Polyacrylic Acid Sodium Salt를 혼합한 세 종류 상토에 고토석회의 시비 수준이 포트멈 'Lima Honey'의 생육 및 무기원소 흡수에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Application Rate of Dolomite in Three Media Containing Polyacrylic Acid Sodium Salt on Growth and Nutrient Contents of Potted Chrysanthemum 'Lima Honey')

  • This research was conducted to determine the plant growth and nutrient contents of potted chrysanthemum 'Lima Honey' as influenced by application rate of dolomite in three root media, peatmoss+vermiculite (1:1, v/v), peatmoss+composted rice hall (1:1, v/v), and peatmoss+composted pine bark (1:1, v/v). All root media contained polyacrylic acid sodium salt (PASS) at a rate of $4.5g L^{-1}$. In crop growth at 40 and 80 days after transplanting, elevated application rates of dolomite up to $6.0g L^{-1}$ in three root media increased fresh and dry weights per plant. But the treatment of $9.0g L^{-1}$ had less fresh and dry weights than those of $6.0g L^{-1}$. Tissue phosphorus content decreased and those of Ca and Mg increased by the elevated application rates of dolomite. Elevated application rates of dolomite in three root media resulted in the increase of pH, EC, and the concentrations of K, Ca, and Mg at 43 days after transplanting. Those at 80 days after transplanting were also increased, but the differences among treatments were less significant as compared to those at 43 days after transplanting. From the results of dry weight in potted chrysanthemum 'Lima Honey', the proper application rate of dolomite to three root media containing PASS at a rate of $4.5g L^{-1}$ were $6.0g L^{-1}$.

  • Objective of this research was to determine the effect of application rate of a slow release fertilizer (SRF) in three root media, peatmoss+vermiculite (1:1, v/v; PV), peatmoss+composted rice hall (1:1, v/v; PR), and peatmoss+composted pine bark (1:1, v/v; PB), on growth and nutrient contents of potted chrysanthemum 'Lima Honey'. All media contained polyacrylic acid sodium salt at a rate of $4.5g L^{-1}$. The fresh and dry weights at 43 days after transplanting did not show statistical differences among treatments in each root media. Elevated application rate of SRF increased fresh and dry weights at 80 days after transplanting in PV and PB media, but not in PR medium. Elevated application rates of SRF resulted in the increase of tissue phosphorus content and decrease of tissue Ca, Na, and Zn contents at both 43 and 80 days after transplanting. Elevated application rates of SRF resulted in the decrease of pH and increase of EC and concentrations of ${NO_3}^-$ and ${P_2O_5}^{3-}$, K, Ca, and Mg in the soil solution of PV and PR media. The trends of those in PR media were also similar except ${NO_3}^-$. The differences among treatments in EC at 80 days after transplanting were less significant as compared to those at 43 days after transplanting in three media.

  • This research was conducted to determine the plant growth and nutrient contents of potted chrysanthemum 'Lima Honey' as influenced by application rate of fused superphosphate (FSSP) in three root media, peatmoss+vermiculite (1:1, v/v; PV), peatmoss+composted rice hall (1:1, v/v; PR), and peatmoss+composted pine bark (1:1, v/v; PB). All root media contained polyacrylic acid sodium salt at a rate of $4.5g L^{-1}$. The treatment of $1.4g L^{-1}$ in PV and those of $0.7g L^{-1}$ in PR and PB had the greatest fresh and dry weights in each root medium at both 43 and 80 days after transplanting. Elevated application rates of FSPP increased tissue contents of N, P, and K at both 43 and 80 days after transplanting in PV medium. However, the differences in tissue contents of N, P and K in PR medium were less significant among treatments of FSPP. The pre-planting FSPP also less affected the tissue contents of nutrients at 80 days after transplanting as compared to those at 43 days after transplanting. Elevated application rates of FSPP in PV medium increased EC and the concentrations of $NO_3,\;P_2O_5$, K, Ca, and Mg in soil solution of root media at 43 days after transplanting. The EC in PV medium at 80 days after transplanting was higher than that at 43 days after transplanting. The EC in all root media at 80 days after transplanting was not different among treatments of FSPP.

