자본시장통합법 시행을 계기로 다수의 금융투자회사들이 지급결제서비스 제공을 위해 금융전산망에 추가로 참가하고 있다. 국가 기간 전산망 중의 하나인 금융전산망은 다수의 금융기관을 하나의 통신망으로 연결하여 전자금융서비스를 제공하는 정보통신망으로 금융투자회사들의 신규 참여에 유연하게 대처할 수 있어야 한다. 금융전산망이 경제에 미치는 영향이 지대하므로 금융전산망의 구축 및 운영에는 신용리스크, 유동성리스크 및 운영리스크 등과 같은 다양한 리스크 관리를 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안전성,적성응답성, 경제성 및 안정성 등의 금융전산망의 안정적 운영과 관련한 운영리스크 관리기준을 제시하고 급변하는 금융환경 변화에 효율적으로 대처할 수 있도록 많은 기업들이 기업통신망으로 활용하고 있는 가상사설통신망(Virtual Private Network : VPN) 기술을 금융전산망에 적용한 구축방안을 제안하였다. 또한 제안된 VPN 기반의 금융전산망이 비용 및 운영상의 효율성을 유지하면서 높은 안전성 및 적정 응답성을 갖고 있는지 분석하여 VPN 기술이 금융전산망에 적용 가능함을 보였다.

The merits of Smartphone are portability, convenience and especially a lot of information can be stored in the device. Especially in Smartphone, users can install programs that cannot install to normal cell phone and users can use many different services through these Smartphone programs. Also Smartphone can connect to Internet through network, so it can access information anytime, anywhere easily. Security of personal information and variety of information which stored in Smartphone are in risk. In Chapter 2 of thesis, it will discuss the definition and features of the Smartphone and market trends. In Chapter 3 of thesis, it will discuss security vulnerabilities of Smartphone and it will analyze and research security vulnerabilities of Smartphone in Chapter 4. In conclusion, it will check users' identification twice in useful application especially application that relate to finance and mobile payment. By checking users' identification several times, it will help to defend from security threats. Users can use Smartphone safely and convenience by know how to prevent from mobile hacking for personal and private information. the quality of APIs matching by the clustering and hierarchical relationships mechanism.

Recently, Korea's electric industry is in the midst of a period of profound changes in the structure and function, including the introduction of market competition in the generation sector. Therefore, it is difficult to promote long-term capacity planning and new generating capacity construction which have been driven by KEPCO so far, after the introduction of market competition, so new generating capacity construction and security of reserve margin is needed through self·regulation plan of private generation producers by market mechanism. According to the competition in the generation sector, a new paradigm is necessary to the long-term capacity planning driven by the Government. This paper analyzes the plan and the incentive level able to guide the new generation capacity construction considering the uncertainty risk in a period of introduction of competition. In addition, this paper analyzes the plan able to guide the new capacity construction by market function at the stage which market become established and Government's role to solve the anxiety about the capacity supply and demand.

정보화 역기능을 해결하기 위한 정보보호의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 정보보호제품 및 시스템의 평가인증 수요가 증가하고 있으며 비용-효과적인 평가관리가 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문은 평가자가 정보보호시스템에 대한 평가를 수행할 때 일련의 절차에 따라 평가업무를 수행 및 관리할 수 있는 CC(Common Criteria :공통평가기준)기반의 반자동화 평가워크플로우 관리 시스템(Sa-EWMS : Semi-automated Evaluation Workflow Management System)을 제시하였다. 본 시스템은 종래 수동적인 평가업무로 인한 시간과 노력의 소비 문제점을 해결하고 효율적인 평가수행을 위한 것으로, 각 엔진별 업무에 대한 워크플로우 프로세스를 추적하고 수행을 조정하는 역할을 하며 평가수요 및 시장창출에 대응하는 민간평가기관에서 유용하게 이용할 수 있을 것이다.

The article analyzes the features of innovation and investment activities of enterprises in the context of digitalization to increase their competitiveness in the international market. Ukraine's position on the Global Innovation Index is assessed. The interrelation of management functions in the context of innovation and investment activities of enterprises is substantiated. The structure of sources of financing of innovative activity of industrial enterprises is analyzed. Trends in changes in the volume of foreign direct investment and capital investment in Ukraine are assessed. It is determined that the level of innovative development of enterprises is determined by the level of their investment support, which is determined by the level of their investment attractiveness. The components of the strategy of investment attractiveness of enterprises are outlined. Determining factors in the implementation of innovation and investment policy of enterprises are identified and the main stages that should include the processes of managing innovation and investment activities of enterprises in the context of digitalization.

과거 국내 벤처캐피탈 회사는 정부의 지원과 보조금에 의존하여 사업을 유지하였기 때문에 관리노하우, 선진투자기법 및 관리지원능력 등의 역량이 부족해도 생존할 수 있었다. 하지만, 오늘날 벤처캐피탈 회사의 환경은 자율과 책임과 경쟁원리가 적용되는 상황으로 점점 바뀌고 있다. 벤처캐피탈 회사도 다른 금융기관과 마찬가지로 자산과 부채를 적절히 관리함으로써 위험을 최소화하고 수익을 극대화시켜 기업 가치를 극대화할 수 있는 것이다. Modigliani와 Miller(1958)가 전통적 최적자본구조의 존재에 대해 반론을 제기한 이후 많은 연구가 진행되었지만 아직까지 벤처캐피탈 회사의 자본구조에 대해 연구한 논문은 아직 발표되지 않았다. 본 논문의 목적은 국내 창업투자회사의 기업특성과 자본구조 간의 관계를 실증적으로 조사하고 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 창업투자회사의 웹페이지와 공시자료를 기초로 국내 창업투자회사의 기업특성 및 재무지표에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 상관관계분석과 t-검정을 통해 오래된 창업투자회사와 신규창업투자회사 간에 유동비율과 매출액 순이익률 값이 차이가 난다는 것을 보여주었다. 비록 우리나라 창업투자회사가 벤처기업에 대한 투자에 대한 노하우가 부족하다고 알려졌지만 오래된 창업 투자회사는 재무수익성을 개선할 수 있는 벤처투자에 대한 노하우가 차츰 쌓이고 있다는 결과로 해석될 수 있는 결과이다.

