The major objective of this study is to investigate the effects and application of external post-tensioning method far steel plate girder bridge. It analyzed the mechanical behaviors of steel plate girder bridge with applying external post-tensioning on the finite element analysis, field test and laboratory test fur the lateral dynamic characteristics. As a result, the reinforcement of steel plate girder bridge the external post-tensioning method are obviously effective for the lateral dynamic response which is non-reinforced. The analytical and experimental study are carried out to investigate the post-tension force decrease lateral acceleration and deflection on steel plate girder bridge for serviceability. And the external post-tensioning method reduce dynamic maximum displacement(about $10{\sim}24%$), the increase of dynamic safety is predicted by adopting external post-tensioning method. From the dynamic test results of the servicing steel plate girder bridge, it is investigated that the change degree of natural frequency is very low with applying the external post-tensioning method The servicing steel plate girder bridge with external post-tensioning has need of the reasonable reinforcement measures which could be reducing the effect of lateral dynamic behavior that degradation phenomenon of structure by an unusual response characteristic and a drop durability.

Carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) have superior mechanical and chemical properties in comparison with conventional materials. And post-tensioning method has been used for structural reinforcement of RC structures due to easy installation and good effect of resisting capacity of structures. But the higher cost of CFRP and the loss of prestressing force with time are considered the major problems to use it. In this study, CFRP Strips and external post tensioning for rehabilitation of old concrete structures were adapted and optimal combination of these methods is considered. A total of 17 concrete members were made and tested. The types and numbers of CFRP strips and post-tensioning types were selected as major test variables. From test results, it is shown that the concrete members that post tensioned and bonded CFRP strips has a pronounced effect on the strength and deformational behavior. This present study indicates that external temporally post tensioning can reduce the amount of CFRP strips required and the combination of temporally post tensioning and CFRP strips may meet the strength and ductility requirements of old structures.

There're many cases that should be reconstructed with post and core when clinical crown is destructed. But this post and core restoration may cause damaging stress on the teeth. Previous finite element study was restricted to normal bone model relatively close to cemen-toenamel junction. Moreover, the test of a model with diminished bone support was rare. The purpose of this study is to test the effects of alveolar bone loss on the magnitude, stress distribution and displacement of post reconstructed teeth. In this study, it was assumed that the coronal portion of upper incisor was severely destructed. After conventional endodontic treatment, it was restored with post and core. The PFM restoration was made on it. This crown was cemented with ZPC. Alveolar bone was classified by 4 types of bone, such as normal, 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm bone, according to the bone loss. Meanwhile, the material of post are divided into 2 types of materials, such as gold, co-cr. Force was applied to two directions. One was fuctional maximum bite force (300 N) applied to the spot just lingual to the incisal edge with the angle of 45 degree to the long axis of the tooth, and the other one was horizontal force (300 N) applied to the labial surface. The results analyzed with three dimensional finite element method were as follows : 1. Stress was concentrated on the adjacent dentin of the post apex, one third portion of the post apex and the labial & lingual mid-portion of the root in all case. The stress of middle third of the root was apparently concentrated on the labial aspect. 2. The stress on adjacent dentin of the post apex and one third of the post apex increased as alveolar bone height moved apically. This increase was dramatic beyond 4 mm bone loss model. 3. The stress of the post apex was spreaded to the middle third of the post and greater than gold post in the case of metal post. 4. The displacement of the neck of post was the greatest in one of the post-cement interface and this increased as alveolar bone height moved apically. Besides the displacement of the metal post is slightly lower than one of the gold post.

Post-modernism exists with different shapes in overall cultural phenomena. Among the creative methods of composing post-modernism, there are representation, parody, plural coding, trans avant-garde etc. Summing up the influence of creative method of post-modernism on modem fashion led to the following results. 1. The phenomenon appears that value and valuelessness are easily reversed, and things with historical and traditional meanings are being ignored. 2. The boundary between higher culture and public culture is being disorganized, and mixed imitation phenomenon ignoring the differences between male and female is emerging 3. The mental and historial aspects in fashion pattern are highly thought of and the trend to understand human body from the various angles emerges. 4. In the consumer-oriented society, it appears in the form of meanings to achieve the self-achievement in individual life, to express one's idea and desire in the esthetical point of views. 5. It shows that through arranging the striking things and the distorted things, it takes the compromised method of re-appreciating the existing ideas. The phenomena in the post-modernism occurring in fashion design forced the concept of the uniformed existing fashion to be changed, creating a various fashions. That can just be called the dehumanization trend in the era of post-modernism, which is the most important formative feature in modern fashion.

This cross-sectional survey research carried out with the inquisitive agenda on satisfaction of the translation outcomes as performed by human translation and (machine translation) post-editing. The survey group consisted of 166 Korean translators primarily working with the English, Chinese, and Japanese languages. They were asked to rate the satisfactory level with accuracy, fluency, idiomatic expression, and terminology in the Richter's scale of four. The result reveals that human translation is more satisfactory than post-editing with respect to accuracy, but it is uneasy to assert that accuracy is unsatisfactory in post-editing. On the other hand, the Korean translators are less satisfied with fluency, idiomatic expression, and terminology than accuracy. It can be assumed that although human translation is more satisfactory than post-editing, the accuracy of post-editing seems to be more acknowledged than fluency, idiomatic expression, and terminology, which lead the translators to take the accuracy of raw machine-translation products and to go on to improve the fluency, idiomatic expression, and terminology. Nevertheless, Korean translators believe Korean idiomatic expressions cannot be satisfactorily produced in post-editing, while fluency and terminology can be improved in post-editing.

