NREL Phase VI 수평축 풍력터빈의 저주파 공력소음 해석에 관한 수치적 연구 (A Numerical Study on Analysis of Low Frequency Aero-acoustic Noise for a HAWT of NREL Phase VI)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 수평축 풍력터빈인 NREL Phase VI를 대상으로 ANSYS FLUENT에서 제공하는 LES와 FW-H 상사식을 이용하여 풍력발전기로부터 방사되는 저주파 공력소음을 수치적으로 예측하는 것이다. 풍력발전기 공력소음에 관한 어떠한 실험적 자료가 존재하지 않으므로, 먼저 정격풍속에서 토크와 출력 등의 공력성능 수치결과를 실험결과와 비교하여 소음원 예측의 타당성을 검증한 후, 풍속 변화에 따른 공력소음 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 수치성능결과는 약0.8%이내에서 실험결과와 잘 일치하였다. 풍속이 증가함에 따라 사극자와 이극자에 의한 총음압레벨은 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 또한 풍력터빈 허브중심으로부터 거리가 증가함에 따라 원방에서는 $r^{-1}$, 근방에서는 $r^{-2}$에 비례하여 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 거리가 두배 증가함에 따른 총음압레벨은 약 6dB 감소하였다.

  • The background of Korean Ethnical Costume was originated from those northern mounted nomadic groups, which was Scythe style Costume Culture. Through the antique records and paintings of tombs bequests hereby describe the forms of Scythian Cotume (1) Headgear : There was Conical Cap(or Pointed Cap), Feathered Cap, and Crown. (2) Clothes : Both Men and Women wore Jacket as upper garment with leftsided collars, narrow sleeves to the length of the hip line. As lower garment, they wore the tight Trousers and Kungo(:窮袴)that was attached with gusset. (3) Belts and Boots : On the upper garment bound the leather Belts that was hanged a hook that was shaped of animal form at the end. Scythian Buckles was divided into six groups, animal-shaped, animal's head shaped, animal fight-shaped, rectangle-shaped, rectangle openwork-shaped, genre scene shaped Buckle. To the Boots, they wore leather boots. (4) Ornaments : Ornaments divided into Dress Trimming(:Gold plaques), Earrings, Necklaces(;Torques), Bracelets, Rings. Scythian Gold Plaques were divided into several types according to the shape, animal style(curved beast shape, profile shape, head reversed over its back shape), round shape, quadrilateral form, star shape, flower shape, crescent shape, bundle shape, human appearance. Earrings consisted of a plain ring and pendant ring was a middle ornament hung from it to a pendants which hung was made of heart shaped leaves of the tree, beads-linked. Scythian Torques were divided into several types according to the shape, Torque with Terminal style, Spiral style, Layers style, Crescent-shaped pectoral style, Crown style. Scythian Bracelet were divided into 4 styles according to the shape, Bracelets with ends shaped like beasts style, Spiral style, Layers style, Crown with openwork style. Rings were rhomb-shaped and animal shaped styleRings (5) Animal motifs used in Scythian ornaments appears that in some cases the work was intended to be purely ornamental, while many times the motifs had symbolic meaning (such as the successful dominance of the aggressor over the victim portrayed in the attack scenes). Magical use of symbols may have been inten-ded to guarantee the power of the aggressor.

  • The energy storage systems are being widely researched for the high quality of the electric power. The FES(flywheel energy system) is especially, on the center of the research because it does not make any pollution and its life is long. The FES converts the electrical energy into the mechanical kinetic energy of the flywheel and reconverts the mechanical energy into the electrical energy. In order to store as much energy as possible, the flywheel is supposed to be rotated with very high speed. The motor/generator of the FES should be high efficient at high speed, and generate constant torque with respect to the rotation. In this paper, a motor/generator employing a Halbach array of permanent magnets is designed and constructed to meet the requirements, and its characteristics are examined. The magnetic field is analysed by using the magnetic surface charge method. The armature winding is designed for the harmonic components to be minimized by using the FFT. The sinusoidal current for the motor driving are generated by the hysteresis current controller. A sample superconducting flywheel energy storage system is constructed with a duralumin flywheel which has a maximum rotating speed of 40,000[rpm] and a stored energy of 240[Wh] and its validity is examined through the experiment.

  • 유압 서보 시스템은 구동기 단에서 부피 대비 큰 힘을 출력할 수 있으므로 로봇에 적용 시, 로봇의 팔 또는 다리를 경량화할 수 있다. 이것은 로봇의 동적 특성과 에너지 효율을 향상 시키므로 고출력이 필요한 몇몇의 근력지원용 착용형 로봇과 사족 보행 로봇들은 유압 서보 시스템을 사용한다. 이 로봇들은 사용자나 외부 환경에 순응하기 위해 힘제어를 하는 것이 유리하지만 유압식 로봇은 유압서보 시스템이 갖는 비선형성으로 인해 정교한 힘제어가 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 서보 밸브, 배관 그리고 유압 실린더로 구성되는 유압 서보 시스템의 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하여 유압 서보 시스템의 힘제어 시 고려해야 할 사항에 대해 분석하였다. 그리고 비선형 모델을 이용한 힘제어 기법을 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 효과를 검증하였다.

