This study investigates the garden vision of the Ancient Rome, focusing on garden literature in the Natural History by Pliny the Elder. Ancient Roman garden's types, character, and forms greatly influenced the development of later Western gardens, to which the practical and professional texts of Pliny the Elder and others contributed. This study explores the garden visions projected in these texts, with an introduction of Roman garden forms and stylistic features. The Natural History and other garden and agricultural texts written during the Ancient Roman period are characterized by their focus on practical production spaces rather than abstract nature or garden art. In the Natural History, Pliny described botanics in terms of usefulness rather than pleasure, and his discussion is premised on the practical hortus. In ancient Roman society, gardens were not only spaces for practical production and relaxation, and places to reproduce or realize the ideals of Roman rulers and intellectuals, including Pliny. They shared the episteme that sought to encompass knowledge of the entire world they ruled and, in doing so, realize their vision of the Roman Empire. Through the Natural History, Pliny sought to embrace useful knowledges of his time into the vast civilized world of the Roman Empire, and the garden was an important place to practice this ideal.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop visions of nursing service, nursing strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) for an intensive care unit (ICU) based on a Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Methods: This study was undertaken by using methodological research. The development process consisted of four phases; the first phase was to develop the vision of nursing in ICUs. The second phase was to develop strategies according to 4 perspectives of a BSC. The third phase was to develop KPIs according to the 4 perspectives of BSC and the final phase was to combine the nursing visions, strategies and KPIs of ICUs. Results: Two main visions of nursing service for ICUs were established. These were 'realization of harmonized professional nursing with human respect' and 'recovery of health through specialized nursing' respectively. In order to reach the aim of developing nursing visions, thirteen practical strategies and nineteen KPIs were developed by four perspectives of the BSC. Conclusion: The results will be used as objective fundamental data to attain business outcomes for the achievement of nursing visions and strategies of ICUs.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify nurses' image and its related factors to make nurses' image among academic and vocational high school teachers in Korea. Method: Study samples were composed of 470 teachers who were from 12 high schools in G and J city located in southwestern part of Korea. Data were collected from August 26 to October 4, 2002. The internal consistency of the total scale was Cronbach's $\alpha$=.940. Result: In order to make nurses' image, 76.4% of respondents were influenced by the experience of their hospitalization in visiting hospitals. The mean score of nurses' image in general was 3.19$\pm$0.55; in four subcategories, 3.46$\pm$0.60 for professional image, 3.28$\pm$0.69 for traditional image, 2.93$\pm$0.70 for social image, and 2.91$\pm$0.64 for vision of nursing career. The mean score of nurses' image in general was more positive significantly in the 50's age group (F=6.43, p=.002) and in male groups (t=2.92, p=.002). Conclusion: On the basis of these findings, nursing professionals need to improve their working conditions, aspiration in job, and autonomy of nurses in their practice fields, monitor the mass media and other publishing materials continuously, and share the appropriate information on nursing profession to the school teachers and the public.

Healthy family specialists, who must be equipped with comprehensive and specific knowledge on the health of families with an extensive span of duty, should receive continued education for enhancing their capabilities. In this context, this study will focus on a coaching program that brings excellent result in helping healthy family specialists to set up a vision, exercising leadership and improve their personal relations, etc. with a focus on the potential and possibility of persons and organizations. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the present condition of the existing reeducation program for healthy family specialists conducted by the Central Healthy Family Support Center was grasped. This was done through an analysis on the educational programs for nurturing professional coaches executed by many educational institutions in an effort to propose the coaching education program for enhancing the capabilities of healthy family specialists. The contents related to instruction, time, qualifications, etc. proposed in the model developed through the considered educational program could be used in the future for the education of healthy family specialists so that they may enhance their capabilities.

