This paper presents the development of the FCF method for the manufacturing of final products using numbers related to the minimum amount of work. The utilized product is a drum clutch, which is part of the transmission of an automobile. A double acting press is secured first and a prediction of the forming load on the practical material is made through an experiment with a plasticine model. Also, a finite element simulation using product shape and properties is performed, as well as a press experiment. A double acting press is manufactured that is suitable for a double acting experiment with a conventional hydraulic press(200 tons). A peripheral device for the press is additionally designed for experimental purposes. And, the press has as its essential points the drive speed, stroke control, etc., all of which influence the forming and is modified. Especially, a laser system is used for velocity measurement of two punches. The forming load of a practical material is predicted in order to derive a forming load formula for cold conditions on the basis of approximate similarity theory. Finite element analysis of the relative velocity ratio(RVR), etc., for most suitable flow defect(unfilling, etc.) prevention is achieved as well. The results are verified through a press experiment.

In order to provide a safe free-weight-training environment to people without workout trainers, we suggest a smart bench press machine with an automatic weight control system sensitive to user tiredness. Physical weight plates on the machine are replaced with a hydraulic cylinder as a press load and the cylinder knob is coupled with a step motor to change its tensile force automatically in-between lifting exercises. Three subjects participated to verify the usability of the smart bench press machine. They were asked to lift a 6-RM press load 10 times with 3 different lifting conditions: 1) no assistance, 2) a human assistance, and 3) the automatic weight control. All subjects were not able to complete the 10 sets without assistance due to tiredness, but they finished the full sets under the two assistive conditions. Average lifting speeds under the automatic weight control condition showed the most consistent level. Normalized quasi-tension data based on surface electromyogram signals of both Pectoralis Majors revealed that the subjects maintained the target muscle activation level above 50% but not more than 80% throughout the 10 sets. Therefore, the smart bench press machine is expected to both keep pace with the lifting exercise and reduce risk of injuries due to excessive muscle tensions.

The differential gear system is a device designed to distribute the driving force of both vehicle wheels and control the rotational speed when the vehicle turns on a curve. The differential device consists of a differential gear case, a ring gear, and a pressure ring. A differential pinion gear and side gear are mounted on the differential pinion shaft inside the differential gear case. In this study, a pin press-fitting device that mounts the pinier gear and side gear to the differential pinion shaft in the differential gear case was designed, and a jig device for pin press-fitting using servo press was developed. In addition, by precisely measuring the pin press-in load and press-in distance according to the pin hole diameter of the differential gear shaft, the optimization of the pin pressin process was established.

지역신문이 처한 복합적 위기 상황에 대해 지역신문발전지원특별법에 의한 공적 지원이 시행되었다. 이 법안의 제정 목적은 지역신문의 발전기반을 조성하는 것에 그치지 않고 궁극적으로 여론 다양성을 보장하여 민주주의를 실현함에 있다. 이 연구에서는 공공재로서의 성격을 가지는 지역신문에 투입된 공적 지원이 제도적 평가와 함께 지역민, 즉 수용자의 여론 다양성 보장에 영향을 미치고 있는지, 또 이러한 공적 지원으로 인해 지역신문의 공익적 가치가 증대되고 있는지 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 지역신문의 정기구독자 중 시민단체의 모니터 활동 참여자를 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행했다. 지난 3년 동안의 기금 지원에 대한 효과는 기사를 통한 지면의 개선이 가장 컸고 신문사 사원들과 독자들에게서도 인식의 변화가 있었다는 것이다. 기사의 다양성도 증가되었으나 취재비지원에 대해서는 긍정적 평가와 부정적 평가가 공존했고, 대체로 장기적 효과에 대해서는 회의적이었다. 결국 지역의 신문 수용자는 지역신문이 질적인 개선과 함께 여론 다양성 보장을 위해 기금 지원은 필요하나 수용자적 입장에서의 여론 다양성을 보장하는가에 대한 평가를 고려하고 기금 지원의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안이 마련돼야 한다는 입장이라 할 수 있다. 지역신문법에 대한 수용자 관점의 평가를 알아보는 것은 매우 중요한 의미를 지니는데, 한국사회에서 언론의 역할, 특히 지역 언론의 역할과 기능에 대한 책임을 지역 수용자가 요구할 수 있다는 것은 민주주의를 성장시킬 수 있는 동력이 되기 때문이다.

