산업용 로봇의 3차원 작업 위치 결정 방법 (3-D Working Point Decision Method for Industrial Robot)

  • In this paper, we propose a new 3-D working point determination method for industrial robot using vision camera system and block interpolation technique with feature points in a vehicle body. To detect the feature points in a vehicle body, we applied the pattern matching method. For determination of working point, we applied block interpolation method. The block consists of 3-D type blocks with detected feature points per section. 3-D position is selected by Euclidean distance between 245 feature values and an acquired feature point. In order to evaluate the proposed algorithm, experiments are performed in glass equipment process in real industrial vehicle assembly line.

  • This paper proposes a self-calibration method of robots those are used in industrial assembly lines. The proposed method is a position compensation using laser sensor and vision camera. Because the laser sensor is cross type laser sensor which can scan a horizontal and vertical line, it is efficient way to detect a feature of vehicle and winding shape of vehicle's body. For position compensation of 3-Dimensional axis, we applied block interpolation method. For selecting feature point, pattern matching method is used and 3-D position is selected by Euclidean distance mapping between 462 feature values and evaluated feature point. In order to evaluate the proposed algorithm, experiments are performed in real industrial vehicle assembly line. In results, robot's working point can be displayed 3-D points. These points are used to diagnosis error of position and reselecting working point.

잡음과 회전에 강인한 SIFT 기반 PCB 영상 정렬 알고리즘 개발 (Robust PCB Image Alignment using SIFT)

  • This paper presents an image alignment algorithm for application of AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) based on SIFT. Since the correspondences result using SIFT descriptor have many wrong points for aligning, this paper modified and classified those points by five measures called the CCFMR (Cascade Classifier for False Matching Reduction) After reduced the false matching, rotation and translation are estimated by point selection method. Experimental results show that the proposed method has fewer fail matching in comparison to commercial software MIL 8.0, and specially, less than twice with the well-controlled environment’s data sets (such as AOI system). The rotation and translation accuracy is robust than MIL in the noise data sets, but the errors are higher than in a rotation variation data sets although that also meaningful result in the practical system. In addition to, the computational time consumed by the proposed method is four times shorter than that by MIL which increases linearly according to noise.

  • This paper deals with the creation of a new, low-cost point/position tracking system that can measure deformations in engineering structures with simple commercially widespread cameras. Though point tracking systems do exist today, such as Stereo Pattern Recognition (SPR) and Projection Moir$\acute{e}$ Interferometry (PMI) systems, they are far too costly to use to analyze small, simple structures because complex optical components such as large flashes, high-resolution cameras and data acquisition systems with several computers are required. We developed a point tracking system using commercial cameras. This system used IR LEDs and commercial IR CCD cameras to minimize the interference posed by other extraneous light sources. The main algorithm used for this system is an optical point tracking algorithm, which is composed of the point extraction algorithm and the point matching algorithm for 3-D motion estimation. a series of verification tests were performed. Then, the developed point tracking system was applied to measure deformations of an acrylic plate under a mechanical load. The measured deformations of the acrylic plate matched well with the numerical analysis results. The results indicate that the developed point tracking system is reliable enough to measure continuous deformed shapes of various engineering structures.

  • 지문인식 분야는 크게 지문의 분류(classification)와 정합(matching)으로 연구되고 있다. 분류는 일반적으로 좌제상문, 우제상문, 와상문, 궁상문, 솟은궁상문 등 크게 5종류로 나누며, 특정인의 지문이 어떤 분류에 속하는 지를 결정하는 것은 대형지문 데이터베이스에서 인덱스로 사용하여 매칭 시간의 단축과 정확도를 높여 주는데 있다. 기존의 지문분류는 특이점이라 불리는 핵과 삼각점의 개수 및 위치에 의한 분류방법이 주를 이루고 있는데, 이러한 방법은 지문분류의 정확성이 떨어지고, 특히 품질이 나쁜 지문이나 부분지문 등에서는 분류가 어려워 정확성이 더욱 떨어지는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서, 품질이 나쁜 지문이나 부분지문가지도 방향성과 주파수 선택력이 강한 Gabor 필터의 특징을 이용하여 지문분류의 정확성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효율적인 방법을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 이를 증명하고자 한다.

