긍정심리자본, 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성의 관계에서 내재적 동기의 매개효과 검증 (Mediating Effects of Intrinsic Motivation on The Relationship Between Positive Psychological Capital, Psychological Empowerment and Creativity)

  • 본 연구는 긍정심리자본, 심리적 임파워먼트와 개인 창의성을 관계를 파악하고, 긍정심리자본, 심리적 임파워먼트와 개인 창의성의 관계에서 내재적 동기의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 국내 12개 기업의 구성원 및 리더들을 대상으로 웹과 설문지를 활용하여 조사하였으며, 418부를 회수하여 유효하지 않은 설문을 제외하고 332부 샘플을 중심으로 구조방정식모델(SEM)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 긍정심리자본은 내재적 동기와 개인 창의성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 심리적 임파워먼트는 내재적 동기에 유의한 영향을 미치고 개인 창의성에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 내재적 동기의 매개효과를 확인한 결과, 내재적 동기는 긍정심리자본과 개인 창의성을 부분매개하면서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 심리적 임파워먼트와 개인 창의성을 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 개인 창의성 발휘에 영향을 미치는 내적 요소 중 내재적 동기에 집중하여 이를 강화하기 위해 필요한 심리적 정서적 기제에 대해 실증적으로 분석하여 통계적 유의성을 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. 이러한 각 변수들 간의 영향관계에 대한 실증적 분석은 향후 이와 관련된 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 이론적 시사점과 함께 조직 구성원의 개인 창의성 발휘를 위해 조직 차원의 실무적 시사점을 얻었으며, 구체적인 사항은 본문에 제시하였다.

노인대상프로그램의 심리적 효과와 관련된 변인에 대한 메타분석 (A Meta-analysis of Variable Related to Psychological Effects of the Elderly Target Program)

  • Purpose. This study aims to present basic data to develop programs suitable to the characteristics of elderly people through a meta-analysis of effectiveness of variables related to psychological effects of programs of elderly people conducted in past 15 years. Methods. The analysis subjects are total 229 articles related to the psychological effects of programs for elderly people and submitted for master or doctor degrees or published in academic journals. CMA2 is used for the analysis. Results. The results of this study shows lower variables of the psychological effect promoting factor group that are highly effective for Life Satisfaction, Self-Efficacy, Self-Respect and Self-Integration and lower variables of suppressing factor group that are highly effective for Loneliness, Tension, Weakness, Anger and Depression. For the effect scale of psychological effect promoting factors, Arts is shown to be the highest followed by Exercise, Consultation, Recollection, Others and Recreation in order. For the effect scale of suppressing factors, Consultation is shown to be the highest followed by Recollection, Arts, Exercise, Others and Recreation) in order. Conclusions. This study has its own meaning for establishing integrated factors of psychological effects of programs for elderly people and presenting realistic data for planing programs suitable for various desires of elderly people.

예비 창업가의 긍정심리자본과 커리어 야망이 창업의도에 미치는 영향 (Study on the Effects of Prep-Entrepreneurs' Positive psychological capital and Career ambition on Entrepreneurial Intentions)

  • Due to its nature, business foundation accompanies high levels of risk taking and responsibility. For this reason, entrepreneurs come to experience various negative emotions in the process of business foundation such as anxiety about risks, fear of failure, and pressure of success. However, entrepreneurs' negative emotions reduce individual inclinations for business foundation. Thus, it is necessary to research individual psychological characteristics that could reduce and attenuate entrepreneurs' negative emotions. To this end, this study examined the effects of Self-forgiveness, and Narcissism, psychological motivation variables, and Positive psychological capital and Career ambition, goal motivation variables, on entrepreneurial intentions. In order to verify research hypotheses, 326 questionnaires collected from prep-entrepreneurs were used for the empirical analysis. Looking at the analysis results, Self-forgiveness, Narcissism, Positive psychological capital and Career ambition had significant effects on entrepreneurial intentions. This study has a meaning in that it confirmed the influential relationship between the psychological characteristics reducing entrepreneurs' negative emotions and entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, this study suggested its implications, limitations, and future research directions based on the study results.

The Effect of manager's communication Competency on organizational member's adaptive performance: Focusing on the mediating effect of positive psychological capital

  • This study tried to confirm the mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the relationship between the communication Competence of managers who are recognized as organizational members working in the company and the adaptive performance of the members. To this end, the research hypothesis established through the final 255 data was verified as follows using the SPSS 21.00 and AMOS 21.1 version statistical programs. First, the higher the manager's communication Competence, the higher the positive psychological capital of organizational members. Second, the higher the communication Competence of the manager, the higher the adaptive performance of the members. Third, as the positive psychological capital of organizational members improved, adaptation performance improved. Fourth, positive psychological capital showed a partial mediating effect between the manager's communication Competence and the member's adaptive performance. The results of this study empirically analyzed the relationship between manager's communication Competence and members' positive psychological capital assumption (+) on the improvement of organizational members' adaptive performance ability. This study has the meaning of the most important research in that it provides additional theoretical and practical implications in the face of insufficient research on factors affecting the adaptation performance of organizational members.

