Purposes: The purpose of this study is to analyze cases of development and operation of a mentoring program that provides psychological support to new employees and helps them adapt to work, thereby applying it to actual work and laying the foundation for follow-up research. Methodology: We explored the development and application process of A Hospital mentoring program by applying the mentoring program model developed according to the procedures of the ADDIE model, and confirmed the perceptions of participants who participated in the training course through analysis of activity logs and in-depth interviews. Findings: The main results of the case analysis are as follows. First, the curriculum was developed according to the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. As a result of activity log and in-depth interview analysis, participants recognized that the mentoring program was helpful in forming social relationships, organizational adaptation, and preventing job turnover, and recognized difficulties in communication. Participants mentioned supplementing the operating system. Practical Implication: The results of a systematic review of the application and effectiveness of mentoring programs for new employees can serve as reference material for practical program design.

Purpose: The study was aimed to suggest a model re-entry program into the job market for inactive registered nurses, based on the development and management of a program and the evaluation of its efficiency. Method: The participants in the program were 82 inactive nurses and the development and evaluation of the program followed ADDIE. To develop the program, general characteristics and demand on re-entry into the job market were investigated. Satisfaction level of the program and confidence in nursing practice were measured to evaluate it. Result: Participants were 45 years old, had 6 years' clinical experience, and had 14 inactive career years on average. The program included basic and core education courses, and a clinical course. The participants were satisfied with its management, and 80.3 percent of them agreed with the need for the program. Also, clinical sites and instructors in the clinical course were satisfactory. Participants gained high confidence in nursing practice skills. Conclusion: The study showed the goal of the program was accomplished by motivating inactive nurses for re-entry to the work force and enhancing capability in duty. The program needs standardizing, and field adaptability should be strengthened through clinical practice. An evaluation tool for the program has to be developed.

The purpose of this study was to test the emotional intelligence development program and to verify the effects of the emotional intelligence development program for the increase of emotional intelligence and school life adaptation in elementary school students of single parent family To verify the previous hypotheses, 16 children of single parent family(experimental group I : n=8, control group 1 : n=8) and 16 children of two parent family(experimental group II : n=8, control group II : n=8) were selected at random, which are a total of high-grade students from P elementary school in J city, Jeon-buk province. Disposal about experimental group executed the emotional intelligence development program for the humanity education of Moon - yong - lin(1999) and the emotional intelligence development program which was reconstructed guidance for elementary school children of Her - seung - hee (2004) as the level of elementary school for 50 minutes, 16times, twice a week. In order to verify the effects after experiment, 1 collected materials for estimation by providing the subject children with questionaries about emotional intelligence and the ability of school life adaptation before and after the experiment, and then analyzed the average differences in number of marks between the experiment group and the control group before and after the experiment through and by using One-Way ANOVA, and SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The results of the study were as follows : First, there was significant increase between experimental group and control group received the emotional intelligence development program on emotional intelligence in statistic data(p<.01). Second, there was significant increase between experimental group and control group received the emotional intelligence development program on the school life adaptation in statistic data(p<.001). Third, there was no significant difference between the single parent family's children and the two parent family's children of the experimental group received the emotional Intelligence development program on the emotional intelligence and the ability of school life adaptation(p>.05). But single parent family's children were higher significant increase than two parent family's children on the relationship with teacher(<.01). The results obtained in this study indicated that the emotional intelligence development program was effective on the emotional intelligence and the ability of school life adaptation. Also, these showed that this program helps the school life adaptation and positive relationship with teacher of single parent family's children.

