본 논문은 프로그래밍 교과의 수행평가 시스템에서 자기주도적 학습능력 촉진을 위하여 학업성취도를 분석 및 예측하는 기능 구현을 목적으로 하였다. 본 논문에서는 구현한 수행평가 시스템은 우선 루브릭을 적용하여 프로그래밍 수행평가의 채점을 논리력, 문제해결력, 창의력으로 단순한 점수가 아닌 이원분류를 통해 고차원적인 인지능력에 대한 항목별 근거의 제공을 가능하게 하였다. 또한 학업성취도를 단순히 보여주는 것이 아니라 분석하여 학생별 학업성취도를 측정 준거 별로 분석할 수 있도록 그래프로 표현하였다. 나아가 학업성취도에 이동평균법을 적용하여 향후 점수를 예측할 수 있게 하였다. 이로 인해 학생은 평가 결과 그래프로 현재 자신의 학습상태를 파악하고 앞으로의 학업상태를 보다 정확하게 예측함으로써 자신의 학습 준거 별장 단점을 분석하여 학습 방향 및 학습시간에 대한 자기 성찰에 도움을 주어 자기주도적 학습능력을 촉진시킬 수 있도록 하였다. 교사에게는 학업상태에 따라 완전학습을 추구하기 위하여 학생들에게 제공될 수 있는 교육적 방법을 차등 지원함으로써 교육의 효과를 최대화 할 수 있다.

정부의 사교육 경감 대책 및 수학교육 선진화 방안이 발표되고, 교육부에서는 '농산어촌 ICT 지원 사업'으로 농산어촌의 교육정보화 격차를 줄이는 사업을 진행하고 있다. 또한 한국교육방송(EBS)에서는 EBSmath 라는 수학 자기 주도 학습 사이트를 개설하고, 다양한 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고 있다. '농산어촌 ICT 지원 사업'에서 지원된 스마트기기를 활용하여 EBSmath 사이트를 활용한 학습이 여러 가지의 교육정보화가 열악한 농촌학생들에게 스스로의 힘으로 지식을 습득하고 체계적으로 정리하여 새로운 지식을 산출하는 능력, 즉 수학 자기주도 학습에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 본고에서 연구하였다.

본 연구는 보육교사의 이직의도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 개인 내적 변인인 직무만족도와 환경 변인인 전문성 지원환경의 영향력을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 S, I, G 지역의 보육교사 625명(국·공립 어린이집 교사 343명, 민간·가정 어린이집 교사 282명)이며, 연구도구로는 Ro가 제작한 TJSQ, Williams가 제작한 PLEI, Allen과 Meyer가 개발한 척도를 사용하였다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0을 프로그램을 이용하여 차이검증, Pearson 상관관계와 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간·가정 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사의 이직의도가 국·공립 어린이집의 보육교사보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 국·공립과 민간·가정 어린이집의 보육교사 모두 직무만족도와 전문성 지원환경이 낮다고 지각할수록 이직의도는 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 직무만족도와 전문성 지원환경은 이직의도를 설명하는 주요 변인으로 밝혀졌으며, 전문성 지원환경의 영향력이 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 보육교사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 밝혀 이직의도를 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 찾음으로써 궁극적으로 보육의 질적 수준 향상을 꾀하고자 하는 데 의의가 있다.

인공지능 기술의 가장 큰 근간은 학습 가능한 데이터이다. 최근 정부나 사기업에서 수집·생산하는 데이터의 종류와 양이 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있지만, 실제 기계학습에 활용 가능한 데이터의 확보로는 아직까지 이어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기계학습에 실제 활용 가능한 데이터가 갖추어야 할 조건에 대해 논의하고, 실제 사례연구를 통해 데이터 품질을 저하시키는 요인을 파악한다. 이를 위해 공공빅데이터를 활용해 예측 모델을 개발한 대표사례를 선정, 공공데이터포털로부터 실제 문제 해결을 위한 데이터를 수집 후 데이터 품질을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 유효한 데이터 선별 기준을 적용하고 후처리한 결과와의 차이를 보인다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 인공지능의 핵심인 기계학습 기술 개발에 앞서 가장 근본적으로 선결되어야 할 데이터 품질을 관리하고 유효한 데이터를 축적하기 위한 기반 마련에 있다.

Linking Ukraine's education system with the trends of global digitalization is mandatory to ensure the sustainable, long-term development of the country, as well as to increase the sustainability of the education system and the economy as a whole during the crisis period. Now the main problems of the education system in Ukraine are manifested in a complex context caused by Russian armed aggression. In the context of war, problems include differences in adaptation to online learning among educational institutions, limited access to education for vulnerable groups in the zone of active hostilities, the lack of digital educational resources suitable for online learning, and the lack of basic digital skills and competencies among students and teachers necessary to properly conduct online classes. Some of the problems of online learning were solved in the pandemic, but in the context of war Ukrainian society needs a new vision of education and continuous efforts of all social structures in the public and private environment. In the context of war, concerted action is needed to keep education on track and restore it in active zones, adapting to the needs of a dynamic society and an increasingly digitized economy. Among the urgent needs of the education system are a change in the teaching-learning paradigm, which is based on content presentation, memorization, and reproduction, and the adoption of a new, hybrid educational model that will encourage the development of necessary skills and abilities for students and learners in a digitized society and enable citizens close to war zones to learn.

