스테레오비전 센서의 3D 궤적 정보를 이용한 상지 재활 동작 인식 (Recognition of Physical Rehabilitation on the Upper Limb Function using 3D Trajectory Information from the Stereo Vision Sensor)

  • 뇌졸중 및 척수 신경 손상으로 인해 재활에 대한 요구는 증대되고 있다. 재활 영역 중에서도 상지(上肢) 재활은 신경의 복잡도로 인해 매우 어렵고 시간이 많이 걸린다. 재활은 전문치료사가 시설에서 작업치료를 하는 것이 효과적이기는 하나, 접근성, 상시성, 자발성 등에 대한 문제와 함께 비용과 시간이 많이 소요되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이 논문에서는 상지 재활 동작을 인식하기 위해 스테레오 비전 센서를 통해 취득한 3D 궤적정보에 대해 PCA, ICA, LDA, SVM의 패턴인식 알고리즘을 적용하여 인식정확도 및 실행시간을 구하고, 여러 패턴인식 알고리즘 중에서 어떤 알고리즘이 인식정확도 및 실행시간 측면에서 적용이 가능한지 제시한다. 실험결과, PCA, ICA는 인식정확도가 낮아 사용하기에 부적합하며 LDA, SVM은 인식정확도가 우수하여 상지 재활 동작 인식에 사용이 적합함을 보인다.

치위생과 재학생들의 학년별 직업의식 및 진로인식에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Sense of Professionalism and Career for Students of Department of Dental Hygiene by Grade)

  • As the level of the national income has been improved and the whole nation health insurance project has been spread, medical demand for dental health is also increasing. To cope with the increased medical demand, the need of dental health education and preventive dental care is recognized, and the number of dental hygienists is being increased with increase in dental clinics and hospitals. While more weight is actually given to treatment than prevention in hospitals, emphasis is placed on prevention in public health centers of state-run organizations and dental hygienists are performing the duty. According to this, dental hygienists shall be treated and recognized as professionals, who instruct people in dental health and assist the dentists in hospitals. Therefore to suggest vision to the students of department of dental hygiene, give them a solid motive, and inspire them with professional sense so that they can devote themselves to their duty with pride and self-confidence in the field can lead to contribution to dental health of each individual and the whole nation, in order to train them to be dental hygienists who are active and strive for change and development as professionals and capable of adapting themselves to the field of dental medicine. In this study, the professional sense and the recognition of the way of students belonging to department of dental hygiene were examined and based on this, a new direction for department of dental hygiene of three-year college was suggested.

  • Many leading companies know that the best quality dominates the world economy in the next 21 century and Six Sigma Program of Motorola Corporation could be considered as a typical model for it. Six Sigma Program is based on the quantitative analysis and the professional qualify manager's training. In fact, this program is a strategy to accomplish the total quality innovation by applying the standardized quality control techniques to the manufacturing or non-manufacturing operation parts. Since many companies recognized their successes and vision, leading domestic companies are very much interested in establishing and driving this program. However, they must understand the meaning of the program correctly and prepare the practicing strategy sufficiently, since there are many differences in ways to drive between other quality program such as TQM and Six Sigma Program. Otherwise, it should lead a big disappointment and another vapour of management paradigm. This study considers the concepts and features of Six Sigma Program of Motorola Corporation and suggest the effective practicing strategy, pointing out the possible problems.

일반인을 대상으로 하는 과학 시각화 제작 연구 (A Study on the Creation of Scientific Visualization for the Public)

  • This paper presents an extended scientific visualization for the public over the scientific visualization targeting for scientists. Our scientific visualization pursues both transmission of scientific information and good-looking visuals. First of all, we examine a tendency to produce scientific images that make the public understand science, even though they are not professional scientists. As a result, we can find several cases that actively generate scientific visualizations for the public. Among them, several research institutes possess own production studio. As the production of scientific images is a convergence field combined of art and science, cooperation between artists and scientists is necessary. Therefore, in-depth communication between them is essential at the planning stage. Moreover, continuous feedbacks between two groups in the production stage, the next stage of the planning, make the scientific visualization to perfection. In this paper, we present 2 modeling methods that are easily encountered during producing scientific visualizations and shading and rendering methods for generating photorealistic images. The concept of an extended scientific visualization that we present shows a new vision of the scientific visualization field.