This study was carried out to survey the vascular plants of Baekdudaegan Arboretum area. The results are as follows. The numbers of flora in this study area were summarized as 655 taxa including 95 families, 332 genera, 567 species, 5 subspecies, 72 varieties and 11 formas. The rare plants were 17 taxa including Parasenecio firmus, Rhododendron micranthum, Iris odaesanensis, Lysimachia coreana and so forth. The Korean endemic plants were 16 taxa including Weigela subsessilis, Heloniopsis koreana, Salix koriyanagi, Vicia chosenensis and so forth. Plants Adaptable to Climate Change were Northern plants 18 species, Southern plants 2 species, endemic plants 10 species. The naturalized plants were 44 taxa and ratios of naturalized index and urbanization index were estimated Core area 10.2% and 4.9%, Mt. Munsu 4.9% and 2.3% and Mt. Okseok 5.5% and 2.6%. The floristic regional indicator plants found in this area were 3taxa(2.5%) of grade V, 12taxa(11.0%) of grade IV, 22taxa(20.2%) of grade III, 35taxa(32.1%) of grade II. In life forms, hemicryptophytes were The most dominant. Next was a Therophytes. In addition, 492 taxa were categorized by usage into 8 groups, as follows: Edible 239taxa(36.5%), Fiber 10taxa(1.5%), Industrial 1taxon(0.2%), Miscellaneous 183taxa(27.9%), Ornamental 65taxa(9.9%), Pasturing 259taxa(39.5%), Siscellaneousg 14taxa(2.1%) and Timer 21taxa(3.2%).

A general purpose aircraft mission performance analysis program has been developed. The program can be used in design mode or in analysis mode. Fuel weight for a given mission profile can be estimated when the design mode is chosen, while mission time or mission range for a given fuel can be estimated when the analysis mode is chosen. The mission analysis program is written with JAVA and includes GUI(Graphic User Interface) for users' conveniences. With a proper combination of databases for propulsion, aerodynamics and weight, the program can be configured to compute the performance of any type of aircraft. The program is validated by comparing its results with the results of a well known performance analysis program by ADD(Agency for Defense Development).

The purpose of this study was development and verification of the emotional intelligence program for children. Developed program was labeled "Increasing the Power of Mind." This program consists of four parts-sensitivity, self-esteem, motivation, and communication skills. Each parts consists of eight activities. The program was practiced at susung elementary school in Jung up. The subjects were 79 sixth-grade children. The effectiveness of the program has been evaluted by taking pre and past tests. The test results suggest that the program has been effective in improving the children's emotional intelligence on all of the following areas, such as sensitivity, self-esteem, motivation, and communication skills.

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects in auditory performance and vocal development of Onomatopoeia and Mimetic Word Productive Training Program in prelingually deafened children with cochlear implantation. The effects were measured with Lip-profile (Listening progress profile: LiP), the number of utterances, vocal developmental level and phonetic inventory. Subjects were four children with cochlear implants who were able to detect speech sounds and environmental sounds. The Onomatopoeia and Mimetic word Productive Training Program was made up of 3 steps with 24 Onomatopoeia and Mimetic words. This study was pre and post design. The results of the study were as follows: First, after Onomatopoeia and Mimetic word Productive Training Program was treated, LiP score was significantly higher. Second, after this program was treated, the number of utterances and emergence of both canonical and postcanonical utterances were increased. Emergence of vowel and consonant Features were increased and diversified. In conclusion, Onomatopoeia and Mimetic Word Productive Training Program appeared to facilitate efficient auditory performance and vocal development.

The city of 'G' has been made a number of achievements with its science program as a part of public library's cultural program during the last 5 years. Recently, the national science centre has been established in the same city, the debate is now needed whether the science program in the public library have reasons to be maintained or to be reduced. The aim of this research is on the operating strategies of the science program in the public library. The research methods include case studies of operational strategies in domestic and foreign science centre, the level of satisfaction of local citizen on the science program, the vision of science program in the advancement of public library in the $21^{st}$ century. In results, the research proposes that the science program in public library should be maintained, but with locally characterised programs. In addition, the study also advised on the provision of scientific information, the strengthened search functions, and the development of user-centred services for those in science fields.

The Smart UAV Program was motivated by a huge potential market, a various application and future core technologies. The Smart UAV system is defined as the advanced air vehicle with the smart technology such as collision awareness and avoidance, healthy monitering and self-recovering, intelligent active control. Due to the broad interest by government, industry and academia, Smart UAV development center and government steering committee were established. The organization of the Smart UAV program consists of domestic/international companies and academia. In this paper, the process and application of system engineering was introduced for Smart UAV development program.
