Due to illegal copying and distribution via the internet, the digital media that have been introduced create certain intellectual property issues. Because of this, several intellectual property groups have been created to create and maintain Digital Rights Management systems (DRM), in order to crack down on illegal and unauthorized copying. However, these systems are often created by many different companies, which leads to problems of interoperability. Despite attempts to regulate DRM systems, including the MPEG group's Intellectual Property Management and Protection" system, the system is still struggling to maintain some sort of interoperability between differing protocols. In this paper, we designed and implemented a DRM system with Gstreamer, following the DMP.

Artificial intelligence, which is developing as the core of an intelligent information society, is bringing convenience and positive life changes to humans. However, with the development of artificial intelligence, human rights and property are threatened, and ethical problems are increasing, so alternatives are needed accordingly. In this study, the most controversial artificial intelligence ethics problem in the dysfunction of artificial intelligence was aimed at researching and developing artificial intelligence ethical measurement indicators to protect human personality rights and property first under artificial intelligence ethical principles and components. In order to research and develop artificial intelligence ethics measurement indicators, various related literature, focus group interview(FGI), and Delphi surveys were conducted to derive 43 items of ethics measurement indicators. By survey and statistical analysis, 40 items of artificial intelligence ethics measurement indicators were confirmed and proposed through descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis for ethical measurement indicators. The proposed artificial intelligence ethics measurement indicators can be used for artificial intelligence design, development, education, authentication, operation, and standardization, and can contribute to the development of safe and reliable artificial intelligence.

This paper has statistically analyzed the determining factors that affect office building sale prices by focusing on strata property sales through the hedonic price function. In this study, 1,171 office building transaction cases were analyzed in Seoul from 2000 to 2017. To determine the influence of various factors on office building sale prices, independent variables included factors that represented macroeconomic characteristics, locational characteristics, physical characteristics, and deal characteristics. The analysis of the strata property sales, which is a major concern in this study, showed that strata property sales enjoyed a discount of about 1.56 million won per pyeong out of the entire sales. In terms of the discount rate, strata property sales were at a 12.6% discount compared to entire property sales, so it was found that strata property sales significantly influenced office building selling price. This is due to the fact that the owner of the strata property encounters more difficulties in distributing cost than the sole proprietor in terms of property rights and the exercise of management rights. The results of this study are expected to contribute in securing transparency in transactions and risk management strategies in the future.

While Internet promises ubiquitous access, it also creates a fundamental challenge to the traditional ownership toward digital assets traded in e-commerce market. Sharing digital information freely through shared networks leads to many untapped business opportunities, but uncontrolled digital asset transaction undermines many electronic business models. Thus, in this Internet age, proper protection and safe delivery of Intellectual Property (IP) and its representation as digital assets would be a crucial ingredient of building trust in upcoming e-business environment. In this paper, we give a general structural diagram of Intellectual Property Management and Protection (IPMP) and implement an IPMP prototype based on the RSA encryption algorithm and XrML (eXtensible rights Markup Language) WORK tags to show how proper protection and safe delivery of the intellectual property is achieved. This study concludes that IPMP mechanism may contribute significantly to the volume and quality of e-commerce market.

The Purpose of this study is to clarify what a difference the individual family value and relationship make on the inheritance consciousness by focussing on right succeed property among the inheritances rights of family. Questionnaire were distributed to about 450 married person with children over 40 year and among them 384 cases are used in final analysis. Inheritance consciousness of the Korea family shows that the property inheritances to greatly different from the inheritance the family head rituals according to consciousness of the individuals. That is to say the succession of the property is decided by inheritances of the individuals where-as these of the family head and rituals are done by the family norm. such results tend to be made due th the fact that Koreans think of a duty to father a son and make him succeed th the heat of the family on the basis of the strong blood tie of the family that Koreans think t important to keep their family fame and to contain the fam ly existence I. e. they respect their patriarchal system.

