반도체 설비 maintenance 기술력 확보를 위한 실무 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (The Development and Application of Practical Education Program for the Acquisition of Semiconductor Equipments Maintenance Technology)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 반도체 설비 maintenance 기술력 확보를 위한 실무 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용하는데 있다. 반도체 설비 maintenance 기술력을 확보하기 위하여 HRD의 주요 분야인 교육훈련(Training & Development, T&D) 에 관하여 연구하였다. 교육훈련을 실시하기 위하여 교육설계 시 ADDIE모형을 적용하여 실무 중심의 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 반도체 제조업체인 삼성전자(주) 재직자를 대상으로 교육훈련을 실시하여 적용해봄으로써 체계적이고 효과적인 기업체 실무중심의 기술교육 프로그램을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Sensor clustering technique for practical structural monitoring and maintenance

  • In this study, an investigation of a damage detection methodology for global condition assessment is presented. A particular emphasis is put on the utilization of wireless sensors for more practical, less time consuming, less expensive and safer monitoring and eventually maintenance purposes. Wireless sensors are deployed with a sensor roving technique to maintain a dense sensor field yet requiring fewer sensors. The time series analysis method called ARX models (Auto-Regressive models with eXogeneous input) for different sensor clusters is implemented for the exploration of artificially induced damage and their locations. The performance of the technique is verified by making use of the data sets acquired from a 4-span bridge-type steel structure in a controlled laboratory environment. In that, the free response vibration data of the structure for a specific sensor cluster is measured by both wired and wireless sensors and the acceleration output of each sensor is used as an input to ARX model to estimate the response of the reference channel of that cluster. Using both data types, the ARX based time series analysis method is shown to be effective for damage detection and localization along with the interpretations and conclusions.

  • 철도 차량의 정상적 운행을 위한 정비 작업이 안전하게 이루어지기 위해서는 실제 열차 정비 환경을 직접 겪어 보며 경험을 쌓고 실무능력을 키워나가야 하지만 정비 절차에 따르는 운영상의 문제로 실제 정비를 경험하는 정비교육훈련은 어려운 상황이다. 그렇기 때문에 실제와 최대한 유사한 환경에서 체험하는 시뮬레이션을 열차 정비 교육에 적용한다면 안전한 상황에서 실제 정비 업무에 대한 지식과 경험을 쌓을 수 있고, 운영상의 교육훈련비용도 절감할 수 있다. 현재 국내와 해외에서 운용되고 있는 철도 분야의 시뮬레이션 프로그램의 경우 열차운행 위주의 교육훈련으로 설계 되어 있고, 정비관련 및 유지보수 내용에 대한 묘사는 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 열차 정비의 교육효과를 위해 교육공학이론 중 내용요소전시 이론, 상황학습 이론, 문제 중심 학습이론을 고찰하는 선행연구를 통해 열차 정비 교육 시뮬레이션을 설계한다.

유전 알고리즘에 의한 플랜트 보전을 위한 최적검사기간 결정 방법론 (Decision-making Method of Optimum Inspection Interval for Plant Maintenance by Genetic Algorithms)

  • The operation and management of a plant require proper accounting for the constraints coming from reliability requirements as well as from budget and resource considerations. Most of the mathematical methods to decide the inspection time interval for plant maintenance by reliability theory are too complicated to be solved. Moreover, the mathematical and theoretical models are not usually cases in the practical applications. In order to overcome these problems, we propose a new the decision-making method of optimal inspection interval to minimize the maintenance cost by reliability theory and genetic algorithm (GA). The most merit of the proposed method is to decide the inspection interval for a plant machine of which failure rate $\lambda$(t) conforms to any probability distribution. Therefore, this method is more practical. The efficiency of the proposed method is verified by comparing the results obtained by GA-based method with the inspection model haying regular time interval.

불완전 보전모형의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Imperfect Maintenance Models)

  • Proper maintenance techniques have been emphasized in recent years due to increased safety and reliability requirements of systems, increased complexity, and rising costs of material and labor. In the related literature, most studies assume that the system after cm or pm is 'as good as new'(perfect maintenance) or 'as bad as old'(minimal maintenance). But many maintenance activities may not result in these two extreme situations but in a complicated intermediate one. Therefore, perfect maintenance and minimal maintenance are not practical in many actual instances and so realistic imperfect maintenance should be modeled. For this study, various imperfect preventive maintenance models are investigated and analyzed. From the analysis of the imperfect maintenance models modeling methods and maintenance policies are arranged and presented some tables providing informations to the maintenance managers.

