The 4th industrial revolution, digital image technology has developed beyond the limit of multimedia industry to advanced IT fusion and composite industry. Particularly, application technology related to HCI element algorithm in 3D image object recognition field is actively developed. 3D image object recognition technology evolved into intelligent image sensing and recognition technology through 3D modeling. In particular, image recognition technology has been actively studied in image processing using object recognition recognition processing, face recognition, object recognition, and 3D object recognition. In this paper, we propose a research method of human factor 3D image recognition technology applying human factor algorithm for 3D object recognition. 1. Methods of 3D object recognition using 3D modeling, image system analysis, design and human cognitive technology analysis 2. We propose a 3D object recognition parameter estimation method using FACS algorithm and optimal object recognition measurement method. In this paper, we propose a method to effectively evaluate psychological research techniques using 3D image objects. We studied the 3D 3D recognition and applied the result to the object recognition element to extract and study the characteristic points of the recognition technology.
The rheocasting characteristics are strongly influenced by the microstructural morphology such as particle size, form factor and contiguity. In this study, the effect of structural morphology on fluid flow characteristics of A356 semi-solid alloy was investigated with a vacuum suction fluidity test. Semi-solid metal slurry was made by the mechanical stirring, the liquidus casting, and H-NCM to be analysed. H-NCM could obtain uniform and fine globular microstructures of 0.9 form factor and 55 ${\mu}m$ particle size. Inoculation was found to be effective for reducing particle size, however, for H-NCM it should be avoided due to the cause of increasing contiguity. The fluidity test indicated that the non-stirring method had higher fluidity and smaller liquid segregation in the same solid faction of 0.4 than the stirring method, for smaller particle size and higher form factor. It was observed that liquid segregation decreased as the particle size is smaller and form factor is higher. The results of die-casting experiment were a good agreement with those of fluidity test.
This paper describes a 2D discrete-time wavelet transform for which the Q-factor is easily specified. Hence, the transform can be tuned according to the oscillatory behavior of the image signal to which it is applied. The tunable Q-factor wavelet transform (TQWT) is a fully-discrete wavelet transform for which the Q-factor, Q, of the underlying wavelet and the asymptotic redundancy (over-sampling rate), r, of the transform are easily and independently specified. In particular, the specified parameters Q and r can be real-valued. Therefore, by tuning Q, the oscillatory behavior of the wavelet can be chosen to match the oscillatory behavior of the signal of interest, so as to enhance the sparsity of a sparse signal representation. The TQWT is well suited to fast algorithms for sparsity-based inverse problems because it is a Parseval frame, easily invertible, and can be efficiently implemented. The TQWT can also be used as an easily-invertible discrete approximation of the continuous wavelet transform. The transform is based on a real valued scaling factor (dilation-factor) and is implemented using a perfect reconstruction over-sampled filter bank with real-valued sampling factors. The transform is parameterized by its Q-factor and its oversampling rate (redundancy), with modest oversampling rates (e. g. 3-4 times overcomplete) being sufficient for the analysis/synthesis functions to be well localized. Therefore, This method services good performance in image processing fields.
In large construction site, although soil conversion factor is so significant to preliminary design, operation design and calculating the cost of construction that it is important to take reasonable estimation and application, the standard of soil conversion factor for weathered ground doesn't clearly suggested yet. So in this study, at first we obtain the image using DSLR - high resolution camera and Laser scanner in the Haeng-Bok city constructin site, then analysis the ratio of soil and rock using various image processing method(Sobel method, Laplace method, Highpass filter, Hue and Saturation analysis). Mutual comparation with the result of image processing analysis and manual segmentation of 5case image in the cad. As a result, best image processing method was different for each case. In case of high propotion of rock, Laplace was best and in case of high propotion of soil, Highpass was best, and mixed case Laplace was best.

This study aims to estimate the production function and total factor productivity (TFP) of Vietnamese seafood processing firms. At the same time, the study analyses the impact of internal factors of firms and the quality of economic institutions on the TFP of the Vietnamese seafood processing industry. The study uses the Function Control (FC) approach in TFP estimation and the Feasible Generalized Least Squares (FGLS) regression model in the analysis of factors affecting TFP. The study was carried out on the census data of enterprises of the Vietnamese seafood processing industry collected by the Vietnamese General Statistics Office and Provincial Competitiveness Index data of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the period from 2013 to 2018. Estimated results from the models show that: i) Vietnamese seafood processing firms are, currently, mainly labor-intensive, the TFP contribution and output is only about 2.258. ii) Factors such as the firm's age, firm's size, and the firm's ownership affect TFP. In which, firms that have few numbers of years of operation, small and medium firms, and private firms have low TFP. iii) Institutional quality and the provincial business environment have a positive impact on the TFP of Vietnamese seafood processing firms in this period.
The hyper-geometric distribution software reliability growth model (HGDM) usually assumes that all the software faults detected are perfectly removed without introducing new faults. However, since new faults can be introduced during the test-and-debug phase, the perfect debugging assumption should be relaxed. In this context, Hou, Kuo and Chang [7] developed a modified HGDM for imperfect debugging environment, assuming tat the learning factor is constant. In this paper we extend the existing imperfect debugging HGDM for tow respects: introduction of random sensitivity factor and allowance of variable learning factor. Then the statistical characteristics of he suggested model are studied and its applications to two real data sets are demonstrated.
Normal balance is defined as state in which the body is equlilibrium. It is complex motor control task, requring integration of sensory information, neural processing, and biomechanical factors. There are major two factors contribute to balance control, the neurological and the musculoskeletal. The neurological factor provides the sensory processing and motor output mechanisms that are the neurophysiological basis for response. The musculoskeletal factor provides the mechanical structure for response. When all components of two factors are operating effectively, the postural response should be appropriate and effective for good balance control. Therfore, balance can be influenced by above all factors. In addition, balance can be also influenced by muscle tone, hearing, physiological factors, and environmental factors. Physical therapists must understand factors of balance control so that we can accurately assess balance. Therefore, physical therapists have to develop useful balance measurement tools to evaluate balance.
Recently, as value for practical use of big data is evaluated, companies and organizations that create benefit and profit are gradually increasing with application of big data. But specifical and theoretical study about possible risk factors as introduction of big data is not being conducted. Accordingly, the study extracts the possible risk factors as introduction of big data based on literature reviews and classifies according to big data processing, data collection, data storage, data analysis, analysis data visualization and application. Also, the risk factors have order of priority according to the degree of risk from the survey of experts. This study will make a chance that can avoid risks by bid data processing and preparation for risks in order of dangerous grades of risk.
The common image processing method treat the image as the array of pixels, and every pixel with its eight neighbors who directly around it form a square neighbor domain, sometimes may be more than that such as $5{\times}5$, or $7{\times}7$, and then adopt the convolution and template for every possible pixel value and then divide a attenuation factor, restrict the result in the area between 0 and 255, while the original and processed value record respectively. During the whole procedure, the result sole exist and represent the processing without changing the original pixel.

The conventional K-means algorithm is widely used in vector quantizer design and clustering analysis. Recently modified K-means algorithm has been proposed where the codevector updating step is as fallows: new codevector = current codevector + scale factor (new centroid - current codevector). This algorithm uses a fixed value for the scale factor. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm for the enhancement of learning time in fuzzy c-means a1gorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed method produces codebooks about 5 to 6 times faster than the conventional K-means algorithm with almost the same Performance.
