Many Policies were made to increase women's employment since the latter half of the 1980s in Korean. But work-family conflict of married women can not be solved without reducing the household work load, because all of Korean wives have the responsibilities of household work. So this study aims to establish the supporting system of household work in the women's policies. For this purpose this study examine the actual conditions for supporting the household work. And supporting system and strategies for policy making related to household work and suggested. Supporting system includes arrangement in household raise in social consciousness improvement of market circumstance establishment of relating acts and public facilities.

This study will focus on status and structure of Japanese public reverse mortgage that has been changed since 1980. Especially, on newly introduced long-term supporting system for living fund after 2003. Private housing construction companies studied preceding cases of real estate products with reverse mortgage theory and also induced learning point from the change of Japanese public reverse mortgage market. From this on the purpose of this study is suggesting a better plan for successful reverse mortgage introduction in Korea. The data and articles of Japanese reverse mortgage are used for this study, also reverse mortgage related data are collected from web-site and research reports from the inside and outside of the country. From the total postal survey in September, 2004, the system contents after Year 2003 are described here. As described above, reverse mortgage is a way to support public social pension system and expected to play an important role as an assisting method for stable housing and supporting living cost to the aged. Eventually, it is necessary to find a way for introducing a public reverse mortgage as a welfare system for low income people.

To enhance Social Welfare and Public Interests, government has been enforcing the policies that induce private Sector to participate in the Public Service. In general, these policies consist of the direct or indirect supporting systems, including the advantages of taxation applicable to Private Sector that takes part in Public Service. Of the various supporting systems taken by government, the privilege from the taxes is known to the most important supporting system. The representative exemple is the tax beduction of amounts donated to the not-for-profit organizations. That is to say that donations can be deductible from taxable amounts on assessing inheritance tax and gift tax. Generally much higher cumulative tax rates are applied to the laws of inheritance tax and gift tax than the other taxes in order to redistribute the social wealth and to restrain the concentration of the wealth. On the other hand, the special exemption from the taxes can be applied to not-for-profit organization according to the standards of the relevant lows and regulations, because not-for-profit organization usually performs the partial role of government in Public Service. The perpose of this study is to find the systematical support that the not-for-profit organizations can practice Public service more efficiently than government. This study approaches the subject by means of examining current taxation systems of inheritance tax law and gift tax law and developing systematic alternatives that can make inefficient parts in taxation systems more reasonable.

In the last two decades, the welfare states have undergone the changes of restructuring towards two ways. One is a restructuring of workfare and the other is a restructuring of the gender model of welfare state. In Korea, the workfare is reflecting on the DJ Welfarism 'Productive Welfare', but the gender model has a little effect on the public policies. By the way, It is imported that has the gender perspective in approaching the self-supporting program in the public assistance representing of the DJ Welfarism. Because almost 60% of the beneficiaries of the program are women. The Gender-mainstreaming strategy criticizes for the laws, the public policies, the public programs that considered gender-neutral or gender-blinded, and then complete the equality between women and men through the modification or development of those. The approach of Gender-mainstreaming is very important strategy for not only women who are self-reliance recipient but also successful settlement of self-supporting program. Nowadays that program is not execute yet. Then we hardly have information about recipients and the results that expected from that. At this point of gender-mainstreaming, this report suggest the strategy to development and settlement of the self-supporting program in the basics of analysis for the low-income unemployed and the government policy response to unemployment. For the gender models of the self-supporting program, the most important thing is throwing the male breadwinner model and adoption the dural-earner model (the gender model) about that program. Then we must produce gender-statistics data, develop programs for public work, job replacement, job training, evaluating system, etc. with gender perspective.

지역신문이 처한 복합적 위기 상황에 대해 지역신문발전지원특별법에 의한 공적 지원이 시행되었다. 이 법안의 제정 목적은 지역신문의 발전기반을 조성하는 것에 그치지 않고 궁극적으로 여론 다양성을 보장하여 민주주의를 실현함에 있다. 이 연구에서는 공공재로서의 성격을 가지는 지역신문에 투입된 공적 지원이 제도적 평가와 함께 지역민, 즉 수용자의 여론 다양성 보장에 영향을 미치고 있는지, 또 이러한 공적 지원으로 인해 지역신문의 공익적 가치가 증대되고 있는지 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 지역신문의 정기구독자 중 시민단체의 모니터 활동 참여자를 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행했다. 지난 3년 동안의 기금 지원에 대한 효과는 기사를 통한 지면의 개선이 가장 컸고 신문사 사원들과 독자들에게서도 인식의 변화가 있었다는 것이다. 기사의 다양성도 증가되었으나 취재비지원에 대해서는 긍정적 평가와 부정적 평가가 공존했고, 대체로 장기적 효과에 대해서는 회의적이었다. 결국 지역의 신문 수용자는 지역신문이 질적인 개선과 함께 여론 다양성 보장을 위해 기금 지원은 필요하나 수용자적 입장에서의 여론 다양성을 보장하는가에 대한 평가를 고려하고 기금 지원의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안이 마련돼야 한다는 입장이라 할 수 있다. 지역신문법에 대한 수용자 관점의 평가를 알아보는 것은 매우 중요한 의미를 지니는데, 한국사회에서 언론의 역할, 특히 지역 언론의 역할과 기능에 대한 책임을 지역 수용자가 요구할 수 있다는 것은 민주주의를 성장시킬 수 있는 동력이 되기 때문이다.

