Purpose: The purpose of this study was to define and clarify the concept of political competence for nurses. Methods: A hybrid model method was used to investigate the dimensions, attributes, and definitions of the concept. In the theoretical stage of the study, literature on nursing, politics, and other discipline were reviewed. In the fieldwork stage, individual in-depth interviews and focus groups interviews were conducted with politically seasoned experts or activists who had an understanding of the concept of political competence for extensive descriptions in nursing and field of health care. Results: The concept of political competence was represented in four dimensions as political knowledge, political efficacy, political interaction, and political activity. In the political knowledge dimension, there were three attributes, namely, political knowledge, political information and systematic analysis ability. The political efficacy dimension had three attributes of internal political efficacy, external political efficacy, and self-pride of nursing profession. The political interaction dimension had three attributes of organizations and community service, networking, and persuasive power. The political activity dimension had six attributes of political leadership, political expression, assertive behavior, political advocacy, political participation, and policy intervention. Conclusion: This concept development might provide a basic understanding of developing a measurement tool and for constructing a theory promoting nurses' political competence.

Purpose: This study aimed to assess the factors influencing the political participation of nursing students who, as they become future leaders in the nursing field, will need to increase their participation in health policy decisions. Methods: Data were collected using web-based questionnaires answered by 157 nursing students between March 13 and 27, 2023. Those data were analyzed using t-test, a one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and a multiple linear regression. Results: The average score of political participation was 2.77±0.70 out of 5 points. Political participation showed positive correlations between political efficacy (r=.48, p<.001) and nursing professionalism (r=.27, p<.001). Furthermore, sex (female) and political efficacy were identified as influencing factors on political participation among nursing students, which explained it with 24.0% power. Conclusion: Providing timely nursing education is necessary for enhancing political efficacy, which could promote political participation among nursing students.

The process of political and economic transformation of Germany following reunification has been well documented, but the question of psychological reunification is addressed by the present study. In order to analyze how East German adolescents adapted to the changing socialization context following reunification, questionnaires on values orientation, self-efficacy, subjective well being, coping, attitude toward violence and toward reunified German society were administered to 149 high school students. Results indicated that subjects had high scores on value orientation in private life and used active coping strategies. They had high scores in self-efficacy and subjective well being. Their political attitudes were complex and diverse. There were group differences by gender and type of school attended.

본 연구의 목적은 선거여론조사에서 유권자의 사전 태도 및 투표 의향과 실제 투표 행동간의 상관성을 분석함으로써 투표결과에 대한 선거여론조사의 예측력을 높이는 방법을 탐색하는 것이다. 지지 후보, 정치적 자기 신뢰와 효능감 및 현재의 이슈에 대한 입장을 통해 사전 태도를 측정하고 투표 참여와 관련하여 투표 의향, 과거 선거에서 투표 참여 및 선거에 대한 관심 정도를 측정했다. 실제 투표행동은 개표 후 사후조사에서 투표 참여 여부와 투표 후보를 질문했고 사전조사와 투표 행동 간의 상관성을 분석하기 위해서 동일인을 대상으로 사전, 사후조사를 실시했다. 사전조사의 투표 의향, 선거 관심도와 과거 투표 참여 등이 실제 투표 참여와 상관성이 컸으며 사전조사의 지지 후보와 실제 투표후보 간에는 변동이 거의 없었다. 또한 인구 특성과 현안에 대한 태도를 통해 지지 후보 무응답자의 투표행동을 예측할 수 있음을 입증했다.

The main purpose of this research is to introduce PsyCap(Positive Psychological Capital) and new leadership helping ordinary people to create positive thinking and leading to social integration in South Korea. Additionally, by looking at conventional leadership theories and by applying the PsyCap to leadership based on causal loop analysis, this study is to seek new approach which political leader is able to communicate with the people and can help the people to build positive mine. Throughout this study, there are several important implications how political leader can lead to social integration and stable political development in South Korea. In particular, when political leader encourage the people to have confidence to take on and put in the necessary effort to succeed at challenging tasks, when political leader make the people a positive attribution (optimism) about succeeding now and in the future, when political leader help the people to persevere toward goals and redirection paths to goals (hope) in order to succeed, and when political leader make the people beset by problems and adversity environment to overcome these concerns, it can be expected political leader to build social integration and the people to create positive thinking which has been emphasized by political leader in South Korea. Finally, 21st century has required new political leadership that the people are able to make positive psychological capital composed by optimism, hope, confidence, and resilience.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the influence of personality type, self-leadership, and positive psychological capital on the flow of learning of nursing students. Methods: The sample consisted of 179 nursing students. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}^{\prime}s$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis, and Hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Upon analysis, the relative influence of the variables that can improve learning flow, the influencing variables, were identified as self-leadership and self-efficacy. Conclusion: To increase the learning flow, supportive measures and strategies that increase positive psychological capital should be developed, successful cases of self-leadership be shared, and be incorporated into a culture that promotes learning flow. And to promote the learning flow, it needs political and environmental improvement, and institutional support of at the college level.