The purpose of this study is to defined the conception and characteristics of Post-Modernism and dealt with how they are expressed in costume. Major characteristics of Post-Modernism are Historicism, Pluralism, and Eclecticism and these are reflected in the costume. 1. Historicism of Post-Modernism is a trend recreate artistic symbolism which Modernism lacked in reference to historical factors of the past. It has been as a trend of restoration and an ornamental trend can be included in the category of historicism in that it restored historical ornaments. 2. Pluralism of Post-Modernism means an open-hearted attitude toward everything. In costume, it has been expressed as a trend of mixed fashion style such as ecology, street fashion and futurism, collapse and mix of genres, diversity of materials and emphasis on texture caused by assemblage, change of the use to escape from the conventional system and avant-garde. 3. Eclecticism of Post-Modernism is expressed as a blended fashion style based on the principal of de-dualism. It has several trends ; exotic trend by mixing both oriental and western culters, androgyny which is a mixed image of an and woman, and a trend to use many kinds of materials together influenced by collage which is an eclectic mode.

The purpose of this paper is to examine empirically how to balance advertising expenditure before and after launch with regard to the direction of word of mouth in the motion picture industry. The vector auto-regression model is applied to assess the dynamic impact of advertising and word of mouth on sales. Empirical data, including advertising, word of mouth, and sales (the number of entries) of 83 movies are used for analysis. The research results show that for a movie having more positive word of mouth in the pre- and post-launch periods, it is worthwhile to spend the advertising budget in the pre-launch period only and to spare it in post-launch period. However, it is worthwhile to spare the advertising budget in the pre-launch period for movies having less positive word of mouth before and after launch, and to concentrate spending in post-launch period instead. Mangers who handle products and services facing shortened lifecycles, such as games, eBooks, and digital music contents, need to check the quality of pre-launch word of mouth for their advertising budget decisions in the pre- and post-launch periods and spend more of the advertising budget in the post- (pre-) launch period if pre-launch word of mouth is negative (positive). For products and services with a shortened lifecycle, it is recommended to spend more of the advertising budget in the post- (pre-) launch period if pre-launch word of mouth is negative (positive).

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest the activation plan of the post-construction sales through the results of a survey on the perception of Seoul citizens and experts. Research design, data and methodology: The purpose of this study is to suggest the activation plan of the post-construction sales through the results of a survey on the perception of Seoul citizens and experts. Results: According to a survey of Seoul citizens' perceptions, 76.7% of Seoul citizens were well aware of post-construction sales and recognized that post-construction sales would reduce pre-sale speculation and confusion in the real estate market. Second, 73.6% of Seoul citizens were willing to buy houses through post-construction sales, and third, 79.6% of Seoul citizens recognized that a post-sale system was necessary. Experts' opinions generally responded to the expansion of the introduction of post-construction sales, saying, 'It is necessary for both the public and the private sectors'. Second, while experts say that there are also positive effects, negative effects such as polarization centered on large corporations, an increase in sales prices, and a decrease in housing supply are also concerned. Third, experts responded that 'diversification of financing methods' is the most important task in revitalizing the post-sale system. Conclusions: The policy implications are that it is necessary to mandate the post-construction sales in the long term, and that the quality assurance system needs to be supplemented even if the sale is promoted post-construction sales. In addition, private participation is essential to revitalize the post-construction sales, and government support such as initial financing, low-interest rates, and various financing measures should be sought to expand private participation.

Recently the plastic fuel tube is usually used to reduce production cost and weight in automobiles. These days, material used to plastic fuel tube is the polyamide12. The fuel tube is made of the PA12. Post deformation of the tube has been changed by environmental temperature. So, it is important to prevent post deformation. The experiment is performed to investigate post deformation of the tube produced by each bending process. In this study, the results we obtained are used to bending process system for post deformation as the environmental temperature of the tube. It turned out that the method of steam heating and air cooling was shown less deformation than other methods.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the evaluation perspectives of IT business value and empirically analyze the differences of evaluation perspectives between ex ante evaluation and post implementation evaluation, and among various information system types. 4 evaluation perspectives which have been used in the previous studies and in the field of industry practices are financial, customer, internal process, and growth, which are based on the BSC model. Data of 98 information systems have been collected from 89 companies including manufacturers, banks, insurances, and stock trading companies. As results of multi-way MANOVA test, 3 out of 8 hypothesis have been accepted statistically. While the order of importance of 4 perspectives in ex ante evaluation is customer, financial, internal process, and growth, the order of post implementation evaluation appears to be much different : that is, internal process, customer, financial, and growth. These findings provide insights for both IT practitioners and researchers.