상아질 표면처리가 글라스 아이오노머 시멘트의 변연누출에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (THE EFFECT OF THE DENTINE PRETREATMENT ON THE MARGINAL LEAKAGE OF A GLASS IONOMER CEMENT)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the dentin pretreatment on the marginal leakage of a glassionomer cement. 1n this study, 60 molars with sound and healthy crown portion were used. The dentin surface of these teeth were exposed and polished with 600 grit silicon carbide paper. Square - shaped cavities were prepared on the flattened dentin surfaces and these were divided into 4 groups according to the dentin pretreatment procedures. Group I : Dentin pretreatment with distilled water as a control group. Group II : Dentin pretreatment with 5% sodium hypochlorite solution. Group III : Dentin pretreatment with Ketac conditioner. Group IV : Dentin pretreatment with 40% polyacrylic acid. The degrees of dye penetration in the cavity walls were assessed using a stereoscope at ${\times}40$ magnification according to the maximum dye penetration. The results were analyzed by using Mann - Whitney U test. The results were as follows : 1. All groups showed varying depth of dye penetration. 2. Distilled water group showed the most severe marginal leakage when compared with the other groups(P<0.05). 3. 40% polyacrylic acid group showed the least amount of marginal leakage compared with the other groups (P<0.05). 4. There were significant differences between Goup I(distilled water) and Group IV (40% polyacrylic acid)(P<0.05), but there were no significant differences among Group I(distilled water), Group II(sodium hypochlorite), Group III(Ketac conditioner) (P>0.05).

  • 본 실험은 방사선을 이용하여 Polyester 직포의 흡수성과 염색성 그리고 대전성을 증진시키기 위한 연구로서 실온하에서 함침법으로 Acrylic acid또는 4-vinylpyridine을 Polyester 직포에 접목시켰다. Polyester 직포를 25$^{\circ}$또는 7$0^{\circ}C$에서 Acrylic acid나 Acrylic acid와 4-vinylpyridine의 emulsion 용액에 함침시켰으며 함침된 Polyester 직포를 질소깨스 존재 하에서 Co-60의 l-rays로 조사시켰다. Acrylic acid가 접목된 Polyester 직포를 Sodium carbonate, Calcium acetate 또는 Potassium persulfate로 처리하였을 때 흡수율은 더욱 증가하였으며 직포 표면에 형성된 polyacrylic acid 는 0.1% NaoH 용액으로 대부분 추출되었다. 4-vinylpyridine과 Acrylic acid의 혼합용액을 함침용액으로 사용하였을 경우 4-VP/AA의 비율과 방사선 선량이 커짐에 따라 접목율은 점점 증가함을 보여주었다. 여러가지로 처리된 Polyester 직포 표면에 물방울을 떨어 뜨렸을 때의 Contact angle을 측정하여 보니 접목율이 증가함에 따라 대전성은 감소하였다. Acryli acid가 접목된 Polyester 섬유를 Salt로 처리하여 전자 현미경으로 관찰하여 본 결과 일련의 무정형 형태로 결합되어 있었다.

합성 Hydroxyapatite/Polyacrylic Acid 균질복합체의 제조 및 특성 (Preparation and Characterization of Synthetic Hydroxyapatite/Polyacrylic Acid Homogeneous Composite)

  • $Ca(NO_3)_2{\cdot}4H_2O$$(NH_4)_2HPO_4$를 사용하여 습식침전법으로 수산화아파타이트(HAp) 분말을 합성하고, 합성된 HAp와 폴리아크릴산(PAA)을 혼합하여 균질의 복합체 4종을 제조하였다. 합성 HAp는 ICP 분석으로 Ca/P비를 정량하였고, HAp/PAA 복합체는 TGA로 열적 성질을 조사하였다. pH 11 및 $60{\circ}C$에서 합성된 HAp의 결정성이 가장 우수하였고, Ca/P비는 1.35~1.49의 범위로 정량되어 Ca 결손의 HAp를 얻었다. HAp/PAA 복합체에서 PAA의 양이 증가함에 따라 비표면적이 증가하였다. 또한 HA/PAa 균질복합체의 $800{\circ}C$에서 무게감량은 3.5~9.6%의 범위로 감소하여 바인더인 PAA가 분해되는 것을 알 수 있었다. HAp/PAA 복합체의 FT-IR 분석결과, HAp의 $Ca^{2+}$ 이온과 PAA의 카르복실기 사이에서 이온결합이 형성되는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.

