카메룬 유일의 직업훈련교사 자격 훈련기관인 '카메룬 국립직업훈련교육원(NIVTPD)'의 설립을 위해 본 연구진은 NIVTPD의 마스터 교사들을 대상으로 교과과정 개발법, 교재 개발 방법 및 개발, 강의전략 수립법 및 강의지도서 작성, 강의계획 및 계획서 작성, 강의안 작성법 등의 역량 강화 훈련을 하였다. 또한 시범연수를 통해 실 강의까지 해봄으로써 실제 NIVTPD의 운영에 대비하였다. 이 논문은 NIVTPD에서의 훈련을 통해 얻은 내용이 강의실 수업 성과에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 두 가지 다른 설문 조사(기초선 및 종료 선 조사)와 두 가지 다른 시험(진입 레벨 테스트(Pretest) 및 성취 수준 시험(Posttest))를 실시한 결과와 그에 따른 분석 결과를 포함한다. 설문 조사 결과는 직업훈련 인터페이스의 현재 상황을 파악하고 커리큘럼을 통합, 수정 및 개선하여 NIVTPD의 교육 프로그램을 개선하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 시험 결과는 직업훈련교사의 교육학적 지식 수준을 파악하고 향후 자격을 수여하기 위한 지표로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

" Analyzing on an object in the sphere of domestic law with the method of international law" has been already on the horizon in international law. For the lawyers of international law and space law, it is quite natural that they utilize the method of international law, whatever objects they may choice. The reason is that the characteristic of international law do not depend upon object in itself, but depend upon method in itself. The object of this paper is the idea of Peaceful Use(IPU or PU) in Japanese Space Policy. The method to be applied to this analysis is the international law's interpretation theory on legal principles, i.e., the method of international law. One of the aims of this paper is to explain critically the need of review on IPU in Japanese Space Policy; in particular with respect to the positive reconstruction of IPU through historical analyzing on the transfiguration and the mere shell of the Post-War Japanese Pacifism(PJP) as the starting point of IPU The historical process of the transfiguration and the mere shell is as followed .i.e.," from the ultranationalism in the pre-war Japan to PJP in the post-war Japan, from PJP to IPU, and from IPU to IPU's regression. In particular with respect to the interpretation theory, the meaning of the teleological, aims and objects school's approach on the interpretation of legal principles(P) has been emphasized. The reason is that the promising development of IPU will be realized by cooperating with the interpretation theory on P in international law. At the end of the beginning, I'd like to quote K. Marx's thesis in order to make the positions and missions the lawyers of international law and space clear. It is as follows, i.e.," THE PHILOSOPHERS HAVE ONLY INTERPRETED THE WORLD IN VARIOUS WAYS - THE POINT, HOWEVER IS TO CHANGE IT.

도심 하천복원사업의 정책적 방향을 도출하기 위한 기초연구로서, 이미 사업이 종료된 청계천 복원사업에 대한 사후 비용편익 항목과 분석방안을 제시하고자 한다. 사후 비용편익 항목을 도출하기 위해 사전 비용편익분석의 비용과 편익항목에 대하여 비판적으로 검토하였다. 검토의견과 예비타당성 표준지침, 비용편익분석 이론 등에 근거하여 사후 비용편익 분석방안을 제시하였다. 그 결과, 비용부문에는 보상비, 갈등조정비, 연구 및 홍보비, 감면받은 유지용수, 물 값 등이 포함되었다. 편익부문에는 환경개선편익 추정시 하천의 자연도 평가를 포함한 다속성 평가기법을 적용하도록 제안하였다. 이와 같은 사후 비용편익 항목과 분석방안이 제시됨으로써 도심 하천복원사업의 효율성이 증대되고, 하천복원의 의미에 더 부합되도록 사업을 평가할 수 있다.

2년 발암성 독성시험의 실시와 평가에 대해서는 많은 논란이 있었다. 2년 발암성 시험의 유용성에 대한 많은 비판에도 불구하고 설치류를 이용한 발암성 시험은 사람의 발암성을 예측 할 수 있는 유일한 평가 시스템으로 인식되어 있으며, 아직 이를 대체할 만한 평가 방법은 없다고 할 수도 있다. 그간 규제기관과 학계에서는 다양한 발암성 평가모델을 제시해 왔지만 이런 시험 모델들이 과학적 타당성과 검증된 데이터에 근거하는지에 대해서는 논란이 있다. 2년 설치류 발암성 시험에 제기되는 문제들 즉, 종 및 품종의 선택, 용량설정, 시험기간, 군당 동물의 수, 배경병변, 검사항목, 시험 종료시 측정항목, 병리의 피어리뷰, 통계, 대체시험 모델, 종양의 평가, 그리고 위해성 평가 등에 대하여 검토하였다.