This paper deal with due to the additional equipment established on the vehicle fire accident cases. Recently, vehicle was recognized as other living spaces and it was increasing installation of additional devices such as a black box, multivision, additional battery and so on. However, these additional devices were established on the vehicle by non-specialists such as the general public user or manufacturing and distributors of additional devices since the vehicle factory. Resulting from the additional equipments due to installation errors in these additional equipments connected to the electrical wiring insulation damage or electrical breakdown occurs, and finally leading to a fire caused by the additional equipments. Therefore, additional equipment established on the vehicle due to a fire in order to prevent accidents during the manufacturing process of these devices are installed. If not installed unless the manufacturing process, the installation of additional equipments established by professional who knows the vehicle structure that will be able to prevent the fire.

The scope and the magnitude of change that are occurring in libraries today are exciting and the new developments in information technology challenging. A change in vision as well as activities and operations is required. Librarians need to make full use of information and multimedia technology to support this greatly expanded teaching venture. During the period of the 1st to 5th conference of Korean Society for Information Management produces 199 articles. Recently, Korea has been established and operated International Schools manifesting to improve the nation's capacity of the foreign languages skill and to cultivate internationally trained professional manpower. In order to achieve the vision of a world-class educational organization, it has to be designed for the facility standards to meet the international accreditation standards. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to research about basic resources through comparison of facility conditions between public schools in Korea and international accredited schools. By comparing those two different plan drawings are found the following things. First, Schools which established with International Accreditation Standard are prepared detailed criteria for the facility, Furthermore information about the furnishings included, in addition to specific equipments for classes are stated to be prepared. Secondly, it is more effective when special classrooms such as music and science are equipped with various spatial elements, enough educational equipment storage, teacher's study rooms, practical training rooms and student's activity rooms to support various teaching programs and learning efficiently. Lastly, there was a clear tendency that not only hardware but also software standards for the audiovisual room and library have been more enhanced to enable multidisciplinary educational approaches with the recent education training trend.

This study was designed to identify satisfaction with Hospital Information System(HIS) and the factors affecting them in hospital administrators. The data was collected for 24 days from Mar. 02 to 25, 2011. Among a total of 82 cases of the questionnaires, only 76 cases were used. From the survey, it was made known that there was statistically significant difference in speed, preciseness and stability of environmental factors depending on the type of hospitals while significant difference was found in stability by number of beds. Among the factors of system operation, the administrational method affected speed, preciseness, stability and convenience statistically significantly whereas, however, preciseness, stability and convenience became significantly different depending on the number of staff members. As for the factors that could exercise influence upon satisfaction with administrative service of the HIS, it was revealed that statistically considerable impact could be caused under management of own EDPS expert as well as under comanagement by the medical institution and professional business entity in case of hospital.

This study selected fashion brands claiming to advocate feminism to analyze their characteristics and female images. For the study's data, online foreign feminist fashion brands were sifted from March 2017 to January 2018 and 28 clothing brands were selected. The study's results show that feminist fashion brands aim at the demassification and individualization of fashion products to be more inclusive of individuals' physical characteristics and diversity. Additionally, feminist brands entice consumption through communication and participation in online communities and through the value of social coexistence. The essential female image produced by feminist fashion brands deconstructs a socially idealized female image and expresses a sense of self-body positivity. In turn, the concept of self-body positivity is communicated through natural images of independent women with distinct identities based on differences in race, culture, and sexual orientation. Moreover, feminist fashion brands produce social images featuring independent women using active wear to engage in social activities. Casual wear is also used to reflect active women, while mannish looks and power suits express women's social status and professional abilities. Ultimately, these offer functionally active and rational images, combined with female images featuring long hair and makeup. Yet another type of female image seeks to create a new vision of women as diverse due to their various cultures, countries of origin, races, and individual tastes. These new images express women's physical differences, distinct identities, and diversity while simultaneously deconstructing pre-existing forms of clothing.

The purpose of this study was to prevent electric shock to children. children are at high risk of electrocution by accidents. In the present case, a 2-year-old child was electrocuted after inserting metal chopsticks into a home outlet. In this case, professional advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) was properly performed by a 119 paramedic, resulting in the return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) in the child. There are very few successful cases of resuscitation of patients involved in electric shock accidents in Korea, and we report a case of ROSC and discharge and proper resuscitation by a 119 paramedic.