폴리아크릴산 나트륨 염이 함침된 흡수성 고분자 복합 필름의 제조 및 특성 연구 (Preparation and Properties of Moisture-absorbing Film Impregnated with Polyacrylic Acid Partial Sodium Salt Material)

  • 수분은 제품의 물리적 변화, 미생물 성장, 화학적 반응을 일으켜 품질을 저하시키는 주요 요인이 된다. 본 연구는 기능성 포장 필름으로 응용하기 위하여 수분을 흡착력이 우수한 폴리아크릴산 나트륨 염(polyacrylic acid partial sodium salt, PAPSS)을 선상저밀도폴리에틸렌(LLDPE) 고분자 수지에 함침된 수분 흡착 기능을 가진 복합 필름을 제조하였다. 제조한 수분 흡착 복합 필름은 PAPSS 물질 입자가 LLDPE 고분자 매트릭스에 잘 분포되어 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 PAPSS 첨가량이 증가됨에 따라 필름의 투명도가 저하되었다. 고분자에 첨가되는 PAPSS 물질의 증가는 복합 필름의 인장강도와 신장률 값이 감소됨을 확인할 수 있었으나 각각 0.5, 1, 그리고 2% PAPSS 필름들 간에는 큰 유의적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 반면 4% PAPSS 함침 필름은 다른 농도로 PAPSS 물질이 함침된 필름과 비교하여 인장강도 및 신장률 값의 급격한 감소를 나타냈다. PAPSS 함량의 증가는 필름의 산소 및 수분 투과도 값이 감소됨이 관찰되어 고분자에 PAPSS 첨가는 필름의 가스 차단의 개선을 나타냈다. PAPSS 함침 필름들은 상대적으로 높은 습도 환경 조건에서 우수한 수분 흡착율을 나타내는 것을 확인하였으며, 특히 4% PAPSS 함침 필름이 다른 PAPSS 농도 함침 필름들에 비하여 높은 수분 흡착율을 보였다. $25^{\circ}C$ 조건에서 필름 샘플의 수분 흡착 등온 곡선에 가장 적합하게 묘사되는 최적의 모델 방정식은 GAB 모델로 나타냈다. PAPSS 첨가는 고분자 필름의 결정화 및 녹는 온도 변화에 영향을 보였으나, 열중량 변화에는 큰 차이가 없이 안정된 열적 특성을 나타냈다.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the shear bond strength of glass ionomer cement(Ketacfil, ESPE, Co.) against dentin surface which had been treated with surface conditioning agents(distilled water, 5% sodium hypochlorite solution, Ketac - conditioner, 40% polyacrylic acid). In this study, 60 human molars with sound and healthy crown portion which were previously extracted for orthodontic or periodontal problem. The dentin surfaces of these teeth were exposed with wet trimmer and polished with 150 - grit and 600 - grit silicon carbide paper and the teeth were divided into four groups(15 teeth per group) according to the following surface conditioning methods. Group I : Surface treatment with distilled water as control group. Group II : Surface conditioning with 5% sodium hypochlorite solution. Group III : Surface conditioning with Ketac conditioner. Group IV : Surface conditioning with 40% polyacrylic acid. The shear bond strengths were measured by Autograph(Shimatzu Co. Japan). The result of the evaluations were then subjected to statistical analysis using one - way analysis of variance and Duncan test and the results were as follows : 1. The shear bond strength accrding to the dentin surface conditioning conditions was highest in Ketac conditioner group, with measurements of $44.44{\pm}0.74(kg/cm^2)$ and lowest in the distilled water group, with measurements of $28.84{\pm}0.88(kg/cm^2)$. 2. Statistically significant differences were found between surface conditioning with 5% sodium hypochlorite solution group or Ketac conditioner group and distilled water group(P<0.01). 3. Also, statistically significant difference was found between surface conditioning with distilled water group and 40% polyacrylic acid group(P<0.05). 4. Overall difference in statistical significance between the groups was not found (P<0.05). 5. Fractured dentin surface treated with conditioning solutions showed cohesive fracture. 6. Distilled water group and 5% sodium hypochlorite solution group removed the smear layer less effectively. 7. Conditioning dentin with Ketac conditioner and 40% polyacrylic acid resulted in the removal of a significant amount of the smear layer without removing the tubular plugs and dissolving the peritubular dentin.

법랑질의 표면처리가 광중합형 및 화학중합형 글래스아이오노머 시멘트의 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향 (THE EFFECTS OF SURFACE TREATMENTS ON SHEAR BOND STRENGTHS OF LIGHT-CURED AND CHEMICALLY CURED GLASS IONOMER CEMENTS TO ENAMEL)

