많은 조직들이 여전히 정보보안 수준을 향상시키기 위해 공식적/비공식적 통제 메커니즘(예. 정책, 절차, 조직 문화)의 향상에 상당한 노력을 쏟고 있으나, 이러한 메커니즘의 영향과 효과에 대한 연구는 아직 초기 수준이다. 보안 정책의 실행가능성을 높이기 위한 가장 확실한 방법 중 하나는 준수자들로 하여금 정책을 이해하고 필수요소로 받아들이게 하는 것이다. 하지만 조직 구성원들의 보안에 관한 지식 및 인지의 부족은 여전히 주요한 문제이다. 그동안 많은 연구에서 보안 지식과 인지를 높이기 위해 보안인식 교육의 수행을 주장하였으나 많은 연구에서 제시된 결과는 일관되지 않는다. 따라서 본 연구는 왜 보안인식 교육이 효과적이지 못한지 그 의문에 대한 해답을 찾기 위해 수행되었다.

Vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) have emerged as important healthcare-associated infection since last two decades. ChromID VRE agar (cIDVA) is useful for VRE rectal swab screening. We investigated all VRE were isolated on the cIDVA. A total of 363 rectal swabs of 85 patients to test VRE screening were inoculated into bile-esculin (B-E) broth with $6{\mu}g/mL$ vancomycin. After 24 hours incubation, we subcultured B-E broths were changed to black onto cIDVA. All isolates were identified by the MICROSCAN and VITEK2. The vanA gene and vancomycin minimal inhibition concentration (MIC) were detected by PCR and E-test respectively. 277 E. faecium (84.7%), 16 E. faecalis (4.9%), 25 E. avium (7.6%), 8 E. gallinarum (2.4%) and 1 E. raffinosus (0.3%) were isolated. 10.3% of VRE detected on cIDVA were other than E. faecium and E. faecalis that presented various color from colorless to pale violet. All isolates contained vanA and vancomycin MIC were > $256{\mu}g/mL$. VRE isolates other than E. faecium and E. faecalis should be objective to the contact precautions for healthcare-associated infection control if they possess vanA gene. Due to emerging enterococci carrying vanA such as E. avium, E. gallinarum, and E. raffinosus, VRE surveillance should be expanded to all isolates on chromogenic agar.

Lately each country tends to provide neutrality and ease of enforcement in order to settle disputes related to international trade through commercial arbitration. In order to expand the use of arbitration systems, most countries accept arbitration agreements as an effective tool agreed between parties that express their intent to settle disputes by the arbitration. It is applied equally to selective arbitration agreements and parties can select either arbitration or lawsuit to settle disputes based on the contract intent for selective arbitration agreements. However, China does not admit the effectiveness of selective arbitration agreements. Chinese courts regard selective arbitration agreements as not valid because the contract of a selective arbitration agreement between parties is not a definite expression to only use the arbitration and there is no exclusion of court jurisdiction. Therefore, the study attempts to consider effective conditions for selective arbitration agreements in the Chinese arbitration act and other relevant regulations, and also verifies the judgment by Chinese courts on relevant disputes. As a result, the study explores some problems and implications of Chinese selective arbitration agreements and suggests some precautions in case Korean companies pursue selective arbitration agreements with Chinese enterprises and investors.

세계적인 소비자 보호의 추세확산에 따라 선진국은 제조물 책임법을 이미 시행하고 있고, 우리나라는 2002년 7월 시행하게 되었다. 대부분 제조물에 초점을 이루고 있지만 특히, 식품의 경우 많은 소송이 제기될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 엄청난 피해와 기업의 손실도 막대할 것이다. 따라서 경제력 제고 및 소비자의 안정성 확보를 위한 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 1. 제품정보와 품질안전을 쉽게 이해하기 위한 각종 수단을 강구한다. 2. 모든 PL대응 활동을 문서화하라. 3. 소비자의 피해에 초동 대응하라. 4. 평소에 안전기업 이미지를 구축한다. 5. 품질경영 시스템 수립 및 표준화의 유효한 수단이 ISO9000과 HACCP, PLMS를 시행한다. 6. 협력업체의 PL대응도 지원하라. 7. 업계 공동의 PL대응책을 모색하라.

