The aim of this study is to find out directions for development of soundscape design for creating a unique sound culture in a region, and to search for the practical strategies toward a soundscape design movement in Korea. For these specific aims, several components in soundscape through considering from original conception and ideology of soundscape, such as the concept of soundscape, the meaning of soundscape design, the categories of soundscape researh : keynote sounds, sound signals, and soundmarks, and the primary problems and strategies in the world soundscape project(WSP) are investigated. The result shows that it is necessary to practice several ways in our housing life, that is, the recovery of our coenesthesia, development of the residential environments considering the soundscape, revitalization of community consciousness, rehabilitation of the sensibility, and identity excavation of sound culture, and it is very important to spread out a plan for integrating the following four categories of strategies : conceptual, educational, political, and social.

The purpose of this paper is to provide a suggestion regarding how to make systematically improve the evacuation facilities of the cinema which is a large indoor space and utilizing by a numerous people. For the first, as a method of study, an analyzed on researching documentary recorders which are concerned with building codes regarding the evacuation facilities of cinema is made, and Secondary, carried out a survey of questionnaire for finding what the most audiences' idea regarding evacuation facilities of the cinema while they are utilizing the facilities, and analyzed the information. In the focus of the users, the result of analyzation reveals that as the item of practical facilities such as width and number of exit ways from viewer seats, width of corridors are highly suggested to improve practical system.

With development of RFID technology, medicine and national defense as well as logistics and distribution industries have tried to adopt RFID system. Small projects as well as large national projects have planned to adopt the new technology. However, a lot of companies that have promoted a RFID-based project have confronted many problems due to a lack of information about demonstration projects and absence of systematic guideline. Therefore, it's urgent to develop a practical and useful guideline for companies that have considered to adopt the RFID system. In this paper, a practical framework to adopt RFID system is suggested by five phases : establishment of project plan, analysis of objectives, selection of equipments, development/installation, and operation/post management phases. Besides, a detail method by each stages is also given. A systematic RFID system adoption procedure has been defined through an analysis on demonstrated projects and interview with an expert and the adoption method by stage has been suggested. The purpose of this paper is to minimize the entry barriers by suggesting a practical RFID adoption procedure.

This research attempted to find possibilities of the practical use utilizing geospatial methods for the balanced promotion of sustainable coastal development and preservation through a case study of Jekyll Island, one of Georgia's barrier islands. In response, this research provided ways for practical use in sustainable development and preservation plans. First this research thoroughly investigated the 1996 master plan of Jekyll Island and tried to recalculate developed and undeveloped areas. Second, new estimations for developed areas were investigated through field survey. Third, this research proposed the use of the satellite images with different levels of spatial resolutions and tested different classification schemes to find possibilities for practical use. For these purposes, first, we classified developed and undeveloped features by manual digitization using an aerial photo image with 0.5m spatial resolution. Second, a Landsat 7 ETM+ and a QuickBird satellite images with mid- and high-levels of spatial resolutions were applied to identify developed and undeveloped areas using both the National Land Cover Data (NLCD) and the Coastal Change Analysis Program (CCAP) classification schemes. Also, GEOBIA (Geographic Object-Based Image Analysis) was conducted to accurately identify developed and undeveloped areas.

This study is to present practical plan to stimulate Parallel Import Policies, Which is one of the government policies to drop import prices of imported goods. Although, preliminary studies focused on legal aspects related to Intellectual Property Right, from the perspective of trade, we conducted a study on economic aspects through parallel import, consumer welfare, etc. For this study, the parallel import system of the United States and Japan was compared with Korea and the domestic parallel import market status was analyzed by comparing market price. According to the study, the current parallel import system lacked the limits of government regulation and distribution market structure. It proposed practical plans such as political suggestions and changes in distribution structure. This study is meaningful in analyzing the problem of parallel imports that currently occur in the Korea market based on data concerning parallel imports in practical terms

The government focuses on promoting start-ups, fostering ventures, and creating an ecosystem of start-ups through the formation of a strong growth environment for small businesses. This study provides academic and practical implications about ways of improving our business incubator's support service across stages of growth through IPA. To this end, an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was conducted to analyze relationship and differences in importance and satisfaction of business incubator's support service support at business incubation center. These results present to provide the following academic and practical implications. The academic implications are the need for differences in support services for each phase of start-up growth. As factors that could increase the likelihood of successful start-up were identified in each phase of the start-up growth, important information needed for policy and strategy was provided. As a practical suggestion, the managers and expert groups are presented with sections to be opened for each start-up growth stage, minimum effort input, and areas to be maintained continuously. A systematic support plan is established and a foundation is provided for improvement measures in efficient start-up business incubator's support service.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a geography class teaching and learning guide that enables learners to realistically explore the characteristics of the world's climate and geographical environment using digital tools. Research design, data and methodology: We review previous research on classes using goal-based scenario learning models, gamification, and digital tools, and explore tools that can be applied to world geography classes. Based on the exploration results, a goal-based scenario learning module is designed and a strategy for promoting educational gamification is established based on the ADDIE instructional design model. Results: The study comprises four sessions. Sessions 1-3 involve performance evaluations using a goal-based scenario learning module. Learners create game characters reflecting geographical characteristics, present results, and proceed with 3D modeling. In Session 4, a gamification class using Google Sites on the CoSpaces metaverse platform will be conducted. Conclusions: The study introduces a goal-based scenario learning model and a gamification class using digital tools to empower learners in exploring geographical diversity and its impact on lifestyles. Utilizing an accessible online platform, the study provides practical measures for integrating digital tools into geography education, addressing the current importance of digital technology in teaching.

Currently practical examination can't function as a practical technique ability evaluation', so there is a contradiction which even though a radiologist passed an examination for license, he has to complete a training course. To improve this problem, this study tried to deduce the most reasonable plan from the analysis of propriety of currently practical examination and what improvement points are. This conduct study was compared and analyzed the performance or practical examination of radiology from leading advanced countries within the samples of 634 radiologists, 56 professors of radiology. From the result of this study, it showed that radiology practical examination was difficult to be substituted by radiology clinical training since there were some critical differences between conditions of domestic and advanced countries. Therefore, the introduction of the radiology practical examination is inevitable and necessary. However the currently practical examination can't evaluate actual practical ability, so we could conclude that converting it into OSCE (objective structured clinical examination) form is essential. From now on, we should consider more about an in-depth study on types of advanced practical examination and how to suggest and present them in order to become an one of the advanced countries for radiologic technologist.

This research is an empirical case study that suggests the practical practice and output of action plan, the actual performing activity of risk management system established to prevent and respond to risk of the elderly care facility. For this, this research analyzed the action plan practice process and outcome upon 2 years' practice (2014~2015) by A Elderly care facility which has conducted performance activity by establishing risk management system to prevent and respond to danger for the first time in Korea. As the research result, first, risk management system action plan was established in the choice and performance stage of risk prevention and response handling method, the 3rd among 4 staged process of risk management system establishment. Second, as the outcome along with risk management system action plan performance, as the result of comprehending the investigation on risk change for 2 years(2014~2015), risk decreased by 28% in 2015 compared to 2014, displaying effect in risk management activity along with performing action plan. Based on this result, it was determined that action plan for the effective action plan establishment and practice in the elderly care facility should be established with systematic promotion schedule to be well connected with its strategy, achievement goal, and achievement project, etc. based on vision and strategy, instead of being established individually, based on clear matter of responsibility, utilizing such technique as Gantt chart, etc., composing concretely by schematizing in order to view all contents to be practiced clearly.
