With the development and proliferation of three-dimensional(3D) printers, consumers in modern society can now print products of what they want three-dimensionally at home. However, consumers themselves would have to produce digital design maps that are compatible with 3D printers and to set up the optimum printing quality and temperature, as well as to pay for maintenance and repair of 3D printers and to respond to any possible lawsuits related to intellectual property right about designs in order to make possible consumer-tailored manufacturing through 3D printing. However, in reality, since it is very difficult for consumers to respond to these issues, it is necessary to develop services that perform 3D printing on behalf of consumers in the desired direction. Motivated by this objective, this study investigated user experiences on Shapeways(www.shapeways.com), which is a global online 3D printing product and sales companies, from many viewpoints in order to obtain insight into 3D printing services and modes which were preferred by consumers. The study result showed that quantitative evaluations on usability, search process, price adequacy, re-visit intention, diversity of design, and satisfaction of design was scored low overall. Furthermore, this study acquired insight about consumer-tailored 3D printing services through constructive suggestions on multi-language support, openness of manufacturing process, simultaneous operation of online and offline sites, design-oriented consumer-tailored manufacturing service, services that ensure delivery safety and product durability, and surface finishing services. This study is expected to provide a wide range of opinions not only on 3D printing service platform development but also on related industry and research.
This paper describes the development of an inquiry-based fieldwork program based on Yangdong village where students explore the ways that it can develop in a sustainable way. Important considerations in an inquiry-based fieldwork design include what the key inquiry questions should be, the geographical issues of fieldwork location, the potential roles of mobile technologies, design of learning activities and a final product, and the roles of a teacher. Student fieldwork activities, including mapping land-use changes at the building level, detecting what should be changed or remain the same, and conducting interview with residents to examine their perceptions of overall tourism impacts, are supported by mobile technologies (i.e., the Collector for ArcGIS and the Google Forms). Twenty one high school students participated in a field test of the program in February 2016, which allowed authors to evaluate the program. Students' pre-, in-, and post-fieldwork activities were observed and the data and final products which they gathered and producted were analyzed. The post-program survey indicated that the students deepened and expanded their understanding of Yangdong village and expressed their satisfaction with the program in general. Incorporating mobile technologies into inquiry-based geographical fieldwork can help students involved in collaborative problem solving and creative activities in real world settings and create a shareable multimodal product combining maps, photo, and text.
This study analyzes the priority according to the importance of the government's oyster industry support policy using AHP (analytic hierarchy process), and it compares and confirms the satisfaction level of direct and indirect workers using this policy in contribution to the development of the oyster industry. The results of the importance analysis by AHP analysis are as follows: As a result of the evaluation of the importance of the entire sample, it is found that the most important factor is the production facilities of the production supply of the competitiveness enhancement, the purchase of raw materials of the production supply of the competitiveness enhancement, and the aging of the structural risks of risk reduction. Also, significant differences among the workers in the ranking of importance are identified. According to the comprehensive evaluation results of indirect workers, which consist of public officials, the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives, and related professors, raw materials, production facilities, and high-quality products are produced in order to increase competitiveness. There are differences among workers in order of marine pollution of environmental risks, structural fish population reduction, and structural aging of risk factors.

The purpose of this study was to conduct a questionnaire survey for total 503 high school female students in Wonju area, Kangwon province, and thereby determine any potential effectiveness of their trials to reduce weight in their satisfaction with their own figure, daily living practices related to weight control, nutrition knowledge and dietary behaviors. Out of all respondents, it was found that 284 girl students(58.4%) ever tried to reduce weight, and both trial group(trying to reduce weight) and no-trial group were much interested in weight control(94.7% vs. 60.7%). But 85.2% of trial group and 50.3% of no-trial group were dissatisfied at their figure. It was found that the percentage of trial group practicing regular exercise was higher than that of no-trial group doing so(21.8% vs. 5.5%). Subjects scored 14.3 out of 20 on a nutrition knowledge scale, but trial group scored significantly higher points(14.5) than no-trial group(13.9)(p<0.01). In particular, it was notable that trial group showed higher rate of correct answer in certain items such as balanced diet and knowledge about weight control. It was found that our all respondents showed moderate dietary behaviors, which is demonstrated by their mean score of 31.3 in dietary behaviors(possible score: $15{\sim}45$). Notably, it was found that there were problems exposed in their dietary velocity, intake of various diets and intake frequency for each food group(dairy products, marine plants and vegetative oil and fat). And it was found that the percentage of trial group taking diet with vegetative oil was higher than that of no-trial group.