다중 기술자를 이용한 잘못된 특징점 정합 제거 (Filtering Feature Mismatches using Multiple Descriptors)

  • 이미지 기술자(descriptor)를 이용한 정합은 최근까지 컴퓨터 비전과 패턴인식 분야에서 사용되고 있는 강력한 정합 방법이다. 그러나 3차원 시점이 변화되거나 밝기가 변화된 이미지, 반복된 패턴이 포함된 이미지 등에서 잘못된 정합들이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 반복된 패턴이 포함되어 있는 이미지에서 잘못된 정합들이 많이 발생하는 문제점에 대해 기술하고 이를 분석하여 잘못된 정합들을 제거할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. MDMF(Multiple Descriptors-based Mismatch Filtering) 방법은 각 특징점에 대해 인접한 여러 개의 특징점들의 기술자들을 사용하여 다중 기술자를 생성한 후 이를 활용하여 잘못된 정합들을 제거한다. 실험에서는 크기 변환, 회전 변환, 어파인 변환에 대해 기존 SIFT와 ASIFT의 정합율을 MDMF를 이용해 제거한 정합율과 비교하여 MDMF가 잘못된 정합을 성공적으로 제거할 수 있음을 보였다.

LCD 대평판 고정밀 얼라인먼트를 위한 비전 시스템 연구 (A Study on Vision System for High Precision Alignment of Large LCD Flat Panel Display)

  • This work is to develop a vision system for high precision alignment between upper and lower plates required at the imprinting process of the large LCD flat panel. We compose a gantry-stage that has highly repeated accuracy for high precision alignment and achieves analysis about thermal transformations of stage itself. Position error in the stage is corrected by feedback control from the analysis. This system can confirm alignment mark of upper and lower plates by using two cameras at a time for the alignment of two plates. Pattern matching that uses geometric feature is proposed to consider the recognition problem for alignment mark of two plates. It is algorithm to correct central point and angle for the alignment from the recognized mark of upper and lower plates based on the special characteristics. At the alignment process, revision for error position is performed through Look and Move techniques.

  • To reduce the bit-rate of video sequences by removing temporal redundancy, motion estimation techniques have been developed. However, the high computational complexity of the problem makes such techniques very difficult to be applied to high-resolution applications in a real time environment. For this reason, low computational complexity motion estimation algorithms are viable solutions. If a priori knowledge about the motion of the current block is available before the motion estimation, a better starting point for the search of n optimal motion vector on be selected and also the computational complexity will be reduced. In this paper, we present an adaptive block matching algorithm based on temporal correlations of consecutive image frames that defines the search pattern and the location of initial starting point adaptively to reduce computational complexity. Experiments show that, comparing with DS(Diamond Search) algorithm, the proposed algorithm is about 0.1∼0.5(㏈) better than DS in terms of PSNR and improves as much as 50% in terms of the average number of search points per motion estimation.

  • 무선인터넷과 이동통신 기술의 발달 및 스마트폰의 급속한 확산으로 인해 사용자의 현재 및 과거의 위치 정보를 사용하여 다양한 부가정보를 제공하는 위치기반 서비스에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 위치기반 서비스의 본격적인 활성화를 위해서는 정확한 측위가 기본이 된다. 본 논문에서는 Access Point의 위치를 확률적으로 추정하여 AP 분포 지도를 구성하여 이를 위치 추정에 사용하는 기법을 제공한다. 특히 전파지문 기반의 Wi-Fi Positioning Ssystem이 발전할수록 데이터 필터링, 측위 알고리즘과 같은 기술적 기법의 향상에 주목을 하여야 보다 차별적인 품질의 측위 결과를 얻어낼 수 있는데 본 논문에서는 Access Point 위치의 확률 분포를 구하여 이를 측위에 적용하는 방식을 제안하여 기존의 방식과 비교하여 평균과 편차폭 모두 상당한 향상을 가져왔음을 보인다. 또한 본 연구는 전파지문 패턴의 수집에 있어 서울 지역의 실제 데이터를 활용하였고 이를 대규모로 적용할 수 있는 기반을 구성했다는 면에서도 충분한 의미를 지닌다.

  • This paper presents a real time algorithm for monitoring of the arrythmia of ECG signal. A real time monitoring, following by detecting a QRS complex, is the most important. Using 2-dimensional time-delay coordinates which are reconstructed by the phase portrait plotting special trajectory, we detect QRS complexes. In this study, arrythmias are detected by matching the past standard template with tile present pattern when changing abruptly In order to matching with each other, we propose modified chain coding algorithm which applies vetor table consisting of eight orthonormal code(=binary code) to the phase portraits. This algorithm using logical function increases the weight if exceeding to the threshold determinded by correlation value and the distance from a straight line(y=x). Evaluating the performance of the proposed algorithm, we use standard MIT/BIH database. The results are fellowing, 1) Improve the speed of matching template than that of cross-correlation ever has been used. 2) Because the proposed algorithm is robust to varing fiducial point, it is possible to monitor the ECG signal with irregular RR interval. 3) In spite of baseline wandering owing to the low frequency noise, monitoring performance is not reduced.