이 연구는 언론인들이 기사를 생산함에 있어서 스스로 전문성, 공정성을 판단할 때 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가에 대한 것이다. 슈메이커와 리즈의 계층 모델을 이론적 근거로 하여 뉴스생산 환경의 차이, 조직과 개인의 정치적 성향 일치도, 기자들의 업무 수행 자유도에 따라 언론인이 전문성과 공정성 인식에 어떠한 영향을 받는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 온라인 매체 종사자들이 오프라인 매체 종사자들보다 자신들의 보도 공정성을 높게 평가했다. 둘째, 오프라인과 온라인 매체 종사자 간에 조직의 정치 성향 일치도 판단에 있어서 차이가 났고, 이러한 인식이 언론 공정성 평가에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 업무 수행 자유도가 높을수록 언론의 공정성을 높게 평가했고, 언론 보도의 공정성을 높게 평가할수록 업무를 전문적이라고 평가했다. 이는 소속 매체 특성에 따라 인식의 차이가 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 이 연구의 의의는 한국언론진흥재단에서 실시하고 있는 '언론인 의식조사'의 설문 원시 자료를 활용하여 2차 자료 분석을 통해 연구했다는 점이다. 특히 소속 매체에 따라 조직의 정치적 성향, 업무 수행 자유도 측면에서 뉴스 생산 환경에 대한 우리나라 언론인들의 인식이 어떠한지 분석했다는 점에서 저널리즘 측면의 의의가 있다. 언론의 공정성과 전문성 평가에 영향을 미치는 요인은 결국 기사의 질이라는 결과물로 나타나기 때문에 뉴스생산 환경의 정치적 자유가 매우 중요하다는 것을 추론할 수 있다.

The most product is manufactured by mould in usual life. From drawing to manufacturing is to be automatically. But inspection is handwork usually. An alternative idea of this problem is reverse engineering. In this study, press forming is measured by 3D non-contact coordinate measuring machine and problem will be analyzed by comparing with 3D data Through the study, it will achieve improvement of press mould process.

A single action press robot, which consists of a driving unit, rotator, up-down feed base and feed bar, is developed and applied for the press automation. The driving unit is made up with a face cam and blade cam, which have a phase angle. The feeding system consists of a double speed-up apparatus and linear motion guides, and has a fast motion characteristics. A horizontal feeding speed of the feed bar is increased twice by the double speed-up apparatus. The driving mechanism could be simplified due to the speed-up of the feeding unit.

The PTP (Press-Through-Pack) has been widely used as a packing material for tablets and capsules. But esophageal foreign bodies attributed to the PTP may cause injury to esophageal mucous membrane, potentially inducing severe complications such as hemorrhage, perforation, etc. We report three cases of PTP foreign bodies in esophagus with reference to recent literature.

In this study, it was researched a kind of the press machines which had been retained in the domestic press working companies. And then it was analysed the present conditions with the working types, the size of companies, the aging types and the continuous working periods. Specially, the purpose of this paper is decreased the industrial accidents of the domestic press working companies by the proposing the safe prevention which are obtained by the analysing the accidential reasons.

본 연구는 언론보도에 의한 초상권 침해 관련 판결의 추이와 승패 여부, 원인 등 초상권 침해를 둘러싼 언론소송 특성을 고찰하기 위한 것으로 최종심 판결이 처음 나오기 시작한 1990년부터 2014년까지 언론보도에 의한 초상권 침해 관련 판결 81건을 전부 수집해 판결문을 분석했다. 분석결과 언론을 상대로 제기된 초상권 침해 관련 소송의 최종심 재판 결과가 처음 나온 것은 1990년이다. 1990년대에는 주로 선정적 보도가 많았던 월간잡지를 대상으로 하는 초상권 분쟁이 많았으나 2000년대 들어서는 방송을 대상으로 한 초상권 침해분쟁이 크게 늘어났다. 2000년 이후에는 초상권 관련 언론소송의 71% 가량이 방송에 집중됐다. 방송의 영향력이 커진데다 영상을 필수로 하는 방송의 특성상 초상권 침해 소지가 높았기 때문이다. 특히 2005년 "언론중재법"이 시행된 후 초상권 관련 소송이 급격히 늘어난 것은 주목할 만한 현상이다. 초상권 관련 언론소송 81건 가운데 언론사가 승소한 사건은 23건으로 언론사 승소비율은 28. 4%에 그쳤다. 이는 법원이 언론매체의 특수성을 고려하기보다는 일반인의 초상권 보호를 우선으로 고려한 결과로 분석된다. 하지만 원고가 공인인 경우 언론사 승소율이 52. 9%에 달해 일반인 경우의 언론 승소율 22%보다 월등히 높아 언론사를 상대한 초상권 소송에서 공인이 일반인에 비해서 불리했던 것으로 나타났다. 이는 1997년 이후 활발하게 논의되기 시작한 공인 이론의 적용으로 공인에 대한 언론의 감시기능을 법원이 인정한 것으로 볼 수 있다.