  • The finite nature of human existence leads many to search for meaning, which comes into sharper relief for those who are imminently facing death. Therefore, universal existential concerns such as the inevitability of death, existential isolation, loss of meaning, freedom, and dignity are inherent psychological issues in palliative care. Consequently, one of the critical challenges facing palliative care is how to address these issues effectively. This paper provides an overview of common themes of existential concerns and psychotherapeutic interventions to address existential distress among patients in palliative care.

아동가장의 심리적 복지에 관한 문화기술적 접근 (An Ethnographic approach to the Study of The Psychological Welfare of Teenage Heads of Family)

  • Employing an ethnographic approach, this case study analyzed the psychological welfare of 2 teenage and one early-twenties heads of family. The subjects were Sun-Ju (female, age 22, seamstress), Ji-Hyun (female, age 14, junior high school student), and Seung-Hwan (male, age 16, junior high school student). This study was processed between 9 March 1996 and 11 May 1996. The results show that teenage and early-twenties heads of family have ambivalent feelings, meaning two extreme psychological conditions that are not consistent. Three types of teenage-early twenties heads of family ambivalence were caused by diverse role dimensions (e.g., nursing, supporter, beneficiary, and independent subject roles). Revision of the present welfare system, particularly the protection system For teenage-early twenties heads of family was recommended. Further research is also needed to determine various factors harmful to their psychological welfare.

노인의 의미에 대한 주관성 연구 (A Subjectivity Study on the Meaning of Aging for Elders)

  • This study is designed to investigate what elders think about the meaning of aging. We have used Q-methods to identify meaning of aging from elders, and developed self-referenced surveys to analyze characteristics In this study, we used a non-structured method to select Q sampling. From 183 Q populations, we selected 36 Q sampling. A total of 32 persons sixty-years or older were randomly selected for P samples, When the Q-sorting was complete, we interviewed the participants at both end of the extremes(agree or disagree), and documented their responses. We used PC QUANL to process the data and used principal component analysis for Q factor analysis. There were five subjective types for the meaning of aging by elders. Of the 32 P-samples of elders, 11 were identified as Type 1, 7 as Type 2, 2 as Type 3, 8 as Type 4, and 4 as Type 5. Type 1 : 'Matured elders' Elders wished the well being of their children, thought older persons should maintain good health, worried about becoming senile, and dependent God believing in life after death. Type 2 : 'Assertive-Rights' Elders categorized as Assertive-Rights insisted on their rights to life as a person. Type 2 elders characterized themselves as people who should keep themselves healthy, become weak and lack sexual desires, act selfish like a child, need to be protected, and be financially independent. Type 3 : 'Passive-Dependents' Elders characterize themselves as those who pray for their children's well being, worry about the children even after their death. and becoming senile. Type 4 : 'Hopeless' The 'Hopeless' type of elders characterized aging as a time to pray for their children, insignificant beings, thoughts were selfish and child-like, poor, worried about going senile, regret their life overall, and preferred to die than to live as an old person. Type 5 : 'Attached-Present' The 'Attached-Present' type of elders thought elderly characterized themselves as acting selfish and child-like, wiser, anxious, regret their life, stand aloof of greed and worldly things, being a model for the society, and deserving to be treated with filial respect. Thus far, Korean elders seemed to have a positive and negative meaning of aging due to the current changes in the society, value system, and family structures. The above five subjective meanings of aging confirm that we need to approach and nurse the elderly differently. Years of aging are a part of and a natural process of life with various physical, psychological, and sociological changes. Nurses need to assist elderly to find the positive meaning of their life by providing appropriate physical, psychological, and social support at an earlier stage in nursing. Based on this study, we could derive the following two implication from the perspectives of science of nursing to care for elders. 1) Based on the studies investigating the type of meaning of aging, we could develop tools to assist in nursing intervention programs for elderly. 2) Based on research on the meaning of aging for different developmental stages of life, we could develop a model for roles for different family members in nursing and caring for the elders.

