Objectives: This study is to investigate the method for assesment of cerebral palsy(CP), especislly focusing on function assesment Methods: We searched the recent date of the publication and paper in Cerebral Palsy Results: Measuring the function of children with cerebral palsy is mobility, self-care and social ability. Early adequate evaluation of motor development and prognosis of degree of long-term motor disability is very important not only for parents, but also for correct management of goal oriented rehabilitation treatment and for planning of preventive measures. 1. Gross Motor Function Classification System(GMFCS) is valuable to prognostication about gross motor progress in children with CP, using longitudinal observation. 2. Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM) is the instrument most commonly used to measure gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy(CP). 3. Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory(PEDI) is one of the most commonly used assessments for children with a disability. Conclusions: The functional Assesment of children with CP are used GMFCS, GMFM and PEDI.

Previous studies have established a role for cognitive differences in explaining variability in speech processing across individuals. In the case of perceptual cue weighting in the context of a sound change, studies have produced conflicting results regarding the relationship between executive function and the use of redundant cues. The current study aimed to explore this relationship in acoustic cue weighting during speech production. Forty-one Korean-speaking children read a list of stop-initial words and completed two tests that assess executive function, i.e., Dimensional Change Card Sorting (DCCS) and digit n-back. Voice onset time (VOT) and fundamental frequency (F0) were measured in each word, and analyses were carried out to determine the extent to which children's executive function predicted their use of both informative and less informative cues to the three pairs comprising the Korean three-way stop laryngeal contrast. No evidence was found for a relationship between cognitive ability and acoustic cue weighting in production, which is at odds with previous, albeit conflicting, results for speech perception. While this result may be due to the lack of task demands in the production task used here, it nevertheless expands the empirical ground upon which future work in this area may proceed.

현재 ERP와 CRM은 대부분 전통적인 기능적 수행에만 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 그러나 최근의 경영환경은 인터넷(Internet)과 이를 기반으로 하는 전자상거래의 비약적 발전에 기인하여 시장의 변화를 가져왔으며, 이는 대부분 e-비즈니스화 되어 가고 있으며, 이를 추진하면서 제휴기관과의 관계증진, 고객관계의 혁신적 개선은 물론 조직내부의 업무프로세스의 획기적 개선을 통한 경쟁력 강화를 적극적으로 전개하고 있다. CRM(Customer Relationship Management)은 기업이 획득한 고객을 지속적으로 유지하고, 기업에 대한 고객의 가치를 증진시키기 위해 기업과 고객간의 상호 이익적 관계를 형성 유지 강화하려는 기업의 일련의 마케팅과정으로 다양하고도 수많은 고객들의 정보를 기반으로 수행되기 때문에 고객 정보를 파악할 수 있는 시스템 기반을 필요로 하며, 생산과 상품의 전달경로, 마케팅, 그리고 의사결정 등의 경영 카테고리와 연관되어 있다. 한편 ERP는 SCM과 CRM 및 SEM(Strategic Enterprise Management)등으로 기능을 확대해감에 따라 21세기의 ERP는 e-비즈니스의 전략적 도구로 발전해 갈 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위한 중재 도구를 제시함으로써 고객에게 더욱 더 효율적이고 고 부가가치 있는 의미 있는 데이터들의 통계적 기계 학습법을 통해 CRM의 기능들을 효율적으로 분류할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 시스템 특징으로는 기존에 수작업으로 이루어지던 파일의 분류 작업을 기계 학습법을 통한 에이전트가 자동으로 수행함으로써 사용자가 좀 더 효율적으로 작업을 수행 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

본 연구는 화재 시 열출력 급상승 구간에 대한 정확한 열방출율을 예측하기 위한 새로운 함수를 개발하여 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 현재 화재공학에서 사용되고 있는 'αt²' 곡선은 화재시스템 공학 관점에서 비효율적이며 실효성 저하를 초래하므로 열방출율의 예측오차를 최소화시킬 필요가 있다. 'αt²'과 비교하여 보다 논리적인 배경과 형태적으로 유사성을 가진 로지스틱 함수 이론을 기반으로 화재 급성장 구간은 물론 화재 초기 단계까지 적용 가능한 새로운 예측 함수를 개발하였다. 개발된 함수는 더 넓은 화재성장 구간에서 정확도 높은 예측결과를 갖는 것으로 본 연구에서 증명되었다. 이 연구결과는 향후 화재성장패턴 연구의 개발과 함께 화재공학의 발전을 위해 적용될 것이다.