The creativity of thesis is that the significance of cyber security challenges in blockchain. The variety of enterprises, including those in the medical market, are the targets of cyberattacks. Hospitals and clinics are only two examples of medical facilities that are easy targets for cybercriminals, along with IoT-based medical devices like pacemakers. Cyberattacks in the medical field not only put patients' lives in danger but also have the potential to expose private and sensitive information. Reviewing and looking at the present and historical flaws and vulnerabilities in the blockchain-based IoT and medical institutions' equipment is crucial as they are sensitive, relevant, and of a medical character. This study aims to investigate recent and current weaknesses in medical equipment, of blockchain-based IoT, and institutions. Medical security systems are becoming increasingly crucial in blockchain-based IoT medical devices and digital adoption more broadly. It is gaining importance as a standalone medical device. Currently the use of software in medical market is growing exponentially and many countries have already set guidelines for quality control. The achievements of the thesis are medical equipment of blockchain-based IoT no longer exist in a vacuum, thanks to technical improvements and the emergence of electronic health records (EHRs). Increased EHR use among providers, as well as the demand for integration and connection technologies to improve clinical workflow, patient care solutions, and overall hospital operations, will fuel significant growth in the blockchain-based IoT market for linked medical devices. The need for blockchain technology and IoT-based medical device to enhance their health IT infrastructure and design and development techniques will only get louder in the future. Blockchain technology will be essential in the future of cybersecurity, because blockchain technology can be significantly improved with the cybersecurity adoption of IoT devices, i.e., via remote monitoring, reducing waiting time for emergency rooms, track assets, etc. This paper sheds the light on the benefits of the blockchain-based IoT market.

본 연구는 한국경비협회의 실태를 파악하고 협회의 역할과 보완에 관한 제언을 하고자 일본전국경비업협회를 소개하고 비교 고찰하였다. 일본의 전국경비업협회와 우리의 한국경비협회 간의 비교를 통해 그 도입을 긍정적으로 고려해 볼만한 것으로서는 여러 가지가 있지만, 무엇보다도 일본 전국경비업협회에서 특이할만한 사항으로 교통유도경비원제도와 찬조회원제도, 전 경찰고위직 출신의 전무이사와 상무이사가 실질적 운영을 한다는 것을 들 수 있는데, 이는 재정의 충원과 경찰과의 관계증진 효과의 제고를 높이기 위한 것이다. 우리도 이러한 경찰과의 관계증진과 더불어 다양화된 활동의 범위를 모색할 필요가 있다. 그리고 일본 전국경비업협회는 자격증 취득 후에도 기타 여러 가지 교육으로 업무의 효과적 대응을 위한 재충전을 해주고 있다. 즉 관련자들에 대한 교육을 중요한 업무로서 수행하고 있는 것이다. 결국 한국경비협회에 가장 시급한 문제는 자체 역량강화를 통하여 회원업체에게 유익한 존재가 되어야 한다는 점이다. 단지 외국의 경비협회제도를 모방하자는 것이 아니라 내실화의 다양한 노력이 미래 민간경비시장의 지속적 안정을 도모할 수 있다는 것이다.

2007년 애플의 아이폰과 구글의 안드로이드 OS를 채택한 일명 안드로이드 폰들이 잇달아 발표되면서 스마트폰 열풍이 시작되었다. 2010년 한해 스마트폰 사용자는 2010년 1월 약 100만명에서 2010년 12월 약 710만명으로 700% 증가한 수치를 나타내었으며, 2011년 3월 현재에는 천만명의 사용자가 스마트폰을 사용하고 있다고 보고되었다. 그러나 스마트폰 수요의 폭발적인 증가만큼 많은 보안문제도 대두되었다. 스마트폰은 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 많은 개인정보를 저장하고 있다. 따라서 스마트폰은 다른 IT 기기에 비해 엄격한 보안기술이 적용되어야 함에도 불구하고, 개발자와 사용자 모두 보안에 대한 인식이 미비하여 여러 가지 보안사고가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 스마트폰의 보안 강화를 위해 스마트폰의 취약성을 분석하고 스마트폰 운영체제를 평가하기 위한 스마트폰 운영체제 보호프로파일을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 스마트폰 운영체제와 기존 운영체제의 차이점을 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 새로운 보안문제, 보안목적, 보안기술요구사항을 도출한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the structure of social discourse on aging in Korea by analyzing newspaper articles on aging. The analysis is composed of three steps: first, data collection and preprocessing; second, identifying the latent topics; and third, observing yearly dynamics of topics. In total, 1,472 newspaper articles that included the word "aging" within the title were collected from 10 major newspapers between 2006 and 2019. The underlying topic structure was analyzed using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), a topic modeling method widely adopted by text mining academics and researchers. Seven latent topics were generated from the LDA model, defined as social issues, death, private insurance, economic growth, national debt, labor market innovation, and income security. The topic loadings demonstrated a clear increase in public interest on topics such as national debt and labor market innovation in recent years. This study concludes that media discourse on aging has shifted towards more productivity and efficiency related issues, requiring older people to be productive citizens. Such subjectivation connotes a decreased role of the government and society by shifting the responsibility to individuals not being able to adapt successfully as productive citizens within the labor market.