  • 이 연구는 법랑질의 표면처리가 광중합형 및 화학중합형 글래스아이오노머 시멘트의 브라켓 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향을 구명하고, 글래스아이오노머 시멘트의 브라켓전단결합강도와 치과교정용 레진접착제의 그것과 비교하기 위하여 시행하였다. 발거된 사람소구치의 법랑질표면을 $10\%$ 폴리아크릴산용액, $38\%$ 인산용액과 퍼미스로 처리한 후, 광중합형 글래스아이오노머 시멘트의 일종, 화학중합형 글래스아이오노머 시멘트의 일종 및 화학중합형 치과교정용 레진접착제의 일종으로 법랑질표면에 금속브라켓을 접착하고, $37^{\circ}C$의 증류수속에 24시간 침지시킨후, 브라켓전단결합강도를 측정하고, 접착파정패턴을 관찰하였으며, 표면처리된 법랑질표면을 주사전자현미경으로 관철하여 다음과 같은 결과와 결론을 얻었다. 1. 표면처리방법에 관계없이 광중합형 글래스아이오노머 시멘트의 브라켓전단결합강도는 화학중합형 글래스아이오노머 시멘트의 그것보다 높았다. 2. $38\%$ 인산용액과 $10\%$ 폴리아크릴산용액은 퍼미 스보다 글래스아이오노머 시멘트의 브라켓전단결합강도를 높였다. 3. 주사전자현미경 관찰에서 $10\%$ 폴리아크릴산용액은 법랑질표면을 미약하게 부식시키고 청결하게 하였으며, $38\%$ 인산용액은 법랑질을 심하게 부식시켰고, 퍼미스를 이용한 세마는 법랑질표면에 불규칙한 흠집을 만들고 청결하지 못한 표면을 만들었다. 4. $10\%$ 폴리아크릴산용액으로 표면조건화된 법랑질에 대한 광중합형 글래스아이오노머 시멘트의 브라켓 전단결합강도는 $38\%$ 인산용액으로 부식된 법랑질에 대한 치과교정용 레진접착제의 그것과 유의차가 없었다. 이상의 결과는 $10\%$폴리아크릴산용액으로 표면조건화시킨 광중합형 글래스아이오노머 시멘트에 의한 브라켓접착은 통상적으로 사용되어온 치과교정용 레진접착제에 의한 브라켓 접착을 대체할 수 있음을 시사한다.

상아질 표면상태에 따른 광중합형 글래스아이오노머 시멘트의 전단결합강도에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE SHEAR BOND STRENGTH OF LIGHT CURED GLASS IONOMER CEMENTS TO CONTAMINATED DENTIN)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the shear bond strength of three light-cured glass ionomer cements to blood contaminated bovine dentin. The materials used in this study were Fuji II LC, Dyract and Variglass VLC. The dentin conditioners were 10% polyacrylic acid, 10% maleic acid and 10% phosphoric acid. 180 lower anterior bovine teeth were selected in this study. The teeth were embedded in acrylic resin and were grounded with 320 to 600 grit silicon carbide paper to create a flat dentin surface. The teeth were divided into SIX groups. The experimental procedures in six groups were as follows; Group l(GF) : Samples bonded to dentin surface with Fuji II LC after 10% polyacrylic acid treatment. Group 2(BGF) : Samples bonded to dentin surface with Fuji II LC after 10% polyacrylic acid treatment and blood contamination. Group 3(MD) : Samples bonded to dentin surface with Dyract after 10% maleic acid treatment. Group 4(BMD) : Samples bonded to dentin surface with Dyract after 10% maleic acid treatment and blood contamination. Group 5(PV) : Samples bonded to dentin surface with Variglass VLC after 10% phosphoric acid treatment. Group 6(BPV) : Samples bonded-to dentin surface with Variglass VLC after 10% phosphoric acid treatment and blood contamination. Group 1,3 and 5 were classified into the control groups, while group 2,4 and 6 were classified into the experimental groups. Each group contained 30 samples. After 24 hours water storage at $37^{\circ}C$, all smples were subjected to a shear load to fracture at a cross head speed of 1.0 mm/min with Instron universal testing machine(No. 4467). Debonded surfaces were observed under Scanning Electron Microscope(Hitachi S-2300) at 20kvp. The data were evaluated statistically at the 95% confidence level with Student's t-test. The following results obtained; 1. Shear bond strengths were higher in the control groups(1,3,5 group) than in the experimental groups(2,4,6 group). 2. The shear bond strength of group 5(PV) was the highest in the control groups, and the group 5 was significantly higher than the group l(GF) on the shear bond strength. 3. The group 4(BMD) was the highest on the shear bond strength, and the group 2(BGF) was the lowest in the experimental groups. The group 4(BMD) and 6(BPV) showed a significant difference with the group 2 on the shear bond strength. 4. All the groups showed an adhesive-cohesive failure. except the group 2(BGF) showing adhesive failure.
