the main purpose of this study was to inves-tigate the consumer dissatisfaction and com-plaining behavior in purchase and use by con-sumer value. The subjects participated this study were 204 female students. They were classified into 3 groups by important degree of instrumental value which is one of the 2 value categories that divided by the Rokeach. In order to assess consumer dissatishaction in purchase and use of clothing by those groups. The Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction Inventory was used and The Consumer Complaining Behavior Inventory was adapted to asses consumer complaining behavior. The Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction Inventory has 4 subscales(Price related factor Produt and Quality related factor Information and Service related factor Purchase decision-mak-ing related factor)and The Consumer Complaining behavior Inventory consisted in 3 subscales(Do nothing Private complaining Public complaining) Using SAS package in order to examine Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction Inventory scores anaslysis of variance (MANOVA) was excuted And turkety test a kind of post-hoc multiple comparisons methods was adapted to compare Clothing Purchase Dissatisfaction In-ventory scores of each groups. in order to in-vestigate consumer complaining behavior by each groups and grade major pocket money a month the mean purchse price of clothing a month x2-test Frequency Percent were executed. Conclusion eached in this study are as fol-low: 1. Each group had differences in price re-lated factor Product nad Quality related fac-tor Information and Service related factor ex-cept Purchase decision -making related factor Groups which made much of value tend to dis-satisfy in price related facor Product and Quality related factor Information and Service related factor. 2. Group that made much of value had more high scores in private complaining complainto third party and the middle group had more high scores in private complaining . Group made little of value tended to do nothing. 3. Grade major pocket money a monty the mean purchase price of clothing a month didn't have difference signficantly in consumer behavior. but major had difference on private complaining.

Price is a product attribute, which is determined by the function of the producing cost and profit. It is also identified as one of the most important components of the marketing mix. For consumers, price is an always-existing cue, definite evaluation criteria, and easily accessible information in the purchasing process. Considering the concept of the clothing-price in a comprehensive perspective encompassing economic, psychological and marketing perspectives, a theoretical model was developed. The model includes souses and dimensions of price perception and related behaviors. Souses of price perception were: the actual retail price at selling point, the internal reference price and external reference price. The dimensions of price perception included sacrifice perception, economic value perception, inference, savings perception and price as information perception. Clothing price related behaviors that flowed these dimensions were: low price consciousness, value for money consciousness, price-quality inference, price-prestige inference, sale proneness and price mavenism. An empirical study was conducted to validate the theoretical model. A questionnaire was developed and data were collected from 680 adult women living in Seoul, Korea. Confirmatory factor analysis as well as exploratory factor analysis results showed that theorized price related behaviors were successful classifications.
Purpose: This study examines how psychological heuristics influence stock price dynamics in Korea's distribution industry after significant price shocks. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: The study analyzes daily stock price movements exceeding 10% for Korean distribution companies from 1993 to 2022. It establishes anchoring heuristic reference points, including the 52-week high and low, and segments the sample based on company size and volatility. Results: We analyzed a sample previously studied by Lee et al. (2023). Our findings indicate that when a stock experiences a positive (negative) price shock near its 52-week high (or lowest price), investors in large (small) companies exhibit an optimism (pessimism) bias. This leads to overreactions and subsequent stock price reversals after the event date. Conversely, when a stock encounters a negative (positive) price shock near its 52-week high (or lowest price), investorstend to underreact due to anchoring heuristics. Thisresultsin a drift effect on the stock price after the event day. Notably, investor behavior around 52-week highs or lows directly impacts their heuristic behavior related to those price points. Conclusions: This paper uniquely examines behavioral biases among distribution-related stock investors in Korea, shedding light on stock price reversal and drift effects.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the purchasing behavior related factors of Small Store User in Yhasi street of Dong-Sung Ro, Daegu. The study examines the behavior of stock prices after large price changes. It further examines the effect of firm size on stock returns, and the presence of the disposition effect. The study employs the event study methodology using daily price data from Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) for the period January 2001 to July 2012. Furthermore, to examine the factors that explain stock price behavior after large price movements, the study employs a two-way fixed-effect model that allows for the analysis of unobservable company and time fixed effects that explain market reversals or continuation. The findings suggest that winners perform better than losers after experiencing large price shocks thus showing a momentum behavior. In addition, the winners remain the winner, while the losers continue to lose more. This suggests that most of the investors in PSX behave rationally. Further, the study finds no evidence of disposition effect in PSX. The investors underreact to new information and the prices continue to move in the direction of initial change. The pooled regression estimates show that firm size is positively related to post-event abnormal returns while the fixed-effect model reveals the presence of unobservable firm-specific and time-specific effects that account for price continuation.