Dynamic Compliance and its Compensation Control of HIVC Force Control System

  • In this paper, the dynamic compliance and its compensation control of the force control system on the highly integrated valve-controlled cylinder (HIVC), the joint driver of the hydraulic drive legged robot, is researched. During the robot motion process, the outer loop dynamic compliance control is applied on the base of hydraulic control inner loop and most inner loop control are the force or torque closed loop control. While the dynamic compliance control effectiveness of outer loop can be affected by the inner loop self-dynamic-compliance. Based on this problem, the dynamic compliance series composition theory of HIVC force control system as well as the analysis of its self-dynamic-compliance is proposed. And then the paper comes up with the compliance-enhanced control, which is a compound compensation control method of dynamic compliance with multiple series branches. Finally, the experiment results indicate that the control method mentioned above can enhance the dynamic compliance of HIVC force control system observably. This provides the compensation control method of inner loop dynamic compliance for the outer loop compliance control requiring the high accuracy and high robustness for the robot.

유연 다물체 동역학 해석을 이용한 4축 이적재 로봇의 주요 부품 선정 (Selecting Main Parts of a Four-Axis Palletizing Robot Through Dynamic Analysis of Rigid-Flexible Multibody Systems)

  • Among the various industrial robots, palletizing robots have received particular attention because of their higher productivity in accordance with technological progress. When designing a palletizing robot, the main components, such as the servo motors and reducers, should be properly selected to ensure its performance. In this study, a practical method for selecting the motors and reducers of a robot was proposed by performing the dynamic analysis of rigid-flexible multibody systems using ANSYS and ADAMS. In the first step, the links and frames were selected based on the structural analysis results obtained from ANSYS. Subsequently, a modal neutral file (MNF) with information on the flexible body was generated from the links and frames using modal analysis through ANSYS and APDL commands. Through a dynamic analysis of the flexible bodies, the specifications of the major components were finally determined by considering the required torque and power. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the analysis results were compared with those of a rigid-body model. The comparison showed that rigid-flexible multibody dynamic analysis is much more useful than rigid body analysis, particularly for movements heavily influenced by gravity.

평행식 진동탄환 암거 천공기의 연구 (IV)(V)-실기 설계 제작 및 보장실험-Development of Balanced-Type Oscillating Mole Drainer(IV)(V)

  • This paper is the forth and fifth one of the study on balanced type oscillating mole drainer. In the light of the results from previous reports about the model tests, some design criteria were established and a prototype machine was set up for experimental purpose. Motion characteristics and functionof the each parts of the machine were checked and analyzed. After that, performance tests of the prototype machine were carried out in thefield. Obtained results are summarized as follows ; 1. Ten centimeter of the bullet diameter was determined so as to be able to attach it to the tractors with capacity of 30 PS to 40 PS. 2. To maintain the balance between the moments of the front shank and rear shank, the oscillating amplitude of the rear bullet was determined to be larger than that of the front bullet. At the same time , the oscillating direction of the rear bullet was designed with the inclines of ten to thirty degrees. 3. An octagonal dynamo transduced was developed for measuring the compressive force of the upper link is measuring the draft force of the machine. Acceptable linear relationship between forces and strain responses from O.D.T. was obtained. 4. Analysing the balancing mechanism of the acting part of the machine , it was found that the total draft force of the machine was equal to the difference between the sum of the draft force produced from the right and left side bending moments of the lower drawber and the compressive force on the upper link. 5. There are acceptable linear relationship between the strain and twisting moment by driving shaft, and between strain and shank moment. Above results enable us to carry out the field experiment with prototype machine. 6. When the test machine was used in the field, it was possible to reduce the oscillating acceleration by forty percent in average as compared it with the single bullet mole drainer. 7. When the test machine was used under the oscillating condition, the dratt torce was reduced by 27 percent to 59 percent as compared it with the test machine under non-oscillating condition, while the draft force was increased by 7 percent to 20 percent as compared it with the mole drainer having oscillating single bullet. The reasoning behind this fact was considered as the resistance force due to the rear shank and bullet. 8. As the amplitude and frequency of the bullet were increased, the torque was increased accordingly. This tendency could be varied with the various characteristics of the given soils. And the larger frequency and amplitute, the more increasing oscil\ulcornerlating power but decreasing draft brce were needed, and draft force was increased as the velocity was increased.9. When the amplitude of the rear bullet was designed to be larger than that of the front bullet, the minimum value of the moment was lowered and oscillating acceleration was reduced. And when the oscillating direction of the rear bullet was declined back\ulcornerwards, oscillating acceleration was increased along with the increasing angle of decli\ulcornernation. When the test machine was operated in high speed, the difference between maximum moments and minimum ones became narrow. This varying magnitude of moments appeared on the moment oscillogram seems to be correlated to the oscillating acceleration and draft force. 10. From the analysis of variance, it was found that those factors such as frequency, amplitude, and operating velocity significantly affected in the oscillating acceleration, the draft resistance, the torque, the moment, and the total power required. And interaction between frequency and amplitude affected in the oscillating acceleration. 11. Within the given situation of this study, the most preferable operating conditions of the test machine were 7 Hz in oscillating frequency, 0.54 m/sec in operating velocity, and 39.1 mm in oscillating amplitude of front and rear bullets. However, it is necessary to select the proper frequency and magnitude of oscillation depending on the soil properties of the field in which the mole drainer is practiced by use of a bal1nced type oscillating mole drainer. 12. It is recommended that a comparative study of the mole drainers would be performed in the near future using two separate balanced oscillating bullet with the one which is operated by oscillating the movable bullet in a single cylinder or other balanced type which may be single oscillating bullet with spring, damper or balancing weight, and that of thing. To expand the applicability of the balanced type oscillating mole drainer in practical use, it is suggested to develop a new mechanism which perform mole drain with vinyl pipe or filling material such as rice hull.

