정기검사하에서 준비태세의 부품에 대한 최적예방교환 (Optimal Preventive Replacement under Periodic Inspections for an Item in Preparedness)

  • This paper concerns with preventive replacement under periodic inspections for an item (system) which is in a state of preparedness. The item is subject to wear. The item fails randomly but the failure rate depends on the accumulated wear. The item is preventively replaced if it survives a certain wear limit at periodic inspections. The foiled item is, however, replaced at periodic inspections. Given the costs for replacements and inspections, and the penalty cost of the time elapsed between failure und its detection, the optimal wear limit according to the long-run expected cost per unit time criterion is derived. It has been proved that the optimal wear limit is unique if an item has increasing weer-dependent failure rate. A numerical example for a stationary gamma wear process with Weibull distributed failure is given to show its applicability.

농업가뭄의 평가를 위한 가뭄지수의 적용성 분석

  • The objictive of this study is to analyze regional drought using agricultural drought indicator. Toforecast and evaluate the drought, the drought indices for agriculture were applied. In the present drought preparedness plans of Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF), it is prescribed that the preparedness levels should be classified by considering the precipitation, reservoir storage, soil moisture in paddy and upland, and the growing status of crops. There are many drought index to analyze and evaluate the drought. However, these indices do not exactly explain all drought events. Thus, we select 4 drought indices to evaluate agricultural drought:reservoir storage index, 3-month delayed SPI, mean rainfall index, and dry day index. Using these ineices, six drought stages are classified. The results show that agricultural drought could be apprppriately analyzed and evaluated by agricultural drought stage and four drought indices.

  • 사고대비물질 취급 사업장에서 사고가 발생하면 일반 화학물질사고보다 더 많은 인명, 재산피해를 야기한다. 사고를 예방하기 위해 여러 시스템들과 제도들을 개발하고 있지만, 사고발생의 주원인인 작업자의 오류를 제거 또는 감소시키기 위한 기술들은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 2012년 9월 구미 불산 누출사고 case study를 통해 국내기술지침들을 기반으로 위험작업 수치화 및 잠재위험확인, 작업평가를 수행하였으며 기존 시스템들을 보완하기 위한 새로운 risk mapping 방법론 개발에 관한 연구를 진행하였다.