미국경비협회(ASIS)는 이미 그들의 표준(Standard)을 세계에 배급하고 이들 전문가들을 조직화하는데 성공하고 있다. 그 저변에는 지난 60여 년 간의 전문화 및 세계화 전략에 따른 각종 프로그램의 실행이 있었다고 판단된다. 이 연구는 산업보안 내지 민간경비의 내부 동력인 보안전문가의 역량을 강화하고 상호 간 네트워크 확산을 통해 전문지식과 기술의 전수 및 발전을 도모하고 있는 해외 사례를 ASIS의 방문조사를 통하여 살펴보았다. 우리도 존립 및 지속가능한 성장 전략, 전문화 및 세계화 전략 등 지난 60년 동안 ASIS가 시행한 각종 활동들을 모델로 삼아 우리나라의 민간경비활동의 효율성을 높이고 통일성을 증진시키고, 지속적으로 민간경비조직의 발전전략을 구사할 수 있는 새로운 출발점으로 삼아야 할 것이다.

Small and Medium Business Associate has supporting small and medium business and private business for establishment business and sales increasing with various policy since 2005. Arousing the interesting on customer relationship management, small and medium business and private business have recognized the necessity of the concept and introduction the CRM. This study suggested the effectiveness of the CRM throughout real cases of the CRM for small and medium business managers in order to rising sales in such an environment. The case of this study tried to figure it out to accomplish manager's ends of small and medium business to get successful business results based on innovative volition and mind trying to change. The owner who has experience 12 years in meat sales was analyzed the results of aptitude test that the business is highly appropriate to him in personality and aptitude. As also saw the strength and opportunity of SWOT analysis, he has an excellent talent for friendship, knowledge of searching Internet and organizing information, and learning ability. This study provided a marketing policy, ideas of customer services and system remodeling to improve relationship with customer, and a division diagnosis of business activities. The owner has an excellent friendship, so that this study suggest to remodel interior inside store clearly and sanitary displaying on products, to introduce aggressive and concentrated marketing strategies, and to recognize the important of public relation.

Sewon was a new type of private academy established by a class landed Confucian scholars known as sarim. During Joseon dynasty, sewon had dual functions as a shrine and a place of learning. The site plan of seowon appeared mainly two types of site plan according to the indications of the age and school. This paper was done to analyze the site plan and construction history of Simgok seowon with historical materials and excavation investigation result. Simgok seowon is dedicated to Jo Gwang-jo(1482~1519). This private Confucian academy was founded in 1605 as a small shrine, which was destroyed in 1636. Thereafter, when the shrine received a royal warrant naming as Simgok seowon in 1650, the new site for the seowon was chosen, which is currently located in Gyeonggi-do Yongin-si Sanghyeon-ri 203. Since then, buildings of Simgok seowon was constructed and repaired couple of times. Through the investigation, it was found that the site plan of Simgok seowon was originally a type of 'jeonjaehudang', that is, dormitory building between the lecture hall and the outer gate, or dormitory building is in front and lecture hall is in behind.

The research postulates the conceptualization of talent in the Vietnamese banking sector via examining the factors pertaining to the concept of talent and talent management (TM) in the sector. This study applied qualitative research methods. A total of 20 managers and directors of ten banks (three public, four private and three foreign banks) were recruited for semi-structured interviews. The findings revealed that a combination of interconnected soft skills, learning ability, flexibility, technology adaptability, integrity and risk management skills contributes to talent identification. Managers in some private banks construed talent to be commensurate with high performance and high potential, whereas managers in public banks and foreign banks mainly relied on performance results in talent recognition. Moreover, talented employees holding sales-related jobs are given the most attention by management in the studied banks. Regarding practical implications, the banking community and practitioners' focus should be imparted to soft skills development and integrity control in order to foster employee performance and attitudes. Attention should be paid not only to sales positions, but also to other positions within the bank. This study is one of a few which explores talent concepts and TM approaches in the banking sector in general and Vietnamese banking field in particular.

Due to Covid-19, the un-contact culture has affected society as a whole, and the methods of education conducted offline has been greatly affected. In the private education of preparing for university entrance, the public official examinations and certification acquisition, the method of online education has been shown to have positive effects. While private class and school class which have offered in off-line to cope with rapid changes caused various problems such as decline in quality for education. Due to the characteristic of design class, practical training is important. As interactive feedback between students and educators is more important than one-way of delivering knowledge while class is conducted in online, educators have a challenge when they prepare for class. This study handles the methods of online education for the purpose of practical education methods in university nowadays, Especially, the non-face-to-face education methods for game animation production. Based on this study, I propose an effective educational method with non-face-to-face class that allows students to be satisfied and increases their knowledge, beyond face-to-face class.
