본 연구의 목적은 국내 공공도서관을 위한 공동보존서고 건립모형을 제안하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 공동보존서고 건립환경인 공공도서관 수장공간 부족률, 시도별 공동보존서고 건립의 우선순위, 수행해야 할 주요 기능과 업무, 바람직한 입지조건을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 공동보존서고 건립의 기본원칙, 건축규모, 공공도서관의 이관자료 기준과 소유권 문제, 바람직한 관리운영 주체를 제시하였다. 따라서 정부와 모든 광역시도는 조속히 공동보존서고를 설립 운영해야 한다.

본 연구는 지역대표도서관 중심의 지역단위 공동보존서고 건립의 타당성을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 관계법령, 국가정책, 도서관계의 인식도, 실제 수장공간의 측면에서 공동보존서고 건립의 타당성을 분석한 결과, 공동보존서고 건립의 타당성은 충분한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 본 기초연구를 바탕으로 한 지역단위 공동보존서고의 건립 및 운영모형이 조속히 개발되어야 한다. 그리고 주무부처인 문화체육관광부와 광역시도는 공동보존서고 건립에 문화정책의 우선순위를 두어야 한다.

오늘날 급속한 인쇄출판물의 증가에 따라 도서관계는 심각한 장서의 소장공간 부족문제를 겪고 있다. 문제해결방안 도출을 위해 먼저 해외 주요국의 자료공동보존 실태를 소개하구 국내사례로 국립중앙도서관의 자료보존관과 국립디지털 도서관의 자료보존서고 등을 살펴보았다. 또한 국립중앙도서관에서 발행한 "공공도서관협력망 운영실태 자료집 2005"를 기초로 하여 국내 공공도서관간 자료보존 협력 및 운영실태를 분석하였다. 이를 근거로 본고는 도서관계의 소장공간 부족문제 해결방안으로 현재 국립중앙도서관을 중앙관으로 하고 487개 공공도서관이 참여하는 $\lceil$공공도서관협력만$\rfloor$ 활용하여 공동보존도서관 및 국가보존도서관 설립방안을 제안하였다.

Although abundant biology data have been accumulated in public biology databases, such as GenBank and PIR, few easy-interface services are provided for users to access or update them. We have developed a system, named BioStore, that is composed of several programs to aid users to not only access public data but also share their own data easily. The service can be used for maintaining a local database as a repository of raw data files of several public databases and distributing the data files to other users. Currently, BioStore manipulates major bio-databases and will expand to include more databases and more useful interfaces.

「제3차 도서관발전종합계획」에서는 공공도서관의 공통적인 문제로 장서수장문제가 부각됨에 따라 지역 단위 공동보존서고 설치를 통한 공간확보의 필요성을 제기하고 있다. 「도서관법」 및 「도서관법시행령」 역시 지역 도서관 자료에 대한 통합적 관리의 책임을 지역대표도서관에 부과하고 있다. 이에 이 연구는 지역대표도서관 중 본격적으로 공동보존서고를 운영하고 있는 부산도서관을 연구대상으로 하여 공동보존서고의 운영현황과 공동보존서고에 대한 관내 공공도서관 사서의 인식을 조사하였다. 연구에 필요한 데이터는 설문조사와 인터뷰, 현장조사, 내부자료 분석 등을 통하여 입수하였다. 이를 통해 향후 부산도서관 공동보존서고를 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는데 도움이 되는 기초적인 데이터를 제공함과 동시에 타지역 대표도서관 공동보존서고 운영에 참고할 만한 기초자료를 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다.

A review has been made for the previous studies on safety of a geologic repository for high-level radioactive wastes (HLW) related to autocatalytic criticality phenomena with positive reactivity feedback. Neutronic studies on geometric and materials configuration consisting of rock, water and thermally fissile materials and the radionuclide migration and accumulation studies were performed previously for the Yucca Mountain Repository and a hypothetical water-saturated repository for vitrified HLW. In either case, it was concluded that it would be highly unlikely for an autocatalytic criticality event to happen at a geologic repository. Remaining scenarios can be avoided by careful selection of a repository site, engineered-barrier design and conditioning of solidified HLW. Thus, criticality safety should be properly addressed in regulations and site selection criteria. The models developed for radiological safety assessment to obtain conservatively overestimated exposure dose rates to the public may not be used directly for the criticality safety assessment, where accumulated fissile materials mass needs to be conservatively overestimated. The models for criticality safety also require more careful treatment of geometry and heterogeneity in transport paths because a minimum critical mass is sensitive to geometry of fissile materials accumulation.

