Water samples from several wastewater treatment plants and two industry drains in Gyeongsangbukdo were investigated for concentration levels of micropollutants. Samples were taken totally four times from May to November of 2008 and tested for seven factors including pesticide, 1,4-Dioxane and Perchlorate which had been big issues for Nakdong river because of their contaminations. As results, 2,4-D, Alachlor, and BEHA were not detected while BEHP was detected at some sampling sites. 1,4-Dioxane and Perchlorate were also detected in wide ranges from several sampling sites. Therefore, continuous supervising and monitoring systems needed to be invested for proper management for micropollutants since those micropollutants could affect human health and aquatic system with low concentration levels.

In these days the floor vibration is beginning to make its appearance of the environmental dispute in apartment building. Standard floor system are suggested for the settlement of this issue by government. The sound of floor impact sound is needed to secure comfortable quality in housing. Also, it is required an accurate analysis and a proper evaluation for floor vibration. Refine model is necessary for the floor system of housing to analyze accurately the floor vibration. But this refine model is not efficient because it is required so much running time for vibration analysis and it is difficult of modeling of standard floor slab. In this paper, new modeling methods of standard floor slab are proposed for the accurate rigidity evaluation. By using the new modeling method, the accurate vibration response can be obtained and can accurately evaluate the rigidity of standard floor system with resilient materials. Therefore the proposed modeling method is of practical use for vibration analysis of floor system of apartment building.

This thesis aimed at studying the development of the engineering manpower in industrial society today. In order to achieve the purpose, we must to be supported by its training to be based on the continuous government planning for the development of manpower It is proper that strategic management should be conducted for the vocational engineer training. In the view of the present situation, we dare assert that the following management should be followed ; 1. We believe that the motives of the engineer will be caused by the law of official rearing, 2. For the manager's concern, it is need for the system of accounting in the manpower to be established, 3. For the efficiency each other, it is urgent to take a trianqular position for the confidence through the value of rationalism above all mentioned words are concerned with having high morale and a normal act for the engineer.

The current trend of Korean-based journals is to become international journals. Support from academic societies and the government to improve the quality of journal and achieve internationalization is growing. For world-wide dissemination of journal contents, an online peer-review system and high quality journal web site are required. Also journals should be written in English. Proper publication ethics is also needed. For this article, I researched the current status of the 'Journal of the Korean academy of Pediatric Dentistry' and have made some suggestions to help with this journal's internationalization process for the future.

The improvement of social work is neglected among some pravile social welfare organization in this society are as follows : Firstly, Big enterprises should undertaken the non-earnest social welfare foundation, this plan, however, can be eastablished by policy making of the proper authorities. Secondly, improvement of public institution and personnel administration should be stressed and innovated. Thirdly, We should not rely on the other social welfare organization and perform our own way of duty. Lastly, The government, community and private social work organization should accomplish cooper ation system among them.

The environmental education means the educational curriculum which make sure value understanding and conception to develop function and attitudes necessary for the proper understanding and evaluating the interaction between human beings and physical environment Centenng an important geographical paraingm for 'the interaction between human beings and physical environment', to make the students understand the concept of environment and know environmental problems are the tasks to be pursued in environmental education courses in the middle school geography classes. The reasonable understanding of environmental problems and voluntary participation through the efficient environmental education in middle school geography classes, not only the systemization of educational curriculum and other needed changes mentioned above, but also the development of policy and institution in national government accompanying with earnest attention and effort must be made in environmental education and other environment-related fields.

Dams play a vital role in the development and sustainment in a country. Failure of dams leads to the catastrophic event with sudden release of water and is of great concern. Hence earthquake-resistant design of dams is of prime importance. The present study involves static, modal and transient analyses of dam-reservoir-foundation system using finite element software ANSYS 15. The dam and the foundation are modeled with 2D plane strain element "PLANE 42" and the reservoir by fluid acoustic element "FLUID 29" with proper consideration of fluid-structure interaction. An expression for the fundamental period of concrete dams is developed based on modal analysis. Seismic response of gravity dams subjected to earthquake acceleration is evaluated in terms of peak displacement and stress.

This paper examines Haniwa costume in the Goboon period of Japan. The results are as follows. 1. Haniwa costume consisted of two pieces, the upper one and the lower one. Man wore Jacket and Pants, woman wore Jacket and Skirt ; besides, they wore several ornaments such as hats, necklaces, earings, bracelets. 2. When it was introduced, two-piece costume signified, symbolically, the authority of the chieftain and his near men wore it. 3. Before it was introduced, their proper costume had been the same kind of costume as Whoengpok-costume and Gwandu-costume, which was the primitive costume in the South countries. That costume was fit both for the hot and wet nature of Japan and for the working lower-class, so it was continuously worn by the lower-class after two-piece costume had been introduced. 4. In the Goboon period of Japan, a unified government with the class ruling was established for the first time. Thus, this social order was reflected in costume as a whole, and costume had such class-oriented features.

In recently, the Korea government is concerning on non-point source pollution management to improve water quality. The objective of this paper is to investigate the improvement measurement for management of livestock wastes. As a result, we find that the National Pollution Source Survey is necessary to establish the unified database system with the Korea Statistics(KOSAT) in order to minimize the difference between relevant data. The investigation for environmental impact of livestock manure should be supported the designation of control areas and establishment of the technical guidelines including target material, monitoring site, standard method, etc. In addition, it should be followed by appropriate nutrient recycling and proper fertilizer usage based on social consultation and cost-benefit analysis.