Purpose. To investigate on the awareness of consumers on the expertise of optometrists. Methods. Data were collected and analyzed through an online questionnaire targeting 63 consumers (42 consumers over the age of 10 who wore glasses, and 21 students in the Department of Optometry). Result. As a consideration when choosing an optometrist, consumers considered the variety of products (15 persons(23.8%)), expertise such as optometry and fitting, kindness and credibility (11 persons(17.5%)). Students in the Department of Optometry of each selected expertise such as optometry and fitting, kindness and credibility (5 persons(7.9%)) and the results were high. In addition, about the main tasks of optometrists, 20 consumers (31.7%) and 9 students (14.3%)(SD 14.5±5.5) answered that they were medical technicians specializing in vision health. And the service satisfaction of the optometrist (5 point scale) was evaluated as 3.77 points for the consumers and 3.76 points for students(SD 3.77±0.01), and the reliability (5 point scale) for the consumers was 3.42 points and students 3.53 points (SD 3.48±0.06). In terms of expertise (5 point scale), the consumers scored 3.47 points and current students 3.58 points (SD 3.53±0.06). Conclusion. As a result of the study on consumer awareness of the expertise of optometrists, there was no significant difference in the perceptions of the reliability, service, and expertise of optometrists in the opinion of the consumers and students of the Department of Optometry. In terms of reliability and expertise, students in the Department of Optometry were evaluated somewhat higher than the consumers. Therefore, in order for consumers to be able to trust the expertise of optometrists in the future, it is necessary to take pride in being a medical technician specializing in vision health, and to actively promote and make efforts to inform consumers that optometrists are experts recognized by the state.
Purpose: By categorizing opinions by subject in the safety certification ecosystem, we want to identify weaknesses in system operation and suggest improvement plans so that the safety certification system can have quick resilience against future variability. Method: Through literature research and data analysis, similar domestic and foreign safety certifications and related cases, as well as the current status of international standards and national standards, etc. were confirmed, and a fact-finding survey was conducted for each stakeholder in the safety certification ecosystem, and problem types and improvement measures were established. Result: We conduct a fact-finding survey of the overall system, such as quality satisfaction with safety certification target products, obstacles in the development, manufacturing and use process, and safety certification-related improvements, targeting workplaces that manufacture, import or use safety certification target machines By discovering and categorizing problems and weaknesses in system operation, detailed implementation tasks were derived to establish improvement directions and improve operability. Conclusion: For the advancement and internationalization of the safety certification system, it is necessary to efficiently carry out the detailed promotion tasks derived from this study. In addition, in order to strengthen the resilience to the variability of the safety certification ecosystem, the operating system of a virtuous cycle structure by improving the mutual relationship between each subject construction is considered important.

The acupressure is a treatment that applies pressure to certain parts of the body and has been mainly used for pain relief in the field of oriental medicine. However, the treatment effect is often different depending on the practitioner's ability, experience, and physical strength, so standardized acupressure is needed. In this regard, the equipment is being released, but this is mainly a rolling massage method, which reduces energy concentration and poses a risk of injury. Therefore, in this study, a device that provides vertical acupressure based on variable bogie (wheel truck) was implemented. Smart Factory refers to a factory that can be controlled by itself with an intelligent factory that improves productivity, quality and customer satisfaction by combining the entire process of manufacturing and production with digital automation solutions. The manufacturing industry around the world is rapidly changing, with Germany, Europe, and the United States at the center. In order to cope with such changes, the Korean government is also implementing a policy to spread the supply of smart factories for small and medium-sized companies, and related ministries and agencies such as the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of SMEs and Venture Business, the Korea Institute of Technology and Information Promotion, and local technoparks, as well as large companies such as Samsung, SK and LG are actively investing in smart manufacturing projects to support smart factories[1]. Factory Automation (FA) construction has many issues regarding the connection of heterogeneous equipment. The most difficult aspect of configuring various communications from various equipment is the reason. The purpose of this paper is to look at web entertainment in terms of marketing and analyze how consumers in Korea and abroad feel about it. To this end, methods such as literature research, case studies, and consumer interviews were used. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows. First of all, through the case of "Run BTS," the web entertainment program actively reflects the needs of viewers on entertainment content by utilizing the unique interactions of web entertainment in terms of products. In terms of price, web entertainment operated a paid service that contained more diverse contents. However, the degree of satisfaction with paid services was different for each age group or income of viewers. In terms of distribution, web entertainment can position viewers much more clearly than conventional TV entertainment, has strong communication with viewers, and is relatively free from political conflict or censorship in overseas exports. Finally, in terms of public relations, web entertainment is promoted in various ways to fans who are the mainstay of existing viewers, but public relations for various viewers other than fans are relatively weak. Based on the above analysis, this paper proposed ways to improve consumers of web entertainment by region, customized marketing by age, professional window for consumers to directly express their opinions on content, and wide promotion through various media.
According to statistics, the number of mobile payment users in China shows an increasing trend year by year. However, less than half of people over 60 years old use mobile payment. The purpose of this study is to explore the reasons for the low usage rate of mobile payment platforms among the elderly in China. Through literature research, questionnaires and interviews, the author found that the main obstacle for the elderly in China to use mobile payment platforms is acceptance barrier. Then, the user experience research method and technology acceptance model (TAM) were combined to construct a new research model and five hypotheses affecting acceptance behavior in the model were summarized. Finally, the Analysis of Covariance(ANCOVA) was used to test the hypotheses and found that satisfaction (SA), perceived usefulness (PU) and job relevance (JR) had significant coefficients of 0.001, 0.000 and 0.004 respectively, all of which were less than 0.05 and therefore had a significant effect on acceptability. The other two elements, perceived ease of use (PE) and self-efficacy (SE), did not have a significant effect on acceptability. Ultimately, a new user experience acceptability model was constructed to provide theoretical support for mobile payment platform developers and designers to develop products from the acceptability perspective, so as to develop more mobile payment methods suitable for elderly users and improve the acceptance of mobile payment by the elderly.
