In an environment transformed by smart factories, measuring the current level of the manufacturing system, deriving improvement targets and tasks and increasing the level of manufacturing competitiveness become the basic activities of the company. However, research on the component analysis and maturity assessment to ensure the future competitiveness of the company is in progress and in the early stages. This study analyzed the existing research on various models, development process, and framework for manufacturing system. In addition, we designed a structural model by deriving the components of future manufacturing system through smart factory related maturity assessment studies. We designed a meta-model that includes an assesment model and a transformation model, and derived the framework development process to propose an integrated framework for the maturity assessment of the future manufacturing system. We verified it by applying it into an actual evaluation project of smart factory.

Although the demand for the use of public data increases in accordance with the expansion of Government 3.0, the poor level of data quality and its management currently implemented is becoming obstacles to opening data to the public. To improve the efficiency of management, linkage and usage for data, standardized processes for data quality management have to be prepared and appropriate data quality assessment criteria should be established. In this paper, we propose the organizational maturity model that can assess the public data quality management level. This model consists of the process reference model and the measurement framework. Fifteen processes grouped by the PDCA cycle are defined in the process reference model. The measurement framework measures the organizational maturity level based on process capability levels. The organizational maturity model can be used to establish objectives and directions for public data quality improvement by diagnosis of current level of public data quality management and problem solving. This model can also facilitate open to the private sector and activate usage of stable public data through reliability enhancement.

Software Maintenance needs to continually improve from corrective maintenance to operational management and service improvement. In this study, we propose a software maintenance maturity model and its evaluation criteria based on 4 maintenance projects of K organization. For the proposal, we derive 13 process areas and 64 evaluation criteria based on some references such as SMMM, ITSMM, ITIL. We evaluate the criteria using 5-point scale, and then establish the maturity model of K organization classified by levels of the maturity model based on the evaluation result. And, to verify and improve the maturity model of K organization, we propose improvements for evaluation criteria. In addition, we apply the maturity model to the 4 projects, evaluate the projects, and propose improvements for the projects based on the evaluation result to identify how the model shows software maintenance improvement.

This study sought to find out the impact of a university student's parental love on their career maturity and the effect of adjusting their career-setting self-efficiency and cognitive flexibility in their relationship. For this purpose, 362 college students in Daejeon, Chungnam, and Seoul were analyzed, there were significant differences between parental attachment and career-setting self-efficiency depending on gender, according to the study. Second, career-setting self-efficiency had a significant impact on career maturity. Third, the effect of controlling cognitive flexibility and career-setting self-efficiency was seen between parental affections and career maturity. This shows that parents attachment may have different effects on university students' career maturity, depending on the degree of career-setting self-efficiency, cognitive flexibility in the process of parental affection affecting the university students' career maturity. Therefore, it can be used to develop various programs that can help individuals decide their career path with recognizing that there are different internal factors within the university student group.

Regardless of previous educational attempts in youth career education, there are not specific methods for reading to improve career maturity yet. This study aims to identify the reading method based on cognitive aspect which impacts career maturity and the mediation effect of self-efficacy in this process. This study tries to understand the roles of reading by applying the various reading methods suggested in the 2015 Revised National Curriculum. Data was collected through interviews and statistical analysis from a survey completed by middle school students. Findings showed that critical reading affected the decisiveness as well as the confidence of career maturity. Also, emotional reading and creative reading influenced the preparation of career maturity. Critical reading impacted all subvariables of self-efficacy - confidence, self-regulating efficacy, and task difficulty preference. Findings also showed that emotional reading affected self-regulating efficacy. Ultimately, the confidence of self-efficacy partly mediated critical reading and decisiveness. This study contributes to guiding reading instructions for practitioners and school curriculums to develop career maturity and self-efficacy.