The purpose of this article is to examine the Delays of Performance under UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In theory, there exist three clearly distinguishable categories of breach of contract, namely non-performance, non-conforming performance and late performance. In particular, delays of performance are the most common breach of sales contract including late delivery, late payment or late performance of any other obligation. In this regard, this article examines how parties can, through careful drafting, avoid or minimize legal problems in case of delay in performance. Especially, the export perspective focuses on the seller's interests, which require that sanctions be as lenient as possible if the seller has breached the contract but that there are prompt and adequate sanctions if the buyer has breached the contract. Furthermore, the seller should ensure that a short or medium delay in delivery will not entitle the buyer to declare the contract immediately avoided and take precautions against late payment, including delayed opening of a letter of credit.

In this study, the area of interest(AOI) of Soju ad poster was tracked for analysis the time to frist fixation, the average of fixation duration and count by the study indexes. As a result of the analysis, Visual attention was higher the face than the body shape of the ad model. This means "when we look at printed ads, we see picture elements first, not language one" but language elements can't be overlooked either. Also, the importance of the model role could be verified by measuring the visual attention on the Soju ad poster. Based on the results of this study, if further research on ad posters is carried out and scientific and quantitative interpretation methods are presented, it can be used as product marketing data that can be reflected in ad model selection and poster design.

본 논문에서는 환경 사고에 대해 사전 예방 조치에 주안점을 둔 TMS(굴뚝배출가스 감시시스템)용 실시간 영상 모니터링 시스템을 제안하였다. 기존 시스템의 문제점을 보완하기 위하여, 제안한 시스템에서는 실시간 대기오염 물질의 분석 수치와 영상 신호를 동시에 모니터 상에 나타내며 이를 통하여 대기오염물질의 실시간 감시가 가능하도록 하였다. 또한, 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템에서는 대기오염물질의 실시간 추이를 산업체의 환경부서 담당자나 운전원이 아니라도 확인이 가능하다.

This thesis' "Hwang Jae Nai Kyung(黃帝內經)", it is one among Uihak5kyung(醫學五經), is originally total of 18 volumes, the first half of 9 volumes are Somun(素問) and the latter half of the others are Youngchu(靈樞). Also, it is best of old book and literature integrating process of Chinese's medicine. Somun(素問) is comprehensive and extensive principles from fundamental problem of medical science related etiology, pathology, physiology to such parts of preventive medicine as regimen, recuperation. Moreover, therapeutic part of diagnosis and remedy, practice of acupuncture and moxibustion is recorded to Youngchu(靈樞). In the "Hwang Jae Nai Kyung(黃帝內經)", basic system takes precautions and medical cure for disease by approaching not method analyzing body but fundamentals of oriental medicine observed as organizing relation. For the purpose of mixing up beauty based on Buddhism of books, we shall pursuit notion of beauty treatment to method improving health because period flowing is changed to real well-being culture chasing outside beauty and healthy life. Then, to come close for part of oriental medicine and cosmetology, we shall present method of meridian pathways and understand device for cosmetic improvement by analyzing relation to 12 of pathways, the five viscera and the six entrails & skin.

Due to the rapidly aging population, the death rate of elderly people by safety accidents has been increasing. In particular, precautions are needed for falls prevention because they either directly or indirectly cause death. In the case of elderly people, most of the fall accidents occur in dense residential areas, and particularly, the staircase poses a risk of falling. Therefore, a safety assessment should be performed from the design phase. However, in general, staircases are designed using existing stair data or only aims to satisfy the installation criteria. Laws and regulations only define minimum requirements for safety, so it is not possible to prevent fall accidents even if they satisfy the requirements. Therefore, this study proposes a simulation-based method for evaluating the safety of staircases. The behavioral characteristics of the elderly are implemented to an virtual user in a virtual space including staircases, and fall accidents are evaluated by the evaluation logic related to the behavioral characteristics. The result shows that the safety of staircases can be preevaluated and reflected on the design to reduce the possibility of fall accidents of the elderly.

주요 철골구조체는 일정한 시간동안 내화성능을 발휘하기 위한 내화조치를 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 철골기둥의 내화피복 국내인정 제품의 내화성능을 분석 평가함을 목적으로 한다. 대상제품은 보드피복과 뿜칠피복 두 종류의 제품을 대상으로 하여 샘플연구를 하였다. 국내기준과 유럽기준에 기초하여 제품의 내화성능을 분석하였다. 또한 국내기준을 유럽기준의 성능설계관점에서 분석 고찰하였다. 온도적 측면에서 국내기준의 내화성능은 일반적으로 안전하다고 사료되지만, 재료의 물성치 자료확충, 강재온도 산정방법, 프로필계수, 화재시 내력검증 등의 특성을 반영할 필요가 있다고 사료된다.