  • 기존의 철도교량 유지관리체계는 주로 정보누락, 문서위주 관리 및 유선기반의 정보수집 등으로 인하여 다양한 현장의 환경변화에 실시간 대응이 곤란하여 능동적인 철도교량 유지관리 전략 수립에 제약을 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 기반의 철도교량 유지관리 정보운용체계 구축을 위한 실무 활용모형과 건설 생애주기의 통합 정보관리체계인 BIM (Building Information Modeling) 개념을 적용하여 유지관리 통합 운용모형을 제안하고 있다. 이의 개발 및 실무적 적용의 타당성 확보를 위해 설문분석에 의한 정량적 평가를 수행하였다. 최근 철도교량의 지능형 유지관리 운영체계가 확대될 것을 고려하면, 본 연구의 제안사항은 운영체계 구축을 위한 통합 프레임워크로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • The importance of information systems(IS) operations and maintenance is increasing as the costs of IS operations and maintenance take larger share of total IS costs and organization's dependency on IS is increasing. However, this area has received relatively little attention from scholars and practitioners despite of its significance. The main objectives of this study are to provide practical guidelines for improving IS operations and maintenance practices, and to propose a research framework for this area. To accomplish this objectives, the following three issues are investigated. First, IS operations and maintenance practices of a case company are analyzed. Second, the current practices are compared with best practices. Finally, suggestions are made based on the analyses to improve the IS operations and maintenance practices.

지속가능한 전통마을의 유지와 관리방법론의 개발 - 한국과 일본의 비교 연구 - (A Development of Methodology for Maintenance and Management of the Sustainable Traditional Village in Korea - A Comparative Study of Korea and Japan -)

  • This paper is designed to find and develop new concepts for the sustainable traditional village in Korea. To this end, it is necessary that concern for the traditional village should diversify and expand, and not concentrate solely on the cultural properties and architecture-oriented historic elements. In consideration of this notion, this paper suggests introduction of maintenance and management as a practical concept for the embodiment of the sustainable traditional village. This paper aims to explore the concrete maintenance and management systems of Korean and Japanese cases, to analyze differences and characteristics between the two nation\\\\`s, and through these comparisons, to suggest sustainable maintenance and management methods for the traditional village in Korea. Primary data was collected by field and interview survey on each village in the two nations several times during about a two year period. The major findings of this paper are presented in three categories--maintenance management frame, maintenance management contents, and necessary principles for progressive maintenance management, and are as follows; In the first step, suggests the basic directions, boundaries, and systems for the maintenance and management of sustainable traditional villages. And in the second step, analyzes the relationship among the contents of maintenance and management methods with focus on the village space, village attraction, and village community. Our results suggests diverse maintenance and management contents for the sustainable village maintenance and management. Finally, the basic principles for the application, and use as valuable tools for sustainable village maintenance and management, are strongly recommended.

  • 육군의 화력장비 정비교육 중 특기병 교육은 실습용 장비가 부족하고 많은 교육생으로 실습기회가 적고 정비실습 시 안전사고 발생위험이 높아 실질적인 실습이 제한적이고 반복 실습이 어렵기 때문에 교육적 효과가 미비한 게 현실이다. 따라서 실제와 같은 체험훈련으로 교육성과를 높이는 훈련시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 시공간을 초월하여 훈련비용을 낮추고 실제와 같은 체험훈련을 할 수 있으며, 표준 정비매뉴얼이 반영되고 팀워크를 이루어 훈련할 수 있는 가상훈련시스템을 제안한다. 가상훈련시스템은 시공간을 초월하여 비용을 낮추고 실제와 같은 훈련이 가능한 시스템으로 본 연구에서 제안한 3차원 디스플레이 시스템인 HMD를 이용한 1인칭 시점의 가상훈련시스템은 육군 화력장비 정비교육에 적합한 시스템이며 확장성이 좋기 때문에 다른 장비와 타군의 정비교육에도 활용되어 군의 정비능력 향상에 크게 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Optimum maintenance scenario generation for existing steel-girder bridges based on lifetime performance and cost

  • This paper proposes a practical and realistic method to establish an optimal lifetime maintenance strategy for deteriorating bridges by considering the life-cycle performance as well as the life-cycle cost. The proposed method offers a set of optimal tradeoff maintenance scenarios among other conflicting objectives, such as minimizing cost and maximizing performance. A genetic algorithm is used to generate a set of maintenance scenarios that is a multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem related to the lifetime performance and the life-cycle cost as separate objective functions. A computer program, which generates optimal maintenance scenarios, was developed based on the proposed method using the life-cycle costs and the performance of bridges. The subordinate relation between bridge members has been considered to decide optimal maintenance sequence and a corresponding algorithm has been implemented into the program. The developed program has been used to present a procedure for finding an optimal maintenance scenario for steel-girder bridges on the Korean National Road. Through this bridge maintenance scenario analysis, it is expected that the developed method and program can be effectively used to allow bridge managers an optimal maintenance strategy satisfying various constraints and requirements.