Purpose: Crisis is inevitable to every organization and therefore, successful crisis management is critical to the organizations' survival and prosperity. With the understanding, this study aims to draw propositions for successful crisis management of hospitals when facing infectious disease outbreak. For the purpose, a case of a small and medium sized hospital's experience of crisis management during 2015 Middle East Respiratory Syndrome outbreak was analyzed. Methodology/Approach: The detailed internal circumstances and experiences of the hospital during the MERS outbreak were identified by in-depth interview as well as the extensive material review, and analyzed under the view of the theories of accident, error, and crisis in relation of organization management Findings: Overall, nine propositions are drawn by the phase of crisis. In pre-crisis phase, for example, 'the hospital preparedness has positive influence on the effective responding to the crisis'. In detection phase, 'the mindfulness of the hospital organizations' as well as the individuals' has positive influence on detecting the crisis signals'. In crisis phase, for example, 'improvising naturally occurs in crisis by the unknown disease, therefore, a component site supervisor coordinating such improvision is important'. Lastly, in post-crisis phase, 'successful crisis responding experience facilitates the positive hospital culture'. Practical implication: From the experience of a small and medium size hospital, it is suggested that proactive system approach oriented by safety is beneficial for effective crisis management.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅은 사용자의 위치, 상태, 행동정보, 주변 상황 등의 컨텍스트를 인식할 수 있게 하였는데 이로 인해 사용자에게 필요한 서비스를 빠르고 정확하게 제공해 줄 수 있게 되었다. 이와 같은 개인화 추천 서비스는 사용자의 컨텍스트 정보를 인식하고 해석하는 추론기술이 필요한데 본 논문에서는 실생활과 가장 밀접한 음식점을 날씨, 시간, 요일, 위치의 모바일 컨텍스트 데이터를 기반으로 행동 패턴을 추론하여 추천하는 모델을 연구한다. 연구를 위해 자사에서 직접 서비스 하고 있는 사용자 평가 기반 음식점 추천 서비스의 장소와 사용자 생성 데이터를 활용하였고, 행동패턴을 추론하기 위해 나이브 베이즈 방정식을 사용했다. 그리고 선호도 예측 알고리즘을 활용하여 추천 장소를 선정하였다. 시스템으로 구현하여 평가 기반의 추천 방식보다 본 논문에서 제시한 연구의 우수성도 입증하였다.

기업간 전자상거래는 기업간 거래에서 발생하는 거래비용이 감소되고 생산성은 크게 향상되어 전체시장 규모에서 차지하는 비중이 급격히 증가할 것으로 예측되었다. 또한, Malone et al.(1987)은 정보기술의 발전과 활용으로 거래비용이 감소되어 기업간 거래는 다수의 구매자와 다수의 공급자들이 거래하는 전자적 시장구조를 가지게 될 것이라고 주장하였다. 그러나, 이후의 연구들은 위계구조나 구매자가 총급자의 수를 소수로 제한하여 거래될 것이라는 사례들을 발표하였다. 본 연구는 정보기술, 특히, 인터넷의 도입이 자산 특수성과 불확실성에 어떤 영향을 미치며, 이러한 영향이 거래 구조를 어떻게 변화시키는지 인터넷 구매 시스템을 활용하여 건설자재를 전자적으로 구매하고 있는 I사의 사례를 통해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 인터넷이 구매자와 공급자의 거래에 다음과 같은 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 인터넷의 도입은 전자시장의 확대를 강화하였는데 자산 특수성이 낮은 제품보다 자산 특수성이 높은 제품의 시장화를 더욱 가능하게 하였다. 둘째, 인터넷의 도입은 제품의 불확실성이나 거래의 불확실성의 감소에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 그러나, 사전적인 심사 프로세스에 의한 거래 당사자들의 기회주의의 감소는 전자 시장의 확대에 간접적인 영향을 미친다.

유엔임무단에 파병되는 한국군의 평화활동 성과를 측정하는 현행평가방식에 대해 적절성, 타당성, 신뢰성문제가 불가피하게 제기되고 있다. 이에 본고는 유엔현장임무단과 국제개발커뮤니티에서 널리 채택한 바 있는 성과기반평가(RBE)모델을 한국군 파병부대의 평화활동에 부합하도록 보완 및 적용하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과, 논리체계모형을 토대로 기획과 평가단계를 통합하는 RBE모델을 토대로 파병 전기획, 파병기간 중 모니터링과 단계적 평가, 파병 후 영향평가의 사이클로 귀결되는 틀을 제안하였다. 둘째, 현행 한국군 평화활동의 모니터링과 평가체계를 RBE모델 기준을 적용하여 검증한 결과, 평가조직 운용 및 논리체계모형에 해당되는 요소들이 기준을 충족하지 못하거나 부분적으로만 충족하였고 파병사후 영향평가는 거의 수행하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 전술한 문제점들의 해결방안과 민-관-군 분야 전문가가 참여하는 합동조사단 운용을 정책제안으로 제시하였다.

Background: The main purpose of drug delivery systems is to deliver the drugs at the appropriate concentration to the precise target site. Recently, the application of a thin film in the field of drug delivery has gained increasing interest because of its ability to safely load drugs and to release the drug in a controlled manner, which improves drug efficacy. Drug loading by the thin film can be done in various ways, depending on type of the drug, the area of exposure, and the purpose of drug delivery. Main text: This review summarizes the various methods used for preparing thin films with drugs via Layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly. Furthermore, additional functionalities of thin films using surface modification in drug delivery are briefly discussed. There are three types of methods for preparing a drug-carrying multilayered film using LbL assembly. First methods include approaches for direct loading of the drug into the pre-fabricated multilayer film. Second methods are preparing thin films using drugs as building blocks. Thirdly, the drugs are incorporated in the cargo so that the cargo itself can be used as the materials of the film. Conclusion: The appropriate designs of the drug-loaded film were produced in consideration of the release amounts and site of the desired drug. Furthermore, additional surface modification using the LbL technique enabled the preparation of effective drug delivery carriers with improved targeting effect. Therefore, the multilayer thin films fabricated by the LbL technique are a promising candidate for an ideal drug delivery system and the development possibilities of this technology are infinite.