신설 간호대학 신입생의 멘토링 프로그램 참여경험 (Experience of Mentoring Program in Newly Opened Nursing College Freshman)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to understand freshman's experience during a mentoring program at a newly opened nursing college. Methods: The study was qualitative research using focus groups. Data were collected through in-depth interviews performed from May 2 to May 30, 2011. The focus group interviews were conducted with 15 freshmen on their experiences with their mentors. The data were analyzed by the Colaizzi's method, in which the meaningful statements were extracted. Results: We identified the six categories from sixteen theme-clusters and thirty five themes: 1) meaningful relationship, 2) unexpected help, 3) realization, 4) solidification of one's determination, 5) establishment of a mentor image, and 6) wistful sense. Conclusion: The mentoring program was effective for a nursing college freshman to develop their vision and identity as a professional nursing.

  • For a good design, it is important to understand consumers and trend of textile and fashion design. Previous researches on textile pattern design with CAD have been done. They have studied on Korean traditional floral motives/hand painting or some geometric patterns. Few studies have been done on conversational design. Therefore the purpose of study was to observe types of textile pattern design for the recent fiver years and determine fabric pattern trends, especially on the conversational motifs. The types of patterns were analysed with professional panels from the 2005~2009 collection sources, using SPSS program. This study was also develop textile patterns creating using CAD. We conducted design process on motif creating, repeat, and mapping jobs, using textile special design program Prima vision and Photoshop CS3.

아동 놀이의 국가적 정책화 : 영국의 사례 (Children's Play as a National Policy and Strategy : The Case of the UK)

  • This study reviews policies related to children's play which are being implemented by the UK at a national level from 2008 to 2020. The Department for Children, Schools, and Families, in cooperations with other central government departments and professional organizations, are developing and implementing the strategy. The purpose of the strategy is to improve play opportunities for all children and young people in England by raising the value and status of play in every community. This study examines the strategy by focusing on firstly, the purpose, vision, and steps to be undertaken; secondly, the methods used and the participating organizations; and thirdly, the legal, social, and academic basis upon which the strategy is founded. By way of conclusion, the researcher argues that we need to consider and learn from the case of the UK to come up with desirable polices for children's education and well-being.

과학 수업 비디오에 기초한 반성 활동을 통한 초등 예비교사의 전문적 시각의 변화 (Change of Pre-Service Elementary Teachers' Professional Visions through Video-Based Reflection on Science Classroom)

  • 이 연구에서는 초등 예비교사 8명을 대상으로 과학 수업 비디오에 기초한 개인적, 협동적 반성 활동이 예비교사의 전문적 시각을 어떻게 변화시키는지 그 과정을 탐색하였다. 본 연구의 데이터로는 예비교사와의 개별 면담 녹음 자료, 예비교사의 과학 수업 지도안, 과학수업 비디오, 연구자가 수업 참관 시 작성한 현장 노트, 연구 일지, 예비교사가 작성한 이벤트 맵 등이 활용되었다. 예비교사의 전문적 시각은 '선택적 주목'과 '교육적 추론'의 두 가지 범주로 분석하였다. 선택적 주목은 1) 수업 운영과 통제, 2) 교사의 지도, 3) 학생의 사고와 학습 4) 내용 지식 5) 평가의 다섯 측면으로 구분하였고 교육적 추론수준은 증거의 수, 증거의 영역, 유형에 따라 6 수준으로 구분하였다. 연구 결과 수업 비디오에 기초한 개인적 반성은 '수업 운영과 통제'에 대한 주목을 줄이고 '교사의 지도'에 대해 좀 더 주목하도록 하는 효과가 있었다. '학생의 사고나 학습'에 대한 주목을 증진시키기 위해서는 수업 비디오에 대한 개인적 반성 활동만으로는 그 효과가 충분하지 않고 협동적 반성 활동이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 교육적 추론수준은 개인적 반성과 협동적 반성을 거치며 점진적으로 증가하였다. 학생의 사고나 학습에 대한 주장에서 하나의 증거보다는 여러 증거를 사용하게 되었고 증거의 영역과 유형도 좀 더 다양해졌다. 그러나 증거 형태는 직접적인 관찰에 의한 것이 대부분이었고, 교육이론에 기초한 증거는 거의 나타나지 않았다. 교사교육 과정에서 수업 비디오의 활용에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

