본 연구는 단기소득 임산물 주산지의 공간적 특성을 밝히기 위해 마련되었다. 산림청의 임산물생산조사 결과 중 시군구의 품목별 생산량을 기준으로 Moran's I 방법을 활용하여 주산지의 공간적 집적도와 그 변화를 규명하였다. 연구 결과, 단기소득 임산물의 45%의 주산지가 공간적으로 유의미하게 군집화되어 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 5대 주요 단기소득 임산물의 경우, 지난 10년간 주산지가 확대되었으며, 군집화 정도도 강화된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 특정 임산물 산지종합유통센터 위치와 규모 확정 등 임산물 지원 정책에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Background: Avian pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC) causes colibacillosis, resulting in significant economic losses in the poultry industry. Objectives: In this study, the molecular characteristics of two extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL)-producing APEC isolates were compared with previously reported ESBL-producing E. coli isolates. Methods: The molecular characteristics of E. coli isolates and the genetic environments of the ESBL genes were investigated using whole genome sequencing. Results: The two ESBL-producing APEC were classified into the phylogenetic groups C and B1 and ST410 and ST162, respectively. Moreover, the ESBL genes of the two isolates were harbored in different Inc plasmids. The EC1809182 strain, harboring the bla_CTX-M-55 gene on the plasmid, exhibited extensive homology to IncFIB (98.4%) and IncFIC(FII) (95.8%). The EC1809191 strain, harboring the bla_CTX-M-1 gene, was homologous to IncI1-I (Gamma) (99.3%). All chromosomes carried the multidrug transporter, mdf(A) gene. Mobile genetic elements, adjacent to CTX-M genes, facilitated the dissemination of genes in the two isolates, analogous to other ESBL-producing E. coli isolates. Conclusions: This study clarifies the transmission dynamics of CTX-M genes and supports strengthened surveillance to prevent the transmission of the antimicrobial-resistant genes to humans via the food chain.

MRSA, erythromycin-resistant S. pyogenes, penicillin non-susceptible pneumococci, PPNG, ESBL-producing E. coli and K. pneumoniae, class C ${\beta}$-lactamase-producing E. coli, fluoroquinolone-resistant E. coli, aminoglycoside-resistant A. baumannii and P. aeruginosa are all prevalent in Korea, which suggest the presence of high levels of antimicrobial selective pressure and nosocomial spread of resistant bacteria. Rapid increase of VRE and emergence of fluoroquinolone-resistant gonococci and VIM-2 metallo-${\beta}$-lactamase-producing P. aeruginosa are recently observed new threats in Korea.

Nonactin, as a radical-producing antibiotic, was isolated from the cultural broth of the strain JM-4151. This strain was identified as Streptomyces viridochromogenes and designated S. viridochromogenes JM-4151. The antibacterial activity of nonactin against Bacillus subtilis was antagonized by the activity opf quercetin, an oxygen radical scavenger. This result suggests that oxygen radical formation might be the cause for the antibacterial activity of nonactin.

The aim of the present study was to develop strains of actinomycetes producing low molecular weight cathepsin B inhibitor. Among 700 isolates from soil samples, a strain of Streptomyces sp. SMF30 producing cathepsin B inhibitor showing specificity and heat stability was selected by an economical and effective screening method. 50 units characteristics for major cluster analysis and 34 units characteristics for minor cluster were tested and the data were analyzed numerically using the TAXON program. The Isolate SMF30 was identified as a strain of Streptomyces aburabiensis

1. Three hundred and twenty four strains of amylase producing bacteria were isolated from various sources and a high amylase producing new strain, which was isolated from MEJU, M-181, was selected for further investigations. 2. The new strain M-181 was similar to Bacillus subtilis in the characteristics. 3. Wheat bran medium was the best one for production of amylase so for as the investigations had been done. The amylase activity of M-181 was measured D$40^{\circ}\\30^{'}$ .$deg._{30'}$ 25,000 to 26,800 on the medium of wheat bran. 4. The strain M-181 did not demand phosphate for production of amylase.

To isolate mutanse-producing bacteria, soil samples were collected from several areas in chonnam Province, South Korea. A total of 70 strains of actinomycetes were isolated from the soil samples. All isolated actinomycetes were inoculated on mutanase screening media to identify new bacterial strains producing mutanase activity. One strain in particular exhibited a strong mutanase-producing activity, and was identified as Microbispora rosea based on its morphological, cultural, and physiological characteristics, and also by 16S rDNA sequences.

This study is to explore one of efficient procedures in producing English textbooks for secondary school students. According to a series of changes in the National Curriculum, new textbooks have been selected and used in English classes. Textbooks are one of the fundamental factors in teaching and learning languages together with learners and teachers. So this study emphasizes the significance of textbooks and presents the practical model of producing English textbooks including activity books, from major aspects such as planning, writing, editing, selecting, etc. The current government has made continuing efforts to improve English education development by administrating innovative policies [strategies]. However, there still remain lots of difficulties in this gigantic task, which is not an exception in the matter of textbooks. Therefore, to provide students with better textbooks, the government should not only invest great funds but also renovate the present polluted system of selecting textbooks.

This paper proposes a sensorless speed control based on a novel extension of the torque producing flux (active flux) observer for the surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous machines (SPMSM) without additional high frequency signal injection. From the estimated torque producing flux, the rotor position and speed can be calculated at low speed due to their independency. Therefore, no rotor position sensor is required. Two approaches of the torque producing flux observer are presented and compared. The results show the stability and robustness of the expansion of the torque producing flux observer at low speed for the SPMSM.

본 연구에서는 만화시나리오 유형을 창작 시나리오, 각색시나리오, 연출시나리오의 세 유형으로 분류하고 그중 연출시나리오 제작 프로세스 정립을 하기 위해서 학습만화를 중심으로 연출시나리오 제작 체계를 정립 하고자 한다. 이를 통해 보다 효과적인 정보전달을 위한 연출 시나리오 작법 체계에 관한 발판을 마련하고자 한다.
