가 확대되고 있다. 이는 국내 뿐 만아니라 국외에서도 마찬가지로 저작권에 관하여 많은 사회적 이슈가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 저작권 보호를 위한 캠페인과 광고를 각종 매체에서 다양한 형태로 홍보를 하고 있다. 하지만 현실상 수용자들은 저작권 침해를 빈번하게 하고 있으며, 저작권법에 대하여 무지한 상태에서 저작권법 위반으로 고소되는 경우가 생겨나고, 강력해진 법적조치에 따른 반감을 사고 있다. 이에 관하여 저작권 보호를 위한 홍보의 현황을 알아보고, 계획적 행동이론(TPB)에 적용하여 저작권 보호를 위한 홍보가 저작권 보호 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 홍보 매체에 따른 차이가 있는지 알아본다.

  • 최근 대학들은 안팎으로 많은 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 내적으로는 학령인구 감소에 따른 입학정원의 부족을 외적으로는 대학시장 개방에 따라 해외 유학생들 급증에 따른 학생유치 등의 어려움이 가중되고 있다. 이 같은 위기를 타개하기 위한 방안 중 하나로 대학들은 홍보활동을 강화하고 있다. 그 동안 대학들은 대학이미지 제고를 위해 각종매체 등을 활용하여 관계집단에게 직, 간접적으로 홍보를 확대하는 등 홍보를 대학존립을 위한 자구책의 일환으로 인식하고 다각적인 노력을 하고 있다. 이 논문은 대학에서 실시하고 있는 홍보활동에 대한 효율적 방안의 하나로서, 고교 입시생들에게 대학지원 및 선택에 직접적인 영향을 주고 있는 교사를 대상으로 하여 비교적 제작경비가 저렴하면서도 장기 누적적 효과를 줄 수 있는 홍보기념품의 하나인 다이어리에 대하여 다이어리기능과 홍보기능을 결합시킨 교사용 다이어리의 디자인 방향연구를 통해 홍보비용 및 효과를 제고시키기 위한 제안이다.
