In this article, we present the notion of e-fuzzy filters in an MS-Algebra and characterize in terms of equivalent conditions. The concept of D-fuzzy filters is studied and the set of equivalent conditions under which every e-fuzzy filter is an D-fuzzy filter are observed. Moreover we study some properties of the space of all prime e-fuzzy filters of an MS-algebra.

For a permutation ${\mu}$ in S$\sub$b/, the limit algebra A${\mu}$ of the stationary system given by ${\mu}$ is isomorphic to a refinement limit algebra if and only if its exponent set E(${\mu}$) is the set {0}. In the current paper, we prove a sufficient condition under which E(${\mu}$)={0} when the order of ${\mu}$ is a power of p, where p is a prime number dividing b.

In this article, it is proved that under some conditions every bijective Jordan triple product homomorphism from generalized matrix algebras onto rings is additive. As a corollary, we obtain that every bijective Jordan triple product homomorphism from $M_n(\mathcal{A})$ ($\mathcal{A}$ is not necessarily a prime algebra) onto an arbitrary ring $\mathcal{R}^{\prime}$ is additive.

It is well-known that every derivation on a commutative Banach algebra maps into its radical. In this paper we shall give the various algebraic conditions on the ring that every Jordan derivation on a noncommutative ring with suitable characteristic conditions is zero and using this result, we show that every continuous linear Jordan derivation on a noncommutative Banach algebra maps into its radical under the suitable conditions.

Let A be a Banach algebra. Suppose there exists a continuous linear Jordan derivation D : A $\rightarrow$ A such that $[D(x),\;x]D(x)^2[D(x),\;x]\;{\in}\;rad(A)$ for all $x\;{\in}\;A$. Then we have D(A) $\subseteq$ rad(A).

In this paper we introduce the notion of quotient in-cline and obtain the structure of incline algebra. Moreover, we also introduce the notion of prime and maximal ideal in incline, and study some relations between them in incline algebra.

Derivation은 Lie group, Lie ring 그리고 Lie Algebra에서 정의되어 사용되며 발전하였으며 ring에서 일반화 되었다. 역시 prime ring에서 연구되어지는 derivation의 성질들은 prime near-ring에서 일반화 시키려고 하고 있다. 1957년 E. Posner는 prime ring에서 두 개의 derivation의 곱(함수합성)이 derivation이면 이들중 하나의 derivation이 0임을 밝혔다. 본 논문에서는 prime ring에서 derivation이 연구된 역사적인 배경을 소개하고 몇가지 성질을 찾는다. 즉, D. F를 prime ring R의 derivation들이라 할 때 정수 $n{\ge}1$에 대하여 $DF^n$=0이면 D=0이거나 또는 $F^{3n-1}$=0이고, $D^nF$=0이면 $D^{9n-7}$=0 이거나 또는 $F^2$=0 이다.

In this paper, it is shown that automatic continuity of derivations on some semi prime Banach algebras can be extended to higher derivations. In particular, we show that if every prime ideal is closed in a commutative semi prime Banach algebra then every higher derivation on it is continuous.

As a continuation of the paper [3], in this paper we investigate the further properties on LI-ideals, and show that how to generate an LI-ideal by both and LI-ideal and an element. We define a prime LI-ideal, and give an equivalent condition for a proper LI-ideal to be prime. Using this result, we establish the extension property and prime LI-ideal theorem.

We shall define three kinds of points for algebraic varieties associated to the center 3 of U(L) which is the universal enveloping algebra of a finite-dimensional modular Lie algebra over an algebraically closed field F of prime characteristic p. We announce here that $sp_4$(F) with p = 2 has a subregular point.
