In this study, the bibliographic classification, pathogeny, symptoms, therapeutics and prescriptions of Talyoung-Siljeong(脫營失精) were researched. Reference to consult about its origin and the process of development showed the following results. 1. It was 1117 that the difference between Talyoung-Siljeong(脫營失精) began to appear for the first time in classical literatures. 2. In view of psychological side, it is suitable for siljeong(失精), the part of Talyoung-Siljeong(脫營失精), to be called Taljeong(脫精). 3. Taljeong-Siljeong(脫營失精) was broken out by the internal factors. 4. Silyoung(失營) and Silyoung jeo(失營疽) are the worse states of Talyoung(脫營) and result in the incurable diseases. 5. Hypochondria and diaster psychology can be cured by the therapeutics of Talyoung-Siljeong(脫營失精). 6. Prescription for Heoro-Talyoung(虛勞脫營) can be used in cure of Talyoung(脫營). Talyoung-Siljeoung(脫營失精) remarked in traditional oriental meicine is recognized to belong to the part of stress in mordern medicine. It is thought that the experimental investigation should be continued.

The incidence of childhood obesity has increased dramatically. Childhood obesity is an increasing health problem because of its strong associations with chronic health problems in children and adults. These health problems significantly contribute to the development of common chronic diseases in later life, including hypertension, type2 diabetes, hyperinsulinemia, coronary heart disease, and other psychological disorders. So it is an important issue to prevent and treat obesity during childhood and adolescent. Diet and exercise are the cornerstones of treatment for obesity and related complications. For obese children, some clinical trials have shown improvement with diet, exercise, and /or behavioral interventions. Promising interventions for high-risk individuals, such as bariatric surgery and novel pharmacological agents, also require rigorous assessment with attention to long-term patient important outcomes. There are various pharmacological approaches to the treatment of obesity in the adolescent population some of which have FDA approval. In the article we discuss pharmacological approaches to guide the treatment of obesity in the pediatric population, including risks of treatment, monitoring of potential side effects.

The findings of the study would be valuable for the basis of marketing strategies to be implemented in the foodservice industry. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis, major consumer dissatisfaction factors identified in this study can be categorized based on the followings: food, service, and facilities. It appears that most preferred medium for unsatisfied consumers to file their employees how to cope with complaints on the Internet. In terms of psychological compensation, it appears that consumers need to be provided with a through explanation in addition to a heartfelt apology against a complaint. On the physical side of compensation solution for everybody. The ideal timing of compensation for complaints can vary but it would be appropriate to leave it up to consumers to choose when they want to be rewarded.

Wrinkle and fracture are two major defects frequently found in the sheet metal forming process. In this process there are more than one design attributes to optimize and several uncontrollable factors which cannot be ignored in determining the optimal values of design variables. Therefore, attempts to reduce defects through a traditional optimization technique are often led to failures. In this research, a new design method for reducing the wrinkle and fracture under uncontrollable factors is presented by using decision-making theory. To avoid the psychological difficulties in determining the scaling constants of the multi-attribute utility function by using the ordinary lottery questions, a pair-wise comparison procedure is adapted to avoid this problem. The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated through a robust design of sheet metal forming process of a side member of an automotive body.

Clausewitz’s theory of war can be divided between the theory of conduct of war and the theory of preparations for war, and the theory of war that Clausewitz means, is the theory of conduct of war. But before Clausewitz, men regarded a theory of preparations for war as the theory of war. The theory of preparations for war concerns generally about the material side of war, but not its spiritual aspect. The activity of war is basically a human spiritual and psychological action. And because the war is dangerous, the anxiety occurs and diverse human feelings, for example courage, have been required. Also the informations in war is normally very uncertain, so an insight of the commander is in war very needed. The Theory of war has to consider this spiritual aspect. To end the war and to acquire the peace, an excellent talent of commander is necessary. And it is a genius. Men who are difficult to move but have strong feelings, these are the men who are best able to be a genius.

The paper proposes to consider information technologies and their application in the educational process as a preparation of presentation material for students of higher educational institutions. The definition and place of information technologies in the educational space are considered. The object of research of this work is the pedagogical technology of presentation of educational information, which substantiates the pedagogical technology of visualization of educational information in higher education, as well as determine its composition and structure. The practical side of pedagogical technology of educational information presentation is considered.

This research examines how the announcement of a celebrity endorsement contract with a brand can influence consumers' judgment of its future growth in a market. Using both behavioral experiments and an event study analysis, we find that when the brand is perceived to be technology-focused (versus marketing-focused), the information about the celebrity contract can lead consumers to view the brand's future as less promising. Furthermore, we identify consumers' inferences about the quality of the brand as a psychological factor underlying this effect. This paper provides evidence that star-marketing can sometimes signal management's misjudgment about resource allocation for a brand, which unduly invests in celebrity marketing at the expense of quality improvement for the product.

Burns are one of the most extensive injuries of soft tissues as well as skin, occasionally resulting in extensive, deep wounds and death. Burn wounds can lead to severe physical and psychological distress because of excessive scarring and skin contractures. Treatment of burn wounds has always been a challenging problem and many different methods have been used to treat such injuries. We report here on treating a patient with a burn wound using 830-nm light emitting diode (LED) phototherapy combined with epidermal growth factor (EGF) solution. After five daily sessions of LED with EGF solution treatment, the patient demonstrated nearly complete improvement with no remarkable side effects. We suggest that LED phototherapy combined with EGF solution could be an effective and safe treatment option for treating burn wounds.

Ubiquitous computing environment is the new surroundings, currently being realized by modern technology. Since previous usability tests are not suitable for this new technological environment, new research on psychological factors needs to be conducted. The evaluation of service scenarios also will be required in tandem with traditional usability tests of operation devices. Consequently, this study classified usability factors from a scenario perspective and was conducted with a focus on the psychological elements of controllability from a mechanical perspective. Study 1 reclassified the factors of existing usability tests according to similarity and application scenarios, and ten important groups of factors were newly created. Study 2 focused specifically on the design side of a device and showed that the degree of familiarity with the ubiquitous computing device and its complexity brought about a difference in perceived controllability of the device.

Alternative therapy for rheumatoid arthritis has become worldwide phenomenon this decade without scientific validation. This study was undertaken to explore the prevalence, patterns of use, and perceived efficacy of alternative therapies by patients attending a rheumatology clinic. We conducted a crossectional survey of 142 RA patients with structured questionnaire at outpatient rheumatic clinic from July to August in 2001. Results of this study were summarized as follows : 1. 85.9% of subjects were woman. Mean age was 49.97years, duration of rheumatoid arthritis was 5.6years. Mean pain score was 5.29cm. 2. 74.6% of subjects perceived rheumatoid arthritis as a controllable disease. 31% of patients combined medical treatments with alternative therapies. 58.5% of patients perceived that combining medical treatments with alternative therapies is the most effective strategy in controlling disease. 3. 77.5% had used more than one alternative therapy since the diagnosis was made. The major reason of discontinuation of use was no effect for the treatment of their disease. 4. 34.5% were currently using an alternative therapies and 50.9% were going to use alternative therapies in future. 5. 42.7% reported that alternative therapies was effective and only 3.6% reported side effects. 6. The perceived effect score was 3.14cm in general expecially the physiological score 2.91cm, psychological score 4.16cm. In conclusion, our results demonstrate a high use of alternative therapies by rheumatoid arthritis patients. And the perceived effect score of physiological aspect was not higher than one of psychological aspect. Therefore it should be considered in education program for the use of alternative therapies.