의료기관 일부 원무행정직의 이직의도와 관련된 융복합적 요인 (A Study on the Convergent Factors Related to Turnover Intention among Some Administrative Staff in Medical Institution)

  • 본 논문은 의료기관 일부 원무행정직의 이직의도와 관련된 융복합적 요인들을 조사하였다. 설문조사는 2018년 7월 2일부터 2018년 7월 27일까지 임의로 선정된 J지역 27개 의료기관의 원무행정직 320명에 대하여 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 사용하였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 조직몰입이 낮을수록, 조직충성도가 낮을수록, 직무소진의 하위영역인 탈진, 냉소 및 직업 효능감 감소가 높을수록 이직의도가 높았으며 이들의 설명력은 50.9%이었다. 이상의 연구결과를 볼 때, 의료기관 원무행정직의 이직의도를 낮추기 위해서는 조직몰입을 높이고, 조직충성도를 높이고, 직무소진의 하위영역인 탈진, 냉소 및 직업 효능감 감소를 낮추는 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 결과는 의료기관 원무행정직의 이직의도를 낮추는 병원조직 인사관리 및 산업보건교육, 보건계열 대학생의 직업인성교육에 활용될 수 있다. 추후연구에서는 의료기관 원무행정직의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 구조모형의 제시 및 분석이 필요하다고 본다.

치과위생사의 임파워먼트와 조직몰입의 관계 (Dental hygienist, the relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment)

  • Objectives : This study provides dental care organization that is responsible for services of dental hygienists to measure levels of empowerment and organizational commitment to. The impact of empowerment on organizational commitment is a variable that has to validate the improvement of organizational commitment of dental hygienists to have been studied for the suggestions. The study period 2009 July 1 to August 30 at Jeonju Jeollabuk dental material and dental hygienists are working in medical institutions to target a total of 336 copies (88.4%) and for analysis of the data was studied. Methods : For data analysis SPSS (Statistial Package for the Social Science) WIN 12.0 program using frequency analysis, T-test and One-way ANOVA test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, linear regression analysis was conducted through the following. Results : 1. Demographic characteristics (education, salary, age, workplace), the empowerment and organizational commitment as the decisive factor affecting the level was a significant difference. 2. Education, salary, age and demographic characteristics of the working period of the empowerment uimiseong, yeokryangseong, self-determination, but no significant differences in impacts factors, work factors, not only was a significant difference uimiseong. 3. Demographic characteristics (education, salary, age, duration of employment, workplace), the affective commitment, normative commitment, ever, ever commitment and showed significant differences remain. 4. The higher the level of empowerment of the subjects that were higher organizational commitment, was a significant difference. 5. Empowerment and Organizational Commitment of subjects related factors were analyzed in all the variables showed a significant correlation between. Conclusions : Dental health agencies that provide services of dental hygienists to improve empowerment and organizational commitment to develop a structured management program, a dental hygienist job dental hygienist program and professional standards for the continuous and systematic research. That will be needed.