공공도서관의 새로운 역할과 기능에 대한 환경이 높이 요구되는 상황에서 공공도서관의 사용자의 만족도 및 지원성을 높여주는 도구로서 적절한 환경색채계획이 이루어져야 한다고 판단된다. 따라서 공공도서관이 추구하는 역할에 맞춰 지원환경을 높여주는 색채환경을 파악하고 공공도서관 사용자의 색채선호경향을 파악하여 공공도서관 색채환경의 질적 개선을 위한 근거를 마련하고자 한다. 우선, 문헌연구를 통하여 색채의 기능 및 역할, 환경색채에 대하여 고찰하고, 공공도서관 현황분석을 통하여 이론적 배경을 도출하였다. 다음단계는 색채선호경향 설문지 제작을 위한 사전조사로서 2015년 7월 말에서 8월 말까지 부산시 소재 공공 도서관 9곳을 대상으로 환경색채 측색 및 사진촬영, 기록 등 현장조사를 실시하였다. 측색된 총 177개 환경색채와 이의 IRI(Image Research Institute) 색채이미지 스케일 분석 결과를 중심으로 선호경향 측정도구를 제작하였으며 2015년 10월 6일부터 12까지 부산시도서관 이용경험자 총 200명을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 공공도서관 사용자의 지원환경 강화를 위한 환경색채계획의 참고자료로서 제공될 수 있으며, 도서관 관련 시설계획 및 리모델링 시, 색채계획의 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The contiguous construction in downtown area requires an appropriate substructure construction method since it results in the insufficient working spaces and frequent public resentment by noise and vibration. In particular, Top-down method usually is applied for downtown construction, and followed by several difficulties in casting the slab concrete for substructure. In this study, we focus on the improvement workability for substructure construction.

Recently the LNG(liquified natural gas) public buses have been introduced to prevent the air pollution in metropolitan areas. As the LNG temperature in fuel tank is as low as $-162^{\circ}C$. the thermal and structural effects of tank components need to be studied for safe introduction in the market. Especially the support system of LNG fuel tank in vehicle, which has connected with inside and outside of tanks, should put attention to reduce the structural stress due to cryogenic temperature and to restrict the heat flux from ambient. There are two supporting systems in the tank, that one is connected between inside and outside tanks by welding, and the other is the inserted support system which is a cylindrical SUS bar inserted in a hole of the supporting plate. In this study the temperature distribution and thermal stress of the inserted support system were evaluated by using the utility program as ANSYS. The results showed that the rate of heat transfer to inner tank through this support system was quite small due to limited contact of support bar with plate. but the thermal stress of support plate was obtained beyond the limited tensile value of SUS304. The cautious design for the support plate part, therefore, should be given to make the safe support system of LNG vehicle fuel tank.

공공도서관 통계는 도서관 자원 및 서비스에 대한 객관적이 평가지표인 동시에 도서관 계획 및 정책의 수립 과정을 비롯한 도서관 경영 전반에 유용하게 이용될 수 있는 도구이다. 본 연구는 공공도서관 현황에 대한 정확한 측정과 보고가 이루어질 수 있는 국가단위의 공공도서관 통계 수집 및 제공 시스템을 확립하기 위해 이루어져야할 기본적인 과제가 무엇인가를 밝히고 개선 방향을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구를 통하여 통계의 의의와 이용자 및 활용분야를 정리하고 주요 국가단위 공공도서관 통계수집 사례를 살펴본 후, 도서관협회에서 매년 발행하는 $\ulcorner$도서관 통계$\lrcorner$를 대상으로 공공도서관 통계 수집 현황을 통계항목의 타당성, 수집통계의 신뢰성, 일관성 및 신속성, 그리고 도서관 평가 및 경영과정에서의 유용성을 중심으로 분석하고 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

The National Health Promotion Fund has grown as the increase of tax on tobacco consumption, but more than half of the fund was spent on health insurance supporting. It is important to use the fund appropriately to keep legitimacy and sustainability of health promotion. Therefore, services regarding health promotion should be a priority in spending health promotion fund, and operation system should be established to manage and administer the fund properly.