This study is to examine whether the satisfaction of youths in job training is effective in career attitude maturity mediated with career decision-making self-efficacy, The subjects of this study were 386 students who were sampled from four vocational schools in Seoul and SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical process. The results of this study are as follows: First, job training satisfaction showed a positive correlation with career attitude maturity. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy showed a positive correlation with career attitude maturity. Third, in the relationship between job training satisfaction and career attitude maturity of youths, the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy had a statistically significant positive effect and had a partial mediating effect, Therefore, it is suggested that the higher the satisfaction of vocational training in vocational schools, the higher the career decision-making self-efficacy and also the higher the career decision-making self-efficacy, the higher the career attitude maturity.

The purpose of this study is to argue that religious maturity is necessary for the healthy life of the aged of Korean churches in the rapidly aging society. It is also to suggest educational method for the formation and development of a positive image of God for relations with God, which is essential factor in religious maturity. To this end, this study argues that the direction and task of senior education should be religious maturity through the search for prior research on church education of senior citizens. This study also looked at the variables involved in how religious maturity affects many areas of human life. To achieve the task of religious maturity, the biblical and theological concept of maturity and religious psychological concepts of maturity are summarized, and the concept of God's image for relations with God, which is important in religious maturity, and the variables related to mature human life are examined. This study was proposed methods of church education for the formation and development of a positive image of God in order to have the right relationship with God for the religious maturity of the elderly on intellectual, emotional and behavioral levels. In the intellectual aspect, it was proposed to educate the concept of biblical and theological God and and to educate the elderly to recognize themselves as beings that need to grow and mature in order to constantly establish relationships with God. In the affective aspect, it was proposed to educate the elderly to reflect on and identify the origin and formation process of God's image and to heal their distorted God's image with an educational counseling approach. In the behavioral aspect, it was suggested to educate their roles of faith education for the next generation as parents and grandparents and to educate using educational methods that induce them to practice their relationship with God to appear in daily life.

As the requirement of Semantic Web and knowledge management has been rising, ontology developments have been carried out actively. Ontology is now at the point that systematic developing standardization should be made up like the developing a large scale software. Yet, It has not been made to optimize and standardize ontology development methodologies. In this study, to compare ontology development methodologies, METHONTOLOGY, CommonKADS, OTK in foreign countries and EOE in Korea are selected. The evaluating method is to introduce CMM-I version 1.1 framework. Ontology development methodologies have been evaluated in process areas that introduce for CMM-I maturity level 2 and 3. The purpose of this study is to find matured process and weak process in ontology development methodology on the view of process maturity, and suggests the areas to be Improved in it. The result of this study can be applied as basic data to establish and improve ontology development methodology.

Recently, the application area of an embedded software become larger and larger rapidly due to the development of the wire and wireless communication, the expansion of the digital information device and the convergence of the digital devices and emphasize the effort of the development of more complete software. As a consequence, the importance of the software test process was raised to discover the defects of the software early and improve the quality of an embedded software. However there was no test process model for applying the embedded software which is required the highly precision and the real-time process. In this paper, therefore, we propose the design procedure and case study for the test maturity model of an embedded software(Emb-TMM) which reflects the characteristics of the embedded software and test process. for this, we suggest the three category of the proposed procedure which consists of the selection of the reference model and the derivation of the area, the categorization of the area level, and design model. Then we suggest the case study how the proposed procedure can be applied to the development of an embedded software actually.

This study explores the effects of standardized management processes such as COBIT and ITIL on the success of IT outsourcing by utilizing an exploratory case study. The exploratory model includes the maturity of ITIL and COBIT process and success of IT outsourcing. For each construct of the model, several measures are developed from preceding researches and confirmed in the context of the cases utilized for this study. It is found that the maturity of the processes supported by ITIL and COBIT is critical for the success of IT outsourcing in this study. This results confirm the current popularity of the standardized process adopted in practice and also require further research endeavors in this control or management process in the future. It should include any other processes and related activities to the control process in the relationship of IT outsourcing.