대학의 학과기록은 대학기록관 부재로 인하여 또는 대학기록관이 있다 할지라도 관리영역 밖으로 인지되어 체계적인 수집 및 보존이 안 되어왔다. 본 연구는 학과기록을 보다 용이하게 수집하고 보존하며 이러한 학과기록에 개방적 접근이 가능하도록 하는 방안으로 학과기록 리포지터리 플랫폼을 구축하고자 한다. 먼저 대학에서의 학과기록 실태를 파악하기 위하여 국립대학과 사립대학 소속 70명의 학과조교와 32개 대학의 대학기록관 담당자를 대상으로 학과기록의 생산과 보유 현황, 학과기록의 기술요소, 학과기록에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 학과기록 관리를 위한 26개 기술항목을 선정하였고 OAK 리포지터리 환경을 기반으로 데이터베이스 및 기능설계를 수행하였다. 그 결과 로그인 관리 기능, 파일등록 기능, 검색 기능, 브라우징 기능을 갖춘 학과기록 리포지터리 플랫폼인 'DRRU(Department Records Repository in the University)'를 구축하였다. 제안된 'DRRU'는 실험데이터 검증을 통하여 각 구성된 기능 및 인터페이스가 적합하게 구현된 것으로 확인되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 도서관 자료서비스의 중요성에 입각하여 서울시 공공도서관의 자료서비스 활성화 방안을 제안하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 시도별 공공도서관의 핵심인프라, 자료서비스 및 프로그램의 이용실적, 그리고 핵심인프라 및 이용실적의 상관관계를 분석하여 서울시 공공도서관 자료서비스의 현주소를 평가하였다. 이러한 분석 및 평가결과를 바탕으로 서울시 공공도서관의 자료서비스를 활성화하기 위한 5가지 방안을 제시하였다. 서울시의 모든 공공도서관은 신착자료의 노출력(가시성)을 극대화하고, 장서기반의 문화(평생학습)프로그램을 제공하며, 도서관 협력시스템을 구축하여 외연을 확대하고, 공동보존서고를 건립하여 상호대차를 강화하며, 대중의 공공도서관 및 장서 인식도를 제고시켜야 한다.

B2B 마켓플레이스(Marketplace)를 연동하기 위해서는 각 마켓플레이스의 비즈니스 프로세스에 관한 연동 방안이 수립되어 물적 이동을 위한 물류 정보의 연동이 가능하게 되어야 한다. 특히 국제간 마켓플레이스의 연동은 물류정보와 국가정보와의 연계가 이루어져야만 완전한 마켓간의 연동이 가능하므로 이에 대해서는 심도 있는 연구가 필요하다 본 연구에서는 국내외의 물류 체계 및 조세, 통관 프로세스에 대하여 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 마켓플레이스-레파지토리(Marketplace-Repository) 모델에 기반한 물류 및 국가 정보 연계 방안을 제시하였다.

In the geological repository of radioactive nuclear waste, anaerobic corrosion can generate hydrogen, and may conservatively lead to the production of hydrogen-air layer. The accumulated hydrogen may cause a hazardous flame propagation resulting from any potential ignition sources. This study numerically investigates the processes of ignition and flame propagation in the layered mixture. Simple geometry was chosen to represent the geological repository, and reactive flow simulations were performed with different ignition power, energy, and locations. The simulation results revealed the effects of power and energy of ignition source, which were also analyzed theoretically. The mechanism of layered flame propagation was suggested, which includes three stages: propagation into the hydrogen area, downward propagation due to the product gas, and horizontal propagation along the top wall. To investigate the effect of the ignition source location, simulations with eight different positions were performed, and the boundary of hazardous ignition area was identified. The simulation results were also explained through scaling analysis. This study evaluates the potential risk of the accumulated hydrogen in geological repository, and illustrates the layered flame propagation in related ignition scenarios.