Primary cilia, single hair-like appendage on the surface of the most mammalian cells, were once considered to be vestigial cellular organelles for a past century because of their tiny structure and unknown function. Although they lack ancestral motility function of cilia or flagella, they share common ground with multiciliated motile cilia and flagella on internal structure such as microtubule based nine outer doublets nucleated from the base of mother centrioles called basal body. Making cilia, ciliogenesis, in cells depends on the cell cycle stage due to reuse of centrioles for cell division forming mitotic spindle pole (M phase) and assembling cilia from basal body (starting G1 phase and maintaining most of interphase). Ciliary assembly required two conflicting processes such as assembly and disassembly and balance between these two processes determines the length of cilia. Both process required highly conserved transport system to supply needed substance to grow tip of cilia and bring ciliary turnover product back to the base of cilia using motor protein, kinesin and dynein, and transport protein complex, IFT particles. Disruption of ciliary structure or function causes multiple human disorder called ciliopathies affecting disease of diverse ciliated tissues ranging from eye, kidney, respiratory tract and brain. Recent explosion of research on the primary cilia and their involvement on animal development and disease attracts scientific interest on how extensively the function of cilia related to specific cell physiology and signaling pathway. In this review, I introduce general features of primary cilia and recent progress in understanding of the ciliary length control and signaling pathways transduced through primary cilia in vertebrates.

Recently As the performance of the personal computer has been improving rapidly lots of research for the pc-based numerical computer actively progress in an easy repair maintenance and improving the performance with less cost. This paper presents the design using complex programmable logic device(CPLD). The CPU of Motion Controller that function as the real time control of the independent multi-axis motion the error-detect module and external I/O control made use of 80C196KC, In this paper The PC-NC effectively distributed to the load of NCK(numerical computer kernel) and have the advantage of high speed and precision.

The performance of the LSI improved drastically due to the progress of the semiconductor manufacturing technology in recent years. However, a new problem such as wiring delay and complication inside the LSI occurs. The study to solve these problems with much research organization is been doing. We tried to solve of these problems by using the neuron MOS transistor with 4-valued signal in addition to the binary signal. In this paper, We present, method which realizes 4-valued logic function. And, a designed circuit, is verified by using HSPICE.

We present the first results of a wide field survey for planetary nebulae throughout M31 undertaken at the KPNO 0.9m telescope with the Mosaic camera. So far, images in [O III]$\lambda$5007 and its continuum filter have been analyzed. Our survey appears to be at least $90\%$ complete to about 2 mag below the peak of the planetary nebula luminosity function. Over 900 planetary nebulae candidates have been found within a 12 square degree area.

With the progress of industrial technology, industrial machinery and home appliances have multi-function and high performances by the electronic control technology. Various results are given from the measuring switching induction noise according to environmental condition and its effects cannot be predicted accurately. Therefore, the output results should be analyzed and applied to practical work. To minimize the false operation, Taguchi Method used to solve the quality problem is adopted to analyze the characteristics within the constrained measuring level.

One solution to the estimation of product reliability during the development phase is to measure reliability improvement over time and compare this improvement to previous product development progress. This paper presents the reliability growth theory and applies it to some subsystems of vehicles during their design, development and prototype testing. The data presented illustrates explicitly the prediction of the reliability growth in the product development cycle. The application of these techniques is a part of the product assurance function that plays an important role in product reliability improvement.