담화대용표지{그래}의 의미 연구 (A Semantic Analysis of One Prodiscourse Maker in Korean:kulay)

  • I will discuss some aspects of the meaning of prodiscoure maker 'kulay'in Korea.This marker has been studied few scholars,since Korean lingusts did not have any interest about this category of linguistic form.Also,they did not realized the importance of discourse and discourse markers.So,we have only shallow information about prodiscourse phenomena and prodiscourse markers,too. Morphologically,kulay(그래)'could be analyzed into 'ku(그)'and 'lay(래)'and 'lay(래)'could be divided into'l(ㄹ)'and 'ay(ㅐ)' again.But I will discuss 'kulay'as one linguistic unit without divison. It will be claimed in this paper that both [prodiscoures]feature and [discourse continuity]feature can satisfactorily account for the core meaning of'kulay'.And,it will be mentioned that the marker has many kinds of specfic meaning depends on paricular discourse.Also, I would like to examine the semantic feature([prodiscourse+discourse continuity]) in many kinds of korean discourse.And I will show that some factors re;ated tp the marker's specific meaning are the meaning of preceding and following discourse and the participant's psychological attitude.The conclusion must be that the meaning of 'kulay'can help us understand certain phenomena about prodiscourse and prodiscourse markers in the korean language.Also the various meanings of 'kulay'can give more information to Applied-Korean linguistics.

취업정신장애인의 작업환경과 심리적 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Working Environments and Psychological Empowerment of the Employed People with Mental Illness on Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 취업정신장애인의 작업환경과 심리적 임파워먼트가 이들의 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 경쟁고용 사업체에서 일하고 있는 취업정신장애인 326명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 심리적 임파워먼트, 상사의 지원, 참여적 풍토, 보상체계의 순으로 취업정신장애인의 직무만족을 가장 잘 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 처음으로 정신장애인의 특성을 고려하여 심리적 작업환경을 다루었다는 점에 의의가 있다. 또한 심리적 임파워먼트 개념이 일반인근로자 뿐 아니라 정신장애인에게도 직무만족을 설명하는 가장 중요한 개념임을 실증적으로 제시하였다는 데에도 의미를 부여할 수 있다.

중소기업 구성원의 임파워먼트와 혁신행동의 관계 및 심리적 주인의식의 조절효과 (The Relationship Between Empowerment and Innovative Behavior, and the Moderating Effect of Psychological Ownership in Small Musiness)

  • 중소기업의 경우 자본부족과 전문인력 부족의 문제로 획기적인 혁신을 추진하기 어렵다. 따라서 전문인력에 의존하는 급진적 혁신이나 획기적 혁신보다는 담당업무의 개선이나 비용절감을 추구하는 점진적 혁신행동을 추구하는 것이 바람직하다. 이러한 혁신행동은 종업원의 업무에 대해 적극적 관심과 개선을 위한 자발적 노력이 없으면 이루어지기 어렵다. 따라서 종업원들의 임파워먼트는 혁신행동을 촉진하는 동력이 될 수 있다. 또한 혁신행동과 같은 적극적 행동은 조직이나 직무에 대한 심리적 주인의식이 있을 때 더욱 적극적일 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 임파워먼트와 혁신행동의 관계와 그러한 관계에서 심리적 주인의식의 조절효과를 실증분석하고자 하였다. 실증분석을 위한 자료수집은 강원 영서지역에 입지한 중소제조업체 종사자 315명으로부터 회수한 설문을 이용하였다. 임파워먼트가 혁신행동에 미치는 효과 및 조직에 대한 심리적 주인의식과 직무에 대한 심리적 주인의식의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 임파워먼트의 구성요소인 의미감, 자율성, 자기효능감, 영향력은 모두 구성원의 혁신행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 임파워먼트(의미감, 자율성, 자기효능감, 영향력)와 혁신행동(아이디어개발, 아이디어실행)의 관계에서 심리적 주인의식(조직에 대한 심리적 주인의식, 직무에 대한 심리적 주인의식)의 조절효과에 대한 분석결과 의미감이 아이디어개발과 실행 에 미치는 긍정적 효과는 직무에 대한 심리적 주인의식이 높을수록 강하게 나타났다. 그리고 영향력과 아이디어실행의 긍정적 관계도 더욱 강하게 나타났다. 따라서 종업원들의 아이디어개발이나 실행과 같은 혁신행동을 제고함에는 의미감, 자율성, 자기효능감, 영향력과 같은 임파워먼트를 인지시키는 것이 효과적이며, 특히 직무에 대한 심리적 주인의식을 고취시키는 것이 바람직하다고 볼 수 있다. 이를 위해서 경영자의 변혁적 리더십을 통하여 종업원의 자기효능감을 제고하고, 직무에 정체성, 중요성, 자율성, 다양성 등을 부여하는 직무재설계를 통한 영향력이나 과업의미감 제고가 바람직할 것이다.