본 연구에서는 시각장애인의 정보접근권으로서의 대체자료 이용만족도가 사회참여에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도에 거주하는 등록시각장애인으로서, 시각장애인연합회 회원 중 임의표집하였으며, 전화조사를 통해 수집한 최종 120명에 대한 자료를 분석하였다. 조사대상자들의 대체자료를 이용현황은 녹음자료를 가장 많이 사용하고, 여가활용 및 정보검색의 목적이 가장 많으며, 장소는 점자도서관에서 주로 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과, 시각장애인의 대체자료 이용만족도는 사회참여에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 자기효능감은 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 시각장애인의 사회참여 확대를 위한 정보접근권의 보장으로서 대체자료의 중요성을 보여준다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 대체자료 활성화를 위한 정책적 제언을 하였다.

본 연구에서는 올바른 정치문화 정착과 형성을 위해 시민들의 정치의식과 정치참여행동의 구조적 관계를 분석하고자 연구를 시도하였다. 이를 분석하기 실증분석을 시도하였고, 이에 따른 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가설 1인 시민들의 정치의식과 정치신뢰의 관계를 분석한 결과, 선거 의식 수준과 자기 효능감이 높을수록 정치에 대한 만족도와 정치에 대한 평가가 높아졌다. 둘째, 가설 2인 시민들의 정치의식과 사회소속감의 관계를 파악한 결과는 선거 의식 수준과 사회에 대한 인식수준이 높을수록 사회소속감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가설 3인 정치신뢰가 정치참여 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서 정치 만족도와 정치평가가 높을수록 적극적 정치 참여와 소극적 정치 참여의 참여행동이 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가설 4인 사회소속감이 정치참여행동에 미치는 영향은 시민의 사회소속감이 높을수록 적극적 정치 참여와 소극적 정치 참여의 정치참여 행동 수준이 높아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 시민들의 선거인식과 정치가에 대한 인식 등 정치의식이 높을수록 정치에 대한 신뢰도와 정치참여행동 역시 긍정적으로 영향을 받는 것을 알 수 있었다.

This Meta-Analysis of 18 studies was conducted to determine the magnitude of th relationship between health promotion behavior and each of explanatory variables. The studies were measured using Health Promoting Life Style(HPLP) developed by Walker and others based on Pender's definiton of health promoting behavior. The sample was collected by searching for The Journal of Korean Academy Nursing Society, The Journal of Korean Women's Health Nursing Academic Society,The Journal of Korean Academic Society of Adult Nursing, Journal of Korean Community Nursing, The Journal of Fundamentals of Nursing, The Journal of Korean Nursing Administration Academic Society, The Korean Journal of Child Health Nursing, The Journal of Korean Psychiatric Academic Society, the dissertations for mater degree or doctoral dissertations for the period from 1980 to 1998. The explanatory variables measured more than 2 times in studies were self-efficacy, perceived health status, self-esteem, internal, powerful-others and chance dimensions of health locus of control, perceived benefits, hardiness, wellbeing and clinical demensions of health concepts, and quality of life(life satisfaction). Effect sizes were calculated by unweighted mean r, weighted mean r by sample size and weighted mean r by quality index score after homogeneity test. The mean r effect size indicator range of each predictor variable were as follows; quality of life (0.50- 0.52), self-efficacy (0.46-0.47), hardiness (0.42-0.44), self-esteem(0.41-0.43), health locus of control- internal(0.32-0.34), health locus of control- powerful others (0.25-0.31), perceived health status(0.18-0.19) and clinical dimensions of health concepts (0.16-0.17).

이 글에서는 교육적 성취를 통한 미래 한국 사회의 모습을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 선행연구들에서 밝혀진 경험과학적 결과들을 기초로 하여, 크게 네 가지 주제 즉 신뢰, 효능감, 삶의 질, 사회적 비전을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 첫째, 교육적 성취를 통해 신뢰에 기반하는 사회를 형성하는 것의 중요성을 논의하였다. 한국 사람들의 한국 사회에 대한 인식을 검토하고, 한국 사회의 다양한 기관들에 대한 신뢰 수준을 살펴본 결과, 한국 사회에서 신뢰의식의 구축이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다. 교육기관으로서 학교, 교육자로서 교사에 대한 신뢰도 마찬가지로 강화되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 교육적 성취를 통해 효능감 있는 사회의 형성과 관련하여 논의하였다. 집단효능감의 개념을 탐색하고, 청소년기 집단효능감 및 성인들의 정치효능감에 대한 검토를 통해, 집단효능감 향상의 필요성이 시사되었다. 더불어 개인효능감의 측면에서는 교사효능감 및 자녀양육효능감의 개념구성과 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 셋째, 교육적 성취를 통해 삶의 질을 지향하는 사회로 나아가야함을 지적하였다. 한국 사회 구성원들이 추구하는 삶의 질의 현주소를 확인하고, 교육적 성취가 삶의 질에 어떻게 관련되어 있는지를 살펴보았다. 학교생활에서의 삶의 질을 검토하고, 학생들의 스트레스 등 개인의 정신건강에 대한 배려가 필요함을 확인하였다. 넷째, 교육적 성취를 통해 비전을 가진 사회로 발전해야 함을 논의하였다. 세대집단별 통일에 대한 견해와 남한 및 북한에 대한 의식 등을 검토함으로써, 국민적으로 합의된 비전의 필요성이 제기되었다. 이외에도 교육적 성취의 맥락에서 미래 한국 사회가 해결해야할 기타 과제들을 검토해 보았다. 이러한 논의들을 종합해 볼 때, 교육적 성취를 통해 미래 한국 사회를 구축해 나가는 과정에서 한국 사회의 현상들에 대한 토착심리적 접근과 이해의 필요성이 확인되었다.