원통형 영구자석을 이용한 쌍안정 장치 설계 (Design of Bi-stable Mechanism Using Cylindrical Permanent Magnets)

  • 쌍안정 장치는 서로 다른 두 가지 상태에서 안정성을 갖는 시스템이며, 구동에 있어 에너지 효율 측면에서 이득을 얻을 수 있다. 이러한 쌍안정 장치는 다양한 방법을 통해 구현되며, 전개형 구조물, 스위치 시스템 그리고 파지 로봇 등, 주된 동작이 두 종류로 구분되는 모핑 시스템에 적용될 수 있다. 하지만 기존 장치들의 복잡성과 구조적 제한 때문에, 링크 구조물처럼 회전하는 구조를 포함하는 모핑 시스템을 구현하는 것은 어려움이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 원통형 영구자석을 이용하여 회전운동에 있어 쌍안정성을 갖는 장치를 구현하는 방법이 제안된다. 원통형 영구자석의 전자석 모델을 도입하여 자기장과 자기력을 도출했으며, 이를 이용하여 원통형 영구자석을 포함하는 두 링크 사이의 힘 관계를 추정했다. 대칭 쌍안정성을 위한 원통형 영구자석의 배열을 선정했으며, 제안하는 쌍안정 장치를 회전 조인트로 연결된 링크 구조물에 적용하여 외부 토크에 대한 안정성을 실험을 통해 확인하였다.

외측회전형 유도전동기에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Outside Rotor Type Induction Motor)

  • 산업용 및 공조용 팬 동력원의 대부분이 농형 유도전동기를 사용하고 있으며 그 구조는 외측 고정자에 의해 내측 회전자가 회전하는 형태이다. 이와는 반대로 내측 고정자에 의해 외측 회전자가 구동되는 외측 회전형 방식의 유도전동기는 적은 전류로 지속적인 큰 토크가 필요한 펀 둥에 적합한 형태라고 할 수 있다. 즉, 외측이 회전함으로써 큰 관성력을 얻을 수 있으므로, 일단 회전하게 되면 큰 토크를 지속적으로 발생시킬 수 있다. 그리고, 일시적인 입력 전압의 변동이나 부하 변동시에도 외측 회전자의 큰 관성력에 힘입어 송풍량을 고르게 해주는 역할을 할 수 있으리라 사료된다. 본 논문에서는 팬 또는 이와 유사한 특성을 가진 부하의 동력원으로 사용할 목적으로, 외측 회전형 유도 전동기의 회전자를 설계, 제작하여 고정자 저항시험, 무부하시험 및 회전자 구속시험을 통해 등가회로 정수를 측정하였다. 그리고, 부하시험을 행하여 얻은 토크-속도, 출력, 역률 및 효율 특성곡선을 분석함으로써 외측회전형 유도전동기 개발과 관련된 기술적인 토대를 마련하고자 한다.

부분적 지면조건 하에서의 소형 로터 블레이드 제자리 비행 성능에 대한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Small-Scale Rotor Hover Performance in Partial Ground Conditions)

  • 본 논문에서는 부분적인 지면효과 하에서의 단일로터 블레이드에 대한 제자리 비행 성능 특성을 확인하였다. 이를 위해 소형 로터 블레이드 회전 시험장치와 이동식 바닥면을 이용하여 고정된 회전속도에서 콜렉티브 피치각을 변화시키면서 추력과 토크를 측정하였다. 로터면과 지면이 겹치는 거리를 d, 로터의 직경을 D라 하면 지면효과가 없을 때부터 d/D가 0.25일 때까지는 지면효과가 로터의 성능에 거의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 로터 깃의 개수가 4개일 때 지면 효과의 영향을 더 크게 받아 2개일 때보다 추력이 증가하고 동력이 감소하였다. 또한 피치각이 작을수록 지면효과로 인하여 추력이 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 이와 같은 실험 결과를 바탕으로 로터 깃의 개수와 부분적인 지면 효과를 고려한 새로운 경험식을 도출하였다.