When consumers choose healthy foods, they base their buying decisions on health-related food labeling and quality assessment of taste, health, and price. Moreover, both purchase experience and opinions of family and friends affect consumer choices. Focusing on these points, this study examined the effects of health-related food labeling on consumer choices by adding two variables-quality assessment of taste, health, and price and purchase experience-to the model of the theory of planned behavior. We also used structural equation modeling to test our hypotheses. In the study, health-related food labeling includes organic labeling, nutrient claims, and food additive labeling. We conducted a mail survey among 300 married women who buy cheese slices for their children more than once a month. It was discovered that health-related food labeling positively affected the level of quality assessment of taste, health, and price, and consequently led to positive attitudes and purchase intentions. Particularly, health-related food labeling positively influenced attitude toward using products without assessing the quality of taste, health, and price. The level of quality assessment of price positively affected attitude toward using and purchasing products, and purchase experience positively affected attitude toward using and purchasing products, and purchase intentions. The relationship between attitude to purchasing products and purchase intentions was the most positive, and the relationship between perceived behavioral control and purchase intentions was not significant. Overall, this study essentially contributes to the development of a theoretical framework of food labeling and consumer choices, which includes quality assessment of taste, health, and price and purchase experience, by using the theory of planned behavior.
In this study, we examined relationship among social class, conspicious consumption, dimensions of clothing price, and clothing buying behavior. The data were obtained by 290 female college students using questionnaire. The questionnaire were consist of four parts, dimensions of clothing price, conspicious consumption, clothing buying behavior, demographic factors. And the data were analysed with frequency, $x^2$-test, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA and Duncan test. The results were as follows. First, there was significant differences in social class and their attitude on dimensions of clothing price. Upper class consumers evaluate clothing price as Quality and dignity, on the other hand, lower class consumers perceived it as tendency for discount. Second, clothing selective standards was founded significantly different in social class. Clothing symbolic factor was more important to the upper class then lower class. Third, upper class consumers had a tendency of purchasing more clothes than lower class, and spend more money on clothing. Fourth, there was significant differences in conspicious consumption group and their attitude on dimensions of clothing price. Fifth, when conspicious consumption tendency is higher, importance of clothing price is highly perceived by college student. Sixth, Amount of clothing purchase and clothing expenditure were significantly different in conspicious consumption group. Consumers tend to buy more clothes and spend more money on clothes when they had high tendency in conspicious consumption.
The purpose of this study was to examine the post-purchasing behavior focusing on dissatisfaction and complaint behavior. There were some studies concerning dissatisfaction in on-line shopping related to satisfaction and intention to re-buying, but did not focus the relationship with complaint behavior, or identified the factors specifically related to consumer's dissatisfaction. In this study, it was examined to minimize the consumer's dissatisfaction and complaint behavior by investigating the detailed factors relating dissatisfactions and complaint behaviors after shopping apparel goods on the internet. Two hundred fifty five customers who had purchased fashion products in internet shopping had participated in this study. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, regression analysis using SPSS program. As the result, first, product, delivery, returning and price factor were extracted as factors of dissatisfaction, and as factors of complaint behavior, legal action, private action, remedial action were investigated. Second, dissatisfaction was significantly effected on complaint behavior. Specially, returning factor and price factor had effect on legal action, product, delivery factor had on private action and returning factor had affected remedial action. Third, more purchasing frequency, less dissatisfaction. Also, female had more dissatisfaction than male. Finally, more dissatisfaction and compliant behavior, less repurchasing intention. Based on these results, internet shopping fashion marketing strategies were suggested.
Purpose - This study aims to identify the effect of corporate eco-friendly marketing, which focuses on corporate social responsibility, on the environment, natural preservation and protection, and environmental concern among consumers. Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 92 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. A structured model was established and a 3-step mediated regression test was employed to see how consumers' perception of ethical consumer behavior and price sensitivity are influential in relation to the impact of consumer's perception of eco-friendliness on the using intention in relation to eco-friendly products. Results - Three factors of eco-friendly perception all have a positive impact on ethical consumer behavior, thus lowering their price sensitivity. In particular, it is found that environmental knowledge and environmental concern are important to promote ethical consumer behavior. Conclusion - It is found that, to increase the using intention of eco-friendly products, an enterprise should practice an eco-friendly marketing strategy, deliver eco-friendly related knowledge, and include contents to allow consumers to take an interest in the environment for effective performance of marketing.