This Study focused on IPC (International Patent Classification) for TKM (Traditional Korea Medicine) Paper. The results processed for 9,000 TKM paper by using 8th in IPC Classification. The name of Herbal Medicine assigned to IPC Classification, we assigned to two part for main-Classification(A61K) and sub-Classification (A61P). The results obtained about 77% for A61K and about 96% for A61K36 among them. And also analysed about 23% for sub-Classification(A61P) additionally. Main-Classification is distributed A61K > A61H37 > A61B5 > A61N > A61M1. Detailed Main-Classification for A61K is distributed A61K36 > A61K35 > A61K33 among Main-Classification. TKM Paper mainly analysed A61K36 and A61H37 in Main-Classification. According to the results. 'The Korean Journal of Herbology' has high-valued for Utilization as a Non Patent Document. we should constructed Database system for protection of intellectual property rights. And after We will registered minimum documentation of PCT.

The advent of the Internet and the enormous increase in volume of electronically stored information (SGML, Image, Sound, etc.) has led to substantial work on IR(Information Retrieval). To service on the WWW, construction and retrieval technology of SGML, which is the fundamental standard data format for CALS/EC, is needed specially. Due to such a change, it becomes essential to change the existing paradigm of conventional information retrieval systems and to adopt new Internet service system with search engine, SGML browser and advanced Internet technology on WWW. KIPRIS(Korea Industrial Property Rights Information Service), which is the specialized and integrated Internet service systems in the field of industrial property rights information service, is trying to be a guide for our country to establish its technological competitiveness with providing the online service of high quality. The objective of the paper identifies features and technologies of KIPRIS IR(Information Retrieval) system based on WWW as follows. First, it describes the development background and process of KIPRIS. Second, it presents a fundamental technology that consists of IR(Information Retrieval) concept, BRS(Bibliographical Retrieval System) search engine, SGML implementation technologies and the Internet/WWW technologies. Third, it provides information about system configuration, architecture, and the features and characteristics of KIPRIS. Finally, the implemented KIPRIS system is introduced.

Since the 1990s, the Japanese government has made considerable attempts at stimulating innovation with an aim to pull the country out of a possibly permanent economic decline. Several laws and policy initiatives were introduced to encourage better interaction between universities (and research institutions) and industry. The results of these efforts have been mixed. While the number of university-industry joint and commissioned research has increased, revenues from the licensing of university-owned patents have fluctuated year by year. Although the number of startups and spin-offs from universities rose, their long-term survival and contribution to the economy remain uncertain. The Japanese experience features both strengths and weaknesses. Strengths include the long-term commitment of policy makers, the ability to set specific targets, and the active engagement of several key economic ministries. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of these policy initiatives was hampered by limitations within the policies concerning the roles of universities and their mode of interaction with industry based on intellectual property rights, the inadequacy of demand-side innovation policies, the fragmentation of bureaucracy, and a lack of a credible evaluation system.

The digital watermark is one of important techniques to solve copyright authentication problems of digital media. Researches on the digital watermark are rapidly increasing in various media. The watermark system can resist some attacks such as signal attack, geometric attack and protocol attach. However, so far the robustness of the watermark needs to be improved. This paper suggests a watermarking technique with which a watermark is embedded on a coefficient of wavelet-based frequency band and extracted from it for protection of property rights and authentication of Blackfin processor-based digital sound. By carrying out hardware implementation of the suggested sound watermarking, the commercialization of protection of property rights and robustness of watermarks resulted from development of high-level programs can be confirmed.

It is difficult to define the urban fringe using a specific geographical designation in the physical planning system because the existence of the urban fringe is certainly not equal in all directions from the inner urban area to the rural area, and is often a discontinuous spatial phenomenon from the inner fringe to the urban shadow. Nevertheless, the urban fringe raises land use management issues which stem from its own peculiar set of land use characteristics. For example, in the UK, how the public can enjoy access to the countryside in the urban fringe while at the same time recognising and acknowledging the importance of landowners and farmers property rights\ulcorner how can a poor quality environment and degraded landscape be improved aesthetically and physically to meet the multiple recreational needs of a diverse population when local authorities are confronted with limited ability to fund and acquire land for these purposes\ulcorner The challenge of addressing these land use management issues necessitates approaches which build a coalition of interest groups and public and non-government organizations in the management processes in order to improve the physical, economic and social environments and facilitate the management mechanism.
